I have been using Town & Country oil for years, office personnel are courteous and always ready to help. Delivery drivers are neat and respectful to your property. I have needed burner service three times each time they were at my door within 1 hour, and repaired the heating system

Town and Country really delivered on service. I came back to a cold house after vacation and their serviceman came on a Sunday to not only deliver oil, but fix the boiler within the hour. They understood the emergency and acted expeditiously. I appreciate their service and their rapport.

Great service. Weve had no complaints for 6 years. Town and Country is amazing. They helped with estimates and advice when needed and really stand by their word. More companies should put customer service first the way they do.

Weve used their services for more years than I can remember. Were always happy, always have heat and hot water, no complaints. When the guys come for service calls they are always very professional and nice, answer questions knowledgeably. I have called for emergency service for both boiler and water heater and they respond immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Been a new customer for a little over 6 months, one morning i had an issue with my hot water tank bursting an flooding the basement. I called to get an estimate on getting the unit replaced asap because no one wants to be without hot water, and i have a newborn child at home as well. I was shocked to find out how inconsiderate and just unhelpful they where. They wanted me to wait about 6 days to have someone install the new unit and there prices where super high. My wife investigated the price of the tank that they quoted to install, and at home depot the tank was only $900 yet they wanted $2,000 for the same exact tank without installation . When i asked why they said thats the price, and they where unwilling to do any type of price adjustment or help in anyway seeing as how we where new home owners and the fact we had to be without hot water for so long. They only thing they kept replying was “there is nothing we can do”. They where more concerned about a balance that we had with them rather than my family being ok, needless to say i stopped service with town and country immediately. If could rate them then “0” stars trust me i would, and we ended up getting our new unit installed the very next day by another company for much less.

Their heating service is great and I was a happy customer for five years. So thank you for that.Then I asked them about their heating oil price and why they were charging me $3/gallon when everyone else seemed to have a price of $2/gallon. For many years.Their answer was -- now that Ive discovered the system, I could ask for an agreement and get a lower price. This doesnt seem like customer/business loyalty to me. I have to ask to get a fair price?

This is a fantastic oil company. They are always responsive and do quick emergency service if something goes wrong. Their workers are all friendly and so helpful.

Excellent warm kind people. Customer service is always on point, professional and cuorteous. Price is reasonable. Business with a human touch...as a new home owner they addressed all my concerns with professionalism and honesty.
