Foods okay and fresh, but prices are super expensive. Better price alternative in Oceanside on Mott Street.EDIT. Yes they are super expensive compared to other spot I mentioned. I eat in the city plenty of times, thank you. This, however is not the city. $2.50 for a slab of sake sushi? That is expensive.
The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Staff is attentive and hospitable.Fresh, well prepared sashimi and chirashi. Delighted with fresh perilla leaves. One of us had mixed teriyaki which he enjoyed thoroughly. We didnt see oshinko o n the menu, but asked for it and it was provided. Overall a pleasant dining experience.
My uncle introduced me to this spot and when I say the food is delicious its by far the best. Fresh Sushi and the sake is also good when im in town I have to make a stop.
Neil is one of the best employees at this store. Super helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and I will be coming back for more.
Super expensive prices? Try coming to Manhattan and eating sushi. The prices here are higher than Toyos. When I was living in Baldwin, Toyo was my go-to Japanese restaurant. I plan on visiting them next month for the first time in a few years. I remember their grand opening more than 7 years ago!
I really love the dishes and service, fantastic area right next to my apartment. The employees are always super friendly. Will come back again.

This place is absolutly horrible. Bad food, messed up the order when me and my guests heard them read it back, and then proceeded to call us all liars when we told them that the order was incorrect. Bad service and bad food. If I could give negative stars I would.
Ordered fried rice they gave me white meal was greasy. Beef wrapped over scallions. Wish there was another sushi place near Baldwin Harbor

2019-04-22My husband and I were looking to try some new places and decided to stop by here. Definitely not disappointing. The food was amazing and the staff was polite and attentive. The space isnt too big but its comfortable and clean! Great for a date night or family night. Not expensive and you get a good amount of food for what you pay. The Chicken Teriyaki was amazing. We will definitely be returning some time in the near future.

2021-12-30No masks, very dirty, very unfriendly all the wanted was your money, food tasted ok but only 1/2 calif roll and tried to use the bathroom while waiting it was occupied for 20 min by a cook!!! do not recommend at allWill report to Nassau county

2021-10-13The best sushi i ever had even though im pretty picky with sushi its still really good. I get shrimp tempora, mango salmon cucumber and guosa (sorry if i spelled that wrong 😅).the food is so good that its my fav place and really the only place I will go to. 🍣

2019-04-12By far my favorite sushi place around. Great food. Great prices and the employees are super friendly. Everything is always fresh and they constantly switch up their specials. Side note: Definitely try out their sushi pizza 🍕, its bomb!

2021-03-03Worst experience ever!! i came to pick up some sushi and the lady yelled in my face that “ it wasn’t ready yet” and slammed the door in my face. i don’t recommend. take your money and business some where else. i have never encountered such disrespect as a paying customer.

2018-11-07So far so good. Been able to get my wifes favorite dish there,California rolls. Also convenient app to use for payment, which had my food ready when I arrived for pick up. Nice!

2019-06-19Ive been ordering here for quite some time, the menu choices are perfect. Tons of sushi styles, tastes fresh and delicious. I recommend king kong and phoenix roll! The best!!!

2018-07-23Gotta say, this is my go to sushi spot whenever I’m in Baldwin. Girlfriend and I seem to order from here on a regular. Definitely a sucker for the Peanut Avocado rolls and California rolls. Solid prices on some good food.

2020-09-11This place is my favorite but recently discover that they are rude. I made an order for pick up and the waitress threw the change down.On another occasion, I was given the wrong ordered, only to be called back to bring said food back. On another occasion, they did not gave me all that I ordered. Even with all this, I tried calling to place an order and the hostess was so impudent on the phone she hung up and I called back to be told that they will not deliver my order. I am so disappointed in this place. I have been ordering here for the last 4 years. Now I have to find another place.
