Rented a skid steer spent $30 at the car wash *just being polite* to clean it, along with the trailer, I took it back almost completely spotless of mud, he called us names and raised his voice and told us he was charging us a $250 cleaning fee or we can go back and get it completely spotless, we returned to the closest car wash spent another $15, the skid steer looked great *better then when we first picked it up* he then came out with another man and they looked it over *the picture shown* and told us it still had dirt on it so they charged us $250 on my credit card and proceeded to yell at my husband for at least 25 minutes and made our 6 month old son very upset! Very very poor business, very disrespectful, the rip you off to try to make extra money! DO NOT RENT HERE! Not worth it

Owner is a nasty man, dont waste your time with this place. How he is still in business Ill never know. Stay Away!

Turned a rental in a day early and owner gave me the refund for the day without asking. Owner might be a little gruff, but he is knowledgeable, concise, and keeps his equipment in great shape.

Went to Tioga Tool for the first time last week n rented a rototiller. Very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of everything. The rototiller ran great. No problems whatsoever. Price was fair to a little pricey. Worth it for equipment that works.

I showed up at 12:00p.m. on a Saturday to rent a mini excavator that I booked the day before and Im told sorry come back Monday. I informed him his hours posted online says open until 3p.m. on Saturdays but he didnt care, said we close at 11:30a.m. Poor professionalism and rude. He was unwilling to work out any compromise due to his inaccurate business hours he has posted.

I tried to like it a few times. This guy is just not a nice person. I would drive an hour to get the same rental if I had to to avoid this day ruiner of an atmosphere.

We needed a manlift,... The price was more than other places but they were local so we decided to get the machine and then when the guy brought it,.. he was a real jerk , didnt have any manners as he was smoking his disgusting cigarette,.... The only thing he was concerned about is how he was going to charge us if there was the slightest scratch on this machine.... As I handed him a boatload of cash he stated that he didnt have change and I never did end up getting it back...... I dont recommend this place.

This place the worst customer service I have ever seen. I came into inquire about a skid steer and and was told that he did not think I could afford it...Do not rent here the guy is a real prick.
