2020-08-08Scheduled them to come to shred on-site. Megan told my wife that they could come on a Saturday, time window 9-5. My wife calls Saturday morning as per Megans instructions and she tightened up the window to 1-5 pm. So 5 pm comes and goes, my wife tried calling numerous times and no answer but website said office was open til 7pm. End result they did not show up and no phone call. Wasted a whole day. Would give 0 stars if I could.
