Horrible customer service and timing. It took MONTHS for our two simple residential awnings to be completed, which included me sending the first awnings that arrived back. I’m not a contractor, I am a home owner. So when I request an all black awning, that’s what I expect. Not a black top with white underneath (the part you see when standing under it). That was never explained to me but apparently Jeff thought I was “stupid” for not knowing that. There were also two dents and the cutting on the edges was very rigid, not smooth. The original guy I was working with, Young, who took my deposit, was nowhere to be found when I had issues. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because the guys who actually installed it were amazing and I am happy with the final product. Getting to that point cost them the other 3 stars.

I highly recommend using their service. I was looking for a sign place and other places were too expensive. Ive asked people in my network and Tower Sign was suggested. The sales rep was very accommodating and followed up thoroughly. Plus their prices were very competitive.What I like the most was that, theyve sent me sample picture of the sign with my location and I was able to see what I should expect.The crew that came to install did a fast and clean job.

Stay away - overpriced, low quality work and not completed when promised.I decided to try this business because the location was more convenient than the sign company I normally use. Big mistake.Went there on a Friday. Needed two 28 x 10 Komatex signs and two 24.5 x 12 Magnetic signs.They quoted me $90 each which was over double the price of the company I normally use. I told them I thought that was expensive but I would consider trying them if they could do the work quickly. They said it would be ready the next day, Saturday. So I gave them a shot.They emailed me a proof later that afternoon but it had spelling mistakes so I requested corrections.They emailed me a new proof Monday, but that still had one error, so I requested that to be corrected.The signs were finally ready on Tuesday but the quality of the work was very disappointing.The Magnetic signs were the wrong width by almost an inch. Also, the font for the lettering was stretched so tall and in bold that it is difficult to read.The Komatex signs were also a half an inch short. Also, the coloring was extremely poor and washed out and faded. The edges of the characters were bleeding, grainy and out of focus. It looked like it overzoomed and printed on contact paper then roughly cut by hand and stuck on.I was just trying to pay and leave as quickly as possible because now I have to go somewhere else to have it done right but I guess I couldnt hide my dissatisfaction so the rep asked if they were okay. I held up the original I brought in and left with them right next to the new one they made and asked her if they looked okay to her. She didnt see what was wrong with them and said I had approved the drawing via email. I did approve the drawing but the drawing I approved was not the same as the signs they gave me.I had high hopes for this company, they seemed real professional and I was looking forward to working with them for all my sign and awning needs since I work as a building manager and often need new signs and awnings for my tenants.They are nice people and I wish them the best but I would not work with them again and cannot recommend them.

Price reasonable, and the work the signs & awning guys did for me was much better than I expected.It is very pleasant to see the vestibule installed in front of my store every morning. It is a piece of art work !
