Its dirty. Cashiers are rude. And very Slow. Always wait ten minutes longer then anywhere else. Store manager is a douche.
Love shopping here, has everything I need, I always know where to go in the store to get in and out.
Love this store its right in town norwich so it is very convenient and within walking distance if you live in town

2021-08-14I had an awesome experience. I am full time shopper for instacart and my customer wanted things from the deli that weren’t readily available. Lisa C. Didn’t let these items stomp her. She was ready and willing to make fresh deli sandwiches and fresh fried chicken for my customer. She didn’t complain nor did she bat a lash. Her customer service was exceptional and I won’t forget how dedicated she is to pleasing guest of Tops. Kudos Lisa C. You are very much appreciated. 😊

2021-09-15Dirty store, rude/classless employees, unstocked shelves, overly priced. I only go here if I’m shopping for elderly family who enjoy certain products.This was several years ago, but I found a hair baked into my daughter’s second birthday cake. They tried to blame it on me, because I have long hair. One, my hair isn’t blond. Two, I showed them where it was under the frosting, not on the surface. They were absolutely ridiculous about refunding me the $25, and the manager acted like it was coming out of his own pocket. Never EVER again.

2016-11-01A clean and large supermarket that offers food, some housewares, and accessories. Produce freshness is not the greatest, and I noticed moldy bread in the bread section. Staff is very nice. They usually have pretty decent sales as well. I have never waited long to check out.

2018-10-27Only 2 lanes open. Very slow, If you plan on using WIC you have to wait for a manager to come to the register to supervise. Then make sure what you get is the correct item or you will have to run back and forth to get the right item... so my experience was crappy!!!

2018-06-03Lots of items, good parking and place to buy sandwiches and pizza. But the items I was looking for was pricy. To be honest, I ended up going to Wal-Mart and got what I was looking for and saved almost 4 dollars.

2018-03-23BEVERLY WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IVE HAD SINCE BEING IN NY. I CALLED HER AND INQUIRED ON CHECK CASHING. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTOOD I WASNT FROM NEW YORK. THIS LADY WILL MAKE A GREAT MANANGER SHE KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

2019-08-25Like every other supermarket open today get done cashiers 1 to 2 lines open with a line is crazy. Other then that store Is clean and well stocked.
