Sometimes you just need something there. No floor people, busy season and they find it hard to be able to provide a second cashier when a lot of people are trying to check out. Good people though and try hard w limited help.

Only went to see the baby chickens and ducks. I didnt know you can buy baby chicks at a store. They need to have this place everywhere. Lost a star because you cant hold the chicks

As an OTR driver making a delivery, was very happy to see a parking lot with plenty of room to park. If employees are as nice to customers as they are to delivery driver, this place is awesome.
Very disappointed! They didnt have much on their shelves total waste of time to go there! The website said they had what I was looking for but the store didnt.
Had just what we were looking for, staff was excellent about checking inventory and then going to storage to get what we needed. Fast and efficient.
It was an ok tractor supply, clean, organized,friendly, yet for some reason I like the granville chaos better but not bad.

Tractor places okay I mean you can buy a lot of things for outdoors and whatever but I usually go there to get my dogs and cats their shots and thats a really good thing to do but I went chapter all the time too expensive

Tractor supply show that they had a number of things that I needed and I get there and they didnt really have anything that I need it so there was a waste the trip was very frustrating and took a little while to get help The help but I did get the girl was quite helpful I will give her that much

It has your needs. Its in a really weird location in Queensbury...and the lighting inside is kind of dim, but you will most likely find what you need.

Parking lot was unlit creating very unsafe conditions. As usual, not everything I needed was in stock.
They did not have in stock what i needed but they will get it in stock or i can order it on line they saw to it that i had the part #so i could do that ,was in to check the price for the part anyhow so was not a big deal that they did not have it in stock at the time
Usually great store, today though they were out of coal and pine bedding

As a company, I wouldnt call this an agricultural supply store anymore. Its a pet supply and garden store. The staff at this location are very friendly, though.

2022-05-09STAY AWAY! Twice now Ive been there and put something in my cart, just to get to the register and have it ring up more expensive. Then when I ask for a manager, they act like he/she is too busy (when every employee in the building is just standing around), and then they refuse to honor the marked price. Great tactic for scamming unsuspecting consumers. Think Ill be calling the Public Service Commission in the morning...

2021-11-21I ordered a product online. It stated 2 day shipping to the store. Okay it wasnt I get it with the state of shipping these days. 4 days go by no product. But I do get an email saying my product will be delayed 7-10 days. What? Literally 10 days later I get an automated email from tractor supply saying my order has been cancelled. no explanation. 1st and last time I will order online from them.

2021-05-19I went to Tractor Supply in Queensbury to purchase Dog food for my friends non for profit animal rescue. When I walked into the store there was no shopping carts. I walked around looking for an empty one but the employees were using some of the carts to restock shelves or move items. So I asked the boy at the cash register, which I have never seen there before, if he had any carts somewhere. He turned around and looked at the empty cart area and said nope we have no carts they must all be out in the parking lot. A gentleman returned a cart so I went and got the dog food. I got up to the register I told the boy working I was tax exempt. He charged me tax I told him he said it’s charging tax he said dog for is not tax exempt. I told him I am never been charged tax for the dog food he said it’s not exempt when I’m here. I told him he has terrible customer service and I walked out the door. I could of paid the tax but the boys attitude from not helping find a cart to just being rude and not helping or knowing what he was doing or talking I just left and I will not be back with my business.

2018-09-17This place is great with really nice and helpful people. My camper broke down on the way home from camping in the Adirondacks on Labor day. They had all the tools I needed to get the brakes fixed and get back on the road!

2020-10-06I have visit many Tractor Supply stores but the best one for customer service is in Queensbury, George is very kind and knowledgeable, he goes out of his way to find what you need ,learn your name and recognize you under the MASK, if you visit Queensbury ask for George many can learn from him. I can not state the same for everyone else.

2019-01-16Good selection of outdoor and farm items. Pricing is moderate and appears this retailer maybe trying to do too much. Too many novelty items and not enough practical and/or useful things for farm and outdoor activities. The website has many more things than the local store.

2019-01-17Lucky they even received a 1 star. Ready to spend over 1000$ on a generator and pellets but no one to help us for an hour and then the person who came didnt know anything about what I wanted. Didnt even have time to ask about other items I needed. I applied for a job as obviously they are very understaffed. Lines at checkout 10 people long on each side. I could have helped. But with no product on the shelf I couldnt get the stuff I needed to hook up generator to our panel. And no one to use forklift to load pellets. On a minor note I usually buy t-shirts but nothing in the right size. And again NO ONE to help. Very disappointed. Going to Walkers. Err, dont how to edit so Ill just add on after my review. And my husband emailing Tractor Suppy, our next visit was a complete opposite. There were knowledglegable staff to help. Amd we left getting what we wanted. Still a lack of goods. But were happy with the help. Im sure it has so.ething to do with the Christmas season as well. Just wanted to let people know.
