John is a true craftsman who knows his fishing. His Tidal tail blackfish jigs are a good example. One of the best jigs I have seen. The attention to detail cant be matched. Looks like he uses over 5 to 6 layers of paint for each jig. Unreal. And it catches fish all day.

I had the great pleasure of meeting John and Maureen and they walked me through the purchase of a rod/reel/tackle set up for my son and me (both amateur fishermen!), it was fantastic. Their patience, knowledge, kindness and genuine interest in getting us set up with just the right stuff was such a welcome treat. Cannot recommend them strongly enough! Wonderful shop, wonderful people. Well be back again and again...

Just retired & bought my pole, tackle & had new line put on my reel. John the owner was very helpful & answered all my questions, really knew his stuff. I highly recommend this place. He also has fresh bait. Many Thanks John!!

JOHN is a great guy, the prices are right, and the bait is fresh, However his wife is very rude, short and nasty, she is very combatative towards anyone she thinks or feels isnt vaccinated, she doesnt great you with smile, only a scow. I bought a pole yesterday and wanted line put on it and she just refused to help me, Ive been to the shop plenty of times and she is always the same.

Great experience! It was our 1st time stopping in and after only a few minutes knew we would be purchasing a new reel for our upcoming trip to Cape Cod. John and his wife took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each. Great customer service and would highly recommend stopping by.
