I currently have a small auto policy plan with Traci and her State farm team for a few years now, and I must say that in that time, I have only experienced the utmost quality and professionalism from them. I think it is especially remarkable that even though I have this one small policy through them (which I pay only once annually), Traci Menes actually knows me by my first name, and is always prompt to respond to any concerns, and she even calls me on the phone if something regarding the plan needs my attention. I dont know that I can say the same about many other business owners. This is certainly a business that treats every customer (whether big customers or small customers) with the utmost respect, courtesy, concern and professionalism. As for purchasing an insurance plan, I have always received straightforward and clear quotes and insurance advice from Traci. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy insurance.
