Was going to do a walk in @ 10:30 am but decided to Call and make an appointment for Hannah. So I was told to come in at 1:00pm. I had to move something’s around in my day but said okay 1:00pm is fine. I get there at 1:00pm and waited for 25 minutes at the pedicure chair. Then someone else comes over and says Hannah is busy I am going to do your feet. I was truly annoyed. Why make an appointment If I wanted a random Person to do my feet, I would not have rearrange my schedule for the day. This place has no respect for other people time. My toes were done terribly and I hate when people don’t respect my time. I have had issues with this place before but I wanted to give them another try. They have not changed and I truly hate disrespect and disregard for other people. As a business owner I will always respect my customer and this place does not. They have a lot of customers so they do not feel they have to be accountable for their behavior, but karma is a B and I pray for them to change. You would think Covid would change some peoples behavior towards others, but I guess as long as you are getting paid you don’t have to be respectful!
Walked in for a relaxing Mother, Daughter day. They separated us, shuffled us around yelling at other employees in another language and they speak English fine. We both had pedicures and they left all dead skin. She wanted to put my slides on my wet feet. I said no. She kept telling me it’s okay. I had to get stern w her and say NO STOP. Then I got a regular manicure was pushed and pushed for gel polish. Was spoken to nasty to pick a color . Not being advised from anyone which card was regular nail polish. The worker literally threw the nail polish card at me. Then came with the wrong color and didn’t not want to get up and get the correct color red. So she came w a random red and I just agree. Didn’t cut my cuticles correctly when doing my manicure . Ripping , pulling and leaving them uncut in places. I was stuck in the filthy dirty back to dry. No massage. Nothing. $115 for two pedicures, regular manicure and a set of acrylic nails for a 16 year old. Tips both women $10.00 each. It’s was a mad house. I was there on Sunday 12/19/2021 was diagnosed w covid Monday 12/20/2021. My Christmas 🎄 is ruined. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON YOU WILL GET COVID. I was in Sunday 12/20/2021and contracted COVID.
I went to get my nails done here,they start to fell off within 4 days after i got them done,this is the second time this happen,i will not be going back here.

I thought she did a great job on my lashes until I got pink eye from it. Dont know how else I could have randomly got pink eye. They definitely dont sterilize their tools in between clients. Would not recommend..
This place is disgusting and unsanitary!!I was going here for over a year religiously. The last gel pedicure I received from the this place will be the LAST. The lady doing my pedicure shaved my callus so far down I got an infection. I’m not sure if it was the dirty tools or if it was the fact she shaved my callus RAW.
LOVE getting my eyebrows done here. The woman who did them was super friendly and didn’t over so them. Each time I’ve gone I’ve been very pleased but gave 4 star because of cleanliness. When I went in they sent me to the wax room but it’s always unclear where exactly to go (there are a few) and each time I’ve gone it’s been very messy. I will continue going back because I liked their service so much but I hope they can start cleaning up the wax rooms because it does feel uncomfortable each time.
Got a gel polish manicure 3 days ago. She filed my nails so much they are breaking because they are so thin. When she was cutting my cuticles it was painful. She squared off my nails with out asking and two of them were filed crooked. They do not care about quality at all. Every nail tech does nails completely different from one another so unless you ask for the same person everytime you will not get the same service.
While I was getting a pedicure she was rushing me, and me cut my toe. And tried to make me get something I ask for. Also when I was getting my nails done she was burning my actual nail and I told her she didn’t care. Their prices are way to high. I will never be coming back and I don’t think you should either.
I never write bad reviews so you know this is bad. I wanted straight nails, instead I got wide nails that look like duck nails. After telling her I wanted them filed more, she already said “I’ve spent too long filing them already.” Then, she said minimum 3 times that since my nails are long she’s losing money because of me. I finally spoke up, got loud and asked what she wants me to do about it. I own a business and that is no way to speak to someone. On top of this disorganized mess of a place, their prices are outrageous. I will never leave CC nails again. They were busy and I was impatient. I STILL want my nails fixed!!!!! Now i have to ruin the paint and file them myself. I also can barely type due to how wide they are. Super dissatisfied.
They are not horrible, but they are definitely not the best. they are very quick, so that explains the cut i left with, and 2 of my nails being crooked. overall they took me in quickly and did the nails quickly. and the quality itself is good.
This place is very unprofessional. Their pedicure machines ARE OLD AND BROKEN. They sit you down on the pedicure chair making you think they going to give you service but actually they just making you wait 20 plus minutes and then when they come don’t even say sorry or thanks for waiting and push you right away to get GEL if you say no THEY WILL CONTINUE TO ASK AND IF YOU SAY NO they will get mad and give you poor service. Because regular pedicure is 25 and gel is 40 so it’s better for them. the Asian lady was not friendly AT ALL did not spoke to me and she knew English. She was in a bad mood already arguing with the workers and she literally gave me A 9 minute pedicure. Didn’t even clean my toes WHICH ARE HURTING NOW with Ingrow nails she didn’t even clean out. Gave me taps instead of a massage. When I do pedicures in my state in orlando Florida my nail lady TAKES 40 minutes With me and I only pay 25 dollars as well and makes sure everything is good. DO NOT COME HERE !!! The place is old and raggedy too.

I have been going to Top Nails for 5 years and Helen does such a perfect job on my Manicure, Pedicure, and eyebrows. Salon is clean. Owner and all staff is very friendly. Tons of colors to choose from.
The owner is really friendly but they’re money hungry they will rush you in to try and keep your business but have you seated waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to even look your way. Scheduling an appointment makes no difference as they rarely abide by them. I’ve sat it cold water on multiple occasions for quite some time waiting for someone to be available even tho the lady insists everytime someone will come right over to me. And the work lately has not been worth it in the slightest. French tips are always crooked anymore. The gel has slid off of two toes 20 minutes after a pedicure, TWICE on two different occasions. They’re just unprofessional, and they need to update their inventory. And let me add I went TWO DAYS AGO & that very same day the gel polish on two of my toes peeled RIGHT OFF!!!

I had gone to this establishment for the first time like two weeks ago and got a gel manicure it was pretty decent so I decided to go back again today cause my nails needed to be done again and I just had a terrible experience. The woman just rushed through doing my nails so carelessly like she couldn’t wait to have me out of that seat, then I wanted the curved cat eye to which the lady told me she wasn’t able to do because my nails “weren’t long enough” so I decided to settle for the regular slant cat eye which is nice as well. After my nails were done there was polish all over my skin which I had to ask her to remove cause she wasn’t even going to then there was a problem with two of my nails that I wasn’t happy about and she just started rudely grabbing my hands and trying to fix it making me feel so uncomfortable and awkward, the woman was making faces and she just made me feel horrible about asking to have something small fixed. I definitely will never return to this salon.

Terrible! I made an appointment and got seated right away. I was moving from chair to chair like musical chairs. Not covid friendly at all. I was seated for about 30 minutes before anyone help me. Once they started on my nails everything was fine until nail tech got up and left me to go work on someone else feet mid way through. When he came back he didn’t even sanitize his hands until I made a complaint. Gross! After I was done, no one sanitized anything and someone was seated at the same seat right after me! I will never be going back to this place.
Absolutely do not recommend! I would give a zero star rating if I could. First off I made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes after the time of my appointment and was moved around from chair to chair. Secondly they did not follow CDC guidelines one bit. The place was completely packed. Everything was not sanitized. They were very unorganized and even asked me if I payed or not. They werent able to even keep tracked of who payed. Everyone around me was complaining and having the same issues. There was others around who never got helped and walked out. Also I would like to mention that all the stations I was moved toy had food and drinks laying around everywhere. This is the worst nail salon experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I get my nails done here sometimes ... when I do my nails and they do a great job, but really this review is on the eyelash extensions. I’ve been getting my eyelashes done here for the last 6 months and it’s been a little hit or miss however I found Joy who does my extensions and she does a wonderful job. She takes her time and I would say is the best there is at top nail. I won’t let anyone else touch my eyelashes now.

I went in looking to get a gel manicure. Instead they did one of their most expensive services on me and I ended up paying double what I wanted to. It did not even look good. I am disappointed and will not be going back.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Most of the staff is rude, especially my most recent nail tech. She gave me an attitude because I wanted to do regular polish for my full set of acrylics, don’t offer it in the store if your workers have such a problem with it. As well as they have the worst selection of regular polish just so you spent the extra outrageous price of $10 extra dollars. Not once have I ever been satisfied here. Please I recommend any other place besides this rude, greedy place. I will be posting my experience on every single review site and social media that I can. They deserve to be shut down, such greed anymore. Try angel nails in pine bush, much better work for a better price.
First time to the salon. I got a spa pedicure with hot stone massage for $40. Holly was extremely good.She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks so much Holly. I will definitely come back and bring my mom.
On June 26, 2019 I went by appointment 2 have lashes put on by Nancy all went well. As I was driving home my eyes began to tear and burn. I proceed home teary eyes figuring my eyes were adjusting to the weight of the lashes? As the evening progressed my eyes felt worse. I flushed with cold water no relief. The following morning I had to go to work. My eyes crying swollen I barely could see while driving to work. I showed my coworkers all in disbelief. Both eyes flared itching I started to rub my eyes with coconut oil to weaken the adhesive a few came off. I proceed to call Top Nail I explained what happened to Jenny. She couldnt have cared less no compassion no concern nothing! I went ahead and said at least you can refund me my money. She bluntly said oh no we dont do that here. I was in shock wow. I then went in desparation to OK beauty brought a adhesive remover for lashes. Which didnt help made my eyes worst. Blurred red itching I looked up on Google to use more coconut, baby oil to remove the lashes. I took off from work came home and I did the treatment. Finally came off. Please use caution I spoke with my nephew stated a few ugly things about this establishment. Not sanitary. I am bald no lashes I pray they grow back. It may sound funny but it was a horrible experience. Never again. Top Nail for me is a total Fail! I have pictures to prove it all. I have more to say just to much to write. Please note its not about the money its about the principal as a paying customer.
I’m extremely happy with my nails! My nail technician, I think her name is Alex, did an awesome job! I love the color. She suggested that I get the gems glued on my ring finger nails and I love it! Thank you Top Nail for your great service.
Horrible. Nails lasted less than 24 hours. After complaining I was offered a discount on my next set. The fill in was so thin it was like nail polish. You could see old acrylic that he didnt pluck off with his nail under the thin layer of acrylic. 2 nails ripped my nail down below the nail bend. 5 nails were broken off within a week.I dont want a discount.
They do respect your time and get you in and out.Although, one of the techs that did my nails made me feel as if she was rushing. The job could have been better. She continued to look all over the place while working.Almost as if she didnt want to do my nails.A gel filling and regular pedifor $70 is steep.

I got a Brazilian wax , the lady was very unfriendly and continued to make unprofessional comments on the area. She left wax and a lot of places with hair on the area and didn’t do the butt part at all. She sighed a bunch of times as well. I will never go back there again!
I love KK. She does an excellent job. The shop boasts several top technicians for nails and pedicure. It is very fast paced and often crowded which speaks to the great work they do. If you have a fav tech, call for an appt but in a pinch you can usually get in the same day. I will likely stick to this nail salon for a long time.
Most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. I am appalled with my experience today. After getting a pedi yesterday that was applied too thick I needed to come back to the salon and have the whole thing fixed due to smudging. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched countless walk ins be taken before me. Finally I interjected and asked if I could be helped first, being that I’ve been waiting. The owner told me “no one wants to help me” because the person who made the mistake was not here. WHAT.
This was the worst place. No customer service and my nails were done in half hour tops for a full gel fill. He didnt even wash my nails to remove extra powder.no hand massage or lotion. The bulbs on the dryer were broken and they didnt even notice until I mentioned it . Strong Pass on this place. They should be called Economy Nails instead.
Prices are low, but you can tell why with their service. I was a walk in on the Saturday before Christmas, they were all rushing around trying to get people in and out. If they didn’t have time for me I would have been fine, but they took me and literally TORE my acrylics off after me asking if they could soak them. So now my nail beds are ruined. They kept trying to sell me different services, and making comments about my now extremely thin and short nails!
The service was great! The nice lady who did my nails was a pleasure. She introduced me to a new nail process that keeps my nails from chipping! thanks for a great experience ! Last shop I went to had mean women working at it ..so glad ...thanks top nails
I went there today and paid 160 dollars for my nails feet and eyebrows. I also took my 6 yr old daughter and just for her they charged me 55..i have never in my life paid 160 bucks for any service..i didnt ask for gel tip.i asked for fill set acrylic..And cause I really didnt understand them I didnt know just for that was 60.. I was more upset that I paid 55 for my daughters nails and she had 2 colors and a simple flower on her 1 finger..i will never do this again..
I was visiting from out of town when I stumbled upon this gem! My eyebrows came out perfect and I was very pleased with my pedicure. Will come again if ever in the area.

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. I’ve never been soo unhappy with customer service as I was here. I was charged the full price for a pedicure with less then half the work. Soaked my feet in cold water and when I told her she added a little warm water which did nothing. Then had the audacity to tell me my feet were to ticklish and that’s why she did less then half the job but charged me full price. My feet were dry, worse honestly then when I went in. DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place!!

I am a first time customer and I got ripped off for a full set and Spa pedicure I was charged $110.00!!I posted a picture of my nails on the orange county moms group everyone said it looks like something a toddler would’ve had done horrible job & full set of gel nails should only go for $35-$40 !! I was hoping to find a new place but not now this is not a good way to conduct business I am truly upset and will be going back on Monday to complain !
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got my eyelash extensions done here and it was awful. My eyes were burning throughout the whole process. They didn’t look good, and fell off within 3 days of getting them. When I went back the staff was rude and the lady pulled off my real lashes when pulling off what was left of the fake ones. Will never go here again nor recommend to anyone.

I asked a question about my nails and I basically got my head ripped off. Both times it was the worst experience I ever had. I would rather give my money to people that actually deserve it.
I went not too long ago and one of the ladies working their ended up hitting me in front of my mother and saying that i was being disrespectful towards her . she saw that at first i was on my own and tried to charge me 70 dollars for a 45 dollar full set gel acrylic smh.

Been there twice for a gel set the first time and and have been back there for a pedicure and a fill. They did a great job each time. Would recommend.
I used to love this nail place. This was my go to and before I found a closer salon, I regularly went. But then I researched the difference between MMA acrylic liquid and EMA acrylic liquid. Do yourself a favor and look up the difference. You’ll soon see that they likely use MMA. MMA is very harmful for your health and leaves your nails ruined. It’s gooey when it comes off with acetone, it makes your fingers hurt after a full set, and it smells terrible. Just be careful and know what they’re using on you, because I didn’t. I won’t go back because I genuinely don’t think it’s safe and that’s so sad because I loved it here.

$25 for literally a 15 minute pedicure???? Seriously? Then shuntered off for polish to dry and badgered to pay. Wont be back and sorry I didnt do my own.... I would have at least paid more attention to myself and not spend the time looking everywhere else. Extremely vexed

They charged me double that I was expecting to pay. DO NOT GO HERE! After all this it came out horribly. Never again will I come here I want a refund.

Like the girl below me they gave me gel when I asked for no gel I told them I wanted regular nail polish 2X and after that they argued with me I said gel... I was embarrassed because I didnt have enough money to pay for the gel and I wanted to get a pedicure too so I had said you know what now I cant get a pedicure because they were making it seem like I had to pay for it everyone in the salon looked at me I was so embarrassed I will never ever go there again... My nails fell off in a week I go to see Johnny on North Street at Fancy Nails him and his wife do a great job and they dont charge if you want half nail paint... Probably $10 at top nail... Money-hungry Asians

This place is super expensive! They charge for every little thing for example: long nails, coffin shape, stilleto shape, cut down etc. I like for JASMIN to do my nails. She is worth the extra charges. Anyone else forget it!
I walked in for the first time for a fill and cut down .. the fill was $20, I paid $25 because I also prefer gel over my acrylic.. I saw Lu, he didnt over charge me or try to convince me into getting extra stuff done .. I also had to take two of my children with me due to school vaca and they were super nice to them and made sure my youngest had a charger for my phone so he could continue playing his games ... my nails are so perfect and I was out of there in 20 minutes ... I always have a permanent French which also saves a lot of time .. I will go back to see Lu for removal and fresh full set of permanent French

This nail spa has been 100% on point for the last 15+yrs !! Staying on top of all the latest trends with nail technic. They always have a tech no wait for all services even eyelash extensions are done without appointments. Best guys out there and located in the Big Lots plaza low drama low crime definitely worth the trip every 3wks they are durable and pretty always worth the time and money

2022-01-27No my usual place for a manicure. Walked in and was told pick color. I followed the directions and was approached by someone on the staff who advised me that crystal gel was better. I wanted dip powder. They sat me in front of the door. It was 14 degrees outside. The technician went through the process and took my card for payment. At that moment I put on my glasses and looked at my nails and they were a mess. Lumpy and smudged. She did not allow the top coat to dry completely. She was impatient. I told the receptionist that this was not acceptable. She ignored me. The technician was obviously annoyed when I told her I could not leave with my nails in this condition. She took a square block and filed off the top coat angrily. There was dried glued powder stuck under my fingernails and on my skin. The edges of my nails were as if I just played with rocks. Terrible experience. I had to come home and refile the edges so I didnt injure my clothing. The top coat that she ended up using is not used for dip powder so I am certain within a few days this manicure will be useless. This use to be a great place to get a manicure. It is not now. When I was leaving I asked the receptionist for change so I could tip my nail tech..... you may ask why..... because I am not mean. The receptionist said... do you want me to have someone fix those???? Need I say more?

2022-06-01I asked for a manicure and pedicure, gel french. The entire time this lady was rushing. I do not believe the equipment she used was sterilized, but this was my first time ever getting anything like this done so I did not know any better. She barely let my feet soak or dry properly, was on the phone via bluetooth the entire time, and just kept tapping and pushing or grabbing my feet or hands to signal me. I realized she was rushing me once I saw everyone else with towels around their legs and getting full leg massages, and when my sister who started at the same time as me, was still getting massaged when my manicure was finishing up. She just put a whole bunch of oil on my legs and barely massaged it in which was gross. When I asked her for round nails, she still filed them square. Overall the nails came out okay, but I am NEVER going here again. Not worth $80 whatsoever. It was crowded, and the environment did not feel clean or sterile. I always tip, and refused to do so here.

2021-11-22The salon is crowded and run down with nail polish marks on everything. I did not see any indication of sanitizing instruments.They did not soak or soften my cuticles before clipping them which resulted in tugging and discomfort during the manicure and they were not smooth upon completion. The technician did a good job polishing and the French tips were well done but the manicure didn’t even last a week. The photos attached to the review were taken 5 days after the manicure - many nails have chipped/peeled with all nails showing visible bubbles underneath the edges. I would have peeled the polish off completely already if I wasn’t planning to return for a refund.

2022-06-18I waited over an hour, the lady there just ignored me the entire time I had to seek her attention. I asked for a fill in and Pedi, she could have had my Pedi done first but instead sat other customers ahead of me. I have been a loyal customer to them since I moved to the area for over 5 years spending a significant amount of money each visit but after todays service I will never step foot there again.

2022-07-05I just had a pedicure was happy with the nails but the nail tech put oil on my legs and didnt rub it in very well had to rub it in and take it off myself. Also felt rushed tech didnt take much time doing the pedicure.

2022-03-26My rating is because of the style of management is low. The store is beautifully decorated. The young lady that does my mini-pedi we have been friends for over 20 years. She is rated 5 when it comes to her talent, creativity in the jobs she performs, mani-pedi, wax, eyelashes and eyebrows. Anyone would be fortunate to have her in there employment.

2022-05-03Every time I get my nails done with top nail, they break. Literally like a day or two later after getting them done. Not going there anymore. Spend so much money just for my nails to keep breaking off. Very frustrating!

2020-12-08I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and a new set put on. When you have long acrylics you do not clip the nail directly in the middle you clip on the sides first. He clipped them down the middle and cracked my real nail underneath. Then he continues to try to cut my nail while it is still bleeding and I am telling him the real nail is cut in half. I kept asking for a minute because I felt like I was going to pass out and he got a bowl of acetone to dip my hand in while it is bleeding which then caused it to burn. I was then told that this happened because the acrylic was old and not because of the way he clipped my nails to begin with. I will not be going back and I will tell all of my friends to never go there. Unless you want to leave in pain.

2021-12-11I almost always go to the Man in the back on the right side he has never failed me I always get what I came for. Read the previous reviews and they are all valid I have been going here for 3 years now I never got a nail fungus or anything but the services are rush..rush. Its like a chop shop. When I get my pedicures I never let them brush my feet with that brush and I always view if the equipment is coming from the sterilizer most times its not they just arrive with the little basket. They should let the customers see the equipment coming fresh out of the sterilizer in the plastic bags.
