Tiffany & Co. in other cities:
Tiffany’s temporary store while they’re renovating their iconic flagship store is fabulous! It’s a wonderful and inviting space that is great to experience when in NYC. Tiffany’s is classic but not stuffy. You can come and check out the amazing jewelry and more! Staff was inviting and friendly. As much as I love the temporary space it still had that old Nike store feel too it. You can tell things were temporary as far as the internal decor but it was still nice. I highly recommend this place to put on your list to see when in a Midtown and NYC!
This location has so many staff members that you barely have to wait sometimes even during holiday seasons. It’s so much fun to go in different seasons and see the display change. Such a beautiful space and service. In addition there’s something for everyone. They make luxury accessible. The service center for repairs and maintenance is extremely organized too.
Great experience. First time in a Tiffany & Co. I went in with something in mind, but something else worked out better. Anastasia was AMAZZING. So helpful and made sure this was enjoyable. And 95% of the time her opinion was what I ended up going with. She practically dressed me (jewelry wise).Construction still going on, but once youre in, it doesnt matter.I will be back.
Oh my goodness FIRST OFF what the HECK!Not only have I never and I mean NEVER in my whole life been to a Tiffany’s but I’ve never had breakfast at one either and let me tell you it’s wonderful in every way.The staff was so genuinely welcoming, so helpful, and exceptionally kind. From the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left I felt so at home. No one cared what you were wearing or why you were there they were happy to help even if it was to window shop. And on my salary I’ll be honest I’ll be window shopping a long time haha.Huge shout out to Anne & Michael for giving me my first and best Tiffany’s experience. I’ll be saving up and on my way back for sure simply because of their incredible customer service and phenomenal personalities. I love Audrey Hepburn & Ariana Grande and though I thought it was only a place for rich/celebrities it was nice to know anyone was welcome and could get the same experience.I love them highly recommend, and promise you’ll feel priceless. (:Xoxo
We could say that we had breakfast at Tiffanys!! The price was 70usd for two breakfast and I think it is a fare fee considering we’re you are. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The only problem is the booking method, you have to book a table 1 month before your visit to NYC and take into account the booking time starts at 9am (NY time), there are few tables so it is not easy to book as it’s gets full very quickly
Came here to get my watch serviced - get battery replaced and add an extra link (both link and battery was provided by me). Since the store is at a temporary location it does not have service specialists on site, and all jewelry is shipped out of the house to a service center. I agreed to wait and left my watch at the store. 3 weeks later I received an email with an estimate of $50 + tax for this service. I came to the store to pick it up and when I asked the associate what was the charge for since I did provide a battery replacement, she couldnt give me a sufficient answer and asked me to call the 800 number. I did, and the response I received was Tiffany is not authorized to accept external parts for repair, and only uses its own. So my question was: If the battery I provided was not in fact used, why was it not returned?! And I know how to open a cover of my watch and I see exactly the same battery that I left with my watch. I was also told that adding a link to my watch was in fact complimentary. So I was charged for a battery that I did in fact provide - what a scam, Tiffany & Co!!!Beware that Tiffany does not provide regular cleaning services on site at this time. If youre willing to get your jewelry polished get ready to pay $35 per item and wait 3-4 weeks. I believe that people who buy overpriced jewelry at Tiffany (that is mainly valued for its brand name not the quality) should be able to at least get it polished once in a while for free. The store however pays salary to hundereds of associates that just stand around on each floor in a pretty much empty store and even have greeters outside that walkie-talkie other associates to escort customers to whichever section and floor they are going to - sounds a bit annoying and ridiculous to me.
Stopped by for Breakfast at Tiffanys and to pickup official 2017 NYC Marathon jewelry to commemorate my run. The breakfast was a bust, since they certainly didnt have their ducks in order (5 hour waits!). However the sales clerks in the store were professional and helpful.
All Praise Justine Yi! Literally the best Advisor T&Co has. Me and the misses met her on a whim while shopping for a cute Paloma ring a few months back. My wife loved it so much, for Val day I hit Justine up again and let her know she wanted another! She helped me with ALL my options, and made sure we got the best 3 for her to try. On the day, she gave us to the most VIP of treatments, and we not only had a great product, but built a great relationship! THIS is how you do Sales, care about your client and their needs, learn them, and build rapport and trust. If youre in the market for anything on Main Floor, seek her out! You will not be disappointed.
I bought two bracelets from Tiffany some time ago, and this is the second time the heart pendant has fallen off the bracelet. I went to their store at fifth, and was asked to pay $ 75 for repair and shipping! This is the second time this has happened, they have no responsibility for the bracelets and they are forced to pay for a repair of the pendant which is the second time this has happened. Not recommended to buy. I was very disappointed with the service
Well I can now say Ive been in. I did have enough to buy something but the earrings I liked were over $500 and I just wouldnt wear them in fear of losing or damaging them! The security and servers were all extremely friendly and pleasant, from what I saw we were all treated the same whether we were buying or browsing which made a very nice change for such a high end store.
I have visited Tiffany stores all over the world and for me this iconic store is the top in NYC. I had my jewellery (Tiffany) cleaned for free, we where waited in and offered water. From the elevator staff to the attendants Tiffany really do make it an ‘experience ‘ I have never been made to feel any less for not buying diamonds and will always pay a return visit when in New York. My attendant and she was very attentive was Athena and what a fabulous lady she was! She helped me decide which pieces where suitable and also advised us of a great spot to take a picture then proceeded to take a picture of my husband and I. I appreciate it’s her job but none the less she made me feel special and that is all part of the experience of going to Tiffany & Co. I would highly recommend a visit.
This being a pricey staple, I was prepared for a pretty woman moment (us not being dressed the part when we visited). We were positively surprised, as we were treated with courtesy and respect the whole time we spent in store, and were expertly advised and taken care of. Other fine establishments can take a page from Tiffanys playbook!
The place is beautiful as always but the last time I went to the location, I felt that one of the security guards was incredibly rude and not helpful when asked questions. Thankfully another security guard intervened and helped me with my questions quickly and even helped me get to where I needed to be. I had no problem with the gentleman helping me with my purchase. But I felt like the last time I was there was a better experience.
Very very poor service! We went with our daughter to buy the classic bracelet, employees were chatting between them and did not have the keys. Took ages for an employee to cone and talk to us. She did didn’t let us compare the bracelets in the same mat, we had to move to one counter to another…. Very fuzzy! The employee did not have a perfect manicure (chipped enamel) how come you work for a famous jewelry store and don’t have perfect manicure???!!!!The experience was more similar to Macys than the world known Tiffany’s!Tiffany’s n Mexico has an excellent service they offer a bottle of water or coffee, the provide with white bag to cover the Tiffany’ blue one.
Stopped here before they opened for my Breakfast at Tiffanys pic! I was always afraid to go inside because of how classy and fancy it is, but we went in! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My mom ended up buying a necklace and we had champagne with our breakfast! It was such a fun experience and what I think of when I think of Classic Tiffanys!
I truly enjoy shopping there since my wife is a fan since she’s a little one …Mr Jason Baker can easily make your experience unforgettable and make you feel VVVVVVVVIP the moment you speak with him … he gives you all the time you need and answer all questions you have … you’ll never leave the store unhappy Or unsatisfied… god bless you jason…I truly want to purchase more and more every time i deal with him … we love tiffany and the service is 7 stars …Thank you Mr.Baker … and will definitely keep shopping for tiffany with him in NYC flagship
I have a Tiffanys diamond solitaire engagement ring with a harmony band and brought it in to be serviced. When I went to pick it up, I opened the box to look at it and put it in my purse without trying it on. It wasnt until a few weeks later that I planned to wear it and realized they had given me the wrong ring.I brought the ring back to the store and explained what had happened. The assistant manager checked their system to see whose ring I had and to locate my ring. A half hour later, she came back and said they had sent my ring to a customer in NJ by mistake. Obviously, I was extremely upset. She said the rings were likely swapped during intake (they were received on the same day) and they would call the couple that they think had my ring. She gave me her cell number and business card, but I had to specifically ask for documentation to prove that I had brought the other ring in and that they had given me the wrong ring. When she printed out the documents, my address was incorrectly entered into their system, so I had to request they fix that, as well. The assistant manager emailed me the next day and said they delivered the ring I had brought in back to the couple and had retrieved what they believed to be my ring, but the courier got a flat tire on the way back to NYC so they couldnt verify if the ring was mine yet. The following day, she confirmed the serial number on the band and said they would deliver it to me. I had to specifically ask if they confirmed the serial number on the diamond itself to make sure it was mine and hadnt been replaced. They had to go back and do another quality check.By this point, I was irate that I had to continue doing their job for them. Not only had I brought my ring in to be cleaned and it was sent to someone else, my address was incorrect in their system, they hadnt checked the serial number on the band AND diamond, and I had to ask them specifically to service my ring since someone else had probably been wearing it this whole time.By now, the assistant manager realized it would be appropriate to offer more than just returning my ring, which shouldnt have been lost in the first place. In her email, she offered my husband and I a reservation at Tiffany Blue Box cafe and to replace the setting on my ring so I knew nobody else had ever worn it. I didnt want the setting replaced (for sentimental reasons) and wasnt interested in the cafe. She asked if I had any suggestions on how they could make it up to me. I shared the link to a small Tiffanys key necklace that my husband said he was planning to get me for our anniversary. Since they were willing to replace my platinum setting, this seemed like a fair trade. She replied to say they cant gift jewelry, but picked out a small gift for me, which was included when my ring was delivered. When the courier delivered my ring, I asked that they contact me directly so I could sign for it personally. The management in my building is great, but I didnt want any other potential mixups to occur. Not surprising, they still had my address wrong when the courier delivered my ring. The unit number was someone elses and not mine. Thankfully, the front desk employees knew it was incorrect and notified me right away, but my ring could have easily been given to the wrong tenant. The gift I received was a small dish or cup holder - I really dont know. But it was a slap in the face for the horrible experience I had and their lack of attention to detail.Thankfully, although the entire experience to this point was awful, they eventually did make up for it. My husband went to Tiffanys a week later and spoke with a Sr. Director about the entire ordeal. They had a really nice conversation and by the end of the whole thing, they gifted us the key necklace my husband was planning to buy for me and invited us to dine at the Tiffany Blue Box cafe, which we plan to do. Im grateful I can remain a loyal customer and know if anything ever does compromise the Tiffany experience, it will be taken seriously.
I love Tiffanys. Ive been a customer for more than 10 years. They have always taken care of me. And going to the flagship store has been my best Tiffanys experience ever. They could care of me more than I could have ever imagined. I would give them 5 stars but then that shows no room to grow.
I try to go several times a yr even if i dont buy anythin, because, I just love it there! I love to look at everythin!Their always so friendly, respectful n so very helpful! If u need help with tryin to find the right thing, they will assign someone to u specifically to help u!If u have not had the pleasure of the Tiffanys experience, I soooo absolutely recommend that u do!
Great service. Can’t go wrong visiting the flagship store on 5th Avenue. Just realize the foot traffic may be a bit heavy getting to the entry doors due to concrete and metal barriers for Trump Tower. No parking. All major forms of payments accepted. The new Blue Box cafe can be found on fourth floor. Reservations required and you need to do your reservations online.
Had the most pleasant shopping experience today! From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with great energy. I love my new jewelry and everyone was super helpful! They gave me many compliments and even went as far as to assist me with taking pics for my instagram! Cant wait to come back again soon!
Silvana was absolutely great and helped me buy a glass vase and shipped it to my house for free. So many luxury brands are rude and stuck up, but not Tiffanys. From an associate opening the door for me, to another giving me a complimentary Evian to drink because it was so hot outside, everyone in that store made me feel welcomed.
It was my ultimate dream to go to new york city and visit tiffany and co.I finally made it. And our sales agent couldnt have done anything better. Amber the sales asdociate was very respectful, professional, and very familiar with the history of this landmark. Now that she has told me that i could actually have breakfast at tiffanys, im already planning my trip back.
So, there we are (or, here!) all cooped up on so many days -- taking care of clients (were shrinks), taking care of kids (and makeshift school teachers [though we also acknowledge how awesome their actual NYC school teachers are both remote and in-person]), and -- WOW!!! -- what a treat to mosey off into midtown NYC on a weekend day and into Tiffanys ! The place just made us feel so cared for! The helpful staff was available to answer any and all inquiries and, lets give it up for those who make sure that when were desperate for a hospitable place to shop for something special for our special someone (❤️❤️❤️) we can navigate the shopping experience feeling safe, cared for and attended! Thanks, Tiffanys this Saturday (last weekend) we needed that!!!
I absolutely love Tiffanys! I have come here for years and purchased gifts for many women during that time, but have purchased several gifts over the past 13 years for my beautiful wife, who is thrilled every time she sees that blue box.I love coming in the store and looking at the beautiful jewelry, the staff are always friendly and helpful and seem genuinely happy to serve you, I appreciate their happy and positive attitude as it must get difficult with all the tourists at times. While I really love the look on my wifes face when I give her a gift from Tiffanys, my second favorite thing is the way I am treated by Tiffanys- no matter the amount of money I spend- whether I spend a couple of hundred dollars or several thousand- I am treated as a valued customer. That keeps me coming back!
While visiting NYC last week, I visited the store to get necklace clean and polished. I made to the store 2 mins before closing and to my surprise everyone was curious and polite. I was received with patience in customer care and even asked if I wish to have water. When attended by the care specialist she listen to issues and provided care recommendations. My necklace was ready for pick up the next day. I was treated with amazing care. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I’ve visited this store about 3 times now, and the staff at this store were always so welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Also, a shoutout to Justin who made the ring shopping and resizing experience so smooth and simple with superb customer service. My fiancé and I say thank you.
Its an absolutely beautiful store! Thank you Tiffany for such a wonderful shopping experience. My husband bought me a stunning necklace for our 5th anniversary. I am so happy. Carlos was so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Excellent service. Each shopping experience is unique with Tiffany. Staff makes you feel so special and important.
Sure, they’ve got floors and floors of pretty jewelry that you’d expect, but the staff are amazing. This place always has tons of tourists bumbling in and doing their best to grease up all the glass (cough...like me). Somehow, while dealing with this the staff hit the perfect balance of approachable, fun, professional, and snooty.
I was very happy to finally be able to visit Tiffany in my favourite city. (5th) But unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. Several times I have shopped at Tiffanys, but I have never been treated like this.I was really looking forward to buying some utensils for my new household. For this I went to the tableware department. There a grey bearded man with a suit advised me. Unfortunately, he hardly advised me at all and simply walked away with my credit card without asking in which currency I would like to pay. So on the one hand I was not well advised and treated and on the other hand I paid even more.I am very disappointed by this sales experience and will probably not shop at Tiffanys anymore. In Amsterdam and London the sales experience was much better. At the moment I cant be happy about my numerous purchases at Tiffany, thats how disappointed I am.Note to Tiffany: Please always check the staff, good service is so important.
Ive never really had the desire to go to New York. But my company brought me and my husband there. Ive been infatuated with Tiffany since I was 5 or 6 years old. Getting to actually walk in and see what had filled so many of my dreams was such a wonderful moment. It was exactly as I had imagined it would be. Ultra chic. Classy. And overwhelming in the best way. We visited right before Christmas so I marveled at the decor. If youre a Tiffany fan or just really need some class in your life, visit. Its worth it. I mean, they make the best of everything. I got a key necklace. It came with the little blue box I dreamed about as a child and had seen in oh so many movies. It was the best gift Ive ever received cause it is just perfectly me. Getting to walk in wearing this...dream!
Wow. Advertised as a flagship store and totally insane. What a store! My wife purchased a ring here and service was very good. Best Tiffany ever visited and I was worried on entry how much it was going to cost me :). The empire state building built out of Tiffany boxes is great. Think there is a cafe on too floor too but never checked it out
Diamonds 💎 I most definitely will be back soon, hopefully with my best and only sister so She can enjoy this beautiful temporary location, and I always need her advice. I have been to this location, and I feel very welcome and safe with the measures taken to following CDC guidelines, specially social distancing, they really make sure everytime I walk in to use their radios and its unbelievable on how well every associate is handling this hard times and still keeping a shinning smile that I could tell due to their warming laughter and advice, everyone wears the face covering in the best way adviced possible. I miss the 727 landmark store, but hopefully once re-open well have overcome this Global Pandemic and I would be able to feel back to a better new normal! Thank You Tiffany & Co Associates and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! Thanks Again!
Ive been a perennial Tiffany customer for about 17 years now. My mother has grown to expect something sparkly from Tiffany for either her birthday or Christmas each year. Unfortunately they seem to have high staff turnover, as it is rare for someone to help me two years in a row. I love the quality that goes into each piece of jewelry, though I have seen some imperfections in some of their more unique pieces. I passed on a beautiful spessartine halo ring because the stone was set just a hair off-center. But if buying one of their high volume bestsellers, perfection can be expected!
Fabulous store! Historic building and beautiful interior, 6 floors. Flagship store, with the immediate service on the jewellery. I’ve got mine cleaned and checked while I enjoyed a complimentary drink. Immaculate service. They have also a cosy Tiffany blue cafe, but it’s almost impossible to get a table there. It’s 30 days wait list, so forget any possibility for drop-ins. It looks and sounds like an unforgettable experience to eat branch or lunch there, but the booking has to planned very seriously and at least 30 days in advance. I had my birthday that day and came the whole way from Norway to clean my jewellery and buy a Victoria key pendant, and of course really wanted the “whole package” Tiffany experience with a blue cafe visit; but it has to be next time, better planned.
Visited nyc store. Found the customer service to be arrogant and more importantly unhelpful. A bunch of older, entitled, Caucasian women who for some reason think they are above helping a customer. Clearly living in another time and place. Systemic and culture problem.
I wanted an in and out experience as I already knew what I wanted to buy before hand. All of the staff greet you and are so pleasant. Even the staff at the elevators provide beautiful customer service. They got me a rep right away and she came to, got my item, packaged it, rang me up and on my way I went. Lovely service and staff.
One of the best experiences. I went there for my pre bday shopping and the Coustomer service was so good. Jack was really sweet and showed us around and walked us to the door. I felt special. Going there for my future purchase and I will be looking for Jack to assist me. 👍👏
A very high end jewelry (and home goods) store on Fifth Avenue. Service was slow and poor during the holiday rush- which is understandable. You can get comparable items at signficantly less cost elsewhere. Youre just paying for the distinctive bag, name and ambiance.
Just wow. The look and feel is of a shopping experience from years gone by. Lift attendants who love what they do just shows the attention to detail and really add to the customers shopping experience, that simple you dont see anywhere else. The jewelry is stunning and sits on show in a superb building setting. Take your loved ones here and delve into the experience.
Of course ,it is my favorite store with all that incredible jewelry! The staff is great and makes you feel special even if you cant afford a diamond ring or a ruby necklace. I have purchased gifts and earrings throughout the years which have been most appreciated by friends, family and me.
Omg the staff of Tiffany’s was so rude.My sister today was looking some jewelry for herself, but couldn’t find what she really like. And when we was going to leave this place, my sister said to staff “Thank you for help”, when the staff said her back “NOBODY CARES!” or smth like that very loud. Woman who works on 2nd floor was so rude. We felt so bad. Is it normal behavior of Tiffany’s staff? I guess no.
The salespeople on the third floor (engagement rings) are just plain dismissive and rude! It took us 15 minutes just to find someone to help us. There was a lady (other reviews seem to have mentioned her) who could NOT be bothered to help and told us to go to the other section to find a salesperson. A younger male helped us but acted very condescending. Perhaps because I was with female friends they assumed that we wouldn’t be spending any money. The salespeople on the other floors were much kinder. I’ve never had this experience at other locations but this was such a turnoff. Better off going to another jewelry store.
Had a beyond exceptional experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by everyone, had friendly chats with the security - even when in the expensive ring level clearly just looking. Back on the lower, main floor when purchasing my bracelet the lovely lady that served me was so kind and sweet. And the follow up email thanking me for being there and wishing me happy birthday (I had mentioned I was in there on my birthday to by myself a special gift) when I had landed back in Australia was the perfect touch.
Very high end overpriced jewelry. Quality and service is only rivaled by Cartier. With respect to engagement rings, they will clean your ring at no cost any time and will allow you to upgrade your diamond engagement ring receiving a credit equal to your original purchase price, also at any time.
Very glad they added online order/in-store pickup. Its a great place to shop if you have plenty of time to shop. Luxurious and the staff treats you like a prince. But if you need to run in quickly and buy a quick gift -- well, it just isnt going to happen. But if you order online and pick-up, you can be in and out within 10-15 minutes most times.
Went to Tiffany’s to purchase my 30th birthday present - going here has always been a dream of mine - yet I have never been more disappointed! Ignored from the moment we walked in, had to ask someone for service, and the whole transaction she didn’t even speak to me just made noises! Terrible service for a great brand - be careful who you employ or they will bring your company into disrepute! Disappointed birthday girl!
This bastion of style retains its historic grandeur and famous restaurant. The yellow diamond, the famous stone is imbedded in the wall to the north (left) as you enter the store. The lifts straight ahead take you to the various levels. It is presently undergoing a vast reconstruction. The temporary facility is behind it on East 57th Street.
I have been to other Tiffany and Co.’s before including the other New York City location, and had always bragged about their customer service. It didn’t matter what type of person I saw walk through the door, the staff seemed attentive and very polite making anyone feel welcome. My visit to the NYC 5th Avenue location was entirely different unfortunately. There were two men standing at the front door and associates everywhere. It wasn’t until I made it to the back of the store someone acknowledged me. Throughout the entire store, all levels, only two associates, other than the elevator operators, were kind and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. I was planning on making a purchase, but was so completely turned off by their attitudes I left empty handed. It’s very unfortunate given the iconic nature of that location.
Had a Fantastic experience whilst at the 5th Ave store thanks to the fabulous Carlos, who made us feel so special and valued. He made up for the not so brilliant person who first served me when I bought my necklace! Would definitely recommend Tiffany &Co. and seek out the lovely Carlos.
I went to have my watch repaired. Unfortunately my watch had to be sent away for a few weeks for repair. From the moment I walked in until I left the store, everyone was extremely courteous. The doorman, Sales associates, elevator attendants, receptionist in repair, the associate who assisted me. She explained about the repair and gave me a printout what to expect. This level of service is what I received whether shopping for a gift or for myself to repairs. Tiffany & Co. is simply the best.
The staff was was super rude and dismissive. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and ready to make a purchase, but after my experience with the sales woman on the 3rd floor at the 5th Avenue location, I’m considering donating all of Tiffany’s jewelry. I understand it’s the holidays and that location has a lot going on, but a little tact never hurt anyone.
Tiffany & Co. is a most beautiful store displaying quality and unique items. It sprawls out over several floors which are all interesting. Its almost like a museum (they also have vintage items here and there). The staff is helpful and accommodating, also. At no time did I feel unwelcome or that I was just taking up space.
I think that the store is just dreamy, elegant, and exciting. Tiffany & Co. is a classic. The saleswoman who helped us, Nikki, was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. It was an exciting day looking for an engagement ring and the experience could not have been more special. Lets be clear, my now husband and I did not only go to Tiffany but went to many other high end stores, some even mentioned in other reviews, and the attention and atmosphere were nothing compared to that of Tiffany & Co.
I had high hopes of walking out of the store with a sterling silver Tiffanys necklace I could enjoy for the rest of my life. However, despite following proper care for the necklace, within a day my necklace was tarnishing horribly. Luckily, I called the store manager and he offered store credit right away.
Its every girls dream to go into Tiffanys and feel like a princess. All the staff are incredible and made me feel like the most important person they had seen that day. Taking time to show me new items and what I was interested in. I left with an infinity ring, Tiffany heart bracket and Tiffany heart earings. This was down to how amazing the staff were and I was shocked at how affordable a lot of the jewelry is. Great place and a must visit.
Very disappointedI received gift at customer center, 6th floorAll staff are nice except the one who is at counter. She is the last and most important touch since she pass the gift to customerBut she had no smile just gave me gift like she is giving a mail.I went so many Tiffany shop in world so this time I was expecting more since its flag shop. But If u want to buy Tiffany I recommend you to go other shop. There are many shop with better friendly staff in the world
I purchased a mesh ring from Tiffany’s. I have other jewelry including rings from Tiffany’s as well that have lasted years. Up until yesterday, I was a faithful Tiffany’s customer.Yesterday, when I was wearing my mesh Tiffany’s ring, it split down the back. I was astonished, because it’s one of my favorite rings, and I only wear it for special occasions. Although, I’ve only had it for 3 years, I wear it once a month. I have other Tiffany’s rings that I wear as well.I took my mesh ring in to be looked at by an employee at at the Tiffany’s store yesterday. The young girl who waited on me, took my ring and snapped it back while she was looking at it. She snapped my ring in a second location as well, further damaging my ring. She didn’t apologize and told me that it was my fault, in fact. I spoke with the manager and he said that there is no way she would have done that. Now, I’m being charged for her damage to the ring, which I find to be completely unfair, since I did not damage this ring. This ring has a faulty design if the mesh is so thin that it can easily break apart. I asked the Tiffany’s employees at the store, if it would be possible to exchange the ring for a better quality one (that cannot bend or break from usage) and the store was very unhelpful and told me that they could not further assist me. I will never make another purchase here again. I am completely appalled by the service I received at the store.
Went on a bus trip from philly to nyc yesterday. Didn’t expect to buy a necklace but I ended up buying a charm with engraving. The lady was very nice and had it done by 2 pm. The charm corner is awesome. You can just buy the charm itself and have it engraved there. Great experience thank you!
One associate showed me the keyrings and then said they would have to get someone to help with pricing, etc. Took my name and I waited and waited. Another customer was also approached, told the same thing, offered a drink and form to fill out. No purchase made as when I finally was assisted, she clearly didnt want to be bothered.
Best Tiffanys I ever visited. The store is huge and is on 4 /5 levels. The affordable items i.e the silver were on a floor of its own. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Huge range of products and I made a purchase and really enjoyed the whole shopping experience.
FIRST THINGS FIRST. I would Like to give ALL of the attention and praise to Sales Professional SHARI ROMAR. She was the sweetest woman ever and her warmth really made MY experience at Tiffany Unforgettable. Her attention to detail and help in answering all the questions I had really made me feel at ease! Again, Thank you to Shari! This is a beautiful, timeless classic of a store! If you want a TRUE New York experience, be sure to stop in to Tiffany and Co!
I just visited Tiffany & Co. and wanted to send in a review to tell everyone how exceptional their staff is and their customer service. I came in with a broken candlestick that I had received for my wedding and I had only used once. The associate who helped me was extremely kind and worked with her manager to give me a one time merchandise exchange to replace my broken candlestick. Needless to say, I will always love Tiffany & Co. and will continue to buy gifts for my loved ones here!
Altough the staffs at Tiffany are gernally very welcoming and friendly, I am still very disappointed by the services that were provided to me. From getting my ring engraved to getting my ring resized. More training needs to be provided to staff in terms of time management and related customer services information. I had an appointment to have my ring engraved at the soho store, I arrived early, and I was told the jeweler was wrapping up her last piece and advised me to come back at my appointment time. I went back to the store few minutes earlier than my appointment time and waited for another 15 minutes, then I was told I needed to wait longer due to another customer requested for add-on. I ended up waiting for over 1.5hour for my engravement.Afterwards, I realized I also to resize my ring, I called customer services for inquiry. I was told I could bring it to any store for resizing. I visited the one near Bryant Park, then the staff told me only the flag ship store does resizing, then I had to run to the flagship store. After I got to the flat ship store, I registered with the front desk, and waited for 20 minutes, seeing everyone else been called except me. When I checked with the front desk again, they said they couldnt find me in the system.Tiffany & Co. is not providing the best quality of customer services that matches up with its long standing history and the well known reputation in the industry.
I am a New York City wedding officiant and there is no other place more exciting to visit than Tiffany & Co. My white glove service brides all receive a gift from either here or LV and they are always so appreciative to add this to their collection. I love their glassware. Its my go-to even when I am a wedding guest. You never go wrong with a blue box gift. Ever!
I went to the silver department and waited 30 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to show me a piece I wanted to buy. Obviously they don’t need my money because no one ever came to see if I needed help. I walked out and will never go back to this store. The Tiffany’s on the West coast has better service and their staff help you immediately.
Laura was very nice and helpful. She also gave me some interesting history about Tiffanys and some of the artists who designed the different collections. Also, loved seeing the Tiffany diamond and the photos and letter from Audrey Hepburn. It felt like I went back in time...very nice!
Lots of dazzling items housed in a prime spot near Central Park. Free cleaning of previously bought jewelry, with hot drinks being served while you wait. Customer service is rather inconsistent. The younger employees tend to be warm, helpful, and patient, while some of the older ones have a condescending air about them. One just walked away after showing us a particular piece, probably thinking that we wont make a purchase. Contrast this with one younger staff who not only showed us several pieces, but also provided great tips and suggestions, especially on proper care of jewelry. Seeing as we have previously bought an item, she also directed us to the free cleaning service. She also did not leave us until we are done with our purchase.
Its fabulous, of course, its Tiffanys! If you are serious about a purchase you need to ask for a personal shopper, otherwise the service is horrendous (applies to the wedding/engagement floor). Im giving 4 stars because our personal shopper was great and very patient while our visit when we stopped in at a time she wasnt available almost made me never come back. We were completely ignored, the security gaurd had to help us get the attention of the 3 staff members behind the counter that refused to acknowledge us and when we finally spoke to one of them they were arrogant and totally dismissive (This is after my fiance had already bought my engagement ring at the store). If we had just stuck to our personal shopper Id give 5 stars without hesitation.
I got the eternity ring that I was dreaming off! But the sales advisor was extremely proud! She thought I was just wasting her time not really went to buy something when I asked her about it she sent me to 2nd floor but when I told her the ring is here why should I go up!!! Anyway her attitude didnt matter coz I got my ring!
Had Breakfast at Tiffanys. And its just what you would expect from Tiffanys, top notch food and service. Fun experience looking at the multi million dollar jewelry too. This included a $4.5 million dollar necklace recently worn by Lady Gaga and blue diamond ring worth $5.5 million. Im just waiting for my lotto winning to occur.
This was my first visit and a wonderful experience. Your Sales Professional on the fashion store, LYNN STECKLER, made me feel very special in her cheery approach as I bought my first piece of Tiffany jewellery, a gorgeous silver bracelet with a little blue heart. LYNN is a star 🌟 and a credit to Tiffany. She should be recognised as such. I plan to return for a necklace to go with my bracelet.
Poor to the extreme rude staff....as soon as I said what my budget was and what I had been looking at on the website I was directed by a flip of the hand to over there and the ring you are looking for is far too delicate... having travelled from the UK to spend money given to me by friends and relatives for a significant birthday disappointment does not even come close!!! Customer focus and experience seriously lacking!!
Okay, so its Tiffanys... Theres a store in every major city, but this one still steals my heart! Staff is super friendly, especially Alfonso... Its rare that I mention individuals, but he was so charming! Selection is, of course, better here than anywhere. Dont be scared to window shop either - staff is willing to show you anything without judging what you actually buy or dont.
I have been to many Tiffany & Co. stores. This one was very nice since its 6 floors tall. At first no one would helps us, but then Kara asked us if we needed anything and it was amazing from then! She was such a beautiful girl and so friendly. She really took her time with us and was just so sweet! I cannot say enough good things about her! Go see Kara at Tiffanys.
Never had such an awful and tedious task as trying to buy something from this Tiffany location. After standing around waiting for assistance, we finally tried to get a sales girls attention. She gave us this Im too busy for you look instead of, I dont know, maybe grabbing someone who was less busy to help us? So we wait around for another 20 mins or so until finally another sales woman came to help us. She was unhelpful, looked bored, and none of the staff gave us their names. This was supposed to be an exciting experience for my niece to buy her first Tiffany piece. Ive never had any issues with any of their other locations, but this was beyond over the top, rude and borderline hostile customer service
Staff was very rude. My friends and I went in to buy me a necklace for my birthday and the gentleman at the counter kept brushing me off and being more attentive to the mother and daughter next to me who were literally buying THE SAME NECKLACE I had told him I wanted to purchase. Finally I gave up on the purchase because I felt so unwelcome. The sales man didnt even seem to care when I told him I was leaving. I tried talking to a girl at a nearby counter to see maybe she could help but she kept turning her back to me to talk to her coworker. I ended up buying myself a similar necklace from another jewelry store.
I brought my ring in to be serviced and when I picked it up, didnt realize until I got home that they had given me the wrong ring!I brought the ring back to the store and explained what had happened. The assistant manager checked their system to see whose ring I had and to try to locate my ring. A half hour later, she came back and said they had sent my ring to a customer in New Jersey by mistake. Obviously, I was extremely upset. She said the rings were likely swapped during intake (they were received on the same day) and they were going to call the couple that they think had my ring. She gave me her cell number and business card, but I had to specifically ask for documentation to show that I had brought the ring back and that they gave me the wrong ring to ensure they were taking responsibility for it. When she printed out the documents, my address was incorrectly entered into their system, so I had to request they fix that, as well. The assistant manager emailed me the next day to tell me that they had delivered the ring I brought in back to the couple it belonged to and had retrieved what they believed to be my ring, but the courier got a flat tire on the way back to NYC so they couldnt verify if the ring was mine yet. The following day, I got an email confirming the serial number on the band was mine and that they would deliver it to me. Again, I had to specifically ask if they confirmed the serial number on the diamond itself to make sure it was mine and hadnt been replaced with a fake. They had to go back and do a second quality check. I also had to ask if they had serviced and cleaned it again since the other couple didnt realize they had the wrong ring and had probably been wearing it this whole time. Three strikes on quality control.By this point, I was irate that not only had I brought my ring in to be cleaned and it was sent to someone else, my address was incorrect in their system, they werent proactive about checking the serial number on the band AND diamond OR servicing it since someone else had probably been wearing it this whole time.By now, the assistant manager finally realized it would be appropriate to offer more than just returning my ring, which shouldnt have been lost in the first place. In her email, she offered my husband and I a reservation at Tiffany Blue Box cafe and to replace the setting on my ring so I knew nobody else had ever worn it. I didnt want the setting replaced (for sentimental reasons) and really had no interest in going to their cafe. She asked if I had any suggestions on how they could make it up to me, so I shared the link to a small Tiffanys key necklace that my husband said he was planning to get me for our anniversary. Since they were willing to replace my platinum setting, this seemed like a fair trade. She replied to say they cant gift jewelry, even in the most extreme cases, but that she took the liberty of picking out a small gift for me, which would be included with my ring when it was delivered. Ironic they couldnt gift jewelry when they offered to replace the setting at no charge. When they sent a courier to deliver my ring, I asked that they contact me directly so I could sign for it personally. The management in my building is really great, but I just didnt want any other potential mixups to occur. Not surprising at this point, they still had my address wrong when the courier delivered my ring today. The unit number was someone elses unit, not mine. Thankfully, the front desk employees knew that it was incorrect and wrote the right unit number on it so they notified me right away, but my ring could have easily been given to the wrong tenant in my building. The gift I received was a small dish or coaster - I really dont know. But it was a slap in the face for the horrible experience I had dealing with this situation. When my husband and I decided to buy the ring from them, it was for the high quality products and services they stand for. If this is what the Tiffanys experience has turned into, Ill never be buying from them again.
July 6, It was my birthday and I went to Tiffanys. I met Angeliki and Henell who were absolutely fun and delightful! They took excellent care of my friend who bought a beautiful bracelet. I was joking with them that I should get something for free because it was my birthday. They gave me and my friend a glass of Champagne. It was an awesome surprise and very cool. The staff at Tiffanys was so happy and they all seemed to like their job. They took time explaining their designs and answering questions to people like me, who they knew were not buying jewellery.I also want to thank Duncan, who made my others friend day by letting her try on a $48,000.00 ring she loved!! She still talks about it!Thank you again for being so awesome Tiffanys staff!!!!
This store is the best Tiffanys store. Worth the visit, especially during Christmas time. Once time they served hot chocolate and cookies for the shoppers during the holidays. Their service is really good and very helpful. Sign up for their email so they can send you the news about their newest designs.
Iconic jeweler. You can buy jewelry, register for wedding gifts and baby gifts and even dine here. Soup to nuts.Tiffany has launched a few lines in silver the last 15 years which are less expensive and appeal to the masses (not high end design). Tiffany has become more accessible and less exclusive. The sales folks are nice and attentive. They work on commission. It is always nice to receive a gift in the robins egg blue box.....
Strictly overrated and overrated museum/art gallery, not a shop. The tourists constitute 90% of the population inside and the tellers dont care if you buy anything. The doorkeepers display false interest in you but this is rather a vetting process evaluating if you might steal something. When I actually came to buy a specific product, there was not even a single sign specifying where is the men jewellery floor or where do they sell which kinds. Finally, I had to stand in a LINE because the clerk was busy with some hesitant housewife and nobody else would care about the fact I actually wanted to do a purchase. After the silver polisher finished her third round of polishing the otherwise untouched ring, I left, deciding to buy elsewhere.
If youre planning a trip to NYC, try your best to get into Tiffanys Blue Box Cafe for breakfast, lunch or high tea! Beautifully decorated in Tiffany blue and white, this lovely spot offers an incredible presentation, tasty food and impeccable service.Reservations are the toughest part -- you can only access them online and must respond super quickly as its a lottery style. Along with skating at Rockefeller Center, this was our other top memory! Absolutely lovely, especially for those who love high tea! Worth the effort!Oh, and check out the $12 million necklace on the main floor when youre enroute to the cafe on the 4th floor -- incredible!
The traditional blue box with a white ribbon gets a gold star! Its the hot spot for jewelry with high prices. The quality and precision of Tiffanys has been around forever. Its the place for a loving couple to learn about engagement rings, everyone in Westchester wears the charm. I belong to Tiffany -myself included. The jewelry is unique and designed with care. This store is crowded during the holidays, tourists flock to catch a glimpse of this store. It has floors of jewelry, gifts for weddings, and babies. My 1st visit to Tiffany I met Walt Chamberlain. Guards surrounded me as I went over to ask for his -signature! Oh what an experience it is to shop at Tiffany. If ever my son reads this: Thanks for my star!
Attempting to speak with someone over the phone is a nightmare. I have been told to call back numerous times to confirm the pick up time of a bracelet that is being adjusted. Currently on hold for 30 minutes with no end in sight.UPDATE: After calling numerous times and calling different departments, a very helpful staff member (Abbie) assisted me right away, providing me with direct contact info (in the event we got disconnected) and answering all my questions in a very clear, professional and empathetic manner. Thats how customer service is done. Thank you Abbie!
I went to the flagship store on 5th Ave in NYC. It was the first time I had ever visited. The manager is an absolute doll . She helped me with an item I needed to purchase for a Christmas gift. The store is great and Im definitely going back on the fact alone that the treatment I received was amazing .
I am not going to pretend we are rich, but my husband had saved to buy me something as we were on our honeymoon. As we walked in we were greeted by looks up and down and snyde comments about my husbands clothes. We brushed it off as a misunderstanding on our part. As we got in the lift the assault continued as I got screamed at for the small bag on my back. Apparently I might hit someone with it if Im not careful. We left. We were checked out by the same guy as when we entered clearly smirking at our empty hands. It was your attitude that kept them empty. I understand that our money would have been pocket change to Tiffany but its money youll never ever see.To the people that were so very rude to us...you may work in tiffany, but its still just a jewelry shop. The lift you operate...its still just a lift. Get over yourselves, you arent bringing about world peace, or saving lives. Your taking people up and down and up and down allllll day long.
Today I bought a 400 dollar ring, I came back home at the end of the day and it wasn’t in the box!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I demand for my ring!! What if someone was flying on the next day? This is the most famous Tiffany in the world and it does something like this. It’s ridiculous
Terrible customer service rudest security in Manhattan. I’ll never spend a dollar at Tiffany’s & Co again. Would not let us in at 6:57pm when they closed at 7pm despite us calling ahead. The store was still packed and the tills were still open. Ruined our evening turned up with no present for our friends engagement party. Super rude.
If I could give more stars I would. Everything Tiffanys I love. When I was going into 5th grade I lived in New York for a month and visited this store. Im 41 now and to this day I can remember walking in and at the time a young girl getting to see sparkly diamonds won me over. I hope to return someday and visit the store again.Anything you purchase from Tiffanys wont be wrong, and whoever receives the gift will be excited.
I purchased earings online and we came to pick up with my wife. I wanted it to be the best experience but it ended up the worst experience. Let’s start with a special quest to get to the 6th floor because of huge crowds. Then we got at the pickup place, we were showed the wrong item and they made us wait for a about 20 minutes till we received what I paied for. All that tiffany singature experience happened in a windowless ugly corridor. No one really apologized, no one offered us any attention or drinks while in another hall people were treated with drinks. I didn’t feel special is an understatement. I was ashamed presenting that experince to my wife. Shame on you tiffany! You’re not a luxury store, you’re a marketplace!
Staff are nice and professional. If they are helping another customer, you might have to wait a bit until they get to you. On a busy weekend, they do seem a bit understaffed at times and there will be some customers lingering around waiting for assistance.I called in to have something put on hold. When I went there towards closing time, it was practically empty with no customers. I guess that would be the best time to go in. Gave my name to the sales rep. and paid for my item that was on hold. I got out within 10 minutes.Quick service if you look online and call ahead, but if you go in during peak times, prepare yourself and be patient until a sales rep is free. The security guard was one of the nicest and politest guards Ive ever encountered at a store.
Shear protection here, everything in this store reeks of luxury, art, and beauty. I only knew of this place from the film and when I came out of Central Park and saw it I had to go inside. Its pure upscale, high-in, the elite crowd, Bill Gates money and it is. Its expensive in here. High rollers, big big spenders shop here. This is the first and only jewelry store I enjoyed being in and wished I could buy something. But I did recreate on my GoPro with my wife Breakfast at Tiffanys opening scene. As I was prepping my wife for the scene, there was others doing the something.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The sales associate (At least two of the employees I asked for help) desperate to get their sales commission. So if you want to exchange/return the item and if it is crowded, they will ask you to wait (forever) or ask you to speak with the person you originally were taken care of when making purchase. I am disappointed that they dont have an attitude of any willingness to help customer.
My first tiffanys experience! It was glamorous. Equipped with 6 glistening floors each more sparkly than the next. Upon Arrival the door men greet you warmly! I was not dressed for such a high end/ iconic boutique but was treated like royalty. I did buy a custom Sterling silver necklace from a wonderful sales lady named Roni. She was a delight and even had complementary champagne poured in celebration (which was amazingly tasty) Ill be returning here for years to come
Came to Tiffany to pay tribute to Audrey Hepburns Holly Golightly. Took photo in the from facade as in the opening scene. Then went in to make a deposit. To reenact the scene to buy something for $5. Ended up ponying up $1,000 due to hyperinflation thanks to the endless QE.We went to 169 East 71st Street apartment on foot as Holly did in the opening scene.
This flagship store is not just the famous jewelry store, it is also a tourist attraction and amusement park for women! : ) The merchandise is catered to the modern, upscale, trendy and classical item seeking shoppers. The best time to take tourists is during the Holiday season when the windows are done and during Fashion week. During the Holidays, the traditional blue box white ribbon gets a red ribbon! Great place to see young couples pick out engagement rings, wedding registry items, or kids buying the latest silver bauble that becomes trendy!

2022-05-18If I could give this review more stars, I would!Yesterday my fiancée & I went to purchase our engagement rings!!! It was our first time in a Tiffany store & it did not disappoint!Justin L. Wang on the 3rd floor helped us the entire way with kindness & professionalism. He made sure that my fiancée felt included/comfortable as she is in a wheelchair. The lady that serves the drinks (Selena?) was also very professional and very welcoming! Justin was very patient and attentive retrieving the rings we asked for and some similar styles. Measured our ring fingers & we set out to find our perfect bands!Thank you Selena for the drink service & the laughs! Thank you Justin for making my dreams come true & your wonderful service!! I will DEF come back! I can’t stop buzzing about the wonderful experience I had here. I admit, I was doubtful - didn’t want to get racially profiled but that didn’t happen at all! All the staff we interacted with were kind & happy to see us!100/10 would recommend! :-D

2022-03-12Excellent place to see premium jewelry, this place is so big it almost feels as like a museum. Unfortunately due to the fact of being so big staff is not as attentive if you are browsing around which could also be a + if you are not looking to purchase. I went there to buy a wedding band and I had to ask the staff for help since they were counting at register. Which in my opinion customer should always come first. However once I raise my concern I did get the excellent customer service and they also provided my daughter with a tiffany box so she can paint while I shop around. Will deff continue my business with tiffany. Has not disappointed.

2021-11-27You are valued customer the moment you walk up to the doors. The customer experience is unmatched! I am a long-time Tiffany admirer, but only in recent years have been blessed enough to be a customer. This store gives Atlanta’s T&CO. incredible service a run for their money! Christina went above and beyond to find me the piece I had in mind (which was not anywhere on display). Even though the specific necklace was at a lower price point, Christina, and client advisor, Tony, made my husband and me feel like the most valued customers in the store! This experience has been the highlight of our first trip to NYC. …Ok maybe not my husband’s but definitely mine 😂 I would love to make a trip to this NYC T&CO an annual thing!

2022-01-03It’s my first time shopping for myself at Tiffany & Co and Ms. Connie Chen made such a daunting task for me into a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks to her patience and knowledge I was able to leave with beautiful pieces I will cherish forever .

2021-05-07Amazing shopping experience at Tiffany‘s Fifth Ave!!From end-to-end great customer service. They hold the doors for you when you are entering or leaving, you get approached immediately when stepping in and you are also being assisted on the spot.We shopped with Jill Fischer who is a super nice, patient, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson! I loved her service very much. After finishing the sale we looked at the different floors because there is a lot to explore. The flower arrangements they installed are spectacular! There is even a small photo booth where you may take picture with beautiful flowers in the background.Every Tiffany employee we met on our little tour was extremely friendly and welcoming! They also currently have a special exhibition with rare gem stones upstairs which is breathtaking! A must-see when visiting these days.Highly recommend to go to this Tiffany location for the experience.Definitely going back here for future purchases. Thanks for making it so special!

2022-04-09I purchased an expensive ring for my wife. I ordered it a few weeks early so I could give it to her on time. After giving it to her, she was running her fingers through her hair and the ring broke. she only had it about three weeks. I called Tiffany and since it was past the 30 day refund period there was nothing that they could do.I’m updating my review to be more positive because the customer service rep that helped me through email said they will fix it , and only charge half of what they would normally charge. I give Tiffany & Co. credit for caring about their customers.

2022-05-20I feel bad for saying this as a former Tiffany’s customer, but I wasn’t impressed. I asked about a tennis bracelet and the woman at the door was lovely about pointing me to the right area. The gentleman at the counter, however, did not seem interested. He pulled out the smallest bracelet and did not offer to let me try it on. He made sure you mention it was the smallest diamonds they had. I guess I didn’t look like I could afford it? Will continue to visit the Chicago store in the future but it did slightly sour me in the Tiffany’s experience.

2022-07-02What more can be said.Lovely jewelryThere are many pricy pieces..especially gold. There is Sterling silver for everyone.Regardless if you are a lookie loo or a serious client , you will be treated respectfully.Staff is so trained to treat wealthy and not so wealthy the sameIt must be a magic cocktail that turns on their smiles and stiff upper lipBathrooms are clean. So, pretend you are filthy rich and go try on sumptuous diamonds
