Normally a great place! I go here all the time because Im local, its easy. Its cold outside I understand, I call to have someone come outside for propane and I was told Yes sure someone will be right out 10 minutes later of standing out in the freezing cold weather I go inside to ask if anyone was coming and again i was told Yes sir someone is coming right now 8 minutes later waiting in the freezing cold a very quiet older gentleman came outside to get propane. (He didnt even look like he knew what he was doing. I get propane 3 or 4 times a week and no one has ever done it like this and I felt very uncomfortable/Unsafe) Not happy at all being there for over 25 minutes to top off a 20lbs tank.
👏👏👏Caesar, Caesar, Caesar is the go to guy for customer service at this location! This young man went above and beyond to help me with my return when the lead employee gave up on me. She wanted to send me packin back home on a 24 minute drive with a 165lb generator in tow but Caesar saw an opportunity to help and that he did. The young proffesionals at this location, like Caesar and Alex, really make it shine 🌟🌟🌟 Thanks guys...
Bought a Mammoth Tire Biter Dog toy from them. My dog had it for about an hour before destroying it. Called and asked about their return policy since the item didnt hold up as expected. She said they dont do returns on used dog toys and she has seen them ruined by dogs before even leaving the store. Why knowingly sell something that is inferior and not offer an exchange policy? So for me, from here on out all dog toys will be purchased from petsmart since they offer a 30 day return policy.
I was in the liberty store and they had a problem with one of the registers taking a credit card. When finally it was my turn to check out the cashier had an attitude witch proceeded to get worse when the card machine wasn’t working. Finally after dealing with the one cashier I had to move to the other register and proceeded to get attitude again. I will think twice before I shopping this store again. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with the liberty store. I’ve dealt with the Honesdale store and always had a very good service.
Visit many tractor supply stores. Staff is always friendly, including here. Place clean. Im kinda a impulse buyer. If I see something that catches my eye I buy it. But its hard to buy something when prices are not marked on many items. I set it back down. Tell the staff but nothing changes in all tractor supply stores within 85 miles of Kingston including PA.
Tractor supply has a variety of useful products for a rural home, farm, or garage. I bought a chain for my chainsaw and regretfully it was the wrong one. I returned it in minutes, with no problem. The staff were very helpful, as always. Each spring , they have baby chicks and ducks and they also sell woodpellets for stoves by bulk.
Local store advertises delivery but then says they dont deliver. Online orders say free shipping over $50 order but that excludes everything I need so shipping was over $120 for $100 order of feed. Had to give 1 star to post but my actual feelings are no star.s for this company.
I am so tired of going to tractor supply in liberty to be told its to cold for the women to fill my propane tank , I even called first to make sure they had propane i understand its cold outside but this happen to me 3 times, the other night i went there they said i was told the guy who fills the tanks is clocking out. im going there for propane for heat i fully understand how cold it is outside ,

2022-06-26I called Tractor supply to see if they had puppy food. I was told yes. In the morning I get ready to go get my pup some food. When I got there they only had senior dog f old. I told the worker I had called last night. He replied we have NO women working the night shift. I left I figured the pen is mightier than the words I was going to use. This store is a joke. No one knows anything frist and last time going in that store.

2022-04-06It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of time that you wait at tractor supply in Liberty to have a propane fill. Expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for somebody to come out and be rude while they fill your tank like you interrupted them from their nap! They need to get it together or hire somebody that actually wants to work for their pay!

2019-03-10Store, looked liked no one has put anything away, can not get to more then few areas, because of pallets blocking access. Decent enough workers there, just lack of leadership/ management to control the work flow.

2020-12-28My experience in the past in this Tractor Supply/Ace has been pleasant. However, today (12/28/2020), Mr. Brue (one of their associate) provided poor customer service. On Saturday 12/26/2020 I received helped from a fine associate. I told the associate that I needed a 1/2 inch drill bid to go though heavy duty metal. He searched the 1/2 inch drill bid for me in the clearance box and gave it to me. I asked him to confirm if the bid he gave me will go through heavy duty metal and he said yes. I purchased that bid because of his promise. Unfortunately, the bit did not do the job and and it got discolored. I had to go to tractor supply and buy a bid that would do the job. Thus, I went back the store on 12/28/20 at about 4:50pm to get a refund. The customer service lady was very kind. She went above and beyond to try to help me and even reprinted my receipt. However, an associate named Mr. Bruce told me that they would not give me a refund. He went as far as to accuse me that I had tampered with the bid. This false accusation was made in public. I was dumbfounded by his response. I clarified that while 6 dollars should not be a reason for loosing ones composure, I would pursue justice in this case as a matter of principle. It is not OK to sell a product to a customer promising them that it will work, only to have that product fail miserably and refuse to give the customer a refund. Is Tractor Supply/ACE willing to insult the character of a loyal customer and loose that customer for a mere $ 6 bucks? While 6 dollars may not break someones wallet, I was cheated. This is a matter of principle.

2019-12-12One star also needs to be earned, but unfortunately they did not deserve it. First, the queue at the checkout 15 minutes, then the wait to replace the gas of tank in 30 minutes. Disgusting place.

2020-09-17Ive had aggervating experiences with buying propane. Today, I went in to ask for a propane fill, the girl at the register automatically asks me if I wanted to pay now. (Ive been told by their emplyees years ago when they 1st opened, that they can not charge me for something they dont know how much to charge me for yet, so they need to fill 1st, and I pay after.) So I told her that I havent gotten any propane yet and she repeats thats fine I can ring you up now or after. (Im confused at this point) I told her Id pay after its filled. (So that she knows exactly how much it is before Im charged because she doesnt know how much my tank is going to hold and neither do I) The lbs are never the same anytime Ive gone and had it filled, therefore, not paying yet. So I go outside and wait. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. She never called anyone out. Alrighty then, have a nice day. I left and bought propane down the road.Last year, an employee at this store charged me before it was ever filled. So, I loaded the tank up after it was, and went to leave. The man who filled it came running over to me and said hey! You never paid for that! I told him I was charged for it before he filled it and showed him my receipt. He took me back in to store with him and confronted the cashier who charged me more then what it actually was worth. Saying that she had no right to charge me 1st being that she didnt know exactly how much the tank held. And now this incident I mentioned 1st, happened today. Im not tolerating prediction prices, soon to be followed up with being ignored when last years episode happened to me, and it was embarassing to have to go back in the store with the guy to chew out the cashier that day for something that SHE did wrong. Not me. To bystanders in the parking lot who saw, it probably looked like I was trying to steal the propane without paying, having to go back inside with him like that, and I felt embarassed when people watched me walking out of the store. Im not buying propane here again. Beer World can fill my tank from now without any waiting at all, no B.S. from the cashiers, and no embarassing moments either because they have their stuff together.
