Once the pandemic hit we shifted to use a shredding service and we are very pleased with Time Shred.I made a few calls and found that I was able to connect with out having to give out all my company info before a rep would answer my questions.One of the few companies that makes it easy by being up front with cost and service. We call, they come. No hidden fees, no problems with scheduling.We had one hiccup with a broken lock and it was easily replaced with in a day.Everyone from the office staff to the drivers have been polite and the service is reliable. Very reasonable cost and i do not hesitate to refer business associates here.

The truck showed up earlier than originally stated. The driver was professional, and a nice guy. The entire process took about 10 minutes. Ill definitely use them again.
