Was referred to Tonys to move my Dad to assisted living from NY to NJ. They were the only ones who had availability within 1 week of the date we were targeting. Communication and punctuality was great. Everything was wrapped in plastic, so nothing was scratched, dented or otherwise damaged. There was a bit of miscommunication in that I needed some dishes packed professionally, so one of the crew went to the local Home Depot, bought boxes and packed while the others started the job. Arrived at the destination the next day as promised, and set up. Some stuff was going to my place first so they agreed to make two stops. Moving was the thing I was stressed out about the most and it was handled so well and helped me out so much!
Tonys moving crew was awesome. Jina came to our house and inventoried all of our belongings. We then got a flat rate quote for our move -- VERY reasonable for the amount of furniture we were moving out of a three story townhouse. We felt comforted knowing no matter how long the move took, our rate would not change. Jina and team were very responsive when we needed information (like a COI for our complex). The moving crew packed up our place, moved half of our belongings into storage, and the second half into a new apartment in only about 6 hours. I would definitely use them again for our next move!
I recently had to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. Tonys Moving has made the move super easy. Not only their quote was most competitive, but they are also efficient and extremely helpful! Susan helped with a very accurate quote, and she is instrumental in guiding us with packing. She even called multiple times to follow up before moving. After moving, she checked in again. On the actual day of moving, movers arrived on time. They came prepared with everything needed. Packing is super quick and organized. They checked with me about if and where things would go. They were extremely careful when moving too. It was a great experience that I can highly recommend to anyone else. This is a local move, just fyi.
Tonys had the best prices around and I was skeptical at first, but after meeting Jina and having her come into my home to do the assessment, I felt confident that they could do the job right. I had last min changes and was able to get a response over the weekend so thats just a little insight into the team going above and beyond to make it easier for me. 100% would use again and recommend
I contacted them and they were able to come out right away. Other places were blowing me off because of both the time of my move, and the difficulty. They arrived 15 minutes early, packed everything up very well, and cleaned up after themselves. I know all of those things are expected, but rarely happen these days. They got everything in to my new place quickly, placed everything where I wanted it, and again, left zero mess for me when they were done. I’ve recommended them to several people since then, and will continue to do so.
These guys were absolutely incredible, and Ill be recommending them as long as I can!First, Jina met with me at my storage units to get a better idea of what we needed (crew and truck-wise). No guessing, no humming and hawing- she knew exactly what theyd need as soon as she saw it. She also gave me a timeline on the spot, and the quote she gave me NEVER changed, which is awesome.Speaking of the timeline- they have their moving guys down to a SCIENCE. They told me it would take three hours to unload the units- and they texted me three hours later, informing me they werw on their way to my new house. They met my SIL there and got to work (after having a break, which I applaud- they treat their workers wonderfully!)How they got two massive trucks up my tiny new street is beyond me, and Id give them another star just for that. Sorcery.They worked with my SIL in unloading into my house, and put the boxes in such strategic places, the house didnt feel cluttered when I finally got there. Organized! Boxes!! Such a thoughtful process, and it made the difference between insanity or otherwise. Again, just on this note, Id give them another star if I could.According to my SIL, they tried their absolute dangest to get my couch up the stairs, and if it wasnt for the fact that it ended up being an impossible task, they would have figured it out. If you give them a plan, they will do their best to follow. No tossing stuff into random rooms, no leaving a mess anywhere- again, SO organized.Use these guys. Use them for absolutely any moving situation. I hope their business lasts and lasts!
Tonys Moving company are absolutely fantastic. The workers are quiet, fast moving, and very efficient workers. My estimate for things to move was a little more than I thought, but the movers did not complain once. The communication was great, and everything about their services were top notch. Would definitely use again if I move, and would also recommend to others as well!
We recently (Oct 2017) used Tonys Moving for an in-town move in Edgewater, NJ.I did my research and called Tony for a quote. He texted me asking me for some basic info, which I emailed back to him. He quoted me a very fair and reasonable fee. I advised him that I also needed to make a stop along the way at a storage facility to pick up several more boxes and belongings. He quoted me an additional fee for the stop, which was also very fair and reasonable. Communication was excellent along the way as he was very responsive to all of my texts/emails. He took care of the insurance requirements for our condo management very quickly and we were quickly scheduled for our move.On moving day, Mr. Kims team (total 3 movers) showed up on time and ready to go. They were very efficient and careful. Everything that needed to be wrapped and secured was properly handled. They even removed 2 mounted TVs from my wall at no additional charge. The total move from condo to storage to house took about 5-6 hours, including their lunch break in between stops.Overall, an excellent experience. Very fair and reasonable pricing, very professional and courteous, and very efficient and careful. If we ever have to move again (I hope not), well definitely be calling Tony again. I absolutely recommend Tonys Moving without reservation.
Excelente movers super professional. Arrived on time pack and wrapped everything. Moved everything without damage. Set everything up in new home. Excellent mover would recommend to everyone!
Tonys team of movers was responsible, friendly, quick, and flexible in dealing with unforeseen problems during our move, for example, having enough plastic wrap and blankets on hand. On top of that, the move was reasonably priced, and there were no surprise fees. We were very happy with the service, and would recommend Tonys Moving Company to anyone! Thank you again!
Great process from beginning to end. All services were provided as promised. Four movers were provided to move 80 miles. They were on time, professional and did not stop. I was very satisfied with the service and price.

I have been used in Tony Moving three times for 13 years. The reason of using this company is that they were so impressive how they have handled my furniture, TV, and packages. I just moved in Nov. 29th using Tony moving and had another wonderful experience with Mr. Kim( Kim bujang nim). I had lots of stuff so Tony(owner) sent a bigger truck without additional fee. Especially Mr. Kim was very good care of my furniture and TV. Definitely recommend Tony Moving and Thanks to Mr. Kim!

Hey! You need movers? Call Tony. I am a pretty simple guy and I just want things done. I asked Tony to move my furniture into storage and then move my things to my house a month later. Everything came back the same. 4 bedroom house full of furniture was done in 6 hours from house to truck. They will break everything down and reinstall for you. Moved into my new house without a hitch. Thank you Tony.

This Mover is best I ever had. Due to the delay closing of my apartment, I changed 3 times moving appointments . He accepted with no complain. In fact , he kept my furnitures in his warehouse for three days. Thank you, Tony !

We had to move from a house to an apartment, and they helped with everything. They carried around extra tape and wrapping to securely transport our furniture and boxes.
They’re reliable and punctual. Good for the price you pay and good service. One thing clear is that they KNOW what they’re doing and treat you like family.

2021-11-12Tony moving was referred by my friends, the price is a little bit high but the service was definitely wonderful and flawless. The way they conducted the quote was by doing a video call with you and look through the apartment for all moving piece. On the day they came, they drove a huge truck, so instead of stacking all furniture on top of each other in the truck and put them on a risk to crack, the space provided big benefits for moving.They also helped wrap everything with plastic food wrapper and helped me pack some dishes I forgot in the dishwasher, several floor lamps with zero complaintsThe moving was fast then I expected, started from 930 am and ended around 230 pm.All the workers seems happy and professional, and the front desk doorman said they are the best moving company he had ever seen.I am glad I chose Tony moving and would like to recommend it to others.

2022-02-28We hired Tonys moving twice now (for a move from PA to central NJ and then from central NJ to northern NJ), and both experiences were absolutely perfect. They have very transparent pricing and actually have someone come to your house to take inventory so that there are no surprises and up charges! Ive had other moving companies charge me for every extra box, and others that have charged me hundreds extra on the spot for small items I missed in my inventory. Its all a part of the scheme and is very annoying.Tonys moving is honest, easy to reach, super organized, and overall the best moving company Ive ever used. Save yourself the headache of picking the wrong mover and look no further than Tonys.

2021-10-25I have checked many moving companies review before moving. One of my friend suggested me using Tony moving and said she was satisfied with their service. I contacted Jina and she quoted me the moving cost professionally. The moving was pretty smoothly and the crews were quick and did a great job. 2021-11-11Among the 6 moves I had during the past 10 years, this was by far the best moving company I’ve ever used. I would definitely use their services again. Pricing was very fair with no hidden fees.I was concerned about delays or cancellations since I was moving within PA, but the movers showed up on time and ready to work as soon as they entered. They were very fast, skilled and professional. They did not complain on a sunny, hot day and went above and beyond to help us settle in to our new home.

2021-11-05My mom used this moving company as she was selling her home and moving into mine. Not only was the price reasonable, the truck showed up on time, movers were friendly and courteous and the move went smoothly. The manager coordinated very well with the rest of the team and no furnitures were lost or damaged and he did his best to accommodate for the unforeseen incidents that came up during the move day. All in all 5 out of 5 and I will definitely call them should we need to move in the future.

Not only do they have one of the best prices in town, but their billing/scheduling staff (such as Susan and Irene) are always responsive and excellent at following up; and, their moving crews have always provided top-notch service. As long as I live in the Tri-State area, Ill be continuing using them.

My first experience with Tonys Moving was really great and I was very satisfied, I continued working with Tonys Moving until my recent move this year. 2021-10-30We have now used Tonys for two separate moves - one from CT to NY, and another from NY to NJ. Both times, they gave us fair estimates tailored to our cargo, they moved in and out quickly with friendly staff, and there were no surprises when it came to payment or anything breaking. During the first move, one of the movers slightly chipped our cheap Ikea headboard, and they immediately brought it to our attention so we wouldnt have to discover it later. Total professionals and would use them again.
