A++++++ service and vehicles! I got married on 11/30/2019. We rented the black and silver Rolls Royce and the large white party bus. The party bus was elegant and the driver was very nice. The Rolls Royce was PERFECT for my bride and I. We absolutely loved our driver, his name was Joe. He really helped our wedding day go so smoothly. BIG THANKS to Joe and Lauren at Top Class Limousine- they are the best!!!
Amazing experience Used Top Class to explore NYC during the Christmas season. Because of Covid we changed the itinerary 3 different times along with the pickup and drop off time. They were nothing but accommodating and understanding. The driver was one of the nicest guys. I can’t say enough good things we had a perfect day !!
Our wedding was postponed due to COVID & when we learned that our parish & venue could accommodate a small amount we jumped on the opportunity to make this wedding happen. We only had a mth to make arrangements & working w Lauren was quick & easy. From the moment we jumped on the phone, Lauren’s professionalism & eagerness to help put me at ease. Her customer service was excellent! She went over COVID measures and quickly had a contract over to me. She even checked in the week before the wedding and day prior. On the day of the wedding their driver Pedro arrived w the Bentley. We LOVED him.He was so attentive, courteous, & fun. He was wonderful to my parents and when my husband and I got in he made us feel like royalty. That car was beautiful & clean. We appreciate you Lauren & Pedro. The young ladies in the office were cordial & quick with making the reservation. We used it for a prom experience and it was wonderful! The limo was exactly what we ordered. It was clean. The driver arrived 20 minutes earlier for photo opportunities. The driver was cordial & following all limo rules with the kids for no alcohol or drugs. The arrived safely to their destination and home. Thank you Top Class Limo!
A few years ago i hired Top class to bring my son and his friends into the city for his birthday. The kids loved it! So i decided to hired Top Class Limos to bring me and my friends into the city for our Christmas Dinner. It was not easy to make plans with five of my closest friends, the plans kept changing. Dealing with Lauren (top Limos office manager) was so hassle free. She never made me feel bad about making adjustments to our contract. The limo was in beautifully flawless and the Driver Hans could not have been more tolerant of us ill behaved adults. Hans got us to our destination on time and got us home within our 5 hr rental time. Thank you Top Class for a fantastic evening. Lets do it again in 2015!

I called Top Class to book a limo for our daughters prom. I asked for a white stretch limo and admittedly, hoped for the best because we had waited until the last minute to do this. Lauren Khader worked with me and she couldnt have been nicer. She did not brush me off for the last minute booking (as other car companies did) but handled it all in stride and our reservation was done in a matter of minutes. On the night of the prom a week later, the limo was on time (altogether four pick-ups were done which were not an issue) and absolutely BEAUTIFUL (late-model Chrysler). Our driver, Lyndon, was dressed professionsally (and mind, it was 85 degrees outside), courteous and patient with all the photos we were taking. He kept us on time and we got the motherload of photos to remember the evening. The car was spacious, lit on the inside beautifully, clean, and comfortable. As parents, our children are our greatest commodity and we were very comfortable with them in Lyndons care. I would not hesistate to use Top Class again in a minute and hope to do so in the future. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE at Top Class.

2022-04-12We used Top Class for our wedding day. We reserved the party bus to get our bridal party to the venue. It was very spacious and clean and the bathroom on board was nice. Our driver was very friendly as well!Lauren, who handled our reservation, was very helpful and accommodating as we had to make multiple changes to our reservation due to Covid and our wedding having to be postponed. It was a pleasure working with this company and I highly recommend it!

2022-04-16They were my limo company in 1992 for my wedding, then for my childrens proms and now for wedding. Lauren was helpful, professional, and went through the timeline of the day so we were confident. She explained the details such as pick up, travel time, and tip thoroughly. It was one of the easiest items to check off the to do list for the wedding. Thank you for making it a great experience.

2022-05-24Top Class Limousine is exactly what it is: TOP CLASS ! They were amazing providing services for my wedding. I have to give a shout-out to my driver, who tried his best to do the impossible for my wedding dress not to get wet on a rainy day. He was such a great and professional driver!! 2019-06-12We rented the white vintage trolley from Top Class Limo and had a wonderful experience. They were very responsive to my mother as she booked it, and very thorough on the day of. The trolley driver was very conscientious of my poofy dress and making sure I was mobile and comfortable - he was even the guy arranging my train before I walked down the aisle! (Talk about full service!) The trolley pictures came out fabulously as well.

2021-06-19I Just used Top Class Limo for my daughter and her 10 friends to celebrate Graduation. I have used many car services and limos during my career and have never ever had such a great experience. The car literally looked like it just came out of the showroom. Gorgeous and impeccable. The driver was respectful, polite and a pleasure to work with. He was trust worthy and probably the safest driver I have ever encountered.This family run business honestly treats you as if you are a part of their family. I literally could not have asked for a better experience. Perfection on every level of the evening- from the timing on pick up and every detail after. Lauren was amazing at talking me though the process and following up with me to make sure every last detail was taken care of before the event. The limo and car service made this night magical for these young girls!My only regret is that I haven’t been using them for years!If you need a limo or any form of car service don’t waste your time searching any longer. 2022-07-27Would be zero stars if possible. Friendly at first for your money and then it’s all down hill after that. I always need a driving service, will never use this again, won’t ever recommend them again.

2018-06-26We used Top Class Limo for our wedding to bring our wedding party to the venue in May 2018. Lauren was incredibly responsive, worked with us to determine our best options for the best value and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted. Our driver was on time and very nice - even held our umbrellas for the girls and walked us to/from Limo as it was raining and helped me in and out of the car with my dress! They were able to work out two trips in the time slot we had to bring the girls and then the guys and everyone was on time. We definitely recommend them!
