Trader Joes in other cities:
Love Trader Joes in general for their quality goods, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. This store is conveniently located near the 1 & 2 train stations at 72nd Street. However, because of the location, the store is ALWAYS packed and usually low in stock of most commonly coveted staple items.
You can make someone’s day so much better by simply being kind . I had Ice as my cashier today, she was so kind and so engaged and had the most amazing energy, I was having THE WORST day and just her kind vibe and a quick chat about pickles made me walk out with a smile! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience but I’ve never had a good one like this before. Thank you Ice !
This is my favorite TJ ,I always enjoyed going there,Today I went and I love to speak with Alex, one of the cashiers, he was so friendly and talkative. The customer service in TJ is the best customer service so far that I have seen in any supermarket in Manhattan and the Bronx.Keep up with the good work guys. You rock!!!!
Went to this Trader Joe’s on Friday and everyone seemed on high alert making me feel very uncomfortable. The workers themselves look uncomfortable too. I had asked for help and literally felt like I hawk was watching me and the worker. I don’t know what’s wrong with the management there but they need to ease down.
Nice as always. My kids like their Thai Shrimp Gyoza and Korean pancakes, and I like their Red Argentinian Shrimp from the frozen section. Their non-sorbate pitted prunes (only one ingredient) are great healthy snack. Their produces are per each so we can pick the best one instead of the lightest one. I like the salt and pepper they have. They are very nice and easy to turn, and we like to have fresh pepper. I heard that their prices are always on sale so no coupon needed. I can just focus on what I want instead of what’s on sale. Moreover, when I have a fixed menu every week, my grocery bills from Trader Joe’s are relatively the same.Love their nothing added dry fruits, dumplings, and frozen Korean beef! Sometimes I craved for Asian food, and they have a good selection for me so that I don’t need to go too far away or order to-go (too oily for me sometimes).Great place to shop for food!
Good selections of grocery and products, usually a long wait to buy your things. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Atmosphere sometimes is super hectic and sometimes calm. Overall pretty good store for all your needs.Tip: if you bring a second person with you have them wait on line so when your done shopping around go find the person and you dont have to stand on long lines ever. Works for me.
My 5 star goes to not the store but an employee that works there by the name of JORDY. I went to shop on 7/9/22 had to pick upy favorite salad and a bag of cranberries, which happened to be on another floor. I was already online and by the way I walk with a cane, and I needed the cranberries which were down stairs. Here comes this young man JORDY whos asks me if I would like him to go get my bag of cranberries, I almost fell over because now adays people just dont want to work even with a job. He made my day, thanks trader Joes for having JORDY on your team. ❤️
Great place...good food and reasonable prices...also things exclusive to Trader Joes..I always like to try their new and seasonal items. Yes its often crowded with a long checkout line. It moves fast...and you can finish your shopping in line.Very nice and enthusiastic people work here. I am glad to have a Trader Joes in my neighborhood!
Great selection of produce, fruits, diary and meats. The line is always long, but goes quick and the value you save is worth it.The way to shop here is to shop as you go with the line. You pass diary, produce, meats, and even the samples. If a team member is walking by, you could ask nicely for an item, they are very helpful is helping customers.
I just love the food there... Just wish theyd stop playing with my gastronomic emotions and keep all my favorites in stock: ALL THE TIME.I nearly cried when I learned they discontinued my stacked eggplant. The vanilla bean paste- the true nectar of the baking and entertaining goddesses- is MIA.Sigh... And my cinnamon babka... Where did it go? Love you all at 13th and Arch, nonetheless ❤️
☠DO NOT APPLY 2 WORK AT TRADER JOES☠ the screeners are interviewers and thats all and they have zero power to offer position or make promises!! They are suppose to let you know in 1 week either way but they are so disorganized that they constantly pass the buck while you were told somebody is going to contact you. DONT call the store because all the Caucasian managers are RUDE, DISMISSIVE, DONT WANT TO HELP & SCOLD YOU ON THE PHONE about their procedures when it was not thoroughly explained to you, their HR is pure CHAOS!! DONT GO IN STORE EITHER because the same Rudeness and Disrespectful attitude is intensified in person without a care about YOU! The interviewee ANGELA promised to call me back the following day post interview...she did NOT! I followed up by phone calls 10 days later because nobody returned ny call but Angela was filled with excuses and that she was on Vacation the day she promised to call back (??) & somebody shouldve called me ( lies) & that she will contact me agaun with orientation interview tomorrow (again)...waited another 8 days with no phone call so I went in the store to find the status of my orientation and a RUDE CAUCASIAN short haired older manager refused to assist me, repeated the same thing over and over like a robot while frowning at me(!!??), was unprofessional and all she said repeatedly was Ill have ANGELA call you when Angela is not even the hiring manager!!! When I said Angela has zero power & does not follow up as promised so why was I promised a follow up and my time wasted... the womans voice became sharp!!! When I asked to speak to Hiring Manager I was met with a sharp NO as if hes GOD!! I said their office was right there and everyone keeps passing the buck & I keep putting off other offers when I was told I got this job...she sharply tore a piece of post-it and said write ur name & # Angela will contact you over and over again with a sharp tone. I wrote down my # and I also wrote that I withdrew my application due to utter unprofessionalisn!! Angela waisted 3 weeks of my precious time I cannot get back. If they treat their stellar applicants so poorly imagine how they treat their own Crew!!! Most Jr non-manager leads are ethnic and all hiring managers are White!!!! You Go Trader Joes for Equal Opportunity Employment!!! This is not the only place I am submitting my complaint to. I have other agencies and other boards I have in mind because I need to warn people. They only want young and dumb employees who do not know labor laws & their rights! TJ LIES!! I am completely boycotting TJ. After how poorly I was treated, I refuse to pour my hard earned money into a store where managers treat their employees and applicants like CATTLE...MMOOOOO!
I frequent this location and have had the pleasure of dealing with two checkout persons that deserve recognition; Renata and Samantha. They are both soooo kind and helpful and pleasant and super friendly. Management should be proud of them. Both Renata and Samantha represent the Trader Joe’s brand exceptionally well and Trader Joe’s is fortunate to have them on their side. Sincerely.
I always loved going to this Trader Joes when I lived in the neighborhood! Such great variety and staff there. The lines are really long, but they move very fast. You can find anything you need at affordable prices. Its also right on the M5 route which is awesome. I used to take the M5 down and get dropped off right in front of the entrance and then to go home I usually crossed the street to take the M5 back home. Very accessible.
This Trader Joes really needs an upgrade on organization. I think the layout of the store could be a bit better. It is an excellent store but is a far cry from its original counterpart on Arroyo Parkway and Mission Street in South Pasadena, my old neighborhood. The lines were very long but it made up for it with excellent customer service. Excellent products!!!
I would love to give this location 5 stars because the staff and products are excellent. The staff keeps the high trafficked store in stock with what is on hand and the lines moving. However, the only downfall is the elevator has been out of order at least 6 times in the past two weeks. As I always have my infant with me at all times, I need access. And not only me but other moms, the elderly, and the disabled need access.Ive ended up going to the other location on 93rd and Columbus which is a great store but its a 3 mile round trip walk.
It’s a very busy store but and can be hard at times to navigate with a stroller but the people are always so friendly there. I love how great the employees are to my daughter and me including Natalia who remembers us every time we come and is such a joy to interact with.
Like many other people, I love Trader Joes. And that really is the only downside to their stores: there are simply too many shoppers and the lines to checkout are getting longer and longer. I wish theyd deliver as it would reduce the number of visitors. Oh, and I am also looking forward to their nw location opening on the East side.
Always a pleasure. Discovered many frozen fish, vegetarian and non-meat vegan ethnic special meals which make my 2-person household celebrate. The cashier was so attentive, helpful and fun. Plus everything is described to guide the shoppers eyes. Finally, the prices are so much better than Whole Foods and the service is incomparable.
Trader Joes in my opinion an excellent place to shop, their produce and fruits very nice, reasonable prices... Meats always looking fresh... canned goods are priced way cheaper than any store... Now mind you, youre not going to find things like sodas, and name brand items that are advertised which comes at higher price level... Trader Joes products, in my opinion, a family store that looks out for healthy eating with lower prices in mind
This place has never been a bigger resource than now when food prices are quickly rising. Never more valuable than during this high inflationary period. Almost 50% cheaper for many staple pantry items. If you cannot find something, ask. I find that the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Go mid-afternoon for lower lines. But even when longer, the lines move very quickly. Best store bought ice cream, IMHO.
This location is AMAZING! Its my favorite spot to do groceries in the City. The variety is exceptional and prices are super competitive. There are multiple floors and everything is well organized. Watch out: the line for the register can get pretty long depending on the day and time of the day
Well Im not sure its worth walking across town to shop here. Many products are not organic, and when they are its the same price than anywhere else. This TJ isnt so big. I know their frozen food is said to be very good; but I forgot my frozen food bag and they dont sell any.
I don’t know what happened. The items are the same, the lines a little slower, maybe due to spacing, the prices still great. The last 2 times I have gone have been met with cashiers with a really poor attitude. No smiles, no conversation, nasty As heck, and no thank you. I mentioned it to the manager and he basically nodded. So, won’t be going there any more. I will stick with Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh delivery service. Don’t need attitude while I shop.
Owned by Aldi family. Very low key operation. Privately owned so no public reports on sales. Everyone who works there is nice and seem genuinely happy people, not unlike the Nordstrom crowd. Great products and good prices. Loooove this store. One of the stores in the city packs its expired products in clean separate garbage bags so the homeless and fixed income people have a shopping and trading bononza. This is decency and dignity combined. Be sure to shop here when you can , you will love it!!
Always a good time in there, I love grocery shopping! And also really great value, cant go wrong at TJs!!!...went in today tho (2/21) and had to deal with a rude cashier, the attitude was so unnecessary! Smh Were all going thru things but that doesnt make it ok to be nasty to other ppl!....otherwise tho, always enjoy my trips there!!
This is not my favorite Trader Joes, but their staff is always helpful and nice. I find the setup to be inconvenient (2 floors) and they dont have the tiny carts, only large carts and baskets (sounds petty but this is important if youre a big TJs fan). Ive found that they run out of items more often than the Chelsea location (where I usually prefer to shop after work), but in all fairness, it could be the result of when I chose to shop.
The store that makes grocery shopping fun! Great products at fair prices. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Theyve been keeping the store immaculate during the pandemic and sanitize every cart afterevery use. My only complaint is that they frequently discontinue my favorite items.
I love Trader Joes but the store at 72nd and Broadway always takes some courage to enter. I know the location is successful- this is obvious from the lines which have never ceased since the doors opened. On this visit the escalators were down so I was redirected to the stairs in the right. I only need to stick up on my addiction: TJs Multi-grain Chips and Salsa Verde. One look at that line and I made an immediate u-turn back up and out the door! I did notice this adorable, Thanksgiving gingerbread turkey project. Oh well, maybe next year 😊
Trader Joes are always busy!! The staffs are friendly and attended to the needs of the customers, They welcome us when arriving with a 😊 and say goodbye when were leaving with a kind word.I am satisfied when shopping at Trader Joes because I always get what I need. The cashiers are always friendly when checking us out...Clean environment.
I got in line at noon and waited in line for fifteen minutes. The line snakes around the store, and customers do not social distance while waiting or while accessing the refrigerators which one is lined up against. I may be spoiled because the TJs at Albee Square in Brooklyn never has a wait this long, or even close. Its also a hard story to shop in because it is on two levels, requiring use of an escalator for ones card and oneself.
This one is a little awkward, smaller store, smaller lines. This location continues to stock my favorites, even when other locations abandon them. Still the most convenient in regards to transportation. Have to say its the top TJs location for me. Been to Bklyn, Union Square and Chelsea...
I like Trader Joe’s. I like their selections their prices and most everything about the store. I don’t even mind the long lines. However I do not like non-service dogs in the place where I buy food. This time it was a PUPPY, pulling on the breads, sniffing everything, obviously not a service dog. I was told the store is not allowed to ask if it is a service dog or not. Rather disgusting. Yes, it was cute, but it’s an untrained dog in a place where you buy food to feed your family. Also yes, service dogs are necessary and they have papers and badges to show that they are trained service dogs. Trader Joe’s should be required to ask to see these badges and/or papers before allowing dogs into the store
Im a satisfied customer. There was a short line and the line went rather quickly. The store wasnt crowded and everyone wore masks and did their best to social distance. They were well-stocked and I found everything except salmon. All I could find was farm-raised, including the ones labelled Atlantic, which I think is rather tricky...a play on words?Trader Joes please keep your integrity.
Terrible experience. The cashier was rude and unhelpful. Not to mention she forgot to give me a few items I was charged for. Another worker screamed and called a bunch of customers idiots because they used the escalator instead of the stairs even though there was no sign. I guess trader Joes will take anyone now a days.
Traders has the best food & employees. Everything Ive ever purchased, tastes great & my daughters and their friends agree. Staff is phenomenal & I mean that. They ask you if you need assistance, they dont wait for you to. Theyll do anything to make your shopping a great time. Always have laughs w them when I visit. Atmosphere is nice.
Theyre doing a pretty good job handling social distancing. The line outside is managed at the door and at the back of the line. They keep the aisles fairly empty. The store is well stocked. I suppose the one complaint I have is that they dont carry a broad line of goods. Its not a supermarket... Its a discount gourmet store. Thats only so useful to me.
Trader Joe’s has always been a vibe. In COVID times, they’ve tried doing their part with cutting down the amount of people they let in at a time. But let’s be real here. The amount of customers they get are too many to hold accountable for when inside the store. I think Trader Joe’s rush hour is a real thing haha. They do however care if your mask is or is not properly placed. They will kindly ask you to fix. Overall, great produce, a lot of options, and affordable prices for quality products. Can’t even pick which isle is the best.
Amazing prices, and the snacks are great. I only have to complain about the frozen lunches. Last week I bought some of the Bibimbap rice bowl and the Vegetable Pad Thai and when I opened them, they didnt look even close than the way they looked on the cover of the package. But they tasted ok, and the price was pretty great even for the way they looked and tasted. But the snacks are great, and I love the seasonal gingerbread houses.
I always love going to Trader Joe’s. Even though with Covid there is a line outside, don’t let it discourage you. It usually moves fast and it also means there won’t be too much of a line at checkout since they are monitoring the capacity inside. Go and live your best grocery life!!
Good price on most items, they have some things I cant get anywhere else (like good Alfredo sauce, Pretzel bread, or the fantastic store brand triple ale!). I dont bother with the meat section anymore though, had some negative experience and I think whole foods is better for that. Also the lines are very long after 9pm, best to come at opening time (8am).
This location is usual quite nice and quiet. Its especially dead during weekdays, which is when Im able to go, perfect for browsing and shopping! Never have to wait in line, awesome selection of items, fully stocked shelves and nice staff. Whats not to love? Highly recommend - prices are also reasonable. Only awkward thing is the layout - split across 2 floors, too many escalators ;)
It’s good. Usually the store is well stocked but every once In awhile it looks like that biblical plague of locusts swarmed through. The line are ridiculously long but the way to combat that is timing. Go Wednesday mid morning and not Friday after 5.Their nuts are horrible though. Passable if you don’t know any better. But unacceptable if you’re used to great quality.I like the place though and go for reasonably priced organic food. AND THEIR BACON!? The best!
The first thing I love, is the fact that this location is so near the train station. As for the store, Trader Joes, I love the service and I was able to get everything on my list. Additionally, I walked away with a feeling of satisfaction because I spent much less than Id anticipated. Will surely visit again!!
Quality as always superior and in every TJ! I have always been their fan no matter where... LA, SF, DC, or NY..., And this store has the very friendly and helpful staff just like other stores. I am new in the area, and the up and down floors with what at where is hard to locate. Fortunately those wonderful staff are so helpful, so I got my shopping done in short time. The only thing missing was my favorite pistachio gelato, but found out it was discontinued. I wish it will come back. Instead, I found a very good Chocolate ice cream this time, I am still happy!
Okay... just saw Gv.K & decided to visit this Trader Joes locale. i was blown away of the multiple levels it has. completely blown away.i have been to a few but this one.... speechless.besides the above mentioned, there was, surprisingly, a very long line for checkout that moved quickly.for my 1st time here & since i was acquainted with the chain, & knew what i was looking for, i was unable to ask anyone for assistance & i knew the friendly & helpful staff would obliged.will visit again when iam in the neighbourhood.
If you like Trader Joe’s, you’ll enjoy this location. Workers are friendly and helpful, as usual. Placement of products really makes sense. They also give a good amount of room in the aisles to move around which to me is an issue with many TJ. Line wait times were acceptable as well.
This is a small Trader Joes but is convenient for me. The store is super clean and the staff is very nice. Their prices are great for fruit and veggies and I find their produce last longer than other markets. Maybe because its fresher and doesnt sit in the shelves for long.
How fast they try and get you through the paying process is amazing. Line went through about 15 people in like 20 minutes max. Well staffed on rush hours. And inventory is what is expected of trader Joes. Large selection of different foods, drinks. The produce from my experience always seems fresher than my local super market.
This was my first time coming to Traders since i was like 6 and I’ve come to realize everything is so cheap, I wanted to buy the whole store. I will literally never shop anywhere else not even Key Foods because Trader Joe’s has them beat. The only thing I didn’t like was how long the lines were when I first went inside because it was hard to get to like the meat sections without bumping into the people that’s standing in line. .. but as I was done shopping the line was so short and I stood less then 5 mins in line. They have a person navigating and telling people what register to go to so it’s really quick and easy. Overall best shopping experience! And also even the customers that shopped there were telling me food to try and how they loved the food here. So I loved the vibes and everyone there.
Its a mad house in there...all the time. Never an associate nearby to help you when your looking for an item so then you have to walk to the people with poles telling you where the line starts. Its very clean, bright and the people are friendly. But the store runs like organized chaos. My last choice compared to whole foods for overall atmosphere. But first choice for food, price, and friendliness of employees.
This establishment has the best priced groceries. The produce is very fresh and there are many delicious Frozen options. The Associates that work here are very friendly and helpful. It is vary popular store so they constantly restocking items. It is suggested to get an empty cart/basket then shop downstairs (where the Frozen foods, pastries, pasta, and snacks are located) then come on the line and continue shopping while in the line. Although it is the busiest Trader Joes in the nation, dont let the long lines overwhelm you, they move quickly.
During covid times, the best time to visit trader Joes is between 8:00 - 8:30 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The selection of delectables are abundant and the cashier lines are shorter. What I love about trader Joes is the ambience. It feels right out of the country... Everything hand written and crafted to please the asthetics. The frozen section is mind-blowing. I love their three layer hummus and buy it every week. Wish they had an online shopping portal... But with the same experience as the in-store one.
Love the food, love the prices. the line lengths can get crazy but there are 33 registers so you end up moving through pretty quickly. still tends to clog up the rest of the store as you are shopping though since the line weaves throughout the whole floor. overall, an awesome place for grocery shopping!
I am a big fan of Trader Joes but dont love this basement store. Theres nothing on the street but an escalator, then 2 floors below that full of food and produce. Only one checkout line so you really have to spot everything or put it into your cart before you get on line. (I usually do half my shopping while in line...)
What to say? It is Trader Joe’s!This location specifically does not have much room for the cashier lines - which in any given day is huge but I have found that even when it is all the way back it might only take 20-25min... so I guess is not that bad ... even whole foods on Columbus Circle is probably the same waiting time.I think People should just go to the line when ready... but that is just the way it is... so you will find a bunch of people in line that are actually still shopping...
I love Trader Joes. They are the best. If they would have been near my place , I would have never shopped my groceries from anywhere else. Their strawberries, blueberries, blackberries are very fresh and cheaper than any other grocery store. They have a great collection of healthy snacks. The best part is when buying any snack from here you can recognize almost all the ingredients and list of ingredients is less than 10 in most of the items.
I LOVE this place! They have everything I need for my low carb requirements AND its organic. There are multiple floors so even when its busy, it doesnt feel too outrageously crowded. Their checkout system is efficient and quick. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes in line, and the staff have always been very pleasant, knowlegable and helpful. Best part, though, is that the prices are great! I bought an entire hand basket worth of groceries, and my tab only came out to $57. Once I realized taking the trip down to Trader Joes was not only healthier than my local grocer but also significantly healthier, I only shop there now.
Good store, they have good food and they also have their own products, I like this place although I’m not always find what I’m looking for, the staff are very helpful and friendly, they are good organized, very careful with the social distant and they follow all the healthy rules.
Ive been shopping this Trader Joes since it opened in 2007. Love it!Unfortunately, lately there has been MANY times theyre OUT OF MANY PRODUCTS. Could be the times I shop so my advice is dont shop weekday evenings.Other than that, staff is very polite and always willing to help. Aisles are very clean and well organized when products are actually available.
The lines move fast even though they are long and the cashier was very friendly. I love the sense of humor they have there. For Thanksgiving they have a turkey hanging from the ceiling holding a Trader Joes bag in which hes carrying what looks like a bottle of hot sauce 😂
The vibe that the employees give off is always positive. They genuinely are nice to you and like to make conversation. Its always positive and happy in there. The quality of there products is outstanding and there an ethically conscious company. Great selection of organic foods etc. You feel the care all around from store design and marketing to the food. Of course the prices are great. Yea Trader Joes any day vs. your average I dont give a crap supermarket.
I love this market. I walk from my work to 72nd street and stop by Trader Joe to pick up my health food on top of my health walk :) Very pleasing customer crowd and very friendly cashiers. Always carry around your bag to save some packaging material from getting wasted. They also put you on a ruffle if you bring your own bag.
Whoa. This place was really different than the Trader Joes from my neck of the woods. It was well stocked with lots of employees to help but I was shocked that the Monday evening rush had a checkout line 200 people deep (not exaggerating a tiny bit). The queue wrapped around the entire inside wall of the store. They assured me it would go quick, and with 32 checkstands it did. 15 minutes and I was out. Ive waited longer than that at Costco.I guess this is common Sundays and Mondays but not other evening rushes.
Usually crazy crowded with long lines. Trader Joes has great values on food and is worth shopping at for that reason. Very friendly staff. Reasonably good selection. Popular items do run out. Good quality. It is probably the best supermarket for your money in Manhattan. I do wish theyd open more locations so its not such a mob scene at their stores
Absolutely the only problem I have with this location is that I just spent $70 on groceries for one person. This location is well-stocked and civil compared to others. Of course the staff is excellent and are nice to me even when I have obviously just stress-cried in front of the cheese.Lance in particular was super nice to me today and I hope he gets some kind of prize. Queens forever!
What can I say about this place? Its a tiki/trader-themed grocery experience! First of all I have to say that the company treats its employees really well and you can see that on the way the employees treat the customers. They understand its a chain reaction and its really working! One other thing that I appreciate is that you can return items. In the company’s own words: “Try it. We think you’ll like it. If you don’t, bring it back for a full refund.”The other great thing is the plethora of types of cheeses. They also give away the Fearless Flyer, an amazing circular, which you can grab for free at the front of the store if it doesn’t land in your mailbox. Lastly, they encourage you to bring your own bags! If you do, you write your name and phone number on the slip for a chance to win a free $25 to spend on groceries next week!
One of the best places to grocery shop. They have very good selection of produce, vegetable, meat , sea food, cheese and frozen food. I like this place because of its products and prices. The only problem that I have is that its always crowded and the do not have any fast check out lanes like other stores (five items or less). I wish they will have one or two fast check out in the future. Overall I love this grocery store.
I love Trader Joe’s. Best option in the neighborhood. You can’t beat their prices and good quality. You buy food for your whole month and spend 60 dollars. I know this location has many employees, but they need to figure something out with regard to the lines. They’re always so long! It’s good that you can shop while waiting in line, and they have 30+ cashiers, so it moves fast, but still. I’ve seen people waiting in line outside on weekends - it gets this busy!

2022-03-23Welcome everyone to the busiest to Trader Joe’s in the country! Yes, in the country! I do love Trader Joe’s they have a variety of original products especially the frozen section on the lower level. Their chocolate is also very good. This staff is consistently smiling and always very helpful and skilled packing the groceries.

2022-06-08I love, love, love Trader Joe’s: love the prices, the variety & order. But, I think most of all I love the people who work there. It doesn’t matter if I go to the one 22nd street or the one on 72nd street; it’s always the same great service AND great music. When I walked in “Shout” by Tears for Fears was playing (took me back to my exchange program in Paris). Shout out to Eileen (operating the elevator at 72nd street) and Michael who was our cashier today.I hope the company treats you all well.Pax,Carmen

2022-04-12My first visit back here since the start of the pandemic in 2020. Store is just as clean, well-organized, and cheerily staffed as it has been for years... Took a little hunting to find a few favorite items which werent exactly where I left them in 2020. But the 2022 staffers on the floor are always knowledgeable and helpful... The check-out line remains an amazement. Fast and efficient! No matter how long the line appears, it moves fast! I was delighted to stock up on all my Trader Joe favorites again... Which for me include a wide range of nuts and dark chocolates. The dark peanut butter cups lurking in the checkout line area were my reward for a Sunday morning shopping hour well spent. Back in the Trader Joes shopping habit again!

2022-07-04The employees are VERY helpful, especially when it comes to the elderly & disabled. Was back in there the other day, and one of those helpful employees (who helped us several times before), asked where my wife was. This, brought a smile to me, and fortified my belief that not only are the employees there good, but human-beings as well. Thanks!

2022-02-21Despite being known as the busiest Trader Joe’s in the country, I very much enjoy frequenting this location for its selection and well organized floorplan. The challenging thing about this place is that by the evening, many items are gone. So if there are items in high demand, you have to be lucky that you get there early enough or exactly after they have restocked.

2022-04-09I go for the fresh prepackage salad greens, their selection of fruit and love the vegetable dumplings that can be steamed or pan fried. Most of the time the lines (2) to checkout are long but it goes pretty quick. Easy access by 1, 2, and 3 trains on 72nd street. Its right across the street from train station.
