Time Pieces Reapired is the best watch/clock repair shop in NYC hands down. They literally fix everything and anything. I brought them my grandmothers Lecoultre Atmos because it wasn’t running right and they fixed it within 1-3 days. They provide services via drop off, pick up & shipment so they cover all the bases. Would defy trust them with any of my clock’s & watches.
Yes the owner can be brusque but she knows her stuff and is a real craftsperson. Ive been to her shop several times. Today she repaired a clock that was a favorite of my late husband and one of the last things of his that my cleaning lady hasnt destroyed. She did a great job and charged me a pittance. With so few local time piece repair people left in the Village, this lady stands out.
Eleni was absolutely amazing! Such a quick turn around for the work, and she kept me up to date with what was happening with my repair every step of the way. If you are you looking for a repair shop that is thoughtful and precise, look no further! I highly recommend Time Pieces Repaired.
I cannot recommend this shop. I had them fix a watch, then had to take it back to them several times because the repair was poorly done, for obvious problems that just reflected a lack of care. (For example, returning it to me with the minute hand bent so it cant go past the hour hand.) I gave up on bringing it back to them before they got it right.
Grace did a great job servicing my old automatic watch from the 60s as well as changing the battery on my newer quartz watch. She worked quickly and efficiently; I had both my watches back within a week. She really knows his watches and has a great attention for detail. Her knowledge, skills, and experience really show through in his work. Her prices are also extremely fair and reasonable, therefore I would highly recommend his shop for any of your watch needs.
An awesome place! Honest, fair, and approaches things with a goal of how can we accomplish this? rather than heres all the reasons this wont work. Got my watch repaired nicely; not a big job but important to me. I will be back! Thank you!
Had the most fantastic experience here. They restored my vintage Bertolucci watch for an incredible price. Highly recommend it!
Very nice people but they didnt so much clean and get my antique clock running, as fiddle with it for about a year. Finally, another shop fixed it.
I had an emergency situation when I had to get watch as fast as possible and Time Pieces helped me out with that! I really appreciate their help!!! 11 out of 10 stars!!!

2019-07-10I can’t talk enough about how amazing their services are. They fixed my fathers old vintage Rolex from the 70’s. They came to pick it up from my home, to make me feel comfortable gave me something called a guarantee of responsibility which we both signed and held them responsible for my Time Piece. They fixed everything up & then dropped it off about a week later. I had to do absolutely nothing but be home when they came by. Incredible

2019-04-29Time Pieces is an absolutely wonderful watch and clock repair service. They do repairs via shipment, drop off or house call for any time pieces that you may have. They fixed my beautiful Cartier Santos via delivery and shipment. I was kept informed during the whole process. I would 100% use and trust them again for any timepiece repair that I may need.

2019-07-11I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. A few weeks ago, my beloved Gevril watch was stolen. It was a limited edition and i could not find another working example anywhere. I came in looking for something similar and i told my story. They saw how upset i was and told me they would try to help. They found me the same model in non working order. Then found a movement that matched! 2 weeks later i have the perfect replacement. The watch was a family heirloom and this just made my year!I am so impressed! What remarkable people. They have a customer for life!

2020-07-02These guys are absolutely amazing they did a completed overhaul and service on my AP. In addition they also polished it back to almost factory condition. Their in home business is in a beautiful neighborhood that I would enjoy driving to anytime. They are extremely professional and keep you updated during the entire process . They send you an estimate that you have to accept before they do any work. They also send you an invoice electronically when all the work is done. They gave me a 2 year guarantee booklet for all the work they did on my AP. Very progressional people , modern small business, I highly recommend to anyone who is a collector or needs someone trustworthy.

2019-07-16I knew I should not touch it... But like a little boy I tried fixing my clock myself and had broken it completely... While looking for a repair shop around my home here in Brooklyn I found the “Time Pieces” and called them. After a short conversation a few minutes later I got a text from them... Starting from a very personal way of communicating by texting to the high quality repair of my wall clock to the something I did not expect - one year guarantee of the repair work done. 2020-07-11Ruben B “Doctor of Time” is an angel. He’s a magician with his hands and he has a heart of gold. He custom made me a diamond ring and made my Rolex look brand new. I love this man. 2018-12-19Quirky little shop packed to capacity with watches and clocks of all vintages and prices. The owner does the repairs, is very knowledgeable, and she also worked with me to get something fantastic at the price I needed. There are basically no other shops left like this in this area, and I’m really glad I found it! If you want to watch, and you don’t want the same thing everybody else just got at Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s, this is your spot!
