2022-08-05An amazing family owned business ran by exceptionally kind folks. I highly recommend Tone & Design! My guitar was damaged by smoke and heat. It was covered by soot, corrosion, and the guitar strings had snapped. I figured it could never be saved. Somehow they not only restored it but they made it look better than it did when it was new. I was blown away by their amazing work and Im so appreciative to have my guitar back and looking & sounding so beautiful again. Thank you Matt & Lynn!

2021-05-06Really fantastic customer service after the transaction!My order had already been shipped out and really the shops work was done, but Bruno kept a close eye on the delivery status and realized there were issues with the address and followed up with the post office. I very much appreciated the care given post-sale. Highly recommended!

2018-12-27Its a small music store. We went just to price some things and were impressed how reasonable the prices were. The store attendants were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. The one guy there also gives lessons to learn how to play some of the instruments at a very good price.
