Customer service was friendly and they responded quickly through the email if you have any question about the product . After you order the product it came within a couple day.
The tile and kitchen cabinet selections are high quality and vast and the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I did a gut renovation of my kitchen and my custom inset cabinets are gorgeous (and cost a fraction of what I would’ve paid at a Manhattan showroom for the same or inferior quality product). Nicole was incredibly helpful, responsive, and tirelessly diligent, ensuring that every measurement was precise and that everything came together to perfection. The process was seamless, timely, and resulted in a designer worthy kitchen. I cannot recommend Tile and Kitchen World enough.

Tile world has a lot of good selection of tiles at a reasonable and fair price. The service especially Raymond was awesome! I cant thank you guys enough on helping us getting the different tiles for our bathroom and kitchen renovation. It was easy and fast. They actually held our tiles for few weeks without any problems. The re-order was so fast that it didnt result to any delays in the project. Very reliable. Answers phone calls and emails all the time.Our experience was wonderful and wanted to share to everyone.

I found nice tiles for my bathroom walls and floor which I saw on one of their store displays for a reasonable price. After 7 years, the tiles still look great!
Very poor customer service. Had to run after sales people asking for help , essentially ignored and told “ stop asking how much “. They were not to get bothered even to show merchandise. There was only one other customer in the store. Worst experience I had in any store to say the least.
I just finished my bathroom WhiteStone, actually this is the second time I bought the tile here, but this shopping gave me a completely different experience. there is a man who named Sean ,Although he was young,but he gave me very valuable advice, I am very satisfied with his service, and I pretty sure will come back again for my next house .
I was shopping for 3 pieces of quartz for my remodeled bathroom. Places like Home Depot wouldnt even talk about it even though I said Id pay for their minimum. Tile World had a large selection for me to choose from and had the cut and finished pieces ready for me 2 days after ordering them.
This store has terribly poor customer service and are potentially fraudsters. Be very very wary of doing business here. We had an absolutely abhorrent experience. The salesperson we dealt with was not trustworthy. We ordered tiles and paid a deposit. We counted on the tiles being in stock and delivered but later were told they had to backorder. Our contractor needed the tiles and the tile store left us high and dry. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Finally, when demanding a refund, no one in the store would assist us - saying that we had to wait for the salesperson we dealt with originally - who are already ONE HOUR late to a scheduled appointment. VERY VERY BAD. BUYER BEWARE
I worked with Stella at Tile World a few years ago to design my kitchen. She was excellent--she visited my apartment, offered many design ideas, and delivered a satisfying product. I also worked with Jay on purchasing bathroom tiles--he was very friendly and accommodating. Theres a good selection her for kitchen and bathroom products.
Very rude. Was running an errand for my dad to get 10 pcs of tiles. I’ve never been to a tile store but i went to the help desk to ask about it. The guy was so rude to me telling me how this is America, etc. and i kept thinking why does that matter? He was clearly not born here so why does he got to remind me this is America? I was born here! Anyways, I just need floor tiles and assumed that a tile store may have them. But after being so rude all i said was thanks and left. He was very very mean. It was an older asian gentleman. He needs to be a bit more polite especially when I spoke to him nicely too.

I went with the wife (or should I say forced to go) to check to see the availability of a particular tile that we have had such a tm hard time finding. When we arrived the parking lot was full but was able to squeeze in a spot. I liked the service and attention by the staff, the person who first served us seemed to be the manager and wow did he know his stuff. The guy looked at the tile I had and in about 3 seconds he pointed us in the right direction. Im definitely heading back there. FYI that area around this establishment is a heavy construction/working area so you can see smog/smoke/dirt in the air. Wear a mask =)

Large selection of stuff. Ive been there many times. I have seen on some occasions particular staff not being great, while I was being helped by someone who was. Its worth checking out especially if you want to get a good price for what you get.
Old tiles from the 70s. Brittle and overpriced plus the owner dont speak a word of english but is programmed to argue. Better selection at ANY tile store around Home Depot on Avery Ave. Also they are located in a bad location with heavy traffic and people driving too fast getting on and off highways. I usually dont post reviews but really wasted time with these people. Also tiles are ordered and you have to go back after a week+
Overpriced. I was able to find Carrara white marble for my bathroom, pearl marble for kitchen floor, & statuary Calcutta for my kitchen walls all for way cheaper in other tile places in flushing. Go else where.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great product lines. If they dont have it, theyll do their best to find it. Very satisfy with the service. I recommend them highly

2022-06-09Great options displayed in a way which gives you a good sense of the options. There are so many options! Plus some great deals ..... if something isnt in stock theyve been able to get quickly and costs are really good. my clients have been happy when we go to pick their stone or tile.

2022-06-10Tile World has a HUGE selection tile for any application. You want something for a steam shower? They have that. You want herringbone or chevron wood-look floor tile? They have that. Ceramic, porcelain, and glass tiles galore. If it’s not in stock, it’s there quickly and they have everything you need from finished edging and Mapei grout.

2021-03-02I checked out about four kitchen places before I went with Nicole from Kitchen World! It was about less than half the price of those fancy places and less or the same as other places, and I think I ended up with a much nicer kitchen. She was also meticulous, and so willing to work with my budget. She would let me pick right from the book based on price because I was trying to get the most bang for my buck. I think I had three or four meetings with her to get the design perfect, but it was 90% there in the first meeting. She met with both my contractor and installer, and even though they were annoyed with her for being a perfectionist, I was so thankful!!! (Ironically, the previous owner of my house used the same woman. She had a picture of my kitchen when I showed up and thats how I knew a stained glass window in the garage went in the kitchen window.) Honestly the kitchen is perfect, and it is really due to Nicole. She even noticed that the walls were not straight, and I was able to have my contractor straighten them.

2021-06-14Brian was fantastic. I am a designer for the Closet Factory. I knew exactly what my project was going to look like before it was installed. Because of that I had to return and purchase additional tile a couple of times. It was a seamless process. Tile world has a large selection to choose from. Much larger than your average store.
