We have never been treated so well by any other business. They are the finest bunch of people around. They have always treated us with the upmost respect. They have always stood behind there work. We moved to the Buffalo area from California 16 years ago. Weve been through many mechanics since moving here. Just never found the right one. We were in the market for a new vehicle, and it just so happened that we ran across Tomasello. They worked with us and found us the perfect vehicle, and in the process we found our mechanic. We how have a mechanic, that we can trust, and know that the job will be done right.

As a single woman, it is so tough to find a reliable, fair and respectful auto mechanic/dealership. Tomasello Auto is all that and more. They treat everyone like family, which means they go above and beyond to make sure your car is in top notch shape at a fair and reasonable price. So many dealerships/auto mechanics are more concerned about making as much money as possible. For Tomasello Auto, their top priority is their reputation, which means they take pride in caring for each of their customers and standing behind their service each and every time. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

My family have been taking our vehicles to Tomasello for years for service. My son purchased a car with a re-built title from a private seller that needed extensive electrical work & Dan and his technicians did a fabulous, thorough job that cost a fraction of what the dealer quoted. He also had some racing stripes painted on. They turned out amazing, as if they were done in the Dodge factory! I stopped taking my Kia to the dealer years ago because again, Dan and the Tomasello team do better work at a much better rate than any other dealer or mechanic Ive been to. Other mechanics have told us we needed work on our cars that wasnt needed at all. Tomasello Auto will give you honest service & tell you if something truly needs to be done or not. I would highly recommend Tomasello Auto to anyone looking for mechanical repairs, tires, collision work or a quality pre-owned vehicle.

I have been going to Tomasello Truck and Auto for a very long time for all of my vehicle service and sales needs. Dan and his team of highly skilled mechanics take the time to make sure that the job is done right! I have had plenty of issues with my vehicles over the years but each and every time, they were all solved quickly and efficiently using great quality OEM parts. Not to mention that the prices at Tomasello Truck and Auto are amazing! If you are looking for a new mechanic for all of your servicing needs or if you’re in the market for a very reliable and great used car, look no further! Dan has a great community reputation and treats each and every one of his customers with the upmost respect and his friendly demeanor of him and his team is as if you are family. If I could rate Tomasello Truck and Auto 10 stars I would but unfortunately it only goes up to 5. Highly Recommend!!

Ive recently had two semi tractors repaired from accidents. As they are leased vehicles the work finish must meet the lease providers standards. Excellent work, service and interface with the insurance company.

My wife bought a used SUV from these folks back in Oct 2019. During the first three months of ownership the car was in the shop more than 30 days. They had agreed to repair the air conditioning. They did so by drilling holes in two fuses in the fuse box then running wire from the AC clutch to those newly drilled holes in the fuses. An oil leak developed in the first week. The dealership failed on multiple attempts to repair that oil leak. The power steering pump started leaking within the first two months. Tomasellos agreed to reimburse us for the repair if we had it done at a local shop. Only to complain about the cost when the job was done then partially reimburse us. During our third month of ownership there was a catastrophic failure in the rear end. Caused by a jerry rigged frame. Which resulted in a broken axle and an undrivable car. From January to October of 2020 the car sat unusable while I fought for justice through the DMV. In October of 2020 the DMV decided in our favor for the 1st time. Ordering Tomasellos to pick up our car via flatbed and take it to their shop to make the necessary repairs to the rear end. Allowing for a DMV inspector to approve the work upon completion. This part is fun, when I went to pick up the car after this repair one of the workers in the office said to me Youre not the first you probably wont be the last and we dont lose often. Just today, 20 months after purchase, the DMV has decided in our favor yet again. Ordering the dealership to pay us restitution for the cost of paying a different shop to fix that oil leak that they were never able to repair. Please, I implore you to take your business elsewhere. I wouldnt wish this automotive hell on anyone.
