Really nice store, nice staff everyone was super helpful. I like that the sizes and boxes are on the floor so you can just pick out your size no need to wait on the staff to go to the back and get it for you. But for some reason folks still think that because youre paying for a shoe that the staff has to treat you like royalty... Like calm down Debra.
I have been a customer Timberland clothing and shoes for as long as I was old enough to purchase on my own (over 20 years 🙂) and I have never been disappointed.This store is great with variety of styles at great prices and the people that works there are awesome. I have been going from Canada to shop there for more than 7 years now.
Good selection, but they never have my size in what I want. Great for people with feet smaller than size 13.
Not impressed. The prices here are no different than a regular store. I thought outlet prices were supposed to be cheaper. They did have a buy one get one at half price deal on selected styles only. But i can get that deal anywhere, especially If Im paying full price for the boot anyway.
They advertised a buy one get one half off sale but nothing in the store was eligible for the discount .....I feel like I got ripped off or at very minimum lied to via misleading marketing .........you need new signs that say half off some stuff

Well stocked, staff are super helpful, and store is very clean. Got a new pair of boots today and the staff were very helpful with finding the right boots.

It was very good and when I came in I knew what I was going to get and I found it very easily and the isles are not cluttered like some stores that can actually find what I am looking for.

Bought a pair of boots less then a year ago and the soles fell off. I returned them to Timberland for warranty. I had lost my receipt and they won’t cover them. This will be the last pair of boots I ever buy from this company. 100% junk and no customer service.

2022-05-09No doubt, Timberland has some great products. Their in store choices are limited. Like most places these days, most of their inventory can be purchased online. The 4 star review is due to their pricing. There are so many other great brands out there for less money. I dont know if the Timberland name can support their prices. Great product, nonetheless.

2021-12-07Staff is great and truly want to help.Selection is a bit more limited than before but thats not the stores fault. Also the says of buy one get one 50% are gone, but again corporate decisions.Still good if youre looking for a good pair.And cant stress enough staff are amazing.

2020-09-25Store was ok but most popular styles and average sizes were sold out and sales man tried to sell me scuffed Tims I had to ask for a pair that had not been tried on from the back. These were a gift from my hubby on my birthday.

2020-11-20Nice store but the 2 employees that were working today on Thursday Nov 19,2020 was very rude & unprofessional. When I asked for help the guy said( WHATS UP & the young lady didnt greet us when we came in the store. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in this store. I will be Definitely contacting the district manager in regards to this disrespectful behavior. Im a supervisor for a well establish company and I wouldnt allow my employees to conduct themselves in such manner due to the pandemic this nation is experiencing. Needless to say I drove 2 hrs & was so upset that I didnt purchase anything because of the 2 employees.

2020-01-25We were previously fans but last weekend the woman working really needed an attitude adjustment. Bad customer service was a clear indication that, even as very loyal customers and brand supporters for over a decade, our family needed to try a different brand- so that’s what we’re doing. When we got home I decided we weren’t going to open our purchases and I returned them instead. 👎🏻 Be conscious consumers y’all. We work hard for our money 💰Side note, the prices aren’t all the different from when they have an online sale too.Staff, treat the customers nicely. Just be polite. Your bad day shouldn’t turn into our bad day.
