2016-07-10Customer service is terrible. Go to Lowes instead. I bought 2year replacement warranty on Milwaukee power tools, we start having problems with it on year two- the first suggestion from their customer service was- go tool tool rental to see if they can fix it... Went to tool rental, the tools center guy said we cant fix it and besides you have replacement warranty they should just replace it... Went back to service desk- 2nd suggestion- go contact Milwaukee they will take care of it... ( I have to remind them its year 2 and manf warranty covers 1st year only), third (3)suggestion we cant replace it- we dont have the exact combination in one package... I said I dont care you you miss match them as long as they are same I can take it and use it. He called the manager of the store the suggestion from manager was- call 1800-homedepot.... That was my 1hr interaction on my day off with Home Depot....Note to self- NEVER buy HOME DEPOT extended warranty- they will send you through loops.

2017-09-08Standard home depot. Avoid the tool rental department. The equipment they have doesnt natch what their website inventory states.
