Dr.McCormack is a stand up guy. Cares for his patients never rushes you out of a visit. He takes the time to here you out and is very knowledgeable and a awesome surgeon. On a personal note Dr.McCormick went out of his way with late night visits at the hospital way after normal hours to check on me. I can’t say enough good things about him we have been through a lot and he was always and still is there for me.

I walked into Total Orthopedics Express after experiencing leg pain following extensive traveling. My leg was stiff and my knee was very sore. I was checked in and visiting with Matt the PA in less than 10 minutes. Matt concluded the symptoms were the result of tendinitus. I had a sensitive spot on my calf. Matt suggested I have an ultrasound to rule out clotting. The results of the test were negative. I am impressed by Matts professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend a visit to Total Orthopedics.

I woke up with an injury on my ankle and couldn’t walk. I called and was guided through scheduling. I was advised I could walk in and would be seen as a patient right away. I came to their office the second they opened. I was the first patient, was processed in 5 minutes and performing tests within the first 15 minutes.I received excellent care, expert opinion and was treated promptly. I followed all of the directives provided and two days later am back on my feet. I am going to continue with physical therapy also available at this location as recommended.The whole team is amazing and I thank them for everything.

Place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was also very helpful and understanding of what I needed. I would go back there if I ever had a problem. I definitely recommend this facility in Deer Park !!!

Great place, kind and respectful employees and the dr. Was straight up and told me what needed to be done. Almost painless shots to my knees but im a wimp and they were extremely professional 10/10

I recently broke my elbow and needed and orthopedics. Total orthopedics is walking distance from my house so went there. My visit was great. Would recommend to everyone.

Front desk staff was efficient but not very friendly as was the person who did my intake once in the exam room. X-Ray tech was not personable at all. I came in with knee pain and had to walk to the back of the building for the X-ray, which was fine but I was slow and the tech went ahead and didn’t wait for me. PA that saw me and went over my X-rays was knowledgeable and explained my condition treatment options, as well as follow-up. All in all I was seen and taken care of in less than an hour and was satisfied with the medical treatment. Oddly enough, there was no written discharge instructions given or emailed. I thought the care was adequate but a big part of customer service is to be friendly and to appear to care about the patient which I found lacking. Makes a huge difference towards patient satisfaction.
