Great food! Great service!
My husband and I went on a Saturday evening and it was busy we had no reservation but there was a table in back available.The food was very good as well as the service.I had a shrimp dish and my husband had a Thai dish was great!We will go back for lunch special I saw on menu.The prices high for Asian fusion although the best I have had outside the city!Great place fun overall.

We were a party of 12, and the ambiance was great, the place was clean and the food was amazing! The Thai basil and Pad Thai were delicious. The lemon grass soup was perfect and had just the right kick. Would come here again.

Celebrated my mothers 6th birthday and everyone had a great time. The staff was great and extremely kind with the event planning. All of the food that came out was 10 out of 10. (We went back a few days later)

Went with a large party of 8 - great for large group but also nice atmosphere for date night. The service was great and menu was extensive and nice variety of choices. VERY fresh sushi, loved the lions dance roll and seaweed salad. We will be back! Thank you

This Asian Fusion restaurant is one you will want to experience over and over again. Each dish was an excellent culinary experience. DO NOT pass it by!You will wonder why you havent gone sooner.

This is a pretty convenient location, with decent customer service.The prices are affordable too, usually significantly less than another Restaurant we order from.Unfortunately, we dont always enjoy all the food we order, and some, sometimes get thrown out.My favorite is; the kebab chicken on a stick, with peanut sauce.
First of all I’d like to say that my first experience here was dining in back in 2019 and it was excellent, a five out of five stars easily for service, food quality, and decor. I recognize that restaurants have been hard hit by the COVID19 restrictions in NY, however, my recent delivery order was a stark contrast in food quality and I don’t think I’ll order again. I will note, online ordering was very easy, delivery was free and they even offer a 15% discount; the order arrived quickly and was hot which is another reason I was so shocked about the lack of flavor, to be honest there really wasn’t any. General Tso chicken had the spicy peppers thrown in but no heat what so ever in the sauce and on top of that it was incredibly bland. Moving over to the chicken teriyaki it was so loaded with cheap black pepper flakes that my wife couldn’t even eat it and she wanted to call for a refund (which we did NOT do btw). Spring rolls and sauce were very good, but the pork dumplings were just massive pouches of “bread” with literally a Hershey’s Kiss sized filling, really disappointing. The shrimp dumplings weren’t bad but again not even the sauce gave them any flavor. It seems obvious that they don’t have the same talent in the kitchen that made this place so incredible last year, I’m a local resident and I hope that this feedback helps them to “right the ship.” At the very least, try it for yourself, I hope to be able to leave five stars if I can give it another try sometime in the future but for now I won’t be.
Amazing food. Tries the ramen with teriyaki chicken and it was some of the best I have tasted in the states.
One of my favorite restaurants! Great service and nice employees and owners! The food is not only delicious, its so fresh! Highly recommend this place. Great place to go on your lunch break, or for dinner. And they do take out.

Tonight was my first time at TAO in sayville and I promise you this will not be my last. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was gracious with their complimentary dessert and plum wine for the entire table. I have eaten all over Suffolk county and this place was by far in my top 3 and I knew that after my appetizers. Shout out to Chen and my waitress Taylor, cant wait to see you guys again!!!
Always have a great meal and a good time here. Attentive fast service. The rib appetizer is a particular favorite. Morgan always greets us with a big smile. Best restaurant theyve had at this location ever.
The food is delicious! Take out is usually never the same as sitting in the restaurant, but not with TAO. We have ordered here a few times, and each time we are so happy with our order.
This was our first visit since they reopened as T.A.O. We were totally impressed with the newly renovated decor as well as the amazing food and service (Taylor was wonderful). By far the best Asian Fusion food we’ve had in years. Rivals any NYC Fusion restaurant. Would highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back!
Everything was great I enjoyed an amazing happy our Im in recovery and the bartender was happily able to make me somthing non alchaholic rather then a tacky soda. The suchi was great as usual. But my only thing was the calamari wasnt cooked crispy enough but thats my personal thoughts if you enjoy non crunchy calamari then it is perfect.
Holy, if you have never been there before dont let the high priced looking food scare you off! They have great food some dishes like the duck may be 50.00$ but there is great food for 6-8 dollars! I recommend the 8$ Pan Fried Pork Buns. They are delicious you will love them. And if you arent a extreem fish lover but you want to try some sushi get any of the Tuna Rolls they are 6-7$. The Tuna Rolls arent that fishy and the fish is extremely hogh class and so cheap too! Trust me you will have a great experience!
Overpriced bland take on Asian food. An absolute let down. Even the fried rice tasted like white rice with some brown food coloring added an almost nothing else added. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Chinese food place. Mostly anything else I can think of in the area had better tasting Chinese food at a much cheaper price.
Had a great time at the bar and enjoying the $5 apps. Lisa the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different choices of apps. We actually had the apps as our dinner and we werent hungry a hour later.😀

Wow!! Aside from the big freaky statue in the middle of the restaurant, the food was amazing. The signature sushi and the poke bowls were delicious, tasty, and good size plate.
Went for a late lunch on a Thursday !! It was my 67 th Birthday!!! ( How did that happen so fast??? Anyway...Two of us shared several appetzers :The Crab Rangoon .. Spareribs ... Crab and Avacado roll...!!! Delicious !!The mini Wonton soup outstanding!The service .. excellent .!We also shared a combination bowl of ..Red Bean, Green Tea and Chocolate Gelato ., Oh my , sheer bliss !; Will definitely be back !

Theres fast food and then theres Chinese fast food. Thats what this was. Had the General Tsos Chicken. Have never I my life tasted something like this. Just really bad food!

Over priced the food is good but not fantastic i like ichieban better the water boy split water all over me an my seat i hada sit there on my birthday with wet pants took 25mins per drink and 14.00 per drink its 90% ice i asked for less ice an they put the same amount .. i had chicken teriyaki the chicken was chewy and dry i woulda sent it back but i was starving ate everything around it an some of my sisters duck ... im ifie on trying agian .. sorry

2022-04-03I ordered through Uber eats and got the 2 roll lunch special. Had one spicy tuna roll and one spicy tuna roll with crunch. Both were very good. They had the fanciest chop sticks I have ever seen, see pictured. Overall a very good experience. The food was tasty and was delivered quickly. I would recommend.

I was searching online for GOOD Asian-Fusion on Long Island and found the TOA Asian Fusion (Sayville).I would definitely recommend this location. If you are looking for GOOD food, I would definitely make reservations for a memorable dinner.

2021-08-29I eat here a few times a month. The food is great. I’d say they are 90% on order accuracy so that can become frustrating. The service is typically OK, they aren’t overtly friendly.
