Not sure how this place got 1 *’s ... Things happen and people seem to forget nothing is perfect!I was accommodated with professionalism and timeliness. My car was well taken care of - which lets be honest here, most tow companies don’t care and will ding up your car and then blame you. These guys are the real deal! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Made an appointment Saturday June 26, for a Monday morning 7:30 - 8am tow to a Repair shop in Astoria. Towing service never arrived at the appointed time, nor was I ever called with number I had provided them Saturday morning. Monday morning, I called towing service 8 times to confirm appointment. No one answered my call. Towing called late morning around 11am. I cancelled at that point. I was disappointed. My first time I ever tried using this service. Reviews may rate this service with 5 stars but they get 1 star for not showing up at time I was given and not calling at said time. I would have been your first time customer. Must show courtesy and professionalism to all who may wish to use this towing service.

Do not use this towing service. They told me an hour wait time then after 4 hours they stopped answering my calls. Please use another towing company and dont waste your time

If you would believe they towed my car, I called asking where they left it they told me they will look for it and they hung up, then proceeded to ignore my calls until 4 hours later saying “sorry bud no luck”
