2022-06-16Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even printed off some parts sheets for me encase I needed them. Staff was so friendly and helpful I wound up chatting in there for a while before heading out! Highly recommend this place!

2020-08-04They are super at Tracey. I had an indicator flashing, they had me in and out in no time. It was a simple fix and they took care of it with honesty and integrity. Plus, because it was raining, they let me bring my dog inside. They have a great location just off I 81 South. It was very easy to access with plenty of room to park 53 trailers.

2021-06-25Greg was deflective and lied about not having inventory available all because my female called twice to require about pricing and availability for us. She doesn’t run the equipment, we do… if booking equipment gets this run-a-round, then what’s it like to rent the equipment? Greg clearly is unable to problem solve.

2020-07-10If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5 stard. I paid 1,700.00 plus dollars to the Watertown location and 150 miles down the road 3 warning lights came on. I was told to go to their Binghamton location who after looking at it charged me 324.00 dollars not fixing anything. In my 60 years this is the worst company I have come across. I will never do business with this company. I am also filing a complaint with the better business Bureau

2018-06-12Gilco Trucking has purchased many new and used trucks in the past 20 years or so from Tracey Road Equipment. The sales , parts , and service people are all professional and supportive. I appreciate the consistent hard work.
