Tile Expo of Westbury was the place to go for our bathroom vanity and countertop. Ash and Aida were excellent in helping us obtain these items when nowhere else had any good choices.In one instance, however, there was an issue with the manufacturer of the vanity ( NY Vanity ) in which a section of the design had been discontinued and Ash had not been informed. When the Vanity arrived to Tile Expo and the error was discovered Ash went out of his way to assist us in figuring out a solution. In the end all turned out fine. The countertop was purchased at Tile Expo as well as it went beautifully with our design pattern.Ash was as fair as he could be with the total price in order to make up for the error with the vanity. Ash is a pleasure to deal with, patient and more than willing to work with you to get what you need.I highly recommend Tile Expo of Westbury for your next project.

Went to many tile places before coming here to Tile Expo in Westbury. It was hard to find someone to work with you and have patience along with guiding you. Ash at tile expo was phenomenal at helping us to design and pick out colors that were perfect for us. He was patient, very knowledgeable and great with communication and follow up. Save time and make this location your fist stop for your tile needs, you won’t have to go anywhere else. The girls that work with him here are phenomenal as well, even when he was off, I was able to get the answers and follow up that I needed. Here, it’s all about customer service and quality.P.S. Ash, I know my wife can be a handful and I greatly appreciate the time patience and respect you gave her.J

I would click 10 stars if I could. Re-doing my master bath and I stupidly bought the wall tiles from Glamour Tile instead of Expo to save a few bucks. What a big mistake that was! Stay away from Glamour unless you dont mind being fooled and manipulated. Expo has a wide selection and so I bought my floor tiles there. But the real hidden gem at Expo is Ash!! He takes his time with you and makes great recommendations. He is very accommodating and hes honest!! I think I saw him more the last 2 months than my own kids! And he welcomes you every time with your questions and concerns, never making you feel like youre bothering him. I appreciate Ash so much more, especially after dealing with Glamour Tiles. Great customer service is everything!! And its becoming harder and harder to find.Im not sure if Ash is the owner and if he isnt, he should definitely think about opening his own shop. He would thrive just on recommendations from happy customers!!

I can’t say enough good things about this store and Ash, who helped me over all the months I visited his store. I had a big project—renovating three bathrooms in my house and Ash was so attentive and helpful every step of the way. Despite being busy with lots of calls and customers, he stood by my side helping me make tile choices.and can really say I am so happy with the outcome of all three bathrooms. His selection is really the best and over the months I saw so many new styles of tile come in to his store that it is evident he really cares to offer his client the best and latest styles. His tiles are beautiful! Tile Expo of Westbury’s prices are very fair and I found the selection of tile to be a cut above the rest—it is clear Ash really has an eye for style and takes pride in the elegant quality of his materials. Lastly, his commitment to his customers is unbeatable and rare to find these days. Ash stayed late when I needed help and even drove over an hour away to pick up tile on his day off when I was in a time crunch with renovation. What more can one ask for? Thanks Ash! We look forward to working with you again with our future projects :)

I had an amazing experience shopping at Tile Expo in Westbury. They have such a great selection but most importantly are the people who work there. Ash was my salesperson and he was so helpful and knowledgeable on all the product. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Tile to shop at this store.

Can’t say enough good things about Ash and his team. Ash was patient with us as we picked out our floor tile, backsplash, and countertop. He assisted us with some design issues and finally after getting several 3rd party bids, we used his people for the installation of the tiles. Best choice we made. Ash was there on the first day, middle of the project and at the end to verify the work. The tile installers started the work when they were supposed to, they finished every day by cleaning the work area and leaving it spotless. In one instance unknown to us we got some wet grout on our shoes which was then tracked out to the brick paver patio. Almost immediately one of the workers was there cleaning up the wet grout so it would not stain the brick pavers. The work was completed on time and they did a beautiful job. A few days later there was some minor cracking in the backsplash grout lines and within a day or two they were back to fix it. I would not only recommend Ash for tile purchase, but I would also highly recommend him and his workers for the installation

Buying our quartz bar top at Rubinho Tile was a very pleasant experience. Ann guided us through our purchase and was a big help in making our selection. We’re very happy with the final outcome and would not hesitate to shop at Rubinho Tile again or to recommend it to others.
