So, I went in looking for industrial Staples for my husbands stapler. The cashier, who was the only one I saw, told me to go look over there... On the left. So, didnt find it after looking to the left and when I went back to him, he said look on the left. He asked me if I looked on the left. Im no idiot, but I did look on the left and didnt find them so I went to look fo someone else. No where to be found. I left and vowed to never go there for anything again. Thanks, but no thanks,.
I always loved tractor supply. They have good quality products and have really great prices. I helped a friend with his new stove and the tee was way cheaper than the place he bought it from. The tee was a hundred and fifty dollar a tractor supply had the same exact one for fifty nine dollars. Thats a really big difference in prices.
Had hose sprayer I wanted
Sadly this store has really gone downhill- and as the only hardware store in town now, there is no excuse- this is the time to step up. A week ago it looked like a bomb went off where the outside plants were the way those few in stock were dried out and thrown about. Inside anything you need just isnt there- not the dog food I buy, not the fertilizer I needed, not the chicken fencing that online said it was available at this location, heck not even drywall screws! Really sad...
My opinion the store needs help really bad merchandising. Especially the clothing and shoe dept needs addressing. You cant even fit threw dept with cart,also stuff not price the shoes mixed up. You dont know prices. I had the patience to sort of fight to figure it out but probably would of walked out. Their was a pair of boots in clearance in back. No one could figure it out. It said see manger so i asked in front they tried to scan it came up with nothing so put them back. The tractor supply in general has a lot of things to offer i shop there. I used to live in monroe so i went to that store a lot. This my first time in store was not impressed. I think i shared enough.have a great day.

The customer service agents are very courteous, namely Jessie and the two other guys, who came to help put our new pellet stove in our minivan. They’re great sense of humor made the entire experience fun.
Placed order on September 6 had not received the order by the 20th reached out the customer service they corrected the problem caused by UPSs and my order was in store on the 24th. Thankyou for your help

Good supply of animal food and all around good selection of tools, clothing, equipment. Also my girls like to come with me to see baby chicks and ducks.
The staff is very helpful here. One time I was here during a downpour and a staff person offered me to pull my car up and he loaded the 50lb bag of chicken feed I purchased.

2022-06-27City girl rented a Home Depot pickup to drive an hour to Stony Point to go pick up 5 cattle panels for her urban garden to make her life-long dream of having an arch covered with vining plants a reality. Was given some incorrect information that the cattle panels could all be tied together to make for easier transport, but it turned out this wasnt possible. An angel named Peter stayed with us while we tried to figure out how we could safely transport these 16 panels so that we wouldnt have to nix our plans or make 3 trips back and forth and was so helpful and patient with us. I really appreciated his can-do attitude and helpful approach. And alas - I now have arches in my garden!! Amazing!

2021-05-16I love TSC! Its really the only place I can pick up a pair of jeans or socks in my hometown. Since my future mother-in-law works for an Indiana location I cant say anything negative but somebodys got to hit up the urinal with a descaler.

2018-12-07I get pet supplies, dog food and bird seeds there. They have good selections. Also sometimes you can find cool Western style shirts. They also sale ducklings and chicks seasonally. Its fun to go there to see because they have some unique items.

2018-08-23We went to tractor supply to get a large dog run, as well as accessories for it. (It was modular, so we got the attachable dog house, rotating food and water bins, and cover/roof.) The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used in store pickup, as we had ordered online. A big plus is the online system allows you to pay by PayPal, thus eliminating the need to have to take out a credit card. The store itself is clean and well organized. We ended up buying a few other items in there during our trip. A great plus is that they allow dogs in their stores!

2018-03-06A nice surprise! Wouldnt have thought to see this store in the area, but Very greatful that it here. Great customer service, well stocked, and friendly staff. Very clean layout, and easy to find the items youre looking for. I stop in at least twice a week just to see any new items, or whats on sale.
