I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a couch back in Dec 2020 and have been repeatedly lied to about when this couch will arrive. The salesperson, Rich, has no idea what he is talking about and the store manager, Jeff is equally incompetent. A few weeks ago I was told my couch was in the “final stages of production”. Today I find out production has not even begun! And was basically called a liar as the manager told me that no one ever told me this information.Thomasville is having massive production issues and refuses to adequately compensate the customer for their inconvenience. If you are looking for furniture please do not go to Thomasville!

The furniture is beautiful and top quality but sadly my experience with the sales staff at the Mt. Sinai location has been an absolute disappointment - and that is being kind. They input our order incorrectly and we waited 6 months to get a sectional that was partly in the wrong color. The staff did not follow up with me to rectify it - I had to call them. Not once in tbe processing of this order was my sale serviced but payment was expected. A real disgrace. I am hoping they can rectify this issue so that I can post some kind of positive addendum to this review. I don’t typically post reviews but felt it was necessary to point out the misgivings of this sales team so that buyers can beware.

I purchased full family room furniture back in 2011. Recently we heard pop or spring go under couch and cushion sagging. I called showroom and spoke with Joanne my original saleswoman. Within no time I had call from furniture repair ready to take care of problem. They came today repaired couch that had poorly designed clips causing the problem. The men were very nice neat and respectful and will return to replace clips in chair. I appreciate a company that backs their products and offers outstanding service.

Bought couch & love seat.....worst service ever......3 months after bought the material was all pilled...they sent someone with a shaver to shave the couch......took them 6 months to replace the covers to the cushions....never took care of the rest of the couch.....3 months cushions all pilled.....has not returned my phone calls....lied to me, said the would take care of...never did....wrote to corporate....never answered me. Dont buy from them....terrible furniture & terrible service & they lie to you.

Poor quality furniture. Very nice employees but, were not decorating our house with their employees. We expected greater quality for what we paid for our furniture, that began falling apart almost immediately.
