Love Tractor Supply! Even if youre not a farmer they have lots of things for Gardners people who own pets and tools. The people are always friendly and if they dont have what you need in stock they will get it for you
I recently purchased a new lawn tractor from the Alden store and it had an issue. I spoke with Blaine who understood my concerns and rectified the issue immediately. I appreciate the great support from this store.
This place has so many useful, necessary products for home and farm, and many great decorative items for both, as well. I dont have an actual farm, but do have a lot of pets and Tractor Supply has made it easy for me to meet their needs, as well as many of my own. I can pick up fencing for my flower garden, clothes and boots for myself, a birthday card and snacks while getting pet food and toys, without having to make multiple stops. And the staff is always helpful and friendly.
I use to like this store, but lately the customer service is horrible!! Everyone use to be friendly and helpful. Now you can never find anyone in the store and if you do ask for help the staff makes you feel like your bothering them. Ive also noticed that there seems to be a high turnover rate with the employees. Your best bet is to go shopping here first thing in the morning during the week, thats the only time I noticed friendly helpful employees.
Love having the store close. They welcome my well behaved dog. She loves to pick out Her toys. They have outdoor items, livestock etc.
Always greeted when entering store. Pleasant, helpful employees, store always neat and clean. Would strongly suggest some small grocery store style carts.
I love this store! Always something new to find and great deals on bird seed and pet items. Enjoy going to find out whats new for the garden in the springtime too.
I ordered a wheelbarrow online a week before I needed it, like I do every year, and this time it wasnt assembled and I was told that the assembly person wasnt available. I needed it that day and didnt have tools with me at the destination and the website description made no mention of assembly required. Ive bought the same item every year from them online and its always been assembled at pick up. .I was disappointed that the staff couldnt be bothered to offer the tools to assemble it at least since it wasnt as described.
Friendly and helpful staff. Stopped in to get food for the visitors to our backyard. All the beautiful birds along with our frequent visitors, the deer.
We live in Tractor Supply in Warsaw. We buy our horse feed, supplements, salt blocks, bedding, dewormers, some tack, saddle racks, winter blankets, heaters for the water tank and fencing supplies. We also get our chicken feed, cat and dog supplies and pretty cool seasonal items for winter, the holidays and hunting. Weve purchased hunting blinds, knives, clothing and boots. There are gun safes and ratchet straps as well as tool boxes for the bed of your truck. Yes, I must have purchased about everything they supply. When they dont have a product, they will call other stores to find it or give you a rain check. Tax exemption for farm use if you qualify.
Yesterday i walked in the store to buy feed for my animals. I heard a loud peeping when i walked through the front door and just assumed that they had some baby chicks left for sale. I walked around the garden section for a while and could still hear the peeping. i walked over to the chick brooders to see the babies and there was none in sight. The peeping was 100% coming from one of the brooders. I started getting curious as to where the baby was. I reached through the gate and lifted one of the food buckets up from inside the brooder and found one alive baby duck and one VERY deceased baby duck!!!! This is the 2nd time in a couple months that i have found baby chicks dead in their brooders. The same manager was there each time. I was beyond disgusted! I will not shop in that facility until they either get new management or someone with enough common sense to LISTEN and CARE for the babies!!!!
Came for a VIP pet care event. Got my dogs nails cut and all her vaccinations for a reasonable price. Much cheaper than vaccines at the vet.
Love this store, sorry there is not one near me. Quality items for the home , farm and workshop all here under one roof. Not much you cant get here .
Just had to make a quick stop for a chainsaw chain. It was a weird chain for my Stihl but they had it on the shelf. Employees were very helpful as well.
Great store the people working there have a lot of knowledge the young girl and lady helped me find my belt for my Cub tractor that cub cadet couldnt find lol great job.
The selection of dog food alone is a reason to shop here. But there are so many other reasons, including hardware, clothing and feed.Stop by, its cool.
Like this store anything you are looking for in regards to critters.you are raising. Vitamins,food, training all of the animals, they also have ducks,clothing, a little bit of everything.
Really nice store with alot of hard to find items... I bought steel box rail and rollers with hardware to hang an outside sliding barn door... Lowes and home depot didnt have what I needed

Every time I come in I am greeted by a happy face :). What I need is always in stock, love the variety. I can get almost anything i need there.

Good nearby hardware and pet food location - for a person who is not a farmer. Dont have to drive stores on Transit road in Lancaster NY or to Batavia NY to big box stores for some items.
We love seeing the baby chicks there in the spring. They also carry everything you need for gardening and lawn care.

Every time I go in the associates day Hi as you walk thru the door. They a extremely helpful. They are an asset to Alden.

2022-04-30Great place too go for anything you want for your animalsThey also sell outside furniture. Pellets for the stoves. Little chicks stuff like dog,cat,birds. If you cant find it.just ask no problem getting trees flowers go and check it out

2021-08-09My husband and I went in Saturday for a generator for our new RV. Everyone was so kind, so nice, so helpful, not rushed, and even assisted us taking it up front and then out to our truck. We were so grateful because you never get service (or workers who go above and beyond) like that anymore! Such a good experience!

2021-01-01Best experience ever. Accidentally ordered the wrong crate for my dog I was rescuing. The woman was kind enough to pull the display off the shelf and give me an extra 10% off and adjusted the leash. Will shop there again!.

2020-03-14The store is usually organized and clean. The staff is very friendly, and I love how Tractor Supply lets pets in the store. We often bring our dog in, and the staff always offers to give her treats, but they always ask if it’s ok first, which is great. The only downside is that they are occasionally out of stock of certain supplies that I have gone in the store for, and it can take weeks to refill the shelves if the product is out.

2019-06-09I found what I needed quickly and easily, however the selection for womens pants is very slim at this particular store. They have one small fixture and one small bar for work pants, plus a handful of more expensive jeans. The mens selection is great, they have a wall full of different brands and sizes, my husband always finds something good here.Staff is friendly and helpful

2017-01-13They usually have what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty good. We get their brand dog food which is rated 5 stars on the dog food review site. I always find the spare parts I need to get a repair or job done.

2020-02-19Always love Tractor Supply, they have stuff there for the yard that could be difficult to get elsewhere. They also have a good line of Outdoor Clothing and lots of pet supplies I usually buy my dog food there. In the spring Im always jealous when I go there because they have baby chicks for sale but being that I live in Cheektowaga the Gestapo here dont allow me to have chickens
