Went through the drive through, asked for a dozen assorted filled donuts. Guess I should have checked because I got screwed with 10 plain donuts. Friggin joke, cant trust anyone to do right.Tried again the next week and got told they cant do an order like that unless I order ahead. So I guess Ill take my business elsewhere. Just plain lazy with nasty attitudes.
Worst experience ever. Asked for a simple tuna sandwich and was told she was not selling any food because they were closing in 10 minutes. I would understand if I had asked for a hot drink or a food that required cooking but I asked for THE simplest sandwich and was denied. Im sorry but if the place is not closed yet I should be able to get the very simple menu item I asked for instead of being told no straight to my face. Will not go here ever again.
Underwhelmed in drive through, 20 minute wait, over sweetened coffee and no sesame bagels, bagel sandwich i did get was cold enough cheese not melted.
Hot chocolate had a dark chocolate taste I didnt care for
The personnel were pleasant enough and courteous. The food on the other hand was a bit undercooked and raw. The price was more than I would have liked to pay. I can safely say it was my first and last time eating at that establishment.
While was a stop for us at least 3 mornings a week, today is the last day we will ever stop there again. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and got black coffee with whip cream. My bagel with bacon and cheese was cold. Then the hash brown was completely missing. My partner just left his order because it was totally wrong. The female working the front register is always unhappy and unfriendly.Back to dunkin we go.
Great coffee and friendly customer service
Almost always have a great experience at this specific location. I cant say as if the other locations around town are quite as good honestly. Ive gone to all of them, and yet I still find myself going out of my way to stop here. The manager here is always very fast and always friendly. Very rarely is my order messed up and to me that is a big deal, being as how frequently I am stuck having to wait for my coffee to be fixed. This location however is great!!

Never once have i ever had a good experience here. The average wait time for anyone in the lobby or drive-thru is never less than 12 minutes. Poor service to the max.
Got my order wrong. Was a walk in order at that. Then when I took wrong sandwich back up to tell them the it was wrong the girl making sandwhiches was very rude with me and pretty much called me a liar. It has been months since I had been there because of another incident of a girl putting her phone down near the topping area right as covid was hitting. I hope the whole world reads this and the ppl involved get an ads chewing.

We used this for gas, coffee and a whole pizza before a cheer competition. They rushed the pizza order as time was an issue. It was amazing! Exactly what I look for in a pizza. Coffee was excellent, quick sodas for kids. I will get pizza here again by plan.

They have a good selection of food. The prices arent too bad, considering what you get. You can dine-in or take out via the drive-in.Parking is always free & ample. Theres always handicapped parking & spots available. The staff is always helpful & friendly.

Great coffee, muffins and doughnuts, even breakfast sandwiches. I am not thrilled with the lunch sandwiches or ice coffee. When they do ice coffee they start with hot coffee as a result the coffee gets watered down and is never really icy cold Home made chips are great.
Normally I love Timmys but today one young man that complained over and over about working and no ladle for the soups. He forgot two gentlemen s lunches and a sweet girl came out and fixed everthing. His customer service was horrible. Ill be back in hopes I dont have to deal with him.
Hit or miss but most often a long wait. Always understaffed. Drive thru is #1 and if youre inside ordering and theirs 10 people in drive through you will wait until drive thru is served.
Very clean. Employees are quick and polite. Food is usually very good. My croissant has been flattened a couple times. Coffee is excellent.

A great extension of the Canadian chain. Tastes the same as Tim Hortons in Canada and has a number of similar products. The servers were friendly and attentive. Free WiFi is a bonus and there is plenty of seating available.
I like the coffee & some of the donut holes. The breakfast sandwiches are great. Its no Krispy Kreme but the coffee is better than youd get at the gas station.
Always a friendly staff our churches were a bit limited that day as a satellite location they could use a bit more support in the stocking of its product

Walked in to see a female employee playing on her phone overtop the fresh sandwich ingrediant bar then sets it down next to the tomotoes. I asked her if if she left her phone down next to the foid and she said no. It looked like a goigle pixel phone with a curved screen. Great way to protect the public when there is a virus going around.going to call corporate on this one.
Timbits are the best, and always welcome at my Dentists office with morning coffe!
A Tim Hortons that isnt so backed up with customers it makes you want to leave, not always but most of the time.

Wow! Coffee is amazing and so is the food, if you need something quick. The store we went to was super clean and the staff was very nice.
Great coffee and the donuts are never stale. Now if they get rid of that flat coffee lid and just use dome lids I would roll with a five star!
The customer service was nice, however they ran out of oatmeal by 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and they dont have as many healthy options on their menu as they used to. Everytime I go there the line seems to be extremely long. Overall their food is okay.

Timmies has the best coffee of any coffee chain in North America and the staff is always friendly - I will go out of my way by 1-2 miles to get timmies instead of anything else.
Walked in waited over a 1/2 hour for 2 sandwiches and its not because they are busy. They told me they were out of plain bagels at 10 am, again not because they sold them all. Just under prepared and unmotivated staff and management.

Satisfactory service. Menu item listed was not actually served (fountain drink). Had to pay extra for a 20oz. Bottled drink. No mention was made until at register (drive-thru).
I used to frequent this location, however we have a lost dog in the area and they refuse to hang one poster. They have lost my business (and besides, McDonalds has their coffee beat anyhow) They need to learn this is how it works...support my business, Ill support yours. #RescueDogsMatter
They were having a special on breakfast sandwiches. 2 for $4. Decent deal if you need 2. Bagel wa nice and fresh. 1 Timbit (donut hole) for .25.

On Monday May 4th my husband and I were on our way to Potsdam intending to return to Putnam Valley, NY the same day but really wanted Nutella donuts for our daughter and sons....We were sad to hear that they were not available until Wednesday......BUT......One of your workers saw how disappointed we were and offered to make us a batch so we wouldnt miss out.....I was in shock and couldnt take advantage of her generous offer because we were on a time constraint and needed to be in Potsdam by 12:30....She then offered for us to call her on the return trip so that she could have them ready for us when we passed through Watertown again...It was late when we were on our return trip and didnt want to stop because we still had such a long trip back but we wanted you to know that you have excellent employees on the shift which includes some time between 10:30-11:30AM and they should be acknowledged.
Waited 20 minutes for donuts. Nobody waited on so I left. Just my opinion but things work better with more than one person on.
Fast and perfectly made drinks and sandwiches. It is awesome when they ( meaning the workers ) listen to how you want your meal.

Tims coffee is a bit stronger than most coffees from dunkin and Starbucks. Their doughnuts and pasteries are very good.

2022-02-24I went to Tim Hortons and when I got to the window to order they asked me to wait which was completely fine I waited then placed my order after 20 minutes got up to the window and instead of her taking my money she continued to take others orders and kept touching my food with her bare hands. And kept touching the top of my muffin no gloves and kept moving it around until she finally put it in the bag. She kept opening my bags that had my food and just sticking her hand in it and I don’t even know why. She never opened the window to take my money she continued to just take press after 5 mins waiting to get my food at the window and just pay for it and after watching her touch her face nose eyes then my food I decided I was so disgusted I just left. Never got my food thankfully I never paid so I didn’t lose my money but it was a horrible experience and the girl with the septum ring In her nose was very unprofessional and unsanitary. I do not recommend this place at all!

2022-07-09Wanted a dozen donuts to take to the grandkids. Person taking the order didnt want to finish over the drive-thru and said the girl at the register would finish the order. When we got to the register. The girl had part of our order and had filled the rest of the box with whatever she felt like. Asked if it was ok. Said it was all she could do as they were busy. Nasty looking donuts kids wouldnt touch. What were we supposed to say. We were not happy. All customers should be treated with the same respect. My husband said if he was the manager he wouldve fired her.

2022-02-12Didn’t realize that a drive thru was suppose to take 30 mins to get an iced coffee with 1 car ahead of me. And the women with the tattoos didn’t even say hi or anything to me. 2019-07-26My bf just brought home these donuts for me. This has got to be the worse way to package donuts. I have always loved Tim Horton’s donuts, but not when i get it looking like this with the icing melted off on the bags. This looks so disgusting that it looks like they don’t even take care of their products to make sure that it gets home as if it was coming out of the oven. I feel that the shop is too cheap to order boxes for donuts. Just looking at these donuts, makes me sick. Makes me feel like they pulled these out of the trash can to sell.

2021-07-19Went here looking to just simply get a cookie and a donut for my friend I and we’re rudely screamed at that they were only taking drive thru orders as they were short staffed. We were not the only customers shouted at. They could have had a sign. Regardless you had 3 employees working. One of which could have been fulfilling the orders for the indoor cafe area. Ridiculous! Needless to say we left annoyed and disappointed. Also be aware you can only pay with exact change inside due to the change shortage. There is a sign for that on the counter.
