The tour was great, general hotels for reasonably price, the guide Mr.Lay was very helpful he explained everything in detail throughout the entire trip. Overall we enjoyed this tour very much & would recommend it to our friends. We will patronize this company again in the very near future due to the satisfaction obtained from this trip.
My family took a 4 day tour to Canada recently and we had so much fun and good memories throughout the trip. Our best best best tour guide Jessica is a very caring and fun person. She is professional in explaining tour details/ arrangements to 55 travelers on the bus in both English and Chinese. She helped us with many little things that makes the whole trip a very pleasant experience.I would highly recommend this travel company to all of you!! Job well done Jessica :)
Me and my friends joined a tour last week.We went to 4days Tennessee with eworld, even though it takes super long time to get there but I will definitely recommend to you guys.We went to some caves and enjoyed the great view of great smoky Mountain n look out Mountain.Tour guide Amber did great job as well.We had fun!!!We are planning to go to their 3days Maine tour next month
This was my first bus trip ever and the reality has far exceeded my expectations. I took the two day Washington DC tour and had two fun filled informative days. I cant say enough positive things about Joyce and Sapphire who did a great job of managing all the personalities and needs of the travellers. They made me very comfortable as I was one of a few English dominant speakers on the tour. I never felt awkward or unwelcomed they were very friendly and warm. I would definitely travel with them again and have no reservations about recommending this tour company.
Take Tour didn’t communicate correctly on the content of the two day trip to Washington and Philadelphia, above the quality of the bus was oversold. Nevertheless the trip was a very good experience. The driver was very competent and the guide Sapphire was great. She combined knowledge and great customer care, with the required discipline to keep the group together. All went fine and I had a great time!
Me and my family took a two day trip to Washington D.C recently and I was really skeptical at first since it was my first ever tour but I my skepticism was quickly proven wrong. After the first stop in Philadelphia, I knew me and my family were in good hands. Our tour guide Joyce was really friendly, professional and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that she catered to both the English speaking tourists along with the Chinese speaking tourists equally by speaking both languages clearly and concisely. I would enjoy taking another tour with her as our guide.P.S: Amish people make amazing food
Joyce and Queenie were excellent tour guides for the 2 day Washington D.C. tour. They were nice to improvise the touring schedule to still see all the attractions despite the very busy and crowded Memorial weekend. The choice of food could be better, but the overall experience was good. 10/10, would have them as tour guides again. Also thanks to the bus driver as well!
My family taking the 3 days Canada tour to Niagara fall and Toronto last week, and its a unforgettable experience. I had been to Canada so many time with this company, but Tour guide Eric is a very nice, helpful and patient young guys I ever meet. Thats a very large group of people, but he managed the group very great. Speaking both Chinese and English clear and like native. Since my sister have motion sickness, he help us arrange the front seat with other passengers on the bus. I love his style of leading the tour. He told us at the beginning, he would like us to be surprised in every place we visit, dont think too much about the itinerary, just following him, and will enjoy the entire tour. Yah, we did. Overall, very organized tour, We enjoy every minutes with the big group. Thank you.
A professional tour company with nice service and convenient pickup points around NY and NJ. I was impressed the way our tour guide (Jessica) could handle the group well and manage the schedule on time. The hotel choice was decent and lot of comfort stops were planned on the way. Our tour guide had a good sense of humor and she went out of the way to ensure that we didnt miss any sight seeing attractions.
Nothing negative i can say in this tour (since its my first time) i give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Kevin our tour guide was amazing, very keen in giving instructions and full of energy! Hes helpful in anyway and would definitely recommend to next interested parties... Its just that the bus needs a more stronger if not better A. C. (just a suggestion). Great experience for both Washington and Philadelphia tours... 👍🏼😁👍🏼
Went on a tour with my mother and our tourguide , Joyce, was super friendly. She’s willing to take pictures for us and even cracked jokes, you’d think she was actual friends with her tour members. Despite the bad weather in the second half of the trip, she still made the tour fun with her energetic and ambivalent personality. She was informative and knowledgeable with the locations we visited, answering questions and leading us around so that we don’t get lost. Made sure we all stayed together and even rearranged our plans to make up for the things we couldn’t do in the heavy rain.
We just finished our 3 days Canada tour. The itinerary for this tour is very good. We have a lot of fun and enough time for each optional attractions and no rush (not like the 2 days Washington D.C tour we had last time). Very great team from Tinma travel, we have Eric as our tour guide who is knowledgable and very good scheduling management skill, and Traini as our driver, who always keep our bus very clean, we feel very comfortable for the entire trip. Will highly recommend to my friend who want to travel with bus and definitely come back soon!!
Our family came back from 4 days Tennessee Tours last week with Eworld Travel. Everything is good except the hotel. No breakfast, and the second night, the floor of the hotel room is wet and the light did not turn on. Ask the front desk, and the guy said will sent someone to our room, and no one come for the entire stay. Very disappointed. The Tour guide, Eric, a very nice person. Although spoke bilingual, explain everything clear and manage the tour very professional. He never rush us, not like the 4 days Canada tour we did last time. We have enough time in each attractions. We learn a lots about Tennessee from him, He bought the water for us and ask us feel free to take, because the weather is very hot. And after the tour, he sent us a group photo which is a best memory in my life. So sweet. we have fun, and enjoy the activities during the trip. The Driver, forgot his name, is a very nice old man, always have a warm welcome when we get on the bus, and help all of us taking the luggage. Thank you for all your services!!
My family and I went to the 4 day 3 night trip to Canada with this company. We saw many attractions and had a great time. Most of the food we had were pretty good but the one that stood out the most was the dinner at the top of the revolving Skylon tower which was overlooking the Niagara Falls. The hotels we stayed at were not the best but the driver and our tour guide made up for it. Our guide Jessica was the best, she was very nice and organized. She was knowledgeable of all the places we went to and made sure we were on time so that we get to see every attraction within the four days we had. I’d recommend booking a trip with this company if you ever want to go on a short vacation or go sightseeing.
My husband and I joined a tour to Africa in September. This was our dream tour and this touring company coordinated things very well. They managed many things very well, like the hotels, travel, and eating, and the whole experience was very satisfying. Some places for eating were not of my taste but they tried their best to accommodate us as a whole. We spent a lot of time looking at the animals and experienced much throughout Kenya and Tanzania. Our tour guide was outgoing and friendly. We had a great time and will be interested in joining another tour offered by this company if the destination is to our liking. We will defiantly recommend this company to others and friends and family.
Nothing negative i can say in this tour (since its my first time) I give it 4 stars and 2 thumbs up!Joyce our tour guide was amazing, very kind, sweet and patient with my kids specially in giving instructions and full of energy!(just a suggestion... offer breakfast at the hotel before the tour began specially when family have young childrenOverall Great experience for both Washington and Philadelphia tours... 👍 😁👍
I am writing to complement Sapphire for the great job she did on a tour that myself and 3 others just took from New York to Washington DC and Philadelphia with stops also in Amish country and Princeton University. It is a tour I would recommend and I would highly recommend requesting Sapphire as your tour guide. She kept the tour consisting of 40 people on time. She was informative and very pleasant as she was conducting this bilingual tour. It was a pleasure to have her as our tour guide.Ron Riebling
I did 2 days Washington D.c tour with E-world, this trip was over expectations. Our tour guide Joyce she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, kind and responsible, also has perfect personality to be a tour guide. The whole trip was smooth, this experience is unforgettable, I would like to join eWorld for my other trips in the future. And I would like to have Joyce as my tour guide again.
I recently came back from an African Safari tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide David was first class and his knowledge and expertise made our tour a truly once in a lifetime adventure. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, the travel was seamless- everything was incredibly well organized and planned out to perfection. I was most surprised in the hotels, which were surprisingly 5 star- I had thought the accommodations would have been more rustic. The food was delicious and the safari itself was an unbelievable experience. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation. I strongly recommend e-world tour, and look forward to the next time I can travel with them!
Just came back from the 3 day cape cod trip this Monday and I am still in the holiday mood because of the great tour. Firstly, the bus service was really good. Our driver was really friendly and a nice guy. Secondly, our tour guide Kim was really helpgful and a friendly guy although his English is not that good but you can still understand him. Hes patient with the travellers and has good manners which is important if youre a tour guide for 50 plus people. Lastly the tour itself, it was very relaxing to say the least. Few more attractions would have been nice. Cape cod is a beautiful place but we could have done more on the second day in Marthas Vineyard. The last day was the whale watching trip and it was amazing. We saw so many whales and it was so close to our boat that you could touch them. Everyone should go to this trip just for the experience. All in all amazing 3 days.
We had a fun fill 2 day snowboarding trip to Vermont. No wasted time doing detours, thats the way I like it. Its only two days and I wanted the most out of the 2 days that I have off. So our tour guide was Benjamin, he spoke both English and Chinese so all of my group members was able to understand what was going to happen next. Would recommend going on another 2 days short vacation when I get the chance next.
I took a 2 days Washington trip on Memorial Day with E-World. I really liked trip, our tour guide Joyce was really knowledgeable and friendly, she introduce all the attractions when we on the road and told us a lot of fun story , I also learned a lot of history from her. On a such busy holiday like that, she organized the trip quiet well. We saw all the attractions that we wanted to see, everyone on the bus was in a good mood for the two days. But there is one thing that I was not feeling 100% satisfied about. When we in Amish valley, the other tour guide Queeny she took care of us, and she looks like she has no passion, she was sitting on the bench looking really tired when we were doing the house tour. But during the two days I saw her spend time on sleeping more than me on the bus. And we spend way too much time in Amish valley, we should spend more in the main attraction (Lincoln memorial, White House), Queeny should manage the time more appropriate. Overall, it was a great job, food and hotel was all pretty surprising. And thank you Joyce for give us a such great time, I would suggest E-World and tour guide Joyce to all my friend.
I enjoyed very much the 2 day trip to Washington DC having Sapphire and Candice as our tour guides. Transportation from and to New York was very comfortable. The places we visited were very interesting ( especially the US Capitol) and the tour guides were very knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this trip!
This is my first trip with a travel company. Honestly, I was skeptical when I booked it but the tour turned out to be a lot of fun and very convenient. Our tour guides Mia and Queena were excellent. They managed to keep the whole trip very smooth although the schedule was tight and the traffic was bad. I would definitely book more tours with them for my parents in the future. If you only speak Chinese, joining these tours might be the best way to visit the United States.
Highly recommend tour-guide Lay. My parents just finished a 4-day Canada tour. Wonderful! The tour-guide Lay and driver Robert are awesome! My parents are not good at English, but Lay takes a good care with them. Lay arranges the tour line is very special compare with other groups. He is very helpful and very smart. They can see the beautiful scene at right time and take lots of nice pictures. Wonderful Trip! Thanks Lay and Robert.
Just finished the tour with eWorld. For my family, we have 4 people and get the discount when we book the tour. We took the 3 days Niagara falls and Washington DC tour and joined all the attraction. It is really nice experience that we saw and learn a lot. The tour is really well-organized and the tour guide had the good time control considering we have limited daytime and some people still late in every attraction. .....
I brought my mum and 26- month old son for six-day tour to New York city, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston and Niagara fall. Mark, our tour guide was very friendly and informative. We were shown to a lot of sites (highlights). Our group was big and had about 40 people. Mark remembered everybody’s face which was quite impressive. He cared about his clients. There were several times he run back to look for the clients who got lost and brought them back to tour bus. I would like to give my special thanks to our tour bus driver Triny (I hope I spell his name right here). He did an excellent job and was a good driver. He was very polite and helpful. He and Mark always helped me with my baby’s stroller when I was on and off bus, making this trip a lot of easier for me.The tour schedule was a little bit tight. We had to get up early every morning to avoid the heavy traffic, and for some places had limited amount of time in the attractions after a long ride, which was a little bit stressful. But we still enjoyed the tour and had lots of fun. My mum was very happy with her first trip to those places and she said it was a great experience. Seeing my mum happy makes me happy too. I am very glad we chose this trip.
My family and I just got back from the 4-day Canada trip. Jessica was amazing the entire time. I know she doesnt have an easy job, given the amount of people and the different personalities that she is responsible to guide, in addition to having to follow a packed schedule to ensure we catch as much of what Canada has to offer. However, she manages to make everyone feel special by ensuring their needs are met. I truly appreciate the effort that Jessica has put in to make this a special trip for everyone.
I went on a trip to Maine and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. My bus driver didnt know his directions and the tour guide Sing only spoke in Mandarin and really bad English (he used google translate for everything). My tour guide didnt have anything planned ahead of time. On the first day of the trip, we got to the hotel at 2 am in the morning and we were forced to wake up at 7 in the morning. We were also brought to fast food restaurants 2 times that day. The second day was suppose to be the best part of the trip, however my tour guide just dropped us off at a part of Maine and we had to go find food yourselves and meet him at 1 pm to go on a 2 hour cruise. After the cruise we had 3 hours left over to eat dinner and go shopping, but the problem with that is we could finish eating dinner in 1 hour and shopping took about 1 hour since there were not many stores. We got to the hotel at around 10 pm that day, however we had to be ready at 6am so that means we had to wake up at 5am inorder to be ready and eat the breakfast served on the first floor. The third day everyone woke up and was tired because of the lack of sleep for the last 2 days. When we got to the zoo we had about one and a half hour to get food and look around the Zoo which was probably the best part of the trip even though I personally hate going to the Zoo. When we left the Zoo the tour guide finally helped the bus driver by telling him where there was the most traffic. When we got to Chinatown the tour guide just left and didnt even say bye.Overall: I hated this trip!
I booked a 3-day tour for Maine. My tour guide was name Sing. He was funny and very informative. He really knows a lot about the historical landmarks. Plus he knows the recommended food in the area. The food he recommends lives up to his review. It was enjoyable. The driver was also very good. He knew how to get around traffic and drove us safely to every stop. The bus was also very clean too. Overall my family and I enjoyed a wonderful trip this past weekend. Thank you E-world tours!
I went to a tour with Barney as the tour guide to Washington DC 2 days 1 nights. The tour was awesome and Barney explained to us everything in detail and he even explained something we did not understand to us in Cantonese. He is a very friendly and very helpful. Even though there is problems with the bus about the air conditioning the first day. He immediately helped us to change the bus. The hotel was great and Barney kept the bus funny and fun as we enjoy our 2 days. I would definitely come back to travel with them in the near future. Hopefully he would be my tour guide then as well.
Our tour guide Nick was absolutely wonderful partner in creating the trip of a lifetime. If you are reading this review and you are wondering whether you should pick this travel company-- DO IT!! My family had been dreaming about Niagara Falls and Thousand Islands for years and we finally had the opportunity to go on this summer of 2017-- we were getting overwhelmed with planning the perfect trip, but Nick helped us through his awesome itinerary and knowledge. Working with this Nick and his colleagues has been the best decision we have made this year. RECOMMENDED!!!
Booked the Lancaster and Washington DC 2 Day Tour from the take tours tour agency and specified language to be English. When I arrived on the tour bus, I realized that most people only understood Chinese. Most of the tour was conducted in Chinese and the take tours website never mentioned anything about this. The website used misleading and false advertising to suggest that the activities on this tour are optional when in fact there were no alternative activities offered or provided. Payment for all activities was collected within a couple of hours of getting on the bus without adequate explanation of these activities (at least an English) and payment seemed to be expected. The activities were very brief, rushed, and largely not worth the cost. The only redeemable provision was the hotel which was quite nice. Unfortunately, since we got there quite late. We only had 6 hours to sleep before having to rush off into more disappointing activities by tour guides who spoke much better Chinese than English. I do not blame the tour guides but rather the tour agency that used misleading advertising. I caution those interested to understand what theyre getting into before booking these tours.
Great experience overall. Our tour guide Sapphire was very nice and accommodated to both English and Chinese speakers. We went on the Washington DC trip, and our schedule was flexible enough for us to enjoy the trip and understand the importance of certain historical landmarks.
We just had a fantastic tour in East Coast Canada 8 Days Deluxe Tour. Our tour guide Mario did a great job for this trip. Its well organized and the hotel are above standard. The bus we use it just like a luxury RV. He told me that cost more than half million with wifi and plugs.Well definitely recommend this tour to our friend.Thank you E-world and Great Job Mario.
Had a very nice tour guide, Sapphire, who guided us on the Washington DC tour. She was fluent in English and Chinese and was very knowledgeable about the attractions. She was also professional and showed her concern about the customers by addressing any concerns immediately. I was satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to tour through E-World again.
This is my first time using E-World Travel & Tours. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time and felt like we got our money’s worth. The bus arrived on time and was as comfortable as could be. The double decker in Philadelphia was phenomenal. Very beautiful and educational. Next up was Washington DC, our beautiful capital. The cruise, the Lincoln memorial, the White House, and the tour of the Capitol building were all fun and exciting.. definitely worth paying for. The Quality Inn we stayed at was good, despite all bad reviews on yelp. (Free breakfast was provided, who doesn’t love free!?). The one thing I recommend is if you don’t like Asian/American fusion buffets, you can hold on to your money and go to a food place of your choice. (Subway , Wendy’s, chipotle). The tour guide, Joyce, was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend it!
The 2-day Washington DC tour was well structured and organized by the tour guide (Sapphire). Had sufficient time to visit and take pictures at various attractions in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Had no problems with the overnight stay provided in the tour. Would recommend for newcomers interested in this tour.
Me and my husband had a great time on a 2 days cherry blossom tour last week with our generous tour guide Hayden from Tinma Travel. We were so happy that we took a lot of great pics of the cherry blossom. Thanks to our knowledgeable tour guide, we learned a lot of history from this tour. We will definitely come back to join a tour with her again in the future.Best Regards,Tan Family
Just got back from the 4-Day Canada tour.It was a great experience. Our tour guide, Lay spoke both English and Chinese equally, and was really funny. He updated us often on the status of the schedule, and if we were behind schedule and whatnot. Extremely friendly person that went out of his way to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. In one of the hotels we stayed at, the rooms were not that great, and Lay stayed in the lobby for an extra half hour so if you had any complaints, he amd the hotel manager can help you fix it. The first hotel we stayed at, was really close to Niagara Falls so we had personal time to roam around and sightsee by ourselves. Also, when we were at the Montreal Biodome, one or two people on our bus got lost and while everybody was on the bus waiting to departure, Lay ran around the entire Biodome searching for the guy. Eventually, we delayed departure for about half an hour, but our driver somehow got us back on schedule. Overall, the experience was amazing, and memorable. Food was amazing, 2 of the hotels were not that great, but it is what it is. Our tour guide gave us extra time on the attractions, and really thought ahead, such as departing from the hotel earlier so that we would get to the attraction earlier than the other buses, and gives us more time. Lay never got frustrated or lost his cool even thought a lot of times, some people from our group got lost and he had to look for them. Bus driver was never late, and was the first person up every morning, standing in the cold waiting for people to wake up so he could load in the luggage. We had choices for food, if we didnt like the location, they allowed people to walk around looking for personal preference.Overall a really solid tour, and gave a 5/5 rating, would definitely not be the last time I book from this company, and definitely recommend.
We had the 2-day Washington DC tour and we were very happy! Thanks to our very beautiful and cheerful guides, Queena and Joyce, we really enjoyed the trip from start to finish. Eventhough only a few of us weren’t speaking Chinese, they always make sure to translate it for us so that we wouldn’t be left out. Also, even if we were just a small group, they were very enthusiastic and lively. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family who wants to have tours and trip like what we experienced. And hopefully they will also have the best tour guides like what we had. Thank you again Queena, Joyce, (bus driver), and Tinma Travels and tours!
I just completed my 6th tour with your company and I have to say that once again I was not disappointed. The Philadelphia/D.C./Amish itinerary was excellent. Two days of informative and exciting tours that we will never forget. The highlights for me were the Amish farmhouse tour, the tour of the Capitol and the double decker bus tour of historical Philadelphia. Our accommodations in a very comfortable comfort suite also surpassed our expectations. All the credit for facilitating this wonderful trip so smoothly goes to our tour guides Joyce and Saphire. Their warm, friendly personalities made this mini vacation a huge success for my family, even my 17 year old was impressed! We are already planning the next trip with your company. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed this 2-day trip to from New York. Sapphire who’s the tour guide was very organized and patient in facilitating the tour activities. The spots we visited were historic glimpse of the nations’ story. I highly recommend this tour from Tours4fun and will be back for more🙂.
Just finished a 2 days tour with Sherry (tour guide) to Washington DC. The tour was short but very eventful. We managed to see the magnificent sun set on the Potomac River, Washington DC in November and I will never forget that in my life. Sherry is sweet and professional and because of her I want to take other tours guided by her in the future. Kudo to e world travel for having an amazing tour guide.
Me and my husband took a 4 days great smoky mountain tour for the first time with take tours and our tour guide WILSON. our overall exp was very good. he is very knowledgeable person and was kind to help us with veg food as well..... he was very cooperative with room accommodations and other minor issues. would recommend these tours to everyone. nice places covered in short time and affordable prices. !! worth goingPRANAV and jess
I joined the 3 days tour to Washington DC and Niagara Falls tour with E-World tours during the Holiday weekend, our tour guide Mr. Lee is a really nice guy to be with. He works really hard to make everybody enjoy the tour, such as on 4th of July, he tried to bring us to visit the Lincoln Memorial even though that is not possible. We were enjoyed the tour for this holiday and we have good memories with Lee. I highly recommend everyone come for Lee.
Sapphire was a great host, she made sure that we all stayed together as a group and also explained as much as possible in every stop. It made the entire experience much better, my family and I did not feel excluded at all!I would definitely recommend touring with her and this company in general. Money well spent.
We spent two days with John on thousand. Island and Niagara Fall. John is a tour guide from E-world travel. This trip could not have been better. John was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. He wanted everyone in his group to have great time. His enthusiasm is contagious, and we all walked away with a much better understanding of Niagara fall. Worth every penny - couldnt give a higher recommendation of E-world travel & tour, they really put their guest first.
This was a first bus tour for me and my cousin with eWorld and how satisfying it was. Sapphire is a great tour guide, as much as her partner Candace. They gave us an impeccable tour. They took charge about our safety and showed us the easy way to get in to the attractions. They explained how things are and how it evolved. eWorld travel & tour is highly recommended....A+
I went to the Kenya & Tanzania tour and it was amazing. The team at this Africa safari company made the planning of our adventurous safari a breeze! I also love their quick respond if we had any problems or concerns. great level of service and knowledge and they made sure that everyone is having a great time. The most enjoyable parts of the trip are going after animals with an experienced bilingual driver, he knew what to do and where to go to get you the best angle to take NAT GEO type of photos.Another highlight of the trip is going into the local tribes, love wandering in their village and do some basic conversation with the kids. E world travel did an amazing job to give me the chance to explore the locals and the animals.
We just complete 3 days niagra , Watkins glen and Washington , we really enjoyed the places , tour guide Jessica is wonderful person , she helped and guided very friendly and visit all the attractions , very friendly person , thanks to Jessica for all her hardwork to guide us 3 days 🙏🏻🙏🏻😅😅, thanks to e-world travels , will plan tour for my in laws in August with e-world travels , thanks Jessica and all the best for your jobs , will meet you in August again with my in laws.
Transportation and our tour guide, Queenie, were good and accommodating. Queenie was very kind and kept everyone on track. However their choice of overnight hotel stay at Days Inn was not great. Room smelled funky, no toothpaste available, no water.. etc. other than that, our tour was good.
E-world travel and tours gave us one of the most wholesome experiences we had in new-york. We took their 2d1n washington-philadelphia tour. The entire process was very smooth from pickup to dropoff. The bus was also upto the mark. Our tour guide Sapphire was also very helpful. She would guide throughout the entire trip and would also help us with our problems. She would also wait for the groups which lagged behind during a long walk. All in all it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend e-world to my friends and family.
I’m from San Francisco visiting my friend in NYC. We had our tour to Washington DC , Philadelphia, Prince Town University with e tours travel and our tour guides Sapphire and Mia . Both of them inspite of the bad weather made us comfortable, very accommodating to make our tour a very memorable one . Sapphire even gave her jocket to me to make me warm cause I’m freezing cold . She’s a very nice lady.Even the accommodation and the food were great. And I’ll recommend e world tours to my friends. To Sapphire and Mia thank you for your wonderful time touring us . Made my vacation a memorable and unforgettable one .
The trip was packed with visits to important places yet not too tiring. Sapphire has been a wonderful tour guide and has been taking care of differing requirements of the group. If you want to cover good ground around NY in two days, this trip is recommended. We were impressed with Sapphires ability to organise such a large group of people, and she did so with kind patience. She also has a pleasing personality, which always makes the trip even more memorable :)RegardsMita and Palash22-23 June 2019
I took 2 days Washington DC tour with Zoe on March 22, 2019 (last week). My trip was AMAZING and I willingly double tipped the driver and the tour guide for great and fun trip. I am planning to take other trips as well. I was mortified before the trip due to negative reviews BUT found this trip to be on time, educational, fun, and adventurous!!!!
We had a good time with this tour and group! The two guides are nice and beautiful, bus is great, and the schedule is reasonable. The only thing I didn’t really enjoy is the buffet food. Hope they could let tourists choose restaurants themselves, or lead to better restaurants.
I have had many trips through E-World Travel and Tours in the past. All of them were affordable and eye-opening experiences. Moreover, I was blessed to have a few respectful and helpful tour guides at the time. However, the past weekend trip to 3 days Martha’s Vineyard Province town Whale Watching Tour was a bit of unusual and indeed awkward!!In the beginning, our tour guide, Sarah who speaks fluent Mandarin only sent trip notification by text message in Chinese but not English. The former tour guides always sent both English and Chinese version. Since my coworkers who went on the same trip with me can’t read Chinese. I did contact Sarah to send English message to my coworkers in which she did.The most humiliated episode occurred as we boarded on Island Sightseeing Bus the first day. Sarah desperately tried to separate me from my coworkers as a team. First, she tried to keep me from going with my coworkers to get on the medium sized bus. After the failed attempt, she even pulled us out from the medium sized bus to force us to get on the bigger bus. Until today, I still can’t fully understand her intention. Is because I have an Asian face, that doesn’t look like my coworkers from other race? My coworkers were also humiliated. They said that they would not return for other trips because of this type of rude treatment. As we all know, New York City is a multicultural and diversified “melting pot.” People should be more open-minded, but not treat people differently by their race or ethnical groups. We should always travel as a team because we are coworkers. Personally, this is very hurt and indeed unforgettable!! I suggest this particular tour guide needs to be educated about how to work with multi-ethnical groups. Although she personal apologized to me the second day, but the damage is already there. I forgive her but it is hard to forget the emotional pain she caused into my trip!!Overall, this was a fun trip despite all the odds we have encountered. During the final hotel night stay, we had to be switched rooms twice because of the former rooms with A/C not working, or toilet and bath tub with back up problems. What a trip!! It was full of bittersweet feelings!!
I did the Dorney park and Hershey park. Two day one night. I loved the hotel that they chose and the buffet. Our tour guide Ms. Niou was very understanding and nice. When we were late she doesnt yell or rushes us and she makes sure that she passes all the info to us. She also makes sure if we have all of our belongings before she tell the bus driver to move.
IF YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE MANDARIN TOUR GUIDE THEN ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. Worst tour company ever. We went to 3 days Niagara falls with Washington DC. 1: they charge $20 for a mandatory must visit fee at Niagara falls night views. But it is free and open for the public, plus everyone already paid for Maid of the Mist in the afternoon and already seen the falls. 2: they charge $10 admission fee for Watkins Glen park fee but this is a free admission park for the public. If you dont pay for this park entrance fee tour guide will NOT let you in. 3: Not to mention you have to pay mandatory $10 per day per person tip for the tour guide and driver. But tour guide Howell is extremely lack in knowledge of the sights and poorly communication with all passengers and driver. He does not tell you what is ahead until it is the day, you have to accept last minute change of the itinerary - which is fine. But Tour guide does NOT tell you. Even bus driver in the end got mad with this tour guide because Tour guide doesnt tell driver ahead of time when we need a bathroom break. Tour guide doesnt even talk much. It is way too easy to earn money here at E-world tours for those tour guides as they dont really do their jobs. Worst company ever. IF YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE MANDARIN TOUR GUIDE THEN ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I just had a two days trip to Philadelphia and Washington DC with E-World. It was an excellent experience that we went to most of the famous places in DC. Our tour guide Scarlett was a nice and friendly girl who took us to every place on time and gave us clear directions. Thus, it was a pleasant trip for me and E-world goes with my great recommendation.
We just finished our trip yesterday, and that was the worst experience ever. 2-day trip to Martha Vineyard and plimoth plantation, the tour guide didnt care about us at all. The whole schedule was ridiculous, and we didnt really have time to look around. Our sightseeing bus tour was scheduled at 5:40, and the bus didnt show up until 6:10. It got dark at 7:30pm, we spent whole hour on the bus in the dark and it was freezing. it was most exhausting experience that we ever had, will never come back. I dont recommend this to anyone.
Me and my family just came back from 4 days Canada tour with eWorld travel. It was an unforgettable trip, Tour guide was a great person, Jessica was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything in detail to us. I would like to go with eWorld travel again for next trip to Martha’s Vineyard! Love!
Both Mia and Sapphire handled our trip absolutely great inspite of a bad weather ! Its was raining those two days , one day lighter than the others! Coming form New York City I thought its not that cold hence i only had a light sweater and Sapphire have me used her jacket!! What else can I say ! Soooo caring !! The Buffett place weve been is even better .. good choices of food we eat a lot so we can get ready for the next trip! Comfort Inn hotel where we stayed is even better, so comfortable , spacious and clean! Will I join this tour again ? Absolutely !! Honestly I have been using this company for the last 20 years on my own holiday , my familys and friends and visitors !! My experience is all worth it!! I highly recommend it !!
Did the Washington DC tour for 2 days and it was amazing! Got to see a lot of places and really enjoyed it. Thanks to our very good tour guides Joyce and Queena, they really made the trip wonderful. Thank you Tinma travels! looking forward for another tour with your company!
The five days tour was awesome! Id have a blast with my family while enjoying significant sites around NY. I have no complaints about the tour guide speaking in Madarin Chinese and English at the same time.HOWEVER, theres a miscommunication between the tour and the tour guide. when our tour guide mentioned extra costs of attending sites for the tour, Im surprised. They did not informed or gave us the lists of where we heading before the tour start. So, we paid for tickets that we did not plan to pay for. As the result, on the 3rd day, our tour guide made a last minute of informing each group individually about the tour plans and payments. My family was NOT satisfied about the misinformation.
Enjoyed the 2-day Washington DC tour provided by the tour guide Sapphire. The bus was comfortable to ride on for a 2-day trip, and got to visit multiple attractions for the first time in Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania while provided historical info on those places.
I had two-day trip to Christmas village and Ice sculpture expo. It is the worst trip experience because of the worst tour guide Theresa! She is the worst tour guide ever.Attitude:She had bad attitude to some of tourists especially Chinese. She had no respect for us. She described our snack as “smelling like dead mouse” even though we were still eating it. Plus, no one around us smelled it. We asked people around us if they smelt anything, they looked confused and said did not smell anything. However, after the tour guide has spoke with us and after we put the snack away, she spoke loudly in the public to point that someone in the bus was eating something smelly to force the Chinese to put snacks away. She described them as “dead mouse” and “cat’s poop.” And whatever she’s doing we’re aim to educate us to respect the American culture. We just wondered why she only spoke in Chinese.Professionalism:she is not knowledgeable at all. She came without any preparation. Couldn’t explain any places we visited and her tone was like she’s murmuring. Sometimes, she explained one thing in two totally different meanings in Chinese and English.Service:At the afternoon of the day one, the tour guide told us we would eat buffet for dinner and was ready to pick up money from us. But my friend and I had no interest in eating buffet. We told the tour guide that we might want to wait to see if the area offered something else other than buffet. If not, we will pay her the money, there is no need to make additional stop or wasting other’s time. Then she replied that “Come on, you guys are working at the buffet restaurant, Why are you guys not eating it?” (We NEVER said that we work at buffet or restaurant). It seems like she judged us by our background.Don’t sign up for the trip if you don’t want to eat “dead mouse.”
Will, it’s such a blessing experience with Jessica. She are very lovely human being also the bus driver too. We have a lot of fun for 3 nights and 4 days. We do many extremely excited adventures together. Also if you travel alone like me is totally fine because you’ll find you soulmate on this tour. We have alottttt of funnnnn😁😜🤓😍 Jessica is the best tour guide ever!!!
Avoid. Booked a 4 day tour of Canada. When we got to the address stated on the booking, we were greeted on the street by a man with a clipboard stating that we were only booked on the 3 day tour. We showed our booking confirmation, and were told to walk several blocks with our luggage and no map to register. Found the registration point as there were large unorganised crowds waiting to board several coaches. Our rep, Kaine, greeted us with a bad attitude. He said we should use the bathroom before getting on the coach as the toilet wont be accessible, in his words we dont allow people to use the toilet on the coach because it stinks in summer not great considering you are on the coach for 4 days. He said the bathroom is located back at the office but we had to run because the bus was leaving, which we had just walked from, so we walked back to the office with our bags. Arrived at office, but the queue for he bathroom was around the block, waited in line but too much time passed so had to run back to the coach. Bad attitude Kaine then pointed us to a restaurant a few blocks away, but couldnt find one open. Finally got to the bus, the driver barely spoke English. Luggage left in the street unattended whilst the boarding chaos ensued. Sat on a loud, hot, full bus with no aircon for 20 minutes whilst guide disappeared. Driver boarded and shouted in Mandarin whilst taking drinks off people (no drinks allowed??). By this point wed had enough so decided to leave to trip before it had even set off. Even when we got off and tried to get our bags the staff we unhelpful and rude. Weve just spent 6 months in Asia before this and never experienced a trip like this. It was worth sacrificing the $400 spent on the ticket so that we didnt have to endure that for 4 days.
Our tour guide Leo is the BEST!!!We started our trip from Flushing, it was a shuttle cab. Even though it was a little confusing for us to locate our bus, few persons from the tour company helped us, especially one guide. (previous trip one) Mr. Johnny guided us until we met Leo. Later journey was very smooth. Credit goes to the person driving Tony. Our first halt of the trip was in Luray Caverns, which was very big. We were tired walking, it was 16 caves. I guess the biggest in VA, but we enjoyed it a lot. It was little slippery. We halted in Quality Inn.In the morning, we took a ride on the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, we enjoyed the view of Smoky Mountains until 4:00PM, later proceeded to a famous dinner show in Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN. After the show I got a severe headache because of the lights and sound arrangements. I am mentioning this, to tell you friends about our tour guide and fellow tourists who helped me in getting medicines, for which I felt great. In the morning, we started our tour from Ruby Falls at 7 AM. Later we took a ride on the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway into Great Smoky Mountains National Park. To my surprise, we met our other trip tour guide Mr. Ben in Tennessee. Later we went to Rock City where seven states can be viewed. It was fun. We halted at Quality Inn. We started our last day of the trip towards Natural Bridge, VA., and returned to New York in the evening.Suggestions for improvement - At least for long trips, make arrangements for good buses. I suggest Academy Buses. Try to stop for food near Subways so some vegans feel comfortable. Try to make the journey little relaxed, by making the day end at 7:30 or 8:00 PM. It becomes hectic if we sleep at 10:30PM and wake up at 7:00AM.Overall, the trip was excellent.
I took a 2 day tour to Thousand islands and Niagra falls in May end 2019.Good things first:1. Tour gude Amber totally knew all the cool facts, very clear on the instructions on every thing. Also very punctual and very cute.2. For lunch and dinner they stop at buffet so people from different countries can enjoy.3. Hotel was way above my expectations, very cool.4. They got usb charging points on bus.Not so good things:1. Cruise to thousand islands is only 1 hour, when i began to enjoy, it was almost over plus there is alot more to explore and see.2. Bus quality could have been better. Made alot of noise on the road bumps.Overall i had a very good time, as i was travelling alone i met some very nice chinese people, who made my trip alot better.
Mia - was an excellent guide for the past two days during our trip to Philadelphia and Washington DC. She was friendly and helpful. She was very detail oriented and good organizer. She tried her best to take care of us inspite of multilingual group. I could notice that other group members were very pleased with her. I would strongly recommend her to your company. She is an asset to you. I look forward to seeing her again. Thank you Mia. God bless you. My family and I are grateful.
READ ! READ ! READ ! READ ! INFORMATIVE REVIEW.This is my honest review of the tour with EWORLD. Yes, I was very skeptical about booking a tour with this company because of all the criticism they have received. I took the 4 day Canada tour ( Niagara Falls, Toronto, Montreal), and had a GREAT TIME !!!! Our tour guide was Ning (no clue how to spell) ? He was very organized with all the activities and really took good care of us. BLESS HIM >.< Heres an overview of what happens during the tour...My personal thoughts about the service: My first impression of our tour guide was like, he looks like he knows what hes doing. He took care of us like we were his children, I felt very comfortable around him and asking him questions. He spoke both Chinese and English and it is totally UNDERSTANDABLE. The other guides we met along the way were fluent english speakers too. Ning knew all the facts about each city we passed by. He told us what to expect and gave us recommendations of where to eat, what to see and the best schedule for our connivence. He will answers all your questions and listen to your complaints (haha). They are super kind, our guide offered to hold our bags while leaving the bus. The driver was also kind, I think his name was WILL. He took care of our luggage and both had a great sense of humor. Overall, AWESOME SERVICE, will definitely tour with this company again.Bus Transportation:If the pick up location is flushing, they pick you up through a shuttle bus ON TIME (6:50) to escort you to the main office in Chinatown. Depending on traffic, it may delay the timing of departure for the actual trip. The bus I was on was brand new with AC and outlets for charging your phones. The downside was that there wasnt much leg room. However, the older buses have much more leg space and is also air conditioned. So no worrys about the bus youll be on half the trip.Bathroom use:It is true that you may NOT use the bathroom on the bus due to sanitary reasons. Therefore, the guide makes sure that we stop almost every 2 hours or so to use the restroom or pick up something to eat.How long will it take to each attraction, hotels ? From NYC to Canada ? :The tour guide tells you the ITINERARY when you get on the bus, the day before and after. EVERYTHING IS SCHEDULED ! It took about 7 hours to get to the Canadian border near Niagara Falls. Like I said, we did stop for breaks. The guide gives you a time limit to get back to the bus. At most 2 hours is given for you to explore each attraction/ city. If you didnt pay for the attraction they are attending, just go explore on your own and make sure to get back to the bus on time !!! THE GUIDE MAKES SURE EVERYONE IS BACK BEFORE THEY TAKE OFF !!! Regardless, you wouldnt want to be the one to cause a delay of departure, so show up 10 mins earlier. If you still dont return, he (NIng) will make every attempt to contact and find you. The length of time between each destination ranged from 5 mins- 2 hours and half.FEES: Your guide will collect the money on the bus for connivence later on- on the trip. Yes, you will HAVE to pay the $8 daily fee per person. Does not matter if you dont like the service yet, it is MANDATORY. Thats basically the living.HOTEL: Dont expect a 5 star hotel. I mean your paying the CHEAPEST price for these tours, so getting a high quality hotel is not realistic. Usually, the bring us to INNS (comfort inn, holiday inn, etc.). For the 4 day Canada tour, we changed hotels 3 times because we traveled to different cities each day. It was a 10 min difference from Niagara falls to the hotel. The rest were usually an hour drive away from your last destination. EXPECT TO HAVE TO WAKE UP EARLY ( bus leaves around 5-7:30 a.m on different days).CONS but 5 stars ?: Our guide accidentally forgot to buy 3 extra tickets for our group, but he did gave us a refund for his mistake. ONLY CON, considering there were a lot of people to deal with, it was understandable. Yes, he did apologize.Gosh, I wrote too much. But I hope this is helpful :)
FOREVER TRAVELING WITH E-WORLD!E-World is without a doubt the leading tour company in Manhattan! From the moment you begin to look for a destination, to the day you return from your trip, E-World makes the experience an amazing and memorable one. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about world travel. Their tours are catered to your likings and you can tell that this company wants to help you make lasting memories. E-world will be the first that comes to mind when planning future vacations and I will definitely recommend to everyone I know!
MONEY THROWN ON FIREI booked a so called 5 Day East Coast Tour on E-World. This probably is the worst mistake that I have made in my life costing me 1500$ of hard-earned money. My parents were old. The tour guide Hugo was adamant not to take them on the bus. I had to bribe him 40$ for him to shut up and allow them to board. After that, he took us to the first point Liberty Cruise. Once we finished it, he was just not ready to tell us about the next point. If we were slow, we were ready to take a cab to the next point. But he forced us to waste the whole day and asked us to meet in Art museum at 5:00PM without giving us any more details. Given the way tour was going, we had to abandon the tour that day after taking our luggage from the bus. They made me sign some papers to say that I am abandoning the tour on my own wish. He still had the guts to charge me the service charge for that day.The bus is dirty and seats are not very comfortable. The boarding area was so smelly. The tour guide was late.We rented a car and visited the places on our own so that we can utilize our vacation. My advice to anyone who is reading this review is, DO NOT BOOK it. Even if you have booked it, cut the sunk cost and CANCEL IT. Even if you can not cancel it, have a PLAN B before you start the tour. The experience may be different if you are chinese. This tour is not any cheaper than if you rent and drive a car and book the hotels yourself. If you thought having a bus driver and a so called tour guide will help you, it is only going to harm you more than anything. Expect extreme hostility and least co-operation.
We just got back 3 days ago from our 8 day tour of NY-DC-Canada. This was the worst tour ever! If I could give it a zero I would. Highly NOT recommended. Please be aware before booking with them.On our first day, we were told we could not use the bathroom on the bus. Our tour had many kids and seniors. After 3 hours of driving, someone on our bus had an emergency and the tour guide would not make a stop. Eventually, the tour guide had to turn over the key to the kid and started to stop every 2.5 hours. I think this is illegal. We were not aware before booking the trip that all the optional activities were actual stops made by the tour bus. Everything else were either quick drive bys or 20 min. photo stops. This is how they make their extra cash. The activity fees are collected up front and in cash. You are charged more then the fare price, they keep the rest. If you did not sign up for the optional activities you were left out in the cold. The bus would stop, take the people who signed up and leave us to figure it all out on our own; telling us to return in one hour. It was horrible, in some locations the stops were in the middle of no where. We just had to sit there and wait. The food choices were even worst! We had never seen so many Chinatowns in one week. All the food options were disgusting Asian buffets and we are Asians. And of course the stops had no other food choices around. This is not even half of what we had to endure. Our tour guide Phillip was horrible. After the second day of nothing by miss-information about history, we tuned him out. It was excruciating to listen to him. We were looking forward to learning and seeing some of these historical sites but all we got were disappointment. You would think that these tour guide would at least have some or been given some education on the American history. What a shame and embarrassment.Of course at the end of the trip the tour guide had the nerves to ask for tips for the rude bus driver and extort more money using the sympathy card to thank us on behalf of his wife and children. This was a hard lesson learned!
If you didnt do your research, youd be screwed (like us)! I would never recommend this degrading agency to anyone. I feared for my life throughout the trip and will never forget the bad experience. It was a mental abuse. Please take your family to one that worth your money and time. Its not worth it. I have requested for a refund due dissatisfactory service. This travel agency takes booking without considering the welfare of its customers. They hire inexperienced drivers and tour guides that doesnt know what theyre doing.First of, the tour guide texted us saying we will leave at 9:30am instead of whats stated in the itinerary (7:30am). Arrived on time and were told to wait for another 3 hours because the bus had a flat tire. The Russian driver Joseph finally arrived at 1pm and missed the Holland Tunnel entrance. Mind you, we were anticipating our 3 day/2 night road trip from Chinatown-Philadelphia-DC-Corning-Niagara Falls. As a result of the lateness, we missed 3 attractions (Smithsonian Museum, Lincoln Memorial & Presidents Museum). Besides the lack of knowledge and time keeping skills, the tour guide didnt plan/provide a place for us to dine or have proper meal. At 1am, we had to get off the bus to beg the McD drive-through attendant to illegally sell food to us. We were all starving and the driver kept getting lost AND going to the wrong route despite our advice. Yes, we were told (by Celine the tour guide) to use our phone to navigate because we were seated in the front row!We almost got into an accident in a 35/MPH exit ramp because Joseph the driver was going above speed limit. We explicitly requested him to slow down but he ignored us and sped recklessly for 80/MPH throughout the trip. I was really scared. Plus he had his left leg on the accelerator! Look at my pictures and videos. We were also lost in DC and had to walk to the US Capitol for half hour. The bus had no AC and the door wouldnt close securely. The windshield is dirty and uncleaned for 3 days. The driver didnt know how to fill up the gas tank and we were stuck at the pump for an hour. We were rushed, we didnt receive adequate time to eat and we were mistreated. Speaking for myself, I was traumatized.
We had very wonderful and forgettable trip with Tinma travel of 4 days Tennessee. First thing I want to mention is that we had a excellent tour guide name Benjamin Chen. He speaks fluent English and also every clear Chinese. He is nice and patient, thoughtful yong guy. He told us a lot of usful information on the way before all attraction and also more when gets to the attraction. All arrangement is perfect for us even thought you have to get up kind of early in the morning but I think that actually is a great idea especially in summer time. You can avoid the long waiting to get into the attraction and finish everything earlier. My two kids 9,12years old explored a lot and we all enjoyed!
I planned a trip with my parents to east coast. Our tour guide Mark Liu is very accommodating and patient. The trip was planned in a fast pace, Mark was able to organize 40 people in a timely and efficient manner, which is impressive. I enjoyed the trip meanwhile got to spend time with my 70-year-old parents, which is priceless experience.
We went to 3 night 4 day trip to Niagara falls, Ottawa, Montreal tour. our Guide and the Bus Driver was excellent. but i wish they give people more choice of Hotel and Restaurant options by divide in 2 groups to pay more for better or save money.. or charge little more altogether to have people to truly enjoy the vacation.we went to French restaurant (?)in Montreal, it was horrible !! food was so bad .. no! worse then bad and hotel (?) OMG.. i dint know place like that even existed. it was experience that ill not repeated.
Hotels used to be better few years ago, now only the cheapest and in the middle of nowhere. They will charge you even for admission free sites like Niagara falls night show ($25 though its FREE), etc. Buses are very old.The best guide was Leo, and the worst I dont care attitude from Sherry.I will give 2 stars for the past experiences and affordable prices, but I will not return to this business.
E-World Tour to E Africa Safari Trips => Kenya & TanzaniaOur first trip to E Africa was in November 2015. The trip was so much fun along with pleasant experiences from tour company. Everything was all taken care of, it was a worry-free adventure. When we heard about September 2016 Africa tour, we booked immediately with E-World again because we know their services.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome by guides our SUVs were waiting. Everyday we rode in the Safari SUV & travelled into the Reserves and National Parks. My favorite were the game drives, one never know what animal you would encounter. Our experienced driver brought us to their common appearance spots. We saw so many wild animals in close range, Including the BIG 5. Everyday we were briefed on our itinerary and David from E-World was very accommodated and ensure everything was to our satisfactory.I recalled during the boat ride, sudden heavy rain abruptly our ride. E-World was very generous and rebook boat tour in the same afternoon once the weather cleared. We got very close to the Hippopotamuses, saw eagles dived in for the fish plus the Flamingos. It was truly a Hippos and bird haven. We would definitely miss these view if E-world did not rebook them. The lodging facilities were upscale and clean. Most of our meals were with the hotels, this guarantee certain standard.David, thank you again for wonderful services and another memorable experiences. Looking forward to book another trip with E-World.
Two day Washington DC tour with KEVIN as tour guide. This was a great tour, and Kevin was really a great tour guide. He is a native english speaker (and seem to be fluent in Chinese, I do not speak chinese myself, but they seemed happy). We saw many things, like the Capitol, passed by the White house, went on a cruise and saw the Pentagon, saw an Amish town etc. All great for both English speakers and Chinese speakers. The only thing that was not translated to Chinese was the video shown in the Capitol, but Kevin translated all other communication. He had great knowledge about the different destinations and is VERY clear in his communication. There were a few insidents with a few customers, were some customer did not listen to instructions and/or were late, but Kevin had great patience with them and handeled the situations in a very polite manner. For some reason, people still managed to get lost, or come late, but all worked out in the end, and everyone came back safe to NJ/NYC.I would recommend the tour! And the place we stayed at was Comfort Inn, which was clean and comfortable. All in all, Great! And thanks to Kevin for the great guidance!
I would give a zero star. We have a party of 14 people join 1 day New York tour. When we purchased the tickets, the agent stated that we would be together in a van. However, they separated us into 2 groups for 10 and 4 people. We asked them how many passengers can be in a van. They told us each van can take 10 people. But if fact, one van can take 11 people and the other one can take 15 people. So, they actually can put us in the 15 passenger van. But they did not want to arrange the grouping. Also, our tour guide keeps saying we would see each other; but the two guides did really communicate. Very disappointed; never would book their tour again!!!!
I am on the three days tour from Washington DC to Niagara Fall. I would say the service from the tour guide Lay is simply bad. His English is totally broken and even worse he may not understand the way he speaks just give other people very rude impression. He said something like I donot care about your guys and I will leave you there if you are late than the scheduled time in his totally broken English. He really did that. There was one spot for Madame Tussauds Mesume in DC, and many people choosed not to buy the tickets as this place is not that exciting. Then people without ticket just walked around in that area and had some of the street view in DC. There was a group of 4 senior Indian people who just missed the gathering time for about 10 minutes. And Lay just let the diverver drove away and let these people took a taxi to the next spot. After we finished the cruise touring, which is our next spot, I saw these 4 Indian people waited on the street. One of the old lady is actually crippled. So He was pretty over on this thing. He explained to us like we were late for his scheduled cruise, but the reality was the the cruise trip was come and serve. There is no bullshit like we had to get on one specific ship. He was lying and using this lie to manipulate other people, which is pretty bad.The bus is not comfortable, space for your legs is limited. From Niagara Fall to Corning, the bus driver choosed a route which takes one hour more on the road. I have confirmed it on google map
I and my family went for a trip 3days Maine.this is really a good place to travel in the summer. We had a very handsome tour guide name Kim, despite he also very helpful. He very patient to explain and answer every questions on the bus. Me and my family enjoy the trip very much.
We took tour for niagara falls and 1000 island on weekend of 21-22 may. It was one of the worst experiences I had in the tour-The guide told us that the itinerary is changed as we have fireworks in water fall, nothing as such-They asked us to start at 05:00 in the morning and told if you think that you are tried, think of us. We can guide and drive. I really got a scary feeling if I would survive or not-Some people with small kids got a bit late 10 mins; driver was shouting that I can’t drive well, you will miss the boast in 1000 islands-We did not had anything in hotel and don’t stop in between for washrooms as well (Bus Toilet was locked)-After the 100o island tour, we were not given time to eat/drink anything. In boat only popcorn and nachos were available-They stopped for lunch at 12:30 and said, get back at 01:15 PM-While getting down, driver was shouting that, get down I am hungry you guys are taking time. As if 54 people should get down in a minute.
From beginning of tour trip, Sammy Chan (tour guide) did not allocate and rotate any seat numbers in tour trip. Sammy Chan, the tourist guide is extremely rude in the tour trip and did not listen to questions or queries when asked on the day, but gave grumpy response. He is not clear and does not give very clear instructions of where to meet up and does not give any further guidance. Sammy did not show initiative or respect to anyone in this US/Canada tour trip. Was it because we need not consider all his tour options? I never experienced a tour guide that is terrible like Sammy, this tour trip turned out to be miserable tour trip.
I joined 2 tours with them, 2-days-1 night tour to Essex & Matha Vinesyard, and 2 days i night tour to washington DC, Philly & New Jersey, which is gonna be my first and last with them. The Essex and Martha tour was horrible. The bus is too old and AC was not working well. It didnt work from the very beginning, but the driver and guide insisted to shoot off to highway irresponsibly trapping 50 passengers in a very hot and stuffy bus. They got it fixed a bit after 1 hour drive (even though we complained and angry, but the driver refused to stop). The AC worked a little better, but after a while it was not working again! It was worst ever experience. The guide was not informative as well. Bad experience.
I just came back from my 4 day Tennessee trip and in summary it was not a very pleasant experience. Dont get me wrong--the actual itinerary of this trip is actually excellent and the actual locations are definitely worth it but you might as well plan your own trip. To summarize, heres the takeaway my experience:--The itinerary of this trip is definitely note worthy and worth visiting. Other than the Great Smoky Mountain and the Hershey Chocolate World. If youre planning on going, DO NOT pay for those tickets, theyre not worth it. Especially Hersheys, because you can get on the same ride when you get there for free. Theres some misleading on their pamphlets. In general all the admissions are cheaper if you get there and pay for yourself.-For Great Smoky Mountain, just walk around in the town at the base of the mountain. Tons of things there. Dont pay for the Tram--its basically a childcare arcade up there.--For Hersheys, just dont do it. Big rip off there.--The lunch that they make you pay for is not worth it. For example, the normal buffet price is $7.50 for lunch and they make you pay $15, and the great, msg-filled food is not really worth it. Go to a nearby Viet, Mexican, Subway etc.. And get a good lunch for your moneys worth.--Bring your own breakfast for every single day. Just do it. If they tell you breakfast is included at registration theres only a 50-50 chance thats its actually happening. Lol. And you wont have too much of an opening to get some food along the way.--The management and planning is simply unsatisfactory. I understand the long mileage of this trip but bathroom breaks are 3 hours apart at worst and 2 hours at best. Also, they purposely bring you to the rest stops without food.--My tour guide was basically only there to so 2 things: Tell you were here! And when to get back. Youre not going learn very much about the states and what there is to do. In fact, he didnt do much other than bringing me to the ticket booth. Also, most of the people on the tour were seniors who dont speak English. Many times, I had to stick around for 20 minutes during my 40 minutes allotted time to eat to translate for my fellow tourists. My tour guide? Gone. My tour guide didnt speak the best English but thats okay; its really the general sense of insincerity in his service that really irked me.--Guys if you like to go on a trip to relax, explore and adventure, and youre on the fence about this one--dont do it. Take the itinerary and plan for yourself.
I went on a two day trip to Dorney and Hershey park with tour guide Snail(yes thats her actual name) Dont be deceived by the name though because she is a fast scheduler when having to make on the spot reservations and does so not only quickly but in an organized fashion. On the bus, Snail has provided us with invaluable transformation about the places we would go to or were currently that further developed my interest for said place. She is able to speak in multiple languages that not only helps me but also everyone else on the tour so that no one gets left out. Everything was on schedule and what I expected; I couldnt have a BETTER tour guide
We took the 2 Day Philadelphia-D.C Tour and it was terrible. Our tour guide John had no respect for us taking in account that we had three elderly people in our group and at one point told us to get out of bus and part our own ways. The tour was going well in the beginning but I was confused because many of the information didnt match to the tour. For example, we were supposed to go to Princeton University but we didnt going straight to Pennsylvania. The thing that bothered me the most was that they demanded extra money that was not included in the ticket and expected us to pay around $100 in cash for each person in our 7 people group. This was outrageous because I do not carry around a huge amount of cash except a few bills and really shady as we requested to pay in credit and he said no. Now I refused to pay as it wasnt in our ticket and he told us that he was going to kick us off the bus and cancel our hotel rooms which was guaranteed by our tickets which we paid for. So we went throughout the trip and during D.C. he gave us times to board the bus as we didnt pay for the optional fees for the other attractions. Now before going to the hotel he told us to go and pay our mandatory fees in a restaurant. This was weird as I requested him if we could pay online or somewhere I can see the transition go to the company and he said no. This is where he started yelling at us saying we were refusing to pay the money and told us that he was going to kick us out of the bus. However, since we had three elderly people in our group and we didnt want to be stranded we told him we were going to pay but only if we can pay using credit in way that it can be authorised. Then when we got to the hotel we got a link to pay it and we paid everything. The 2nd day went well but overall the trip was terrible.Overview:-Shady business as they ask for extra fees when on the bus which doesnt allow you to have access to money and these fees are not stated on the tickets.-Should go tour the area yourselves by renting a car or taking a megabus to that area and use a citipass to give you access to the attractions in that area. Also, you can book the hotel yourselve and it will cost the same amount as the tour companies charge you-The tour was given in both Chinese and English. The English was sometime really hard to understand and the information given was sometimes incorrect-However, if you do want to book a tour try looking at tourist attraction websites for the place that you want to go to.-The guide was not up to expectations to what the tour taking site said and he was rude, too (Had the audacity to ask for tips at the end).-Overall, I would rate it 0 if it was possible but I cant. Do not take this company or you will fall in the same place as we were.
This was my first bus tour and I was scared to go for it . This tour was amazing , the fall colors were bueatiful and best fall colors I have ever seen in my Life . The tour guide Teresa was friendly and guided throughout the tour .we covered all the points canyon mountain , franconion notch ,mount Washington , lake winnipasaki cruise , flume George ,polar caves , Budweiser factory. Places were covered little fast , but is ok if you dont want to drive and plan anything . Mount Washington tour during fall peak days was the best tour .
I give five star to eWorld tour. Because all the staff and the tour guide from this company are very friendly informative. Number one care, they take good care of you. As of people coming from different country you will have tons of question. The staff the tour guide are very nice and patient. takes you step by step . And whats the best is the tour. There are so many different tours of choice. The best one I would say is Canada tour and the Niagra falls and Washington, D.C. . Not only we learn the history and cultural and see many things we wont see on tv . And the tour guide takes good care of you from day to night . Its not an easy job for them to take care 50 people so for the tourist sometime you need to understand the tour guide . Number two this is one of the oldest company trustworthy. I love it so much
Hi..so my parents went with this tour to Niagara and Corning museum. They were visiting US for first time and they had little bit problem with English accent but Nick he was a great guy.He helped them really out of the way. The moment he realized that they are having difficult time to understand English every time he made sure and took efforts to make them understand. Really hes great guy I would like to rate him 10/10. Thanks nick for so much help.
Just came back from 15th and 16th days of July, the Thousand islands and Niagara Falls!!! It was wonderful experience! Our tour guide Nick was so nice and patient!!! I never jointed tour club before because I felt it would be boring with a lot of people! But Nick changed my mind, he was funny, took care of everyone! On the way back to NYC, everyone was tired, tour guide should be more tired, but Nick still paid attention to us! I think I should change my mind! Thank you Nick!
There was not much of a guiding in this tour. Explanations were very brief if any. We got almost nothing for Montreal. This would be a good tour for people who have no idea of where they are going and need baby sitters. You will not have any time of your own, in case you want to take a walk downtown. Hotels are usually outside the city and therefore it is unpractical if not impossible to separate from the group and go back to the hotel after dinner. The 4-day trip is very tiring and IMO not worth the money, which BTW is not $200 but actually amounts to nearly $600 when guide+driver tip, dinners and tickets to attractions at US$ price (even though you are in Canada and can pay with canadian$ ) are included.Last but not least, we arrived in NY late, there was no bus to take us back to Edison and after a long wait, we had to pay $140 extra (taxi fare) to get home, $30 of which was paid by the company. Thanks for the generosity!!
I feel very blessed after reading the reviews. We had a really good driver (Johnson) who was experienced in driving for years. Our tour guide (Yian? Or Ian) was really friendly. He knew everything about all the places and explained it to us. He translated to English well and put up with my loud family. It is true what everyone says that theres no itinerary and most sights are really rushed. All the Chinese people walk really fast no matter the age and the guide had to stop to let us catch up. We had a clean bus with wifi, outlets, and ac. I was actually sad when we had to change tour guides at the last day. Overall a nice experience.
Kind of enjoyed it but it was kind of scary because the bus driver didnt really know how to drive and the tour guy and driver were always frighting and kept yelling at each other and the bus driver to the tour guy to get the f off the bus. the tours were ok, the tour guide barely gave us time to explore everything some places were like 1-2 hours and others were just 5-20 minutes. If i had to be real it was not really worth it
Our tour guide Eddie Cheng was the best guide I have ever had! I went on a tour of east coast Canada 8days trip with 6 of us as a big group and eddie took care of everyone so well that I can only think of booking another tour just with him his knowledge and charming personality is beyond measure! Theres problems with a few very annoying passengers thats with us but our guide handled it perfectly and made them be on time every time afterwards. We booked the tour through the company E-World on the website and Im so glad that we chose this trip and got the chance to visit the east coast! Go Eddie and E-World! Looking forward to touring with the double Es!
We want to put in a note about some of our wonderful experiences regarding Tour Guide Barney Yap.We first met TG trainee Barney in July during Tennessee trip. He was very supportive to the senior TG, helping to keep the group together and answering our questions.Fast forward to our EC4 trip, when TG Barney climbed into the bus, to our pleasant surprise, he immediately recognized and warmly greeted us!He is very informative, entertaining and has a friendly rapport with the entire group. At one of our dinner stops the restaurant staff inadvertently discarded our water bottle. Barney, seeing our disappointment, briefly revealed his thoughtful and caring nature by giving us a new bottle of water! Even though it was just a bottle of water, his good intentions meant a lot to us.We wanted to let your staff know how we are having a wonderful experience with TG Barney and want to appreciate him with all kinds of wonderful reviews and evaluations.Kind regards,John and Karen
Tour guide lacks any sort of integrity, lying about what is not included in the visit to Capitol Hill. Spends 40 mins there and 1 hour in Madame Tussaud. Gives you no choice for optional tours and dinner, and charges you $10 per person for a walking tour of Princeton which is a space open to public. Priority is to clear her checklist and ignores the well-being of everyone in the group. Deluxe coach turns out to be an old school bus and driver couldnt even figure out the air conditioning. Had the cheek to collect gratuity at the start of the trip, after messing up the bus arrival schedule and seating arrangements.
1000% agreed with the majority. We are the world travelers and this was the WORSTE tour we ever had. The tour guide was horrible, rude, and a pathetic liar. We paid for the service but got zero help, instead had to deal with continuous harassment and horrible attitude from the tour guide. Bottom line, his mission was to not to be a guide, but to find ways to charge you every single cent. AVOID this company !!! The tour guide name is Allen, BTW. If you already booked your tour, request for someone else, hopefully you have a better luck. I
We are on a tour group of 4 with my sister a kid and aunts. The tour is very disorganized. The tour guide has no idea of what the itinerary for the day is. We are asked to get ready and be at the hotel lobby by 6.15am and when we are there, it takes till 7.30am for tour guide to organize and leave the hotel. When its 7am were told that we are going to Philadelphia instead of NYC. This means we need to pack all the luggage instead of leaving the luggage at the hotel. 10 mins later we are told that we are going to NYC. Ridiculous! All this on DAY 1 and 2. As the the tour improves or degrades, i will update the review.
Avoid this company, the bus broke down at first day, delayed over 2 hours to arrive hotel, we arrived hotel at 11:05PM. This issue caused further delay (over 3hours) on the 2nd day, we already delayed and should be arrived China Town at around 10:30pm, but because the poor tour guide, Harvey, live in Flushing, he directed the bus to Flushing first. We eventually arrived China Town after 11:30PM.It may be good if everything went fine, but arrangement was so bad when something unexpected.Black listed, never come back. I really hope I can give no star.
Honestly, we dont like much about this company during our tripNYC to Washington D.C two days tour. They provide poor service, the bus air-conditioning is no good, No Wifi and outlet either. The tour guide was rushing from one place to another with little time to rest. We had no fun at all.......Definitely will not go back this company again.
E world is probably the worst company. I regret not reading the reviews I would of saved so much money. Charges service fee and is a waste of money! They have terrible service they arent nice at all. We are paying for a vacation and they turn it into a nightmare! The driver would stop constantly just to smoke causing a delay. When he would smoke he wouldnt care who is around him! The tour guide was named Maggie (I think, her english was hard to understand) Its so disorganized especially in main street when you have to be running around to try to find your bus. They get mad when you are not interested on the attractions they picked out. They basically get mad because they arent receiving money. They take so long just to get back to NYC. STUPID COMPANY!!!! BAD CHOICE!!!!
Just finished a worst trip ever! The tour guide Theresa Chong used offensive language to insult my friends any I (And other Chinese). She even used the words “disgusting dead mouse” in Chinese to describe our food in front of everyone. What’s more, she ONLY told the Chinese to put away our foods because they are either Cat’s Poop or with Dead mouse smell. I felt so insulted during this trip! I am so DISAPOINTED with the aggressive attitude from the tour guide Theresa Chong! Also, she is SUPER unprofessional! She seems like reading from the book when describing places. She often used “I don’t know” when introducing the history of places. She acted like she know nothing! So what’s the point of paying mandatory $20 service fee and got these kinds of effortless service! She also used her assumption on our look and the place we came from to judge us and thought that we are uneducated young girls who are new to the country and doesn’t know any culture here. Everything she done was to teach us how to adopt the American culture. This is so ridiculous. If there is a zero star option, I will DEFINITELY give E world tours zero star for this inexperienced tour guide!WORST TRIP EVER!WORST TOUR GUIDE I HAD EVEN SEEN!For my advice,NEVER sign up any tours in E world tours company !!!I wonder if the employee have received any training though, lol.
WORST 3 DAYS OF MY LIFE!Day 1 (Philadelphia, D.C.)First, an apparent flat tired caused the delay of our bus to depart Chinatown at 8:00am. We didnt leave until 12:30, which means from here on everything was rushed!!!!Secondly the Russian driver Joseph which was not a professional did not know where we were going, did not know how to maneuver his way around the bus switches (A/C, fan, door closing securely). Also definitely didnt know how to use the GPS. So many times I had to help him navigate using an iPhone instead of enjoying my trip. We constantly had to help him navigate. The driver also very dangerously sped during the day and more dangerously at night! I have taken pictures and recorded video of him going 75-80mph at night, on very small and very dark winding highways. We asked him numerous times to slow down and other passengers express their concerns as well. Does this company do driver background checks? They put my life and many other lives in danger due to a wreck-less driver is beyond inexcusable!!Also, due to the late departure from Chinatown meant everything had to be rushed. We barely had any time to do any site seeing in Philadelphia. We were rushed to grab food and head back to bus.We did not see the Lincoln memorial, and most of Washington D.C. due to the inexperienced driving of Joseph and tour guide Celine not knowing where to park and where to drop us off. We wasted so much time just driving around finding dropoff locations. At one point we got out and walked around D.Cs neighborhood lost not going anywhere.Eventually we left D.C. and headed back to the hotel which was 2 hours away, and we had not been given an opportunity to eat dinner or stop to go to the bathroom... mind you, this is 11pm already we are all tired and hungry! The driver missed many offramps, and exits which made the trip back to the hotel even longer. Our tour guide Celine said we would find a rest area on the way to the hotel. Which means the driver or myself had to lookout for a rest area while everyone else slept on the bus which is what I wanted to do. I have never ever experienced such unprofessional, disorganized, and sloppy tour guide company. Around midnight we finally found a McDonalds but only drive thru was open and we had to beg the McDonalds employees to please sell us food since we were not in vehicles.Eventually we found our way back to the highway with our speedy driver going 70-80mph in 55-65 speed zones (I have video and pictures of this!!). After I helped the driver navigate our way to the hotel it was 1:30am!Day 2 (Niagara falls)The tour guide did not stand firm on her time of departure to other guests and we didnt leave until 8:30am. The tour guide is supposed to be firm and tell people that if they arent ready at time of departure they will be left behind. She has no pre-planned rest stops. Her basic plan was to just stop at any rest stop we see as we drove on the highway. Are you kidding me?The driver was still driving very iratically even after being told many times not to drive so fast. He took a 35mph turn at 65mph. The bus skidded and we were all fearing for our lives. Im in seat 1-2 and I can see everything! His legs are cramping up, and at times he uses his left leg to gas and break while his right leg rests, this makes his driving even worst! He was also falling asleep on our way to the Corning museum. He stated he did not sleep enough and was very tired and he even asked me to keep him awake.Day 3on our way to Niagara falls he missed an exit and he tried to make it at the very last minute and literally forced the bus to violently exit the winding offramp and it felt like the bus was going to overturn on its side..Also the bus had numerous issues, A/C not always working, it would over heat and cause an annoying loud beep that would not go away for long periods of time. The door did not close securely.
It was a great trip to Marthas vinyard and Cape Cod area. No complaints except for end when we were left off away from the subway instead of original pickup point near subway. Some of us had large bags to carry or had small children to trapse with. The bus driver was not very helpful nor friendly.
The tour that I went on was Dorney Park and Hershey Park and my tour guides name was Snail. The service that I received that was most extraordinary. The tour was alright, and so was the tour guide. The reason why I gave 4 stars and not a full 5 stars was that a 6am wake up is quite a bit to early.
We booked 4days to CN , everything is doing fine : nice receptionist ,nice tour guide . It is just the hotels that we stayed was not as referred as the tour flyer we got informed. I would call it motel instead for sec and third night stay. Hope the tour company could choose real Hotel for future tours
This is the Travel agency my family appreciated the tours we joined and what we experienced . I see some Negative feedback most likely ppl are expecting things way more then what they paid . example: for a 4 days trip we joined , $200 with promotion buy 2 get 1 free ,4th person gets child price , including 3 Nights Hotel and 4 Days transportation ,a 24 hr standby tour guide . WHY ppl expected thats also including Admissions . and argue with the guides and threaten them not paying tips . Acting like a big boss who had paid $1000 for a Luxury tour. Think about the reason why you chose this tour ! WITH YOUR BUDGET ! RESPECT EVERYONE WHO IS FIGHTING FOR THEY FAMILY! PAYING someone $4 tips work 24HR , is it too much for you? STAY HOME PLEASE ! SAVE YOUR MONEY !
Be aware of this company and also of take tours which uses this company! during my trip my personal details were released to someone who attempted a fraud. the person already knew my full name and room where i was staying asking for credit card details over the phone. the call was made using an internal phone of the same hotel !!!!i booked my east coast tour with take tours, which i thought to be a respectable company but they contracted my 7 days tour to e-world travels and tours which are cow boys and do not deserve even that single star. they lack in organization and their ability in moving things around at their own leisure is appalling. book with them and your holidays will be screwed! all started in the worst way possible when we waited for 2:30 hours for someone to pick us up at the jfk airport. at some point a guy came and told us that we had to move to another terminal to collect other people, so we had to carry our luggage on our own from terminal 5 to terminal 7. after another 1 hour waiting we were then loaded on a small coach to reach the dirtiest of the food court in ny and asked to wait there for another bus that was going to take us to their general quarter in chinatown. we reached this kind of office at 5 pm (landed at 11:30) and asked us to wait till 7 for another driver to bring us to the hotel. we then decided to go around for a bit on our own. the hotel they book for you is in newark, and in my case the ramada plaza. the third day, when back in the hotel room, we receive a call at 8:40 pm by a person who stated my name and surname and said to be a certain christian and to be the general manager of the hotel. he was saying that they had a computer problem and they needed again my address and credit card number which i did not give over the phone. i then asked the hotel front desk and they said that the general manager was not there and that the call was made using a phone in the corridor of the hotel. the security got then involved and a guy at the front desk called the numbers of the managers of take tours first and e-world after, which did not help at all with it. we then called the police and filed an on-line report. we decided to leave the tour the third day because only e-world crew knew our personal details and we did not feel safe with them anymore. the day after they also denied us a lift back to nyc and we had to pay from our own pocket 40 $ for the shuttle.end of the story e-world and take tours only reimbursed 200$ of the 1000 paid which are only the hotel fees and did not take any responsibility for the scam call.avoid both e-world and take tours!!!!!! avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid
This is one of my horrible experience, i booked the tour to Washington DC and Shannon cravens I have no complaints with tour guide, but the bus journey on a 100+ F with limited or no A/C inside the bus was crazy.staff were having constant issues with bus driver.I would suggest please confirm the bus condition before reserving a tour
I am writing this to complaint the 3 days trip to They have terrible service they arent nice at all, Tour guide does not tell you the itinerary or where you will be staying .Marthas Vineyard that I joined from August 31 to Sept 2. The whole trip was not following the schedule . that we received. There were couple attractions was skipped and we only stay 3 hours in Marthas Vineyard which is the main attraction of this trip. I was very disappointed at the end of the trip.
The first tour guide is fine, but the second guide, who accompanied us back to Manhattan, is terrible. On our way back, he tossed the backpack of my father away from my fathers seat, pointed finger at us, yelled at us, and most unacceptably, threatened us. I will make a complain once we arrive at Manhattan.
The tour guide explained everything in English & Chinese. I understand that the tourists are from different parts of the world but it appeared that the announcements were mostly in Chinese which can be very frustrating. The communication could be improved. The plan should be explained well in advance
I signed up a tour for my parents, and they had the WORST experience ever! They said they want to have a rest and don’t want to go to next day’s Grand Canyon tour, and this travel agency even charged $90 for each person for just staying at hotel!!!!!! Mandatory tips for terrible service!!!
Very poor service . .now i am calling the phone number .. service answer is really so bad ....I am asking about any packages to California in September and October ! one guy say ..No No No .i already call the last 3 weeks ago, he say like this again . ..nothing explain . .service really bad ..i never call you again . .

2021-04-01I took the 2 day trip to Washington DC with this company. The receptionists were very professional and very accommodating to us when we had to change our pick up location. Our tour was bilingual and we were lucky to have two tour guides Mia and Candice. They took care of us and did an excellent job in showing us the places and translating for my Chinese parents. The visits were well organized planned so it all went smoothly without much wait in an otherwise hectic tourist destination such as the Capitol. I was able to charge my phone in the bus and it had a good working AC which was a relief in such a humid couple of days. I would definitely use this company again to experience other tours but most importantly I feel comfortable sending away my non English speaking parents with them.

2022-07-01We have travelled to Washington and Niagara through the toure organized by Tinma tours. Overall experience was good. The two nights stay offered was in good hotels with breakfast included. Bus was up to the mark . In addition to total tour fee they charge you additionaly for services and in-depth toures which cost you nearly same as toure ticket which is little bit expensive. Please ask on the desk for total tour charges before booking.

2017-08-05This was the first time my boyfriend and I went on a trip with Tinma aka Eworld. It was a lot of fun! We were able to do so much within the 2 day trip. Our travel guide, Sherry was helpful, with, and organized. She planned our two day trip itinerary very well and she was quick on her toes. There were moments when we were either stuck in traffic or someone on the tour was late in coming back to the bus and it would delay our events schedule. However, even with the delays, Sherry was able to figure something out and to ensure we were able to have time to see Niagara falls, get on the Maid of the Mist, and the fireworks at night. We visited the Thousand Islands and was able to eat at a delicious buffet on our last day. She was able to give us so much information about areas around the locations and the locations themselves. Overall the trip was memorable and entertaining! Thanks, Sherry!

2018-11-20E-world / Tinma Travel and Tours did not always deliver what they promised. They provided us with driver, elderly gentleman that couldnt speak English other than ok and thank you on our first day of travel from NY to Woodbury in NJ. Thats like 1 hour plus drive with driver that dont speak English at all...How can one drive in the city carrying 10 plus people from multiple nations without being able to speak English (only Chinese)?

2017-07-06Just joined a 3 days Marthas vineyard tour wiz professional tour guide and bus driver. didnt spend lots of money but got a clean and comfortable hotel room in Hyannis where is most popular destination in Cape Cod.
