Went to Bar Masa on the 4th floor of the Time warner center mall on Columbus Circle, New York City, NY 10019. It was pleasant. All the staff treat me in a well and polite manner even though I was really in a drinking mood at the bar. Maybe next time I will take some photos with some friends next time
Looking for a place to go shopping with tons of stores and great dining around the Columbus Circle area? Then stop by the Time Warner Center. They have everything from grocery shopping at WholeFoods to getting some running shoes to Amazon Go to bakeries! All things in one!
This is a truly beautiful mall. The one thing I really love to hear is the Russian language being spoken, it is nostalgic for me because I too speak it but rarely ever hear it spoken when I am out. My father was born in the USSR and moved to America and we spoke the language. This mall has great shops, restaurants and the beautiful Russians make this mall what is is by giving it a alot of class. Очень красиво.
This building put time warner at Columbus on the map this said I want to post some of my favorite dishes I had this year and enjoyed them at paname french restaurant 1068 second Ave bet 56x57 st just cross town take bus M31 and M57 to second Ave to have god dinning experience choose priced fixed menu
Now called Deutsche Bank Center. Really just an upscale mall with the usual suspects stores, i.e., drop the Short Hills Mall in Columbus Circle. Only unusual one is an actual Amazon brick and mortar bookstore that is nice to have around nowadays. Also think the Williams-Sonoma is one of the bigger, better ones in the city.
Beautiful little mall, part of the Mandarin Oriental building. They have hanging glass stars for Christmas which light up to music, on a Columbus Circle backdrop, which is stunning. People at the 3rd floor cafe are way too snobby and you have to buy a full lunch to be seated, even though they call themselves a bakery it seems coffee and pastries at $14 wont cut it. Bathrooms available on every floor and they are clean. Mall has a lot of security.
Our steak club has been to 19 different steakhouses in NYC and Porterhouse ranks in the top of our list.Overall ambiance is great if you want a good atmosphere and if you can get a window seat during the day, you can get a decent view of the park. The steaks are consistently good. The Porterhouse is our go-to and it was cooked great. We also got the Cowboy Ribeye, which was also a great cut. I would advise against the NY Strip as we were unimpressed by that particular cut.The sides are slightly smaller than other steakhouses, so you may need to order an additional one.
A very upscale complex with great stores, restaurants, Lincoln Center Jazz club, condos, home of CNN and Time warner plus a mandarin Oriental Hotel. They have 2 Botero statues in the main entrance. Also in the basement is probably the largest and busiest Whole Food Market.
Its always clean, very airy, spacious, the tall sky high ceilings and clean well polished floors along with the Boteros Adam and Eve sculptures is quite welcoming. My favourite store there is Whole Foods as I could shop there for a variety of hot and cold well prepared healthy gourmet dishes in affordable sizes and eat in their eating section there after I purchase. They sell super great teas also coffees. I am a tea person who love lots of honey in my tea and they were not turned off by that and gave it to me. The staff unbelievable - quite naturally polite, kind and very helpful. I wished I lived close by. But I live in Binghamton NY. This Whole foods is locates downstairs and there are 2 escalators one going down to the store and one going up. All quite beautiful views since the Time Warner Building inside is so clean spacious and simply beautiful to look at and feel the atmosphere. Its a winner
The Amazon Book Shop is so much fun!! Super high energy, great music playing while you shop. Hand sanitizer everywhere! Happy engaged staff, had a smile for everyone. They talked with every customer. It was a very different experience.Great to see books the old fashion way. Interestingly a more interactive way to find books for kids of all ages. Great displays of best sellers, favorites, etc.A very in the moment experience. So fun!!! Highly recommend it!
I love this Center. Great variety of high end shops and eateries all contribute to an excellent atmosphere. Great view from the balcony out of the giant glass windows onto Columbus Circle and a slice of Central Park. Two giant male and female, modern art sculptures, stand either side of the escalators, welcoming visitors. It is a tradition to touch them as you pass. The result is very shiny. Neither seem to mind.
Great views over Central Park. Very spacious shopping mall, nice mixture of shops and food - all quite upscale. I love going up and down the escalators and looking at Central Park and Columbus circle. Quite some of the restaurants have view over the the park, and the Columbus circle. I find this a pleasant t place to shop - as far as shopping malls can be pleasant. The nice thing is that there is whole foods market in the basement. So in one go you can do it all :)
I visited the Center today as I had a lunch meeting. I was very impressed with how the building looks. It is exquisite and instantly reminded me of some of the shops in Las Vegas. The shops are all top notch and the view of Central Park is amazing. If you have not gone, go shop and grab a bite here. You wont regret it.
I like the look and feel of the place but in the end, its an overglorified mall for the rich. Theres only so much window shopping you can do. Pass up the stores and go straight to the public bathrooms on the 2nd floor or go to the Museum of Arts and Design across the street for better entertainment. Youll be glad you did.
A wonderful center just by Central Park. Fancy stores and several great restaurants. Some of the stores and dining options are quite expensive - but some arent. Momofuku Noodle Bar offers delicious food, Center bar and other on the higher floors provide the opportunity to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Columbus Circle and the park.
This location seems more like it caters to wireless phone service. It offers several different cell phone, watches and tablets. It does offer full cable service as well, however I get the impression that the workers are more concerned with selling data plans and cell phones than they are with the cable service end of the company.
I love coming into this place. There are two massive statues by Fernando Botero that welcome you when you enter the main atrium. Once inside there are many choices to make. You can take the escalator downstairs where there is a Whole Foods location. The main floor has stores by designers such as Hugo Boss, a cigar store and many other cool places to explore. There used to be a Borders Book store on the second level that I would visit regularly. There are now a couple of eateries that are not only real good, but also offer great views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. There are several more levels to explore upstairs and some really fancy restaurants as well. I love how they decorate the main atrium with stars that light up and change colors during the holidays. Theres a subway station right across the street and after enjoying a light meal you can use this place as a starting point to explore the city and all it has to offer.
Usually a quick wait. Make sure to sign in to the iPad when you arriveHandicap accessible with seating inside. Somewhat friendly staffThey made my visit easy and stress free. Bus stop is 1 block awayAlso go for a stroll in the cemetery across the street, it is beautiful and has some amazing architecture, sights, famous people in rest and is large enough to do a full day hike around.
Nice looking mall, but no compelling reason to come here unless going to a restaurant (and some of the best are here), Whole Foods or have a specific store in mind, or are a tourist coming for the great views of Central Park. Still for a high-end mall they should fix the unsightly cracks in the floor in some places.
Very nice area with many amenities. Security is now run by G4S an excellent company who took over for Allied Universal, who isnt nearly as competent. The loading docks, parking garages etc are well guarded and the inside is secure as well. Many nice stores/shops etc.
This is my first time here. my first impression on NYC. Wanted to find a place to meet friends. its a great place for relaxation and chilling, but not for shopping. there are just a few brands, a very big two floor H&M looks nice. I also find a few good restaurants for dining in.
This is a very modern building located off of Columbus Circle in Manhattan. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. Plenty of stores and places to eat. This place is not cheap, so bring your credit card. We will definitely be going back.
One of my favourite places to visit when in Nyc. A part from the chouce of great restaurants, I like to spend time watching Lincoln Circle and the corner of Central Park framed through the glass windows of the Time Warner Center. From the second level the view is spectacular.
The time Warner center has different stores to shop and a few restaurants to dine and bakeries for the sweet tooth. Its architecture and design is stunning and nothing around compares to it. If you are around this area it is worth coming in and browse. It is also house to an underground Wholefoods.
This mall always makes me depressed as it reminds me of how little money I have on me. I cannot afford one thing in there. It’s like the mall is telling me “go back where you belong! to Queens!”The place itself is beautiful and designed very intelligently. I love the way the twin towers align with broadway and 8th Avenue!
The security yelled at me for taking photos in the mall. It’s a very beautiful place with nice views of Columbus Circle but I won’t be giving my business to a place that enforces laws like this in a free country. I felt like I was back in Dubai or something especially when he put his hand in front of my camera. Free promotion for the mall and I get confronted and told off. Screw this place!
Wonderful place, but expensive.I like to choice of shops here, and I like also that the whole foods supermarket was there as well. So its like you can stop by to pick up a nice bottle of wine, and then you can go to get an awesome selction of clothes from the upper levels.Very clean mall/building so it helps alot.
One of my favorite places to visit in the city. Amazing decor with amazing shopping. Perfect to start the day in at the bakery or just head to whole foods for some odds and ends. They keep also improving this place with new shops and experiences. I highly suggest a visit here.
Time Warner Center offers a huge variety. Shopping, entertainment and dining! I have been to several tapings of The Anderson Cooper show as well as shopping at some of their stores. There is even a Whole Foods! AND you can live there too! Great fun all around and super easy access to the A, B, C, D & 1 trains.
Amazing views from the main entrance due to being nothing but glass, allowing you to see Columbus Circle, Central Park and straight down West 59th Street. The mall is very clean and lovely. A mixture of different shop types, from H&M to Hugo Boss. But bare in mind there is more expensive stores than there is moderate ones.
Great spot to grab a bite or some luxury goods or kitchenware. You could also go for shopping at The Whole Foods. Its very busy, so you cant say you havent been warned.I love Bouchon bakery. The Landmarc restaurant is GREAT for dining with kids. The last time we ate there it was teeming with so many kids, I thought I was dining in a sandbox.Avoce was good, but we havent been back since Missy Robbins was the chef. It does have a great view of the Park.
As I first entered the Time Warner Center I was taking back by the amazing architecture, incredible scene, and astounding sights. The the statues located in the lobby are not only hilarious but also quite aesthetic. There are plenty of places to shop and theres something here for anyone
The TWC is situated right by the park and subway lines, making it a great place to meet up although there are few places to sit without shopping at one of the pricey stores inside. There is the occasional light show for the holidays, pop-up shops like a mini Microsoft store and sometimes neat promotional lounges for late night tv fans, certain types of credit card holders among other happenings. This place has decent public restrooms and water fountains.

The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use building complex in Columbus Circle, Manhattan, New York City. It was developed by The Related Companies and AREA Property Partners, and designed by David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The Time Warner Center consists of two 750 foot (230 m) twin towers bridged by a multi-story atrium containing upscale retail shops. The complex also contains office and residential tenants. Construction began in November 2000, following the demolition of the New York Coliseum, and a topping-out ceremony was held on February 27, 2003. The property had the highest-listed market value in New York City, $1.1 billion, in 2006.Originally constructed as the AOL Time Warner Center, the building encircles the western side of Columbus Circle and straddles the border between Midtown and the Upper West Side. The total floor area of 2.8 million square feet (260,000 m2) is occupied by office space, including the offices of WarnerMedia (formerly Time Warner) and an R&D center for VMware; residential condominiums; and the Mandarin Oriental, New York hotel. The Shops at Columbus Circle is an upscale shopping mall located in a curving arcade at the base of the building, with a large Whole Foods Market grocery store on the lower level. Deutsche Bank will replace WarnerMedia as the anchor tenant of the 1,100,000-square-foot (100,000 m2) office area beginning in 2021, at which time it will be renamed the Deutsche Bank Center
Hello,I have been a Time Warner Customer since 2012. Recently I set up an automatic payment, there was an issue with my card and I had to pay it myself online, rather than having it taken from my account automatically. I paid $200 dollars and I was only supposed to pay $117.85. I wanted to pay more because I was moving and didnt want to have issues. Thinking everything was ok, I continued about my life. One week later I was charged $117.85. I did not authorize the payment or save my credit card information to my profile. I called and was assured I would get the $117.85 returned to my card within 3-5 business days. I waited 5 days, called back and was told it may take longer depending on my bank. I waited 7 more days, called back and was told Time Warner has processed this and its my banks fault, mind you I have never had this issue with my bank before. I called my bank they confirmed they did not receive any payment from Time Warner nor is a payment pending. I called Time Warner yet again, and was told everything was done and to wait. Almost three weeks later I call again because, I needed the money. I was then informed by one of your representatives that the refund was declined and it cant be returned. I was then informed they can refund the $200 instead because that is the amount that I paid. I waited another week, so in total I have been waiting almost a month for a refund. I did not authorize the payment of $117.85 that was taken out a week after I paid $200 dollars from my account. Your company has stored my credit card details without my consent, which is illegal, and I have yet to receive my $200 dollars. As a single mother with limited income, I am very disappointed in the level of service as well as the length of time it has taken me to get back my money. I was told that your company did me a favor because had the $200 not been applied to my account I would not have been able to move. Do I as a customer not have a voice in whether or not I continue my service with your company? I spoke to a representative today and was told they will process the refund today, and the money will be in my account within 3-5 business days. I trust that this will finally be taken care of and I will actually receive the $200 refund no later than 5 business days. Hopefully your company can use this feedback to keep this from happening to other valued customers.

2022-05-02Hey everyone Im back, took a little break...and let me tell you,you people are amazing... wow,Im truly humbled, and honored that you all, have taken my reviews to new heights. All I can say is thank you New York...over 6K views...and counting, thank you, thank you,THANK YOU!!Ok, now on to this new review...Time Warner Center,is without a doubt, one of the most unique entertainment and upscale malls youll come across. They have stores within this building on each level...and everything is upscale all the way. They have fine dining as well, with spectacular views of Central Park and the rest of the city. This place is so unique, how about restrooms on both sides on two levels,yes...you know when you need to go and theres just one restroom at most places, well they have double that amount. My recent visit there was great, and if you happen to be in the area, you can partake in all this entertainment complex has to offer, this is definitely one of NYs places to be. Located right at Columbus Circle...where the A,B,C,D and 1 trains stop, and heres the bonus...there are wonderful stores and shops underground as well,so in advance, youre welcome 🤗

2022-04-12The whole building has activity mostly open to the public. Jazz in the evenings and for those with money, wonderful high-end stores. For people like me, theres Whole Foods! Its probably the best W. F. store of all Ive been to in Manhattan. Columbus Circle is right across the street and then, the iconic Central Park! Good ol NYC!

2021-12-05I dont know how much of the multifunctional structure is considered The Center – but, The Shops, the Jazz (at Lincoln Center) concert and event spaces, the high-end restaurants and casual dining, not to mention the Boteros (holding court at the main foot-traffic intersection) are great to have nearby, and also easily accessible by public transportation.Even descending (by escalator) into the basement grocery store feels like a visit to a grand destination, since you do so, between the immense Adam & Eve bronzes.NOTE: 1 vote, here, against the rechristening (again, of who knows what) as Deutsche Bank Center.

2022-05-25I no longer shop at Time Warner Center. I made a stop in today for whole foods. The shops are not worth a visit unless youre in the area . A lot of my favorite shops are closed , with the exception ofJ Crew . The place has lost is charm.Sad to say. This maybe in part to COVID.

2021-06-30Food, footwear, jewelry, accessories and most other ‘things you might find in a mall’ for sale. Here are 2 pictures from a block away for your enjoyment.
