I have always loved this store. Great quality items for lower prices. They have a little of everything! Love the clearance rack. For $25 I found 3 pretty brand name outfits for my grand daughter.

Well the selection is small. The way they throw tons of clothes on the racks makes it inconvenient and looks sloppy, When I was in my twenties I really liked this style. Im 41 now I prefer it to be a little more open. And eye catching. Displays with cute outfits is more appealing to me. So I go for a hoodie and since its spring they had practically none. Ughhhh thats inconvenience. I mean hello its still cold outside. (spring)So the customer service was fake. Shes following a script to ask you to apply for a tj maxx card at 10% off your purchase. Then asks for a rating to win 500$ does anyone ever win?I prefer down to earth.Original. But its a world of instant likes and clicks. Times are changing people lol
The mens department gets smaller every time I visit.Compared an item across the street and it was cheaper there.
Nice store. It is upstairs. You can take the escalator or the elevator for the handicap or with a big shopping cart. Bathrooms are in like new condition. Store is bright. Multiple cashiers. Fast check out. Prices reasonable.
I balled out with my taxes. My girl definitely gave me a good night after splurging on all the overstock and 🔥 deals. Great place for exotic coffee and the woman at the changing room is always in a bad mood, she brings that dark feel to the store its missing.
Great selection of merchandise. Took a while to get in. Escalator going up....broken. Only 2 people at s time to ride elecator..even if you came in as a group of more.

Went here for the first time the other day (this location, not T.J. Maxx) and it was a nice store. I was able to find some things I needed for around the house. They have a good selection of cooking accessories and home goods. Not much in the way on Mens clothing however.
This is a great place to shop for a variety of products however the only challenge is getting there before the great stuff gets sold!!! Best days to shop are Thursdays and Fridays before the weekend for sure.

I like this T.J Maxx a lot. Its very clean and staff is always smiling. It definitely seems to have a wider selection of beauty and bath products than other tj maxxs.
Walking in is awkward but the goodies that await! I found some cute clearence name brands! Lots of cute household decor and such.
Now let me start off by saying I absolutely love all TjMaxx , Marshalls & Homegood stores but it seems when I go to this location I always have a not so pleasant trip . I prefer this location over the Webster for the moral fact of selection but it seems every time I come into the store they racially profile me and whoever Im with if the person Im with is any other race than caucasian , It definitely sucks since I always find nice handbags at a good price but it seems I may have no longer provide my business to this location till the issue is resolved . love the location but not the customer service !
Oh TJ Maxx how do I describe you? Its just everything you need/want...but didnt necessarily know you wanted it. Like, oh yeah I definitely do need a new set of pans to go with my new purse. Lol. Great place to get lost in. Friendly staff and super helpful, theyll help you find stuff! Just go...you know you want to.
The location is great, but inside is somewhat junky and dingy. It needs some major work in here. It is generally a mess with merchandise all over. They only sell womens shoes and no mens shoes. Not cool.
I went to TJ Maxx for my childrens Halloween costumes. In my opinion they carry well made, child proof costumes that are age appropriate and made well enough to keep kids warmer then most other costumes while outside trick or treating. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality.

Had to return one item out of three that I purchased online at TJMaxx. The item was a dress for a wedding tomorrow! I found a replacement within 10 minutes that was perfect!! And shoes to match!! Thank you TJMaxx for always having something for me!!!
Well I had a return first which was handled very nicely. Then bought a top and slacks. Its a smaller store but you can find what you need.
Got the pillow my daughter wanted for Xmas.

ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST STAFF. My mom, my aunt, my cousins, and I were at bed bath and body works, and decided to check out TJ max. We were disappointed by the grubbiness and the overall mess, but we decided to take a chance. My younger cousins were trying to reach a toy on a high shelf, and I decided to help them out- only I knocked over a puzzle or something on the way to grab. One box- let me repeat- ONE SMALL BOX- fell to the floor. I was spotted by this woman employee, who took it upon herself to March over and lecture us all that this was not a playplace. I apologized, and put the puzzle box thingy back on the shelf. I was about to lead my cousins out of the area, when she said stop right there, young lady! Come back here and help me clean up this mess. She said it rudely enough that it scared my little cousins away, almost in tears.I tried to explain to her, respectfully, that I only knocked over one box. The rest of the mess was already there. WELL, I dont care. Why dont you pick up those books and organize them on the shelf? Was how she responded. A FREAKING EMPLOYEE MADE ME HELP CLEAN UP THE WHOLE SECTION. I didnt want to cause a scene, so I helped her pick up toys and organize them for 30 MINUTES while she lectured me. I will definitely NOT be coming back here again.

Many similar items just like any other TJ Maxx but this one was pretty tidy. Some of other items are a bit trendier than the other TJ Maxxs that I have been to.
The store manager is very rude and quick to judge people name June or Jane . Not patient and does not follow company policy. The staff is rude, store is a mess and lines are long . Not going back

2022-05-04Lots of selections of various types of merchandise if you dont mind picking through it all. We came specifically for candles today and there was a good selection to choose from. Found 3 we liked & browsed some of the other housewares. Good prices on decorative items. Would recommend.

2021-04-26I always love to go to TJ maxx. In fact I always buy my jackets from there for obvious reasons, really good value for money. The store is always very tidy and clean and staff is pleasant.The only thing is that its on the 2nd floor ao you will have to take an elevator or escalators. Its not a biggie but its not easy to haul heavy stuff to your car like furniture and large pots but at the end its all worth it

2018-12-28I really loved this location in Pittsford Plaza and met a great employee named Earl who was very friendly to me and talked a little about where we were from because we are both from down South and told me to come back and visit again to say hello. I did all of my holiday shopping here. Even during the holidays and afterwards I was able to find GREAT deals on clothes and some on clearance. Some of it was picked through but thats just apart of all the holiday shopping. I also had to return a pair of clippers that was opened and I exchange them for another pair I liked better with no hassles at all. The customer service was excellent even though it could get frustrating dealing with so many returns, but the employees had an upbeat attitude. The store was organized well and very minimal clutter during and after the holiday shopping. I will always come back to shop here for socks and underwear or household items.

2021-08-15Variety of items, great place for getting dog toys so much reasonable price than the pet store or other big box stores. I wouldve gave it a 4 or 5 star as coming into the store it was a little messy and the hand sanitizer machine was out and that area looks kinda messy.

I am headed back today for the larger version of this charming storage item!UPDATEI picked up the larger canister on Sunday and filled it with scented bath bombs. The smaller canister I filled with Dead Sea salts.
