THE WORST SERVICE and VERY RUDE!!! 7 almost 8 weeks for a chainsaw new blade and service, several items charged to my credit card and how saying it cant be fixed....these guys are the WORSE!

We have used this location many times, they are always there when we need them and thats why we keep going back. Many local residents and businesses alike use them because they have just about everything and it saves lots of time and money when you can get specialty equipment on your own rather than involve a contractor.
High prices, mediocre service, at best. They get the delivery details wrong. Unfortunately, there are not many options around. This is how they survive - one of the few games in town.
Just about every tool needed to get the job done is available and at a very reasonable price. Great hours helps too.
One employee is very nasty. Equipment was not serviced very well it fell apart and had to fix to do the job
These people are on top of rental business friendly knowageable and reasonable if you havent been go.

2022-08-19Reserved a lift for a long weekend to finish a large garage project. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and no lift is available. No phone call to let me know and left losing the day I took off of work. This is a total momentum killer. Trak is where a project goes to die.

2022-07-15Well what there really to say about trak besides that it was a idea that was made possible and that should mean a lot because now a day you don’t see that to much and when it does what normally happens is people give up but not at trak they keep on going and are always ready to help anyone that comes through the front door rather if it’s buying a new Stihl or renting a dingo there there with the knowledge to make sure your getting the right tool for the job at hand

2021-10-08Me plus oneWere on a bike ride and we happen to stop right next to your rent a place or track rent a place and my friend helps one of your equipment gentleman get some equipment on one of your trailers I guess you should have probably some wood ramps to attach to all of your trailers for all your equipment going on to your trailers that someone can just grab if theyre getting equipment it looked like a nice place that I went by the gentleman was nice and was thankful for the help and we went along our ride and thats it so I hope you have a nice day and be well

2018-07-12Called in June to get my mower serviced. Had used this former Allerdice Rental firm to service my mower. The charge for pick-up and delivery was $50 plus tax. It used to be $25. They picked up the mower the same day, but told me it would take 2 weeks for the servicing. Surprisingly, it was ready in a week. However, I went to pay for the servicing so it could be returned and questioned the bill. They assured me that it was correct, $138 for oil change, new air filter, spark plug and new pull cord on a Honda mower. After I paid, went out to my car to review the bill and, yes, they double charged me the pick-up and delivery fee. My card was credited and the mower returned. A week later, I go to use the mower and it dies twice within 30 minutes of starting it. Now, I am pretty upset. Will be calling in the morning for it to be fixed at no charge. Will not use this place again!

2019-11-29This company has absolutely horrible customer service. The staff resembles something from the walking dead. We made a purchase at this company about five weeks ago and were advised that they would be having a buy one/get one half off sale on Stihl chainsaw chains on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We went back today to take advantage of the sale and were advised that the owner never followed through on that. At that point the staff resumed their walking dead personas.

2017-06-07We rented an excavator for one week. During that time a track fell off and it needed a new air filter. I called and spoke to Craig to see if we could get another day because we lost a day due to mechanical issues. Craig told me he was going to have Bryan,his manager call me that never happened. I called again and Aubrey put me on hold for at lest five minutes. Then I talked to Bryan who was very short with me. He said we could keep it another day if it came back spotless!!! We declined because we dont have water at property yet. When I told them we were putting a bad review on line they called me back to try and work something out. I will never rent from them again they are rude and unprofessional.

2017-08-17Terrible customer service at Malta location. Made a reservation for a ladder and when my handyman went to pick it up it was not there because I made the reservation for the wrong day which is completely untrue as I doubleChecked with the man while making the reservation. No apology for the inconvenience or desire to try and fix the problem. Do not give this company your money they wont care anyway.

2019-06-15Couldn’t get the timer head of my church’s weed wacker for the life of me! I HATE WEED TRIMMERS, my least favorite machine in the whole world.Anyways I brought it in and they fixed it and put on the new head in 20min and didn’t charge me a dime since it was for the Saratoga United Methodist a Church! Thanks so much for your help.

2014-11-05Weed trimmer repair took six weeks and they were very rude, unconcerned, and entitled. I do not recommend their service - go to a mom/pop, support the local guy and get better service.
