Very accommodating, readonably priced and good service. They will help you with Tint World. Have had prior repairs done here that worked out very well.
Had some alloygators installed (rim protectors), and they did an excellent job. This mod can be a little pricey but its better than the cheaper 3m adhesive rim protectors. Highly recommended. Very professional and competent individuals. Also very courteous. Facility is very clean. Parking can be limited.
This is my second year going here it was a big find to have a place that does everything. Been beyond happy with the work they do each time and the prices. Nice and informative staff and the prices are great. Have gotten my tints, rims and tires, aftermarket grill and front splitter and wickerbill, spiked lugs all installed here since last year. Again, great place for your car needs and mods.

Excellent job on window tinting, got me an appointment next day and fully completed 24 hrs w/in first visit. This is the 3rd vehicle Ive had tints done and first time here, they surely done a better job than past shops Ive been to. Zero dust specks, Im a very picky person and they passed. Lied About Window Tint Percentage Done On Vehicle. Might Want To Bring Your Own Tint Meter, Because You Cant Go By Their Word. Makes Me Wonder What Else They Lie About And What Actually Guess On When It Comes To Their Work. Also Parked The Car In A Lot Down The Street And Didnt Even Try To Help Find My Car or Go Over Work Done on Vehicle When Vehicle Was Picked Up. Came in to tint world after seeing alot of there ads and post on facebook and instagram (good job on those btw) I went in the day before the big snow storm for a couple of things and was hoping to atleast get 1 of the things done since it was so last minute but they were able to squeeze me in and take care of all 3 of my ram 1500 trucks needs. I was looking for a automatic car remote starter system that i had seem them advertise and they have all types of different options. the manager (i assume) helped me and show me 4 different options. I went with the viper remote start with the cell phone app function that they explained i can start my car pretty much where i am, which helps since i ride the train so i can turn on my truck from about 15 mins away. i got the 2 front window tints to match the rear of my already tinted windows and went with the ultimate package (ceramic film that is best film they had) i also needed tires because the snow was coming and one of the real reasons i went there. he took his time to show me 6 different model tires and even have another one of the sales people roll out each one and put it next to the truck so i could see which one i liked the most (i choose the nitto ridge grappler). They have different installers so one started the tires, the other started the window tint and the other did the remote start. As i looked thru the glass window i could see them all working on the car like a fine tuned nascar team. I usually never leave long reviews because hey a 5 star is a 5 star but i felt the need to write this long review (on my lunch break) because this was an easy shopping experience. zero pressure, lots of options and fair market pricing. thank you tint world team you won yourselves a lot of positive recommendations and a lifetime loyal customer

Went to get tires done and they did something to my key and instead of being honest they switched my key with their display key and then my car had to be towed to Benz to get a new key programmed which took 7 days for me to get back… Car dealer confirmed that my car key was switched with a different key 🔑 now I’m calling the owner because I am careless until this is fixed and he keeps giving me the run around.. very unprofessional wouldn’t prefer this company to anyone they are dishonest. How did I come to get my tires done and now my key won’t turn my car on or open my doors!!!! Horrible place….
They told me to bring my truck in at 8 I had the first appointment 12 hours go by and they only had 2 windows done. Then they told me they were going to do my headlights and they didn’t then they just threw them in my back seat. Didn’t even put them in the box

Absolutely amazing experience… from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I think his name is Santiago( this guy is the MAN) he literally spent over a hour with me just talking about all the opinions that he had available. And there was a lot. Let’s not forget to mention his wife she was soo nice she kept my wife busy while I was picking everything out. Overall I would definitely recommend this place I just bought gift cards from my mom and my dad for their remote start..I got their Christmas presents already!!

All I can say about the business and the guys that work there is the best I have ever seen since I have bin dealing with rims and tires honestly I checked everywhere and no one was helpful but tint world they did it and made it happen I love how my durango looks now big up to the team at tint world and cant for get the guy that make it all happen Dominic if u go over there ask for this guy and the boss cant remember his name but he know who he is

Great job I got 20% percent all around and a eyebrow strip. Turned out great fast and reliable true to thier word.
Extremely overpriced and not quality work. Paid 450 for all the windows and rear windshield. 2 started peeling within a week. After a month I peeled them all off, found another shop to do it for $250 and it looks better and hasnt peeled.

Very expensive.... I asked for bumper guard price. there price was $850 just for the front. I got $725 both front and back from Queens.
Came in for new all terrain tires on our Jeep Wrangler and a lift kit. Finally there is a local place here in Massapequa Park that can do tires, lift kits, window tints and jeep lights all in one place and they had so many options in the store in stock. This is definitely the place to shop for jeep parts and accessories and installations. Thanks Santiago (the owner)and the tint world crew, you are a great addition to the jeep community
Stay away unprofessional,Bought a brand new 2022 bmw to get tinted,freddie is the worst salesman and unprofessional idk who was worse him or james, the tinter sprayed so much water on the inside of the car that caused the amber lights and half car lights on interior no work causing the wires to corrode,they didnt even have the common sense to clean or wipe down the car leaving access tint on floor dry water marks all over the leather, windows and seats,So car ended up going to bmw for 4 days and driver side door front n rear taking apart to find out wire was corroded n connectors as well , as said done called tintworld 4 5 times diff days they all gave me the run arounds even lied to me saying the owner santiago wasnt in and had somebody go n check and he was just to ingore me, didnt even want to help me out or tell me they will take care of it owner tells me same thing happend to his car yea ok let it sit for 5 days it will come back on yea ok ,stay away owner hides in his office and doesnt want to helpU when i was there 3 ppl where there about jobs on air horn installs were mesesed up and not working and poor job quality never use them ever again overpriced as well 600$ for tint rip off to mess up your car

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!! I went to buy tires and rims, and the rims were too big, and got internally scartched. I went there 4 times. I went to talk to Santiago, and I threatened him with the police, and he told me that he wasnt ever going to fix my car, and it cost me $1,800.60 If anyone wants to join me to go to court, please do so. There are So, SO many bad reviews for this place. The customer is my father, Marco Marcia, and its 100% NOT fake. Ya ripped us off, and well see ya in court!

They do a good job with tinting except there was one scenario they forgot to collect my keys and unfortunately Ive decided I did not want to get. my service done from them. I have been fighting with my credit card company since august 2 2021 about how I did not get the service done. I can continue to tell you other shady scenarios that happened here but I will stop here if I get my money squared away. I dont know how this place is still in business with him being behind the computer and the phone. I called earlier today to get an estimate to get my front windows tinted to match the rear windows. When I had got the price which seemed to be a great price I had then asked to make an appointment to actually get my tint done. When I had asked about the soonest appointment available the man on the whole proceeded to tell me that it would be fine if i brought my truck in at any point during the day before 6. As soon as I was able to bring the truck in I drove to the place and informed the man at the counter that I had spoke with someone earlier. He then proceeded to tell me that they are packed out and are unable to take me in today and to try again tomorrow. Completely unprofessional and frustrating
Took in my 2021 F250 Platinum Tremor to get the windows tinted on 11/25/20 literally the second I left the dealership. James got me right in and they did a professional & clean job. While the truck was getting done Dominic showed me some wheels / tire package that would make the truck stand out a little more and of course the place is like a candy store for adults so I ended up buying the package. Very professional and I highly recommend them.
They show you parts and then they give you something incomplete. They tell you that they sold you. they tell you that they do not accept returns even if you have not opened the package
Phenomenal customer service, owner & all the employees really go above and beyond for their customers. Knowledgeable & patient staff. Needed a new on-board air system, luckily they had plenty in stock to pick up and the pricing was much more competitive than online retailers! Much more convenient than shopping online for car/truck audio gear + accessories. Will definitely be back for more offroad goodies!

Came in for a quote for a chrome delete and roof wrap and they gave me a price. When I came in person to make the appointment, all ready to drop off the vehicle (managed to get an extra driver with me) they told me it was going to be almost double what they were initially charging me. Wasted trip from Queens apart from the person I asked to help me out with the ride back. I expected better I guess...

I called Tintworld to get my windows tinted and the owner/manager Dominica told me all about the films and what the difference in the films were. When I got to the establishment the lady Dominica also showed me what was NY state compliant and went into further depth on the films the quality’s and features all the films gave me. All in all I had a very pleasant time here and they got me in and out. Dominica was very professional and let me take my time picking the perfect tint for my vehicle. I definitely will be coming back!!!!
I had my windows tinted by this company and was given my car back with bubbles and creases in the rear window. The management also did not let me know that by tinting my windows my car would no longer pass inspection. This is something that should absolutely be told to a customer spending this kind of money on their vehicle. When I asked them about it all they said was to remove the tint and get the vehicle inspected and then pay to have it tinted again. Absolutely ridiculous business practice. I would not recommend to anyone. Seriously disappointing.
Just got my truck wrapped for my new business and all I can say is WOW!!! The vinyl wrap is fantastic and me and my business partner couldnt be any more happy with the work that was done. I had done some shopping around before coming here and they by far had the best prices on the vinyl wrap and seemed to have the most experience. Im going to be bringing in my next truck when we purchase it in about 3 months to get the same wrap done on it. I highly recommend them, thanks again

First of all the manager Of this store doesn’t know how to speak to customers. James that’s the name of the manager. Very rude person. I called and spoke to his boss regarding the service (subwoofer and amplifier) installed by them. It had really minor problem which could have been fixed in 5 mins. His boss told me to bring the car in and we’ll take a look what’s wrong( which was very professional). But when I went there. Manager told me you have to drop off car. Which they never mentioned on phone. Manager told me I have 10 cars ahead of you. How it’s my problem, your boss told me to bring it in and you telling me you guys are packed. Definitely the worst experience.

Came to Tint World to get a remote start on my Subaru Outback and was very impressed. I called a couple other stores before coming here just to price shop and Tint World beat everyones prices and had the best reviews in the area. I made an appointment at 8am and was the first person there and Santiago got me right in. Waiting area was clean, bathroom was clean and I was offered free coffee while I waited. Ive had my remote start for 3 weeks now and absolutely love it and it works great!!!!!! I highly recommend them, they showed a high level of service and professionalism.
I went to them to install a windshield tint I purchased on line[was supposed to be a fading type] I didnt like it. I had them replace it with the one they recommended and was very happy. Thanks to Mike at the counter who was very helpful with the choice. My experience with the company was very good.
The lowest possible place you could ever go for tints. Inexperienced window tinters who are lazy and take shortcuts, my window channel was ripped up by the tinter trying to line up the terrible tint application he applied and still light gap and bubbles appeared after curing. The owner Santiago takes no responsibility for the low budget staff he hires, from the rude mannered front staff attendant James to the people actually doing the tints. This place is a disaster and if you want quality I would suggest you stay far far away from this place because you will get your car back in worst shape than it came. One of the worst experiences I ever had.
Great experience here at this establishment Tint World. I have a history of bad experiences previous coming to this store. I went to 2 other stores that were recommended to me before I found Tint World on google. I went to a different store to get a stereo system installed in my new Dodge Hellcat. After leaving it there for about 2 days I went to pick it up and had nothing but problems with it and had to leave it for another almost 8 hours to just have everything taken out and told they could not figure out how to do a stereo system in that type of car. A friend recommended another stereo shop on the North shore where I was immediately told the stereo system could not be done impossible they said I went on google and came across the Tint World location in Nassau county and called and then drove by and spoke to Santiago that took more then needed time explaining to me and showing me product and solution that the other (I wont name shop) couldnt do. I wont say I was skeptical but was really hoping they could get it done. They entire project took 1 full day, I left it in the morning and picked it up the next day. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!! I got exactly what I wanted, did not overpay and the technicians there know exactly what they are doing. You will not be disappointed coming here. Thank you Tint World and Santiago
I had my 2019 maxima with 1000 miles on it ceramic coated. Ultimate package. They only did half the car. They didnt do the inside of the car or rims and calibers. Water only sheets off the top of the car not anywhere else. Will never use again. The manager really didnt care about there work. They only care about $$$$. $2000 + tax you think that your car should come out better then new. They also left a scratch on the good of the car plus again the was just bought and used for 2 weeks before getting coated.

I just picked up my 2017 Ram from Tint World after getting a complete detail. I was a little reluctant at first due to the fact the reviews werent excellent for details but the place is close to home. WHAT A JOB!!! My truck looks PHENOMENAL . I havent had a good cleaning like this for a longgg time. My truck looks brand new again. This taught me not to go entirely off reviews because boy those werent accurate AT ALL. Between the service and staff...I give it all a 5 star. Because they did such an awesome job...I even purchased rims and tires. See you guys soon!!
Horrible experience with the manager JAMES he is super rude . Rudest person i have ever met in my life .I got installed subwoofer in my car . They charged me $180 . After 2 days there was some issue with woofer and installation. It makes terrible noise .I called these people and they told me that you can come here and we can check .When i went there to get checked this managerJAMES was super rude he said you have to leave the car and go . Else 2 hour wait . I explained him that i called and made an appointment to get checked the woofer they installed 2 days back .He kept repeating leave the car and go .I would request people who are willing to go there and pay higher price assuming that they would get professional service, PLEASE don’t expect professionalism from them .I just saw the way the owner replied to my review.First of all Jasdeep is my younger brother , second thing is that MERCHANDISE was not defective it was the installation mistake, third thing is i never apologize coz why would i apologize for the behavior and attitude i got from the manager JAMES , fourth thing is that when i called that day i was told that i can come that’s why i drover 45 mins from my place to yours .Please stop lying . Brought in my Challenger to get a full detail and it was great!!!!! I went with the ultimate package and had the compound and buff the paint since it had a couple years of wear and tear on the paint and it looks like new again. Price was fair after shopping around and service was done timely. Bringing in my wifes car in a few weeks to get the same done and possibly a remote start in the winter for my son. Tint world you just won yourself a customer for life!!!!
Came in for a remote start on 3 of my cars. The owner Santiago did a fantastic job of explaining what we needed, pricing and options of remote starts that were available. They have the best prices in the area for the remote starts we needed for our cars and by far is the nicest and cleanest car shop that I have ever been to.

Came in for a window tint job on my new Jaguar and took advantage of the detailing they offered as well. Car looks great and everything came out clean and good. Horrible experience dealing with this place and had a bad feeling right off the jump when James answered the phone. I called in to purchase a pair of wheels and tires for my car. Was told I would get pictures of a couple options which I never did. Then called back in and spoke to Santiago. Santiago was quick to help me out, and I appreciate his part in this. Although once I picked the wheels I wanted, james told me they’d be In by the end of the day. Then didn’t call at all before closing to let me know there’s a delay. I called the following morning and the wheels were still not in. Once the wheels finally arrived I sent my employee to go pick them up for me and they gave him the wrong size. Had to return them and get what I asked for then the offset was wrong on the front. The rim was touching my brake caliper so I got tired of going back and fourth with them and got spacers. I Called in the next day and James lied to me saying he’d call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Stay Away save yourself the headache.

2022-03-16Got my tints done in May 2021. Dealt with James Howard who apparently doesnt work there anymore. When I got my tints I noticed the film didnt go all the way to the bottom of the window and it gradually raises as shown in the photo. I called the next day and was told to come back and they would fix their mistake. Then I was told they couldn’t do it that day and to come back another day, which I did and was told the same garbage. It was clear at that point that they did not want to fix their mistake, leaving me with one option, to put in a dispute. Recently I found out my dispute wasn’t successful. I called tint world last weekend and spoke to Freddie. I explained the situation and he told me they would fix the mistake and to come in today, Wednesday 3/16/2022. This morning I called to be told by Freddie that the boss said they wont honor the warranty because I put in a dispute that was unsuccessful, which makes zero sense. Some of my friends went here even though I told them not to because of their poor service to the vehicle and customers. I added my receipt because many reviews they claim are fake, so this one they cannot say is fake. Overall I got a bad job done and had to pay regardless. Do not recommend, they lie and dont do their job as expected. This is the only review I’ve ever written and by no means is it my only bad experience with a business but this one was necessary. Do not go to tint world. You can get better tints at a cheaper price elsewhere.

2022-02-20Came into tint world to get some tires on my truck and let me tell you this place is great. they have tires from aggressive to not aggressive and tires that are even cost effective too. the people in the front of the shop are very helpful and friendly and their team of workers are the best they get the job in and out. when I called to get tires, they had me come down and told me it may be a little bit of a wait, so I went and dropped my car off and by time I made it back to my house they already had it inside and working on it. I wont be going anywhere else, and all my family and friends are going to be using tint world from now on thank you tint world staff for doing so great!!

2022-02-20Tint world Massapequa is the best!!!! brought my brand new hellcat here to get new tires and tint. Santiago told me the best tires I should be using for the car and the best tint to get to keep the interior in pristine condition while also keeping the interior a bunch cooler in the summer. 2022-05-25I just left there an hour ago....I went in for tints, Santiago Rojas and Dominick Sarris were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tint selection they have in their store. They explained all my choices and pricing as well. I also had a few questions about leveling kits and tires and those questions were answered as well. I was very satisfied with my tints and I will be returning for a leveling kit and tires in the future. Great experience today!!

2022-06-29Went there about a year ago to install tint on all of my windows. The tint came out fine. After a few months I decided to go back again to get my windshield tint darker. When it was redone it looked like they didn’t even try and I had to schedule another appointment to get it redone again. After it was redone again it was a lot better but I noticed that they had burned my dash and the mesh next to it with the heat gun. Waited about 2 months for them to find someone to fix it and when i went in to pick it up it still looked the same as it did before. Will not be going there again and now I have to find and pay someone to fix my dash that wasn’t even my fault.

2022-04-02By far the worse place to do any business. This is my second time dealing with them. The first time I went to them I had them install my underglow kit. I specially asked to speak to the tech working on my car before he started the work to give him an idea of how I wanted them to not block the skid plate under the car making it hard to do oil changes . They ignored that and did the install and did exactly what I didnt want them to do. Also they charged me more then what was told over the phone. Now today the second time I called in on Wednesday and asked to make an appointment for Saturday and I was told they dont do appointments on Saturday and for me to just come early. So they open at 8 am I got there at 8:30 amThe first thing the guy at the desk asks me if if I have an appointment and Im not no I was told you dont take appointments on sat. Then tells me after driving 1 how 20 mins to get there that I cant be seen. Never again they are the worst

2022-02-20This place is a candy store for adults. you need tint they have it. you need tires they have it. you need a exhaust they have it. not only do they keep a giant stock to get almost anything done the same day but the staff is also super nice and knowledgeable thank you tint world you definitely will be seeing me again!!!

2022-07-01Was a customer here for few things over the course of a year I would say got a level kit done on my 2017 ram 1500 which maybe at the time had 45k miles went back several months later for a 4inch lift kit the truck was not right since day one after that the truck wound up sitting 2 inches higher in the front cause he put the lift kit on top of my leveling struts and I asked said is that okay Sanitago said no problem your good this is my first time in customizing a pickup n lifting it he told me to come back n let it settle I did few months later n told me he was gonna order bigger springs in the back to level it out which I paid for also did that truck still sat to high in the front n rode n drove badly. Eventually from the truck being to high in the front n not leveled it cause my front differential to complete snap cause of the angles of the cv joints were on!!! Took it to another lift shop and told me that was the cause and 4300 dollars later I wouldnt let them change a tire on my bicycle
