Small yet cute stuff and parking downstairs
Enjoy coming here with family and search for those nice clothes every now and then.
The Managers are great. However, there are too many broken or junk items there, almost like, seconds or thrift finds. Many items do not have prices on them and then when you go to the cashiers (not all) they are quick to say there is no one in that Dept to be able to check the price and people wind up not being able to purchase those items. Recently I saw a soiled, womens black bathing suit for sale while I was looking through the racks and another customer and I were aghast. I think TJMaxx is a great store in general and there are a lot of good finds like the jewelry dept there but this particular store has too many left over, thrift-looking goods that dont qualify as new to me. Its time this particular store gets up to par, gets more staff and gives the Community the shopping experience they deserve because our money is being kept in the Community by choice and not for us to have to settle for mediocre merchandise.
Escalator always out of order and elevators are slow. Lines move like you got all day. Yonkers is better
Customer service is excellent and the cashiers are all friendly. They even have a shockingly nice mustard and hot sauce selection, if thats your thing. Only complaint? Mens shoe selection is pretty much nonexistent.
So messy and unorganized its gross to shop at, youre lucky to find what youre looking for or even have a good selection to chose from. if you have the extra half hour to an hour to actually shop with quality go downtown to the UWS location or columbus circle location, where it isnt understaffed and has quality merchandise
Yummy randomness. Great place to get random stuff you need, dont need, or want to test to see if you need it without breaking the bank.

There’s a really good selection of cheap, high quality stuff in this store. Customer service is slow though and the place is kinda messy and poorly organized.

Completely a disaster, garments thrown everywhere, no help in sight. Long lines, no organization, outdated and ruined merchandise. This place is a joke.
Bad people that love your body
Possibly the smallest TJMAXX Ive seen, but theres a bigger sister store, Marshalls a quarter mile south. Has an assortment of discounted clothes, food, household pet and other items. You cant expect anything specific, but since everything is at a discount, you may get a good buy. And, since Woolworths went out of business, its the only place you can get things like underwear in Kingsbridge. Its good to have something with useful items and decent quality here.
T.J MAXX is a beautiful and chic store to feel relax in shopping time specifically this location small store but have a good selection in handbags,accessory, shoes and more, I love this store and they good costumer service.
Line moves very quickly. But they dont have a single place to sit in the whole store.
Lines are always long. I come during different times in a week and the lines are really long its annoying. Also, store is very disorganized compared to other T.J. Maxx stores Ive been too.
Was in there and the people who work behind the registers are so damn rude and disgusting. The way they spoke to me was gross! Find another job or better yet, stay home!

The bargans sell themselves, but when its time to check out the cashiers are having fun, talking to themselves. So the check out process is very very slow.
Its hit or miss with each visit but you sometimes can find quality pieces for a great or reasonable price.

This store is big, organized and usually you can find merchandise better than others TJ Maxx. The problem is get out the Plaza by car.

Today visit was horrible. They dont have enough staff so the lines come from all the way in the back to the front. You stand for 1to 1 1/2 to pay.

2022-04-23They have great selection, tons of things to choose from. Staff isn’t too bad but the lines are long and very slow. I waited on the line for about 45 mins and they had 4 cashiers. As for everything else no real locating issues just make sure to. Heck expropriation dates in the food aisle.

2022-06-14Nice time was had here. The bathrooms are clean and smell good. Theres many things that can be bought here. The security guard was most helpful in getting me a shopping cart.

2022-03-22Gigantic line with hardly any staff to take care of customers. Be prepared to wait 40 minutes in line. The line dragged on to the point where other stores I was going to visit were then closed. Absolutely ridiculous.

2022-05-05There’s a rude cashier and beyond slow. Slower than a turtle. He obviously doesn’t want to be there and his face says it too. Can’t even say hi back nor you welcome when I thanked him. Just a stank face. He’s the dark chubby dude, I think he’s Dominican.—2yr Old Review—I come to this store regularly, they do have some nice finds. But they also sell stuff that shouldn’t be on the sells floor, they sell half broken glass, dirty clothes, they literally would sell anything and not throw nothing away. Most of the cashiers that rang me up have attitudes. Only a few are nice.
