My husband had called Titan as a new customer. We needed a new well drilled at a house we recently purchased. The next day a crew was at our house. Titan also advised the cost was less than the estimate they provided when the job was done. Very professional staff. Titan installed my well and pressure tank years ago with no problems at all during this time. Recently I had a problem with my water pressure and they guided me over the phone how to fix it without needing a service call. Five Stars!!!!
I needed to have my well redrilled and new 20 steel casing installed. The water feed from the casing had to be dug below the frost line into the basement. I called 3 well drillers 2 quoted me crazy prices, and 1 said it was to big a job for him to handle. I called Titan and spoke to the owner Troy Johnson, he came to my house and we both went over what needed to be done and what I was concerned with. Troy is a professional that took his time in assessing the job and in a couple of days sent me a quote, which I went over and approved the work and price quote. (which was a good price for what had to be done). Troy and his crew spent most of the day and did a great job. 2022-02-11I had my well water pump installed today. Our water stopped working late last night, so we left them a voicemail. They called us at 6:30 a.m. and showed up around 7 a.m. They diagnosed the problem right away, and surprisingly installed our well water pump the same day. The workers were really professional and helpful. I believe they missed their lunch break just to make sure our water was working the same day. I will definitely recommend them!

2022-02-22Titan Drilling Corp. went to my daughters house to re-drill her well because her well went dry. They set up over her existing well and drilled another 30+/- feet to hit 40 gallons a minute. They could have went 120 feet or more but didn’t. I had Titan drill a well for me in Saugerties after this experience. In an area where everyone has a 300+/- foot deep well with 200 to 300 feet of casing, Titan only went down 120 feet and hit a gravel bed full of water with 20 gallons per minute. They could have kept drilling but they didn’t. I recommend and trust Titan drilling to everyone. Thank you Titan, from the Paton family

2021-11-29Titan installed a UV filter in our home and did testing to check our water afterwards. They were super professional - they came when scheduled, delivered results on time, billed as expected and were so nice to deal with. Ralph in the main office is a pleasure to do business. Definitely recommend working with Titan.

2021-09-03I found out the pump in my well was dead at 7 a.m.. Not much help from other plumbers but Titan had my pump replaced and my water back before noon.Incredibly quick response, competent and reasonably priced. Totally professional. Everybody else was talking an extra thousand and a few weeks without water. I highly recommend Titan.

2021-12-13The two technicians who came to my home were terrific. They explained what the water system needed after carefully looking at the situation. Gave me options. They had a terrific work ethic and got the job done.

2021-11-17They installed my well in March telling me I’m going to have beautiful clean water, after they dug it they forgot to seal it , basement flooded,Thought it was my water heater so I replaced that , basement was still leaking,, so I Called them and they came back and capped it Admitting it was their mistake,, my water was disgusting, they then told me I needed a filter, paid for a filter,, They tested the water told me it was fine,, I brought Water samples home had it tested here where I live in rockland they told me the water wasn’t fit to use,, my water was dirty and still disgusting,, then they told me for another $7000 they could put in a filtration system. I asked if they could dig deeper they told me the water wouldn’t clean up and to send them pictures of my water and Water test that I had done, which I did,, no response no phone calls no nothing. I would never use this company again!

2021-11-11Excellent, had issues with no water, i check the obvious, but forgot to check the whole house filter. Replaced as per Frank, got me up and running again. Before he had to send out someone to troubleshoot. But a few hours later it happened again, and I will be calling him back for a service call. Hoping all it is pressure switch

2021-10-07Titan Wells was doing a project for a possible buyer of a piece of land behind my property. They have an access road that I gave them permission to use they decided to cut in another road on the other back corner of my property which I was never consulted about or asked permission.. When I explained it to the guy that he had no right to do that he basically looked and laughed and chuckled at me of which I have a witness to that. Ill be talking to my attorney tomorrow.

2020-04-09I called Titan at 10am to tell them I needed service. I was a new customer, They had a crew to my house in a few hours later and the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed soon after. I cant tell you what a relief it was having professional contractors show up and fix your problem so quickly with no bull$hit. Happy to recommend these guys to all who are looking for help. I had lost water to the house. I was afraid it was the well pump but it was just the switch at the pressure tank that needed replacing.

2020-12-16Titan Drilling is always extremely responsive and helpful. They came out when we weren’t sure if we had a frozen pipe or a well issue and solved the issue quickly ahead of a big snow storm. They are super patient and knowledgeable.
