Excellent service! Great communication, accountable, keep their promise. Robin, Greg and their excellent staff are always available and always find good people who are trustworthy and dependable. I would recommend their service to anyone in need of quality care for themselves and for their loved ones. TLC are the very best, they stayed in contact with my family and I had peace of mind knowing that they were caring for my father.

TLC is the BEST! My dad had Alzheimers, and I used various home care agencies with him (had assorted problems with all of them). When my aunt started needing care - around 4 years ago - I decided to give TLC a try, as the company was compatible with her Long Term Health Insurance. I have only one word to describe them after all this time - FANTASTIC! They are the most caring, connected, compassionate people around. I trust the girls completely with my aunt. I dont know what I would do without them! I recommend them 100 million%, without reservation. They go above and beyond!
TLC Companions has done a great service for my family. My father was in desperate need of help around the house. We hired tlc to be our home health care agency to provide elder care for my dad and they sent us a great aide named Marcia. She was exceptionally nice and respectful. Greg and Robin were always available and easily reached. I cannot recommend this company enough!
TLC Companions took care of my mother for over a year in here home in Lindenhurst. The company provided my mother with such an amazing aide who took great care of her. The aide would clean her home, prepare her meals, and assist her with day to day tasks. Their service was phenomenal as well. Whenever I called, either Greg, Robin, or one of the office workers picked up the phone, not an answering machine. I am eternally grateful to this company and their workers. I cannot recommend TLC enough!
I had such a great experience with TLC! The company provided an aide for my father at his home in Rockville Centre for the past few months. My dad is not in the best of shape, but having an aide has dramatically improved his life. Working with Greg and Robin and the rest of the office staff has been such a pleasure. I recommend TLC to anyone looking for home health care or elder care services!
Look no further TLC is the agency you need to use to care for loved ones. The owners Robin and Greg are hands on (always available), compassionate and put you at ease in such a difficult time. They dont nickel and dime you and are very fair with their pricing. The companions they send are professional and caring individuals.
TLC is a great company! My mother-in-law was receiving care at her house in garden city and we never had any issues. We dealt with other agencies and had experienced many issues with them, so it was great to work with a company that ran such a smooth operation.

I have had a great experience with this company. When my father fell and broke his hip, we needed 24 hour companion care. TLC provided us with a great aide that was never late and treated my father like he was her own. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for companion services. 5 stars all the way!
This has to be the best agency out there! They worked so quickly to get a companion for my mom. I hired them 2 months ago and have had no problems since. TLC came and took great care of my grandmother, who has dementia. The aides they sent to my home did a great job, they were extremely caring and helped my grandma with things like making meals and doing laundry at the house, and I got the sense they actually cared about her. I would highly recommend them.
TLC always tries to do the right thing. They care about the service provided to their customers. They are very responsive to issues that may arise and are reasonable and flexible when needed.Representatives are extremely courteous and professional. They care about the families who they serve.
Best company out there!My mom was rushed to the hospital the other night due to a fall. I live out of state so I was unable to get to her for 3 days.TLC was the only company that had staff readily available within hours!TLC provided around the clock coverage with such warm loving people.I cannot thank them enough.

2022-08-19I would highly recommend TLC. Janeen is a wonderful coordinator who went above and beyond to help my family member in need. We had a lot of last minute changes and TLC worked as fast as they could to accommodate us- literally within 24 hours we had a schedule set up. All of the aids that we worked with were amazing, kind and caring. I can not thank TLC, Janeen and the aids enough. Thank you for all your help!!
