At 12:53am we ordered a carmeal cold brew with cold foam. My mom got the drink and tasted it just to make sure it was correct which everyone does when receiving what they ordered. She was told to move rudely and was flipped off by some lady who came out of no where when a gentleman was assisting us with our items. My mom got upset and flipped her off and called her the B word which I do not blame my mom for reacting the way she did because as I said it was very rude. This service shouldnt be tolerated if your willing to treat your customers with disrespect just simply do not show up to work.
Good staff always friendly coffee is great must of the time once in a while not enough sugar or creamer or they dont double cup or take way to long cause theres a person in training on the morning shift during an way to work rush and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get a coffee but must the time there good outways the bad just wish theyd train people on a afternoon or nite shift
I went at 6:15 am. No one was attending the drive through windows, but there was no sign posted. Three cars, including me, waited for several minutes with no service. When I went inside the cafe to order a coffee, the staff did not show much interest in serving anyone. When my turn came, I ordered a large coffee. I took a sip of the coffee after I returned to my car and it tasted like old dishwater.
The only thing they get right is coffee, last time I go to one run by people who dont speak English, no toasting of English muffins ignore requests like no egg, and this is what you get for a wrap, sad should be ashamed of themselves no way you can make 4 breakfast sandwiches and wrap and have them in a bag when you get to the window and no one else is in line inside or in drive through....they need to stop worrying about times for window and make food properly
They rob you dont speak or understand English Ive called complaint hotline never took care of problem when you tell them med coffee milk and surgar senior discount they tell you 2.07. Thats not discount cause they dont know how never will go back and they talk and joke inside while line is waiting in drive though worse Tim Hortons
Today the Elmwood Tims was super fast! I got my coffee before I was done paying and my sandwich one minute after that. Thats fast. This location is pretty good about being fast. The food and coffee is fine. Coffee is a light tasting roast and the food is acceptable. They have free WiFi and places to hang out, very standard and comfortable.
I drink coffee all day long. 3x a day at this exact location. Why i have to go back to location becaise they cant get it right the 1st time is besides me? Figure 7 days times 3x a day is 21 visits now times 21 x 5 rounding by the way thats 125 dollars . think star bucks is calling my name since you guys are all owned by same man who never cares when i complain about my gas it takes to get back to store the 2x a day they. Make me wrong order!
Ordered a Green Tea at the drive thru around 2 p.m. on a Saturday. Horrible service from the manager. I pulled up to the window gave him my rewards card, he set it down and said, itll be just a few moments. No big deal til he finally opened the window and said, what did you have? Then he rang it up, took my money and shut the window. Meanwhile, Im waiting for my change and green tea. After a few minutes he opens the window and tells me the total. I said, sir, I already paid you. You owe me my change. He says, you already pay? I said, yes sir, Ive already paid you. I gave you $5. He then says, oh, one moment, as he looks to the employee who should have my order ready and says, large green tea, black. Finally, instead of giving me the correct change, $2.63 he hands me $3. As a manager at such a well known establishment this should not be happening!!
I am normally a huge fan of tim hortons. Most other locations are fast, friendly and correct. But as of late this location has been rude almost everytime of Ive gone through the drive thru. Half the time my order is completely wrong (which is crazy because I order a triple triple) They will take care of one entire line of cars before ever even attempting to clear out the other side of the drive thru. Everyone always looks miserable, and after today I will not return to this location. The guy at the window took my debit card put it in the machine and walked away. Leaving my card unattended and me sitting there with my coffee getting cold. They are quite unprofessional and I would not reccomend this location to anyone.
This location is really a hit or miss if youre going to get the correct order or good customer service. Tried talking to the employees about my order that was incorrect but they gave me attitude and refused to service me. Ill be going to a different location from now on, they used to have great staff but not anymore.
I have been to drive through and ordered 2 teas but received instead tea coffee, I was supprised there is no buys just staffs are enjoying not even listen to customer needs,this is my 3rd time iam facing this issues and again returned to tim hortons to change the tea, so irritated and inconvenient....you guys should remember customers are the key in the business world.....Thanks
The guy who hands out the food at the drive through here in the mornings is probably the best fast food worker Ive ever met. Treats everyone like family, Ive went there to grab a coffee on a rough day just because I knew my 5 second interaction with him would make me feel better. This also has one of the nicer Tim Hortons interiors if youre planning on eating in.
This was the rudest experience my husband and I have ever had. Went through the drive thru and the guy who took our order didnt even let us finish ordering. We pull up to the window and the guy just shoved his finger in our face and slammed the window and told us to hold on after weve already been waiting 5 minutes. Half the tim bits we ordered tasted burnt. And the hot chocolate was so watered down. Literally never returning to this location.
Rude staff. When ordering thru drive thru, will enter anything to hurry order along. Didnt include part of my order which I didnt discover until I got home. When I returned, manager was rude and told me it was my fault for driving off without it. He further stated Do you expect us to run after your car? All this over $2 worth of donuts. I feel the rude reception was due to my ethnicity. Disappointed
What a horrible experience today at this location. Usually the service is sub par. (Its what you would expect for a Tims Horton) today a simple order and of course they messed up when I made it to the window and the one kid (Asian)argues with me and was insisting I take what I did not order. I told him 3 times it was not what I ordered. The next thing I hear from the one older lady that was taking the order she yells out loud in a sarcastic way can we get another person with a headset on! Supposeively I dont know how to takes orders right! She clearly said it so I could hear her. As I didnt get why I wanted I decided to call and speak to a manager. He had very broken English and hung up on me so I called back and he hung up again. Funny thing is I wasnt even yelling when I called. I was just letting them know. If there is a owner that cares about this issue it was your employees and manager that were working around 2 pm on 7/10/2017
A great place to use as my office away from office! As a Real Estate Professional, I am often on the road - so knowing that I have tons of places all over WNY that I can meet with clients is a necessity! Not to mention they always have a whole menu for my clients to select from while we meet...
I stop at this Tims location almost every Friday evening with my dogs. Tea for me, Timbits for them. The crew is always amazing. I am especially impressed with the young men who work the drive-through. They always say hello to my pups and one even gives me a fist-bump before I pull away.Tonight they didnt have the tea ready, and one of the young men brought it around to my car and stopped and visited with me and the dogs.I always have a smile on my face when I pull out of the parking lot. I dont know what you are doing there, but keep it up! Kudos to all those working Friday nights!
The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was drenched in grease and Everytime I order a coffee with a single shot of cream it comes back looking like an off-white milk shake. Tim Hortons product hasnt been good for the last 5+ years and somehow it manages to get worse Everytime. Cant do it anymore.
Their is a young man who works the drive thru window almost each morning and he gives customers knuckles as they get ready to pull away and its usually accompanied with positive words and I must say it is refreshing and im betting he has changed someones bad day to good with just this simple act. Nice way to start a day
Service is kinda slow here if you walk in, so be sure to use the drive through but beware, I live on this street and Im tired of you people screwing up traffic and nearly hitting me when coming out of that driveway.3 stars because things are OK here but Id rate 1 star if not for that because stupid traffic.
So I came here yesterday for two coffees and a lemonade and waited about 20 mins for just that then when we got to the window the girl spilled my coffee out the window and took another 10 mins to fill the same cup and give me both the cups with coffee all over it and then when I asked for napkins she looked confused and told me they didnt have any at the window so she had to go all the way to the back and grab some. Then later that day I thought that they didnt return my debit card so irritated I called them and was on the phone for a full hour, in this hour I can hear them taking orders and talking and laughing so I decided to stay on the phone. Also during all of this I had time to get dressed and ready and take a 25 min drive out to this location, because I was only in the area yesterday, and I was still on the phone with them when I walked into the store. Then when I confronted the manager Scott he walked away from me to get one of the girls who answered the phone when all I wanted was to know if my debit card was even there or not. After her bringing me the wrong card out of the safe from Im guessing the stack of cards they probably have sitting there, I left pissed off and still without a debit card. I suggest never going to this tim hortons ever. Ive only been there once and it was the worst experience Ive ever had.
1/2/16 10:40 pm, ordered a large iced coffee with a shot of espresso on the side. I was told the price goes from .50 to 1.50 when the espresso shot is kept separate from the drink. I then decided to get the shot in the drink for the cheaper price. Got to the window and was served a medium coffee after paying for a large. I then asked for my money back and the clerk refused. I left without my money or coffee. This is a sad way to handle a customer!UPDATE Went back the next day and was refused my money or drink again, by a manager! In essence they stole from me.
You seriously can not beat the AM weekday service at this location. I usually go to a location in East Amherst that is closer to my job and they are always miserable. They can only muster a, Hey, about 25% of the time before they jam the coffee in my hand. I am no morning person - my coworkers joke that you cant make direct eye contact with me until after 10am, but the upbeat attitude of the staff on Elmwood is contagious and always puts me in a great mood to start my day. As mentioned in the other comments, the fist bumps really seal the deal.
Elmwood near Kenmore Timmys is severing very watered down ice coffees. When I went back to get it fixed they gave me another watered down ice coffee. I had to go to another location to get it fixed. I just called the location and the manager said when I come next time to ask for her... I asked for her name after she said it and I still have no idea what she said. I dont think Ill be going back to that one. I get a coffee daily but cmon. I shouldnt have to drive across town for a good one.
Bad service and the manager she was horrible being super rude to her employees and us costumers we had coupons and is one per guest and she was saying we cant use the coupons after explaining we are going to pay per guest and she was rude about saying no after i told her i called and spoked to corp and she called some woman named tina she was rude as well but i called corp and made the complaint and im posting the video of how she treated us and her employee she need to get properly trained or fired weve never had a problem until she showed up Tims needs to properly train their employees.. Remember Costumers are always right just do what you got to do so we can go on with our day but no always trying to make it hard for us for no reason. So at the end of the day she refused to take our orders after one of tye employee took our ordered and we payed.. If i can give a zero i so would.. We never going back there ever again..
Go through this location minimum 5 times a week and Im constantly being given the incorrect order nor is there ever a single employee who knows what is going on. I cant tell you how frustrating it is that I dont have a location closer to me otherwise I would never visit this location.
The Tim hortons in a main Main Street across from University plaza Buffalo some of their almond poyors are very snotty I had some one lady talk to me and treat me really badd and she did not wait on me and I know that was wrong for her to do that and that was against her job description should being very rude she ignored me when I tried to order my food and she tried to ignore me she walked away from me
Its coffee and donuts I dont think you can really mess those up the problem is most of time I go to the one on Niagara and Ontario area have a really difficult time understanding whats being sad and they have a hard time understanding what Im saying seems to be a language barrier
Absolutely terrible from the service to thier so called fresh bakery products walked I 1person in line 1cashier the person in line hands the cashier the phone she proceeds to talk on the phone for 5 minutes ok now it’s my time to order the bakery products weee literally hard as a rock (avoid this place ) absolutely terrible

2022-06-16Im tired of having to check my coffee for sugar every time I order with no sugar. Dunkin may not be perfect but its less frustrating than dealing with the order-accuracy issues I keep having here

2020-08-11Maybe you could use more accurate pictures. I definitely feel lied to and cheated. Not sure if they were running low on on the Everything topping, but, my bagel top was almost embarrassingly bare (pic#5). And, its abundantly clear that your egg disks were manufactured for biscuits NOT bagels.Pictures 3&4 are after I yummied it up with a scrambled egg with grilled onions and Kissed By the Sun Everything Bagel Seasoning. Id probably be more upset if I didnt have the KBTS seasonings. Timbits were good.

2021-12-24Its usually a long drive-thru line at rhis location. But it always moves fast. The employees here are about their Job. No sitting around. Ive never had a long wait no matter how long the lines are.

2021-08-25I would have gave them a five but they were limited on food at 2:00 in the morning even though they said that they carried a certain kind of food at that time which they didnt. Which I get it its slow it is what it is they allow me to walk through drive through since I drive semi and let me order on like another restaurant up the road from them they would not let me go to their walk up window and order food. I have to go back in an earlier time to try out the food. What I had was good. Sorry I only gave you four. But your worker was gracious enough to still help me since nothing else was really open. Thank you!

2021-09-20Closest TH to my house, quality has completely declined. I come here for Tim Hortons coffee,not brown water.3rd time experience this as I pull away from drive thru. Calling the store goes directly to a fax machine. ZERO stars
