As an existing Tragar customer, I knew i wanted to go with them for my oil tank replacement. John G. was very professional i knew right away once he walked through the door that i wanted Tragar to do the job. Unlike other companies John was on time and explained the process and laid everything out on the table with all possible options. Tragar was able to accommodate to my schedule and again were on time for the installation. The 2 install techs that did the job were very professional, no cutting corners and were nice enough to explain and show what was done. From the extremely clean install to how they got the new tank down the basement in the tightest of spaces shows they know what they are doing. And shoutout to Sam who has been servicing me for the past 2 years, hes very professional and knowledgeable. And to Michelle and office staff who have been very helpful as well
Sean B. Was the tech who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to tips about cleaning and maintaining my unit. He was so very respectful of my house and made sure he wore covers on his boots to not dirty the house. Within minutes he found the issue with the unit and made the proper repairs I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an AC service because of him. Thanks again!

Excellent experience! I’m a happy camper 👏I called at 4:55 pm to request service on my A/C unit. Danny arrived in half an hour. He did some trouble shooting and was able to repair the problem in about an hour. He displayed excellent knowledge of the mini-split system, was very courteous and thorough. He showed and explained the repair process to me.
Carlos is the best and experienced technician in the company. He came twice for the service. First he came in 2019 and again today. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He is very polite and respectful. He explains everything in detail. He is very honest. I will always recommend him whenever we need service in the future. We just switched to Tragar this year and had a great first experience with our technician Orin. He was so kind and patient with us and explained so many aspects of our oil burner and tank systems to us. Where to start? It’s so nice to have a technician that knows what he’s doing, working on your burner. Not only was Frankie polite, patient with my questions, but extremely professional. He is an asset to Tragar.On a side note- he was considerate of my home, cleaning up the work area when he finished. That is a major concern of mine. To respect me and my home. The installation team was here in the AM, on a snow day ready to install my new boiler. With the plow just blocking in the driveway, theTeam hopped out, cleared out the driveway, and kicked a** on install. Great team, great work and very reliable. I’d highly recommend using Tragar for any heating related services.
Horrible customer service! My contract @$2.29 gal was expiring 1/31/22. I called when I had 3/4 tank, mid Jan. They told me to call when I had 1/2 tank. 5 days before my contract expired, I called to order 1/2 tank delivery.They said I couldn’t have used 1/2 tank since my 1/9/22 delivery. They wouldn’t deliver 1/2 tank until after my 1/31/22 expiration date. How convenient! Tragar would only deliver oil when the price is over $1more per gal! When they called to ask if I’d renew, I said No & explained why. That person was surprised by what happened. So, if you have a contract with Tragar & need 1/2 tank before it expires, you won’t get it unless of course oil pricing will be lower once your contract expires. I’d stay away from Tragar. There are far more reputable oul companies out there.
Extremely happy with the service provided by Danny B! Hes very patient and very knowledgeable. I knew right away he was someone I could trust. There was a leaking valve on the boiler. The first visit from another tech the previous day had not resolved the issue, but Danny knew right away that it was because the cap placed on it needed to be tightened. He explained the science behind why that would work. He also patiently and throughly answered any questions I had regarding annual maintenance, what the service plan covered, and showed me how to adjust the water temperature, which immediately improved the quality of our showers. I have to say on behalf of myself and family ...thank you!!
The technicians are great. They seem very knowledgeable, they are very professional, and take pride in what they do. The only reason I give 4 stars is because their customer service is not on par. I have had multiple issues when it came to starting up a contract, to scheduling a tuneup.

Russell came promptly at the early end of the arrival window and fixed our boiler issue quickly. Tragar has been very reliable for us, maybe not the cheapest but they have always been able to help us when we needed which is worth it.

My service technician was Frankie Cedeno. He arrived ahead of schedule. The tune up went well and he was not put off when asked questions, made sure to clean up when done and made sure the heating system was working as needed. Great service.
Orin, the service technician who did my oil burner tuneup today, was professional, polite, kind, and thorough. It is very evident that he takes pride in his work. He explained all of the steps that are involved in this process and made sure everything was in order and working properly before leaving.

Service technician Jamil B. Came to our home recently to perform the annual inspection of ourOne year old A/C system that was a installed by another contractor. He was right on time and very pleasant and professional. He took his time and found three problems that could have caused problems and possible water damaged to our home. He went out to get parts to replace the one year old parts that were improperly installed.Thank you Jamil B. And thank you TRAGARFor hiring such a nice and knowledgeable young man

I had a unusual, loud noise coming from my furnace when I got up this morning. I called Tragar and was lucky enough to have Adam assigned to me to handle my service call. He was able to isolate the noise to my Beckett gun. He methodically eliminated the potential sources of the noise in order to diagnose the underlying cause and correct the problem. I am extremely grateful for the service he provided. The true measure of a high quality home heating company is when you have a problem with your furnace in the dead of winter. I am happy to say Tragar didnt disappoint.

Akeem installed an expansion tank on our boiler system. He did a great job…explained what he was going to do and it was obvious that he knew the technical aspects of our System 2000. Was professional, punctual and friendly. Highly recommend!
Alex came with a helper, Luis. Alex was excellent. He reviewed the manual, while trying to find the intermittent problem with our pool heater. He found the problem, and clearly explained it to us. He clearly knows his business. Top notch! He refused a tip, saying he didnt physically do anything. When does that happen?

We loved Tragar so much that we used them again! From the salesperson, John, to the final inspection, Tragar goes above and beyond. Adam was terrific! Early on a Sunday morning, he analyzed our hot water problem in just a few minutes, then replaced the parts that had failed and got it working quickly. Stayed around the make sure everything was working as it should. This is why we use Tragar!
We are away on vacation and our carbon monoxide detectors went off! Scary! Tragar came within an hour to see what was going on! The staff was sooooo Thorough and Checked everything! I called Tragar and in less than an hour Russell was here. As soon as I showed him a video of the issue, he was able to pinpoint the trouble and adjust the burner. I am thrilled with Tragars response time and their experienced techs.

I’ll NEVER do business with this Fugazi “family company” again….i don’t know who’s more dishonest and incompetent, the son or the father 🤷🏻♀️…seems to be too much chlorine in that gene pool! The oil is over priced and never delivered on time, the service is sllowwww, unreliable and served with an attitude…these poor, hard-working employees sound like slaves chained to their desk, can ya blame them?! This guy needs to worry about running his business more and less about his own vanity…

Horrible company ran by terrible ownership. Lies about price and service quality and scams everyone. Employees seem miserable and not fairly compensated. The owner is a wannabe “businessman” who knows nothing about how to run a business. “Family owned and operated?”…if this was my family…I’d get a divorce.
Looks can be deceiving….seems like an honest local, family owned business…but IT’S NOT!! They tell you one thing on the phone, then once they’re in your house…they run ramp shot over your equipment, play God, and then charge you 5-10X more than they next guy….all with a smile on their face! Just one man’s opinion…dishonest con-men who’ll do ANYTHING to make a buck…shame.

I have had issues with my central a/c and heating unit in the past, especially after I converted from oil to gas. Tragar has been great in addressing every issue when it comes up and today was no exception. In the past I’ve had Carlos O come to check on the unit. He has done such a great job. I now ask for him by name because he has become so knowledgeable about my systems. Today he came again and fixed my heating which was not working. It’s very stressful to have an issue like that in these frigid temps. Carlos came, he was very nice and professional as always. He fixed in minutes. Great service once again. Thank you Carlos!

Tragar management is excellent. I have personally experienced, how they are willing to go extra miles to make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their services. When our new heating system installed by them about a month ago, experienced some issues with the installations, the general manager reached out to me, to check and follow up if everything is fixed to my satisfaction, and they did! Everything is working great again as expected. Its very comforting to know that a company is there available for you, should something goes wrong, they will not turn their back on you. Im so happy with my decision of having them for our new heating system.
We had our boiler serviced by Sam. He was very pleasant and thorough. Our boiler now runs quieter and we were extremely pleased with Sams work. Let me add that he wore a mask which showed respectfor his safety and ours.
Carlos arrived to my house and was able to help me resolve my issue I was having with my upstairs thermostat immediately. Problem was fixed and was finished in a timely manner. Couldn’t be any more happier with the service.
My AC failed me on one of the hottest day in the summer this year. My neighbor recommended me to give Vinny a call at Tragar because they had also used them two years ago. I called Vinny and he advised me to call the service for emergency which they did the next day. After consultation with Vinny and having past two years of furnace shut down during the winter, I decided to use them to replace my whole central furnace and AC system. It was already 27 years old and it uses the old freon which cost a lot to add, not to mention it’s bad for the environment. After he sourced all the parts, the installation was scheduled for the following week from 7am to 9am. The crew came on time as expected and finished on time as well, giving me back my day to do other things. They completed within 3 hours period. They put out large floor coverings to keep my place clean and made sure testing the unit for both the heating and cooling system. They even tested my humidifier that was previously installed to make sure the tubes were filled with water and electric box mounted properly. I am quite satisfied with their service from this experience. I would recommend them.

Steve was polite, professional and did a fantastic job. He tried several different things to get our boiler running properly. He took his time and we couldn’t have been happier with his service.
Sam was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions about the heating system and made sure all three heating zones were working properly. He explained the things he did to “tune up“ the burner and cleaned his work area when he was finished . Tragar is lucky to have a technician like Sam.
Danny and Karl were on time, neat and clean. They took out the two old compressors and air handlers and replace them with the new units. The whole job took two days as predicted and the installers did a great job. My wife and I were very happy with their work. Would highly recommend Tragar to anyone looking for AC work.

My heat is not working in the Christmas morning. Tragar send technician to fix my problem within an hour. I really appreciate of it, Especally Mr Akeem Williams. He not only fixed the problem but also explained to me why it happened. At the end, he helps me to double check again if the heat works or not before he left. He is very kind and considerate
My experience with Tragar was nothing less than magnificent. Our central AC unit was producing poor airflow and making terribly loud noises each time that it was operating. After being ripped off by another AC/Heating repair company, I decided to call Tragar for help. Anthony B. came to my home to assess the problem. He was courteous, highly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Within minutes, he figured out the problem.About two weeks later when the parts had arrived, Anthony B. came back out to my home and had the AC up and running again quickly. His service was remarkable. I cant thank him and Tragar enough for helping to resolve our problem. I would recommend Tragar to anyone and will definitely call them again if needed. A++

Got a few estimates to upgrade my 275 basement tank and all were about the same but Tragar sent a rep in person to give the estimate. Ultimately went with them since they came across as incredibly professional and were present to answer questions and offer advice instead of just sending a cookie cutter proposal. Crew was on time and efficient leaving without any mess or issues.

Danny B. Is one of the best techs Ive had in my home. He went out of his way to ensure everything worked properly and even drove 25+ minutes away to get a part that wasnt readily available.
Kevin was very nice. I have a tendency to ask questions and watch as they work. He was polite and gave me good advice as to how to handle my expansion tank problem. What I really liked was that at first I was told my contract would not cover the tank plus the 2 other needed parts. I was not happy . Why do I pay for a contract? As it turns out, there was a miscommunication and I was covered. He was happy for me I think!
Akeem Williams serviced my parent’s home for a heating issue. He is polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to be helpful. I had additional questions unrelated to the service call which he answered and also fixed the problem. He definitely went above and beyond.
Very happy with my recent service call with Akeem at Tragar. He took the time ascertain my concerns with flushing out my boiler and executed the plan to address them with meticulous and clean delivery. John came to the house today. He was very experienced and checked the whole system. He made some adjustments and replaced the thermostat that was broken.
Akeem Willams did an excellent job servicing our boiler today. Starting with a call a half hour before arriving to let us know he was on his way. He then ran through the posible issues that could be causing our boiler problem and explaining which items where covered by our services agreement and what was not covered so that their would be no surprise. Luckily all the parts we needed to replace were covered. He completed the repair quickly and tested the system before leaving. I would request Akeem again.

I just started business with Tragar and Anthony came to my house for the first time. He was friendly, wore his mask and was thorough, even noticing that the cap was off my oil tank, and replaced it. Anthony was my first experience with Tragar service and it was a very good experience.Update: It has now been about a year since I started with Tragar, and I noticed an awful smell coming from my chimney. It was Sunday, Aug 23, the day of the tropical storm that I called and soon spoke with Russ at Tragar. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with my help, got there in less than an hour and cured the condition quickly. He was also very friendly and helpful. Turns out that my older boiler needs a different nozzle than the original specification to burn more cleanly and he was knowledgeable enough to know that.It has been almost a year and a half with Tragar and I have now had both Akeem Williams and Frankie Cedeno to my home. Akeem replaced a pressure release valve and then addressed another concern that I had regarding the heating of my home in very cold weather. He was extremely thorough in finding and fixing the problem (slightly lower than required water pressure in the system). He also took a look at the water heater, which needed a part that had to be ordered. He did that and Frankie came to replace that part when it was in stock, and also did a thorough job. Though it was a simple part to replace, an aquastat, he noticed that the installation could be improved over what had been done in the past and did so.I continue to be very satisfied with Tragar.

Overall have had a great experience working with Tragar since moving into our home earlier this year. When I first called, Tragar was ready to have someone come by the same day but I was not available. This was not an issue because they were able to have someone come by the next day! This is also our third time having Tragar come to our home (first was for tune up, second was to update/replace an item). Anthony came today and did a thorough job making sure everything was up and running. He was professional, arrived with a mask, and wrote up an invoice even though the job was quick and easy (I appreciate this just to have for my own personal records). Would definitely recommend Tragar to any friends or family. I have not had any issues since working with them.
Ive been a customer of Tragar for many many years and they never disappoint. I just had an issue with my air conditioning units and they sent service man Danny. He arrived within two hours of my call. Danny was extremely professional and did not rush through the service call but went above and beyond to check every detail of the two ductless units to resolve the issue. Danny Beltran, a Technician for Tragar Homes Services, was amazing. Unfortunately, we had a flood in our basement due to the boiler feeder braking. Danny was able to explain the issue, drain our boiler with had in excess of 25 gallons of water, replace the broken feeder, and reset our unit. In a very challenging situation, Danny was very calm and extremely knowledgeable about our boiler model. Moreover, he took the time to answer all of our questions. Just had service by Carlos Ordonez from Tragar Home Services. He and corrected it diagnosed the problem with the hot water heater quickly and corrected the problem professionally. I am very pleased with the work of Terry. I had a valve leak and he was able to repair it quickly. I had another valve that was corroded and he was able to do that one, too. In my opinion he is one of the best service techs at Trager.

Called Tragar when my wife and I were having AC issues in a brand new home at the start of August. She is 8 months pregnant with our second child. Not the stage of life or time of year you want to be in when your AC goes down.Enter Tragar, specifically Charlie Lipari. In a few short hours our problem was solved. It took some digging, but Charlie used his expertise to determine that one part on our unit needed to be replaced. We thought we were looking at a $10k+ problem, but with some expert analysis, and an honest assessment, we had the problem fixed for a fraction of a fraction of what we thought it would be.Charlie sat in our sweltering attic and diagnosed the problem. He was a gentleman and a true professional. You could tell he loved his job and the company he is with. He took a lot of pride in his work.Would recommend Tragar to anyone who has an HVAC need. I am so happy with the service I received that I am going to switch back to Tragar for oil. I had my existing oil company tell me to call an electrician for thermostat repair. So I remember the work Tragar did for me 20 yrs ago but I moved to the north shore.Danny is old school … hard working and excellent problem solving. He traced a broken wire to underneath a laminated floor that was installed. He bypassed and rewired. He never once said it wouldn’t work, he kept at it until the problem was solved. I do not know another technician that I have that much confidence in. Thank you Danny and Tragar for fixing my problem even though I am not a regular customer!
I woke up today to no heat or hot water. Although specifically requesting a technician who had dealt with my Navian before, Tragar sent Akeem Williams to handle the problem. Akeem won me over with his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He was fastidious in taking my unit apart and with patience and thoroughness got my unit working again. Getting a call from a day before a scheduled tune up to be cancelled. I understand things can come up. However, I dont understand that I have to be rescheduled for FEBRUARY for a tune up? Why am I getting the short end of the stick if it is their fault for appointment cancellation? I paid for the service contract one month ago just to have the tune up. BAD customer service!
Was very happy with the service from Trager s service person Akeem Williams. The heat on my second floor was on and not turning off. He arrived on time, checked out the problem I was having and proceeded to correct it. He replaced a part that was not working properly and drained the pipe going to second floor. He also explained the reason I was having the issue. Apparently it was probably a faulty valve problem. Would definitely recommend him.

Tragar sent a text prior to Akeem arriving at our house with his name, picture and Covid status. During Akeem’s visit for repairs he was methodical in diagnosing the problems, kept me in the loop the entire time and made the repairs very quickly. They came when they said, took pictures regarding what they saw, although plenty of people warned that there was a scam going on with chimney liners. While I can’t be sure it was 100% necessary, the crew came timely. Through others, I learned that, despite requesting further discounts, another local chimney company was highly recommended and was significantly cheaper in price. My suggestion would be not to get rushed into doing it and get a second opinion

Wonderful company. I just discovered this company and so far, they are honest with the work and not trying to sell you a product you dont need.I love that. Tom, the AC technician was specially great, he diagnosed the problem, told us what could have happened (Central Air suddenly stop working), and fixed it. Also, Tragar does not charge for service appointments. Only when you need fixing. I find this company to be honest and trustworthy so far. I will use them again. Thank you Tragar.
Friendly service. Just ordered oil for the first time with this company. They have competitive pricing and fast service. Will return for more..5/11/21- used the service for repairing my oil boiler. The prices are on par to everyone else Ive tried, Ive had 2 other large companies before. They are not cheap in my opinion, even with my yearly maintenance plan.However, I found their technician Carlos to be the most knowledgeable. He didnt have to call anyone to confer, and he was honest and patient. I would use them again for services.
As a first time homeowner with zero experience with baseboard/oil fueled heating systems, I am so happy with my decision to work with Tragar. Everyone that has come out has been extremely helpful and patient. We had our first issue with the heat overnight, I called early this morning, and somebody was here within a few hours - the technician, John, was very helpful and offered a lot of useful information/advice.

Always a great experience. I was having issues with my ductless cooling system and contacted Tragar as I have a service contract with them. The technician that came was Anthony Maderakis, and I must say, when someone has an experience with a company its typically their front line employees and Anthony is a prime example of a dedicated worker with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of his trade. Anthony and Terry G Jr arrived to take care of my annual burner cleaning. They did no rush went through everything systematically and efficiently.They were very personable and knowledgeable. Tom Coppolla responded to my emergency call and quickly arrived to my home at 3:00am to check our boiler and heating system. I scheduled service with Tragar to complete a Nest thermostat installation to resolve low battery charging issue on the thermostat. It required a common wire to maintain battery charging. Carlos Ordonez from Tragar arrived to work the issue. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in very short order. My wife also commented that she noticed he was wearing foot covers to protect our floors (attention to detail) and with Covid still an issue was wearing a mask throughout the visit. I appreciate service well done. 5 stars for care taken, results and time taken to explain work performed.
Faber OCAMPO from Tragar Home Services did an excellent job today replacing my main waste line which was in a very bad shape, installing a PVC one. His professionalism is off the charts: Punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, answered all my questions and left no mess behind. My elderly mother was having difficulty with her oil burner so we called for service. The staff was very concerned as well as courteous and professional. They immediately dispatched service to her home. They arrived exactly as expected and were eager to fix the problem. I was very impressed, as Tragar sent 2 technicians to address any issues. I would like to express my gratitude & appreciation when dealing with Ben Nunziato at Tragar Home Services. My husband passed away in 2008 and it’s been very difficult for my daughter and I to contend with many challenges that would have normally been handled by him. The main reason for this is because so many people in the world today are just waiting and looking for their next opportunity to take advantage of someone - Especially a ripe target....a widow and her daughter...Ouch, needless to say, we’ve been plucked a number of times!BUT, THIS WASN’T THE CASE WITH BEN! Our ‘ancient’ oil tank started to leak and had to be replaced immediately. Our oil had to be put in a temporary holding tank so we had very little time to waste. We needed to get some quotes and replace our ‘ancient’ tank, so we made several calls and spoke to several companies about this situation in order to get some help and quotes.From the moment my daughter consulted with Ben on the phone, his warm and friendly attitude showed us how he sincerely cared about what we were dealing with. He described in detail what was going on in order to help us understand what had occurred. He patiently answered every question we had and told us to feel free to ask any more questions, along with telling us that we can call him back at any time if we had to ask more. This is the first time I am using Tragar Home Services for my home heating oil delivery and servicing my oil boiler.The technican Charlie came to my home on the appointed time. He was very friendly and personable. I was impressed with the fact that he was aware of my wifes doctor appt (which I told tragar before charlie arrived). Charlie assured me he would complete the tuneup before we had to leave.Charlie was very thorough, did a clean job and outstanding tune up. He replaced 3 parts of the system and explained to me every detail of what and why. He tested the oxygen, Carbon and efficiency levels of my boiler system. No other oil company technician ever did this before.All in all I was very impressed with Charlie.Im impressed with Tragar for employing a great technician.

Russell H is an amazing technician! When he came to take a look at our Boiler/Burner we were experiencing heavy potent oil fumes throughout our entire house. We thought we were going to need a whole new system.Russ was very knowledgeable and after taking a look at our setup, he told us he would be able to get it back up and running, which is exactly what he did! He was professional, considerate of our home, closing the baby gate behind him everytime to make sure our toddler was safe. He was great with our dogs and really seemed to enjoy his work. He was prepared had everything he needed for the job and managed to keep a very dirty situation clean which was impressive!What we thought was going to cost us thousands of dollars ended up only being $325. Just had them install a ductless AC system at my home and my wife and I are very happy with the results. John spent a long time at the home checking everything out in putting together his estimate. Pricing was very competitive and the the 5 year warranty on install was more than any other company we spoke to. A few days before the install, John was back with his install manager to walk the house again to plan everything out. Install went as planned and we are looking forward to enjoying the system. Highly recommend John and his team.

2022-01-10Tragar is the #1 choice when it comes to any of your Heating, Oil, & Plumbing needs. When we bought our house it came with a nearly 90 year old Coal boiler that was converted to Oil. Tragar was the best team that took Boiler directly on. They were able to rehabilitate the boiler and quickly deploy a team to begin assessing its replacement. Give the size, age, and state of the boiler it was a major challenge for any team let alone an experienced one like Tragar. Tragar held our hand during the entire process from initial survey, village permits, financing, and scheduling. On the day of removal Tragar took on the job head on engaging their wide network of professionals to come in and do the impossible. Tragar was very cost effective considering the job and we intend to only use Tragar going forward for our needs. Our home heating is now modernized and a major relief. Thank you Tragar team for the amazing work!!

2022-03-02So far my experience with Tragar has been great. Their customer service is helpful and friendly. Oil service was easy to setup and their contract process was clear and easy to understand. They gave me an estimate on my water tank which was a good fair price. Sam came and did our boiler maintenance and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

2022-03-01Carlos was polite, professional and explained everything that he was doing to get my heat to work again. He did not do any short cuts but rather made sure that everything that was broken or not operating was fixed. He even explained the thermostat system to me to make sure I had the heat I needed properly set. Carlos is a credit to Tragar. He was here promptly after I made my initial call for help to Tragar. I will recommend Tragar just because of the service by Carlos.

2022-02-04Our boiler was making very loud noises, so we called Tragar (we have the heating platinum plan) and a technician came within a few hours. Carlos was our technician and he was terrific. He took his time to assess the issue and was very thorough in explaining to us what was going on and what we can expect in the future.The only negative aspect Ive encountered so far with Tragar is that when I was initially setting up my heating plan, the customer and sales agents kept giving me conflicting information, but once I spoke with a more senior rep, my questions were answered and my account was quickly set up.

2022-04-02We just finished up an oil to gas conversion with Tragar and everything was great! We worked with John to get everything done. The process was easy from start to finish. They explained all the steps, worked with us to set up the appointments, permits, and the final installation today. We now have a new furnace and new water heater and we’re so happy. The guys were so nice and explained everything to us. Definitely recommend if you are looking to convert to gas!

2022-01-14I was very impressed by the responsiveness of Tragar to our late evening heating issue Tom called us shortly after and gave us a window of arrival, then arrived even earlier, diagnosed the problem, and quickly replaced a part to improve equipment function. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The level of service is what we should expect from our service providers, but rarely get, to this extent. I have no reservations about wholeheartedly recommending this company, and this technician.

2022-03-29I rarely post any reviews but today I’m compelled to do so because Tragar employees deserve it.Let me start with Vinny, the sales personnel. He explained everything I needed to know to help us decide what kind of boiler to get, to replace our old one.I told him that I am waiting for 2 other companies to give me a quote, he waited patiently, just checking everyone now and then, not pushy, and answered all the questions I had about the type of boiler.He was transparent about the cost and availability of zero financing.The other companies gave me a lower quote.But, I felt that Vinny was trustworthy, and his customer service was excellent I decided to get the ascent boiler from Tragar.The day of installation came, Mike and Mike and Phil came, they are wonderful people, worked so hard. I did not know how Mike fit installing our boiler in a small space. They also left the house clean. I was worried because I just got new floors, but all was well.I am sure their work was so tiring and physically taxing, but please know we appreciate you all,Please, continue the good workmanship that you are doing, you make a difference in peoples lives.God Bless, your loved ones should be proud of you all.Tragar is lucky to have you guys.For anyone who is thinking its time to change their boiler, do not hesitate to get Tragar. 2022-02-10Recently I had a new burner installed in my home. My salesman, Vinny DiDaniele was honest and forthright laying out all the options available to me without any hi pressure sales tactics.Installation was scheduled and the nicest group of men showed up to do the work. Carl, Danny, Andrew and George could not have been more knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. The install went quickly and smoothly. The guys were fastidious about keeping everything neat and clean and checked everything before they left. It was pleasure to have them here.Kudos To Michelle for arranging all the back-office stuff as well.A great job by all and I highly recommend them.
