Stopped in to get fly spray had my dog with me and let her pick out a toy she was all happy and squeaking it and some other people in line were petting her. I had the price tag in my hand so they wont have to touch it a older women that worked there kept on giving us dirty looks and then open the other line and she was rude to me like I was doing something wrong when cashing me out. I have no idea what her deal was but its fine I go to country max in Brockport now and they love my dog when we stop in.
You looking for tractor stuff and a bit extra. This is the place for you. The prices are a bit higher cause there is no competition. They are the place in town. I did enjoy the visit. Even though, I didnt find the shoes I wanted. Some other day will be better. I almost bought some overalls and a small tractor. All of sudden, I had an epiphany, Im not a farmer!!! dah! }:>)
Great place to visit for us country boys ( and girls). Just walk around and enjoy the home of farm country. Great staff they know where everything is in in the store. Ill be back!
Tractor Supply has really changed over the past few years they have less and less stuff in stock theyre supplying fewer items than they did in the years past not sure why Ive gone there several times now and not gotten the items I went there for that I used to buy in the past from that location seems like Tractor Supply just declining. But the people that work there are very helpful.
Worst place I have had to deal with online or in store the person at first was very rude like I was bothering her asking her to do her job,the nicest person was the young man working at the registet,worse on line, I tried to place an order,said i could deliver to home or ship to store.could not to my home so I shipped to store they took my money,confirmed order,then I received another email saying it was cancelled with no explanation.called customer service and they were just as confused as I am! Still havent resolved the problem,BEWARE IF PURCHASING ON LINE WITH THEM just terrible.
I love tractor supply company. I buy a lot of my pet products there at a reasonable price. They have cool farm house home decor at a reasonable price.
Very nice, Dave the manager was 1st class, the ladies that greeted me and took care of problem was also 1st class. I would highly recommend if you need to shop for snowblower or other equipment this is the place to go in our area
Picked up my online order in the store just like I do at bigger stores. Quick and easy! They always have good sales and put them right in the front for all to see.
The two girls were very friendly to myself and my dog. Autum WAS THE CASHIER and cassie Hartman was very helpful with the dog harnesses and how to put them on my Dog pleasant experience
Cassie the store manager went above and beyond to help us buy and transport a 10 x 10 x 6 ft kennel. I cant say enough good about the service her and the rest of the staff gsve us

We love shopping at TS in Batavia and Warsaw. Staff is always courtious and helpful. Several of our cows have participated in events at both stores.

Have lots of lower priced and lower quality, in some cases. Layout appears somewhat haphazard, hard to find some items but personnel are helpful
Fill a drawer in your house with their inexpensive tools, Im always finding an odd screw or nut that only one thing Ive bought from there fits. :D

Employees are great just wish the store would sell more variety, like if you tell patches and tire spoons then why not some sort of bead breaker. Also more variety of mower parts. Don’t take me wrong it has stuff but being a local shopper would be nice to have other things or more of.

2022-01-18My husband and I came in to do an exchange and our cashier was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I believe her name is Hayley but I could be wrong. Its doubtful anyone of importance will see this but if they do, give her a raise!

2020-08-28I only spent some time in the workwear department. Great brands of workwear and really nice quality boots as well. Got a cool cap, but will be back for some John Deere gear.

2020-10-31Manager is fantastic. Exchanged a chainsaw That was never used but pull started was locked bought from Lockport and that store manager would not honor. We spend 1000.00 of $ a year on farming and heating supplies from chainsaws, wood splitters, 🐣 supplies, 🐕 supplies to clothing. Will definitely continue going to Batavia Tractor Supply

2020-10-16All the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Have just about anything you need. Nice selection of boots and clothing too. But store is geared towards animals and farm.

2018-10-07I went in to look at the ducklings but they had sold the last of them so we decided to walk around and my 4 year old son and my brother decided to play tag. Theyre running around the store and Im just trying to get them to stop. The employees didnt mind, they were laughing, it was really clean and they have just about everything you need for pets. Ill be going back.

2018-07-26I love the wide variety of things you can find in this store. Whether its Carhartt clothes, bulk pet food, hunting gear, live chicks or farming stuff, youll find a lot of stuff. I especially love checking out the clearance stuff because there are so many cool things you just wouldnt expect to find.
