The professional who cleaned my apartment was excellent. She arrived on time, and she did such an amazing job cleaning, She paid attention to detail. She cleaned even more than I thought she would. She did such a thorough job - I am very impressed.

I just had my first experience with Todays Maid, and if I could give it 10 stars then I would. I was wary about using a cleaning service -- a lot of times its a lot of money for not much cleaning -- but was so desperate for a clean apartment that I thought I would try them out. Im so happy that I did. donna was super friendly and accommodating and sent over Susie within less than 48 hours. Susie, meanwhile, was like a cleaning machine. I come from a family of compulsive cleaners -- sadly, that gene skipped me in a big way -- and I can honestly say I have never seen someone clean as meticulously and thoroughly as Susie. She spent hours cleaning literally every inch of my apartment -- not just the surfaces, but under the furniture and inside the refrigerator. She also helped me organize a lot of my belongings. By the time she was finished I felt like I had moved to a new space. The price was surprisingly reasonable, too.After this experience, I cant imagine using a different cleaning service ever again. I highly recommend them-- I could not be more pleased with my experience, and I plan on using them on a regular basis from here on out.

Typically wary of all cleaning services within NY. Ive tried quite a few services and have always been a hit or miss (depends on the agency / provider and which cleaners they actually provide). I was even more hesitant in using a new service / vendor, especially if the of reviews are minimal That being said, Todays Maid was incredible from start to finish.Very responsive (actually the most responsive as I reached out to 5-10 companies) in terms of booking. Prices were competitive and furthermore, was punctual. I requested around 9 AM and they showed up literally at 7:59 AM (unfortunate for me as I wanted to snooze a few more minutes...wrongly assuming they would be late)Lastly, the attention to detail was uncanny. Ive had cleaners do very surface cleaning, but I highly recommend if youre looking for a deep clean, these guys are the people to call.I think im sold and will use them going forward. Thanks!!

** Interesting: my photos have been removed from my review. At least the photos that show the after math of the “cleaning”. **New logo. New website. Same management. Their customer service team is incredibly nice and helpful. It’s too bad the entire cleaning staff doesn’t share the same ethics. You can see older reviews on yelp with their previous logo. Obviously hoping to part ways with a bad reputation, they omitted those reviews but it’s the same management. Management should choose their staff carefully and train when needed. I don’t believe Today’s Maid Service does that.I used their services once 4 years ago for a move in situation. So no furniture, no obstacles. A big empty apartment. Sounds easy, right? “Zelda” not only didn’t clean, but she left with my lamp and trash can. Weird. Customer service rep, Donna, was so sweet and gracious, she offered me 50% off my next service. Fair enough. Plus she couldn’t deny the photos I sent her IMMEDIATELY AFTER the scheduled cleaning time. It took me 2 years to utilize the discount but figured, I’m moving out, leave it nice for the next tenant. I’ll use it to clean the apt after I’ve taken the furniture out.Once again, no furniture, no obstacles. A big empty apartment. Lightening doesn’t strike twice, right?? But it does. Not cleaned. I mean, I can sweep a floor in a few minutes, but I’m paying for a cleaning, dusting, a wet mop. I mean even A SWIFFER for crying out loud!Keep looking!ALL OF THESE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CLEANING WOMAN LEFT.

I used their one-time service and was blown away by how great of a job was done. I will absolutely use them again.I sent photos of my apartment for a quote and they have me the price up-front. I like that they gave the price ahead of time with no sneaky extras thrown in later; very honest and straightforward communication. Scheduling the cleaning was incredibly easy: the response time is Fast , staff is incredibly courteous, and Keith is an expert. He did such a careful and thorough job, I was honestly surprised! I leased an apartment in New York City that needed a cleaning,Found Today’s Maid on a google search so glad I did I will never use another service again Today’s Maid rocked ! The cleaning lady showed up and cleaned just about every corner of my apartment. She was so thorough and efficient, making sure no spot was left untouched. She even did the corners on my duvet! On a weekly schedule now ,I really adore this cleaning service !

Ive had great success with this company- I have been using them for a Decade now!!! and the results are always wonderful. I started with Janet who was incredible ,now Susan cleans my apartment- and she is wonderful too! She works so hard, is so detail oriented, and goes above and beyond to clean every space thoroughly. I am always impressed when she is finished, it feels like a new apartment! The prices are reasonable, especially for the amount of work they do and the quality of the results. Its really a treat to have someone help us out with the cleaning and I am grateful that I found cleaners like them that I can trust in my home. I highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! The cleaner got my apartment looking new and shiny! She was super quick and efficient, too. 10 stars! I contacted them for a post renovation cleaning of my apartment to tidy up after an extensive renovation of our place by building management when we were away Wow! They did an amazing job our place was absolutely spotless. Last week - two months after their visit - I went to get something off a high shelf in the bathroom. The area - normally a bit grimy - was completely spotless. While I tend to give the place a pretty thorough clean weekly - I will definitely hire them again They are the best - and extremely reasonable for the quality of service.

They did a really great job on my living room and made sure there was basically no dust anywhere. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again soon.
I cant imagine better home cleaning service. This was the first time Ive used this service . they where courteous and professional on the phone. Billing was handled entirely online and was accurate and fast. Most important, the cleaning job was extraordinary. The crew (two young, energetic, courteous, friendly, young women speaking perfect English) jumped right into the job taking the stove apart and scrubbing every part inside and out. They cleaned baseboards, blinds, refrigerator, shower floors, which were stained, everything we requested beyond expectations. They could have gotten away with a lighter job, but they went the extra mile and we are more than pleased. We will definitely have them back on a regular basis

Ive used cleaning services before, but todays maid is life-changing. I had no idea how badly I needed extra help with the house. The cleaners have all been really friendly and extremely thorough. Customer service is fantastic and I love that you can book an appointment online. The pricing is really reasonable too. Im so happy with todays maid that Ive started having them come once every two weeks just to keep the apartment in sparkling clean shape. Cant wait for them to come next week!
One thing in particular I liked about them is the fact that they have great attention to detail with their cleaning services. They cleaned each and every room, and hit everything from top to bottom. They took out all the trash, mopped, and vacuumed...the works! They did my kitchen very well too, down to the appliances as well as the microwave. And, my bathroom looks like new now - they scrubbed the toilet, the sink, the shower, did all the glass and mirrors and arranged everything neatly. definitely a five star service team!
Having a large turnover at our place, we have tried several cleaning services, but we have had multiple problems with the services, until someone suggested we try Todays Maid. We called to schedule our first appointment, and the performance was excellent. Easy scheduling, timely service, and truly satisfactory cleaning. The maid was courteous, cooperative, and smiling. After the maid left, it was a tremendous relief for us, and since then, we have used them multiple times, with great success, and all of the maids were very capable.

I hired someone at the hourly deep clean rate. We discussed what needed to be done. I asked her if she needed any supplies, to which she replied “no.” She cleaned the bathroom, then asked me to take a look. The shower walls were still gross! I asked her what happened, did you clean here, it’s visibly dirty. She said the cleaner she used doesn’t have bleach and that if there’s bleach the grime will come off. Sorry what, we just talked about this. So I went to the store and got bleach. She cleaned it again. It came out ok but obviously wasted time. Then when she did the inside of the over there was still a cooked on clump of something, which we discussed. I did see her try to get it off multiple times. I said ok no problem I’ll figure it out please move on to something else. It took me 5 minutes to get it clean because I used the correct tool - a scraper and not a sponge/steel wool. This was the first and obviously the last time I use this service. Maybe I got unlucky w the person they sent me. Maybe they’re good for very standard sweep mop dust wipe basic stuff. Either way I’m not gonna risk it and will look for another service.

Today’s Maid is the best! We love coming home on the day that Natalie visits. The minute we walk in my son says It smells so good Natalie must have been here! 2022-04-21Excellent service from Todays Maid They recently performed a Move Out service for me as I was listing my condo on the market. They arrived promptly and I left them in my home to perform their magic. I returned to an absolute spotless place especially the bathroom and it almost made me want to not sell my property — that’s how well they cleaned it. They went above and beyond all my expectations. I have never seen my baseboards, washer/dryer, bathtub so clean in my 5 years of owning the condo .Looking forward to be setting up regular service at my new place Thank you so much!

First off, they made it incredibly easy to schedule a cleaning via their online form, and were very transparent about what Id be getting and how Id be charged for it. They confirmed the visit with me via email, which was also very convenient. Emily arrived right on time, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and above all did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning our cat-hair-infested 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. I ordered the standard clean, but youd think it had been a deep clean by how shiny and polished and neatly organized everything looks! hiring them on weekly service going forward.

2022-05-08I made a last minute booking they where very accommodating with my last minute request. They promptly came to my home and did an amazing cleaning. Everything was spotless and left smelling simply amazing. The staff was very friendly and did a thorough job. I will definitely be booking another house cleaning in the future.
