Great customer service!! Scott was super helpful and we appreciated his assistance.
Disappointed, we purchased a replacement warranty on an item that was a Christmas gift. It stopped working after one use and now I cant get it replaced unless I contact the manufacturer. I feel I should receive a FULL refund on the item as well as the replacement warranty.

Like their prices on large bags of dog food and cat food and cat litter. Also like that you can order online and pick up your order at the store. They even loaded it in the car for me. Makes life easy when your always on the run.
We were trying to buy warmer for our horses and some girl who worked there walked away from us when we needed help, she knew we were standing there for help! All she had to do was if acknowledge us that she had to do something else. Asked a man at the counter to help us, he said to go she her for the keys so we said we had already wasted 15 minutes! Poor customer service. No wonder there was a runnings put a crossed the road.
This place has a lot of home supplies. We went for concrete and they had it. Deff a good spot in gloversville to be right next to bargain mart so you can do some home upgrades
TSC is a necessary evil when Im in a hurry, but just barely. After not purchasing from them in a year, their service still lacks in comparison to their competitors.
Great store, but it is not where the map says it is. Don;t trust the map. This store is located in Arterial Plaza, across the street from where it says it is, and down the road, closer to Dunkin Donuts.
Great staff and a great place to find specific hardware without leaving too far out of the area.

2022-07-03The woman who was the manager on duty when I was there was very rude. Not sure how the associates there put up with someone who is so quick to interrupt and be generally rude to both customers and associates. Glad I could be treated awfully over asking for a discount while trying to save a dying tree. Photo taken later but its identical to the one I was lectured over. I over paid trying to save a dying tree and was treated terribly. Associates seemed scared of her when I asked to see if the manager would lower the price. I really love plants so I returned when I saw a soon to be dead fig tree outside, and managed to purchase it for a fair price given the moldy soil and dying leaves.(there was a five dollar sign after what Im assuming was company action) Even during that exchange I saw the manager and was being stared at as she shared her managing philosophies with an uncomfortable associate. I cant justify going to my local tractor supply anymore and will gladly travel to Amsterdam for any future purchases, assuming I dont just go to the local Runnings instead. One of the worst shopping experiences of my life.

2022-07-07Very sad to witness the terminal decline of a good company. Was looking for propane cylinders. None inside. No one around to help. Asked the cashier who was clueless. She calls for someone who doesnt come. I go outside and find full cylinders next to the refill pump but no price. Asked the guy there who says theyre empty but theyre full. Doesnt know the price.Tractor Supplys success was based on good, knowledgeable service but corporate management has decided to follow the Walmart model.It was obvious no one there cares about their job. Meanwhile, the company has been renovating stores thinking that will make a difference.Very Sad

2021-02-23My husband and I both are constantly amazed at the level of customer service here. We actually look to buy things here first (because of it) and have found so much more at great prices!Checkout is always a great experience -- even during a pandemic, which says so much.A truly great and FRIENDLY place to shop with so much to see youd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else! Five stars earned!

2022-05-18Always friendly and always willing to help. Being disabled they are great with helping me get my dog and cat foods and liter or bird seed. I am very thankful for how they dont treat me like I am a nobody due to my disability. I recommend them 100%

2019-06-10I have been a rewards member since the store opened. Although the prices can be expensive at times, there are many products worth the money. My family and I purchase our dog and cat food here. As well as toys, tools, seasonal items (rock salt, wood, etc.) I got hurt a couple years ago, and when I asked for help (which I do not like doing), the representative came right over. They help in any way they can. The manager is absolutely wonderful. I have explained my situation to a few of them, so they know when I come in, Ill be looking for em. But they are all wonderful, down to earth, and very helpful individuals. Plus, if they got chicks and baby ducks..😍
