It was very nice. They keep the place clean and there was great customer service. The people were nice and my acrylic nails came out really good. I was very pleased with the end result and will be coming back.
These people are thieves their nail polish is bad bumpy and ugly. I was relaxing not paying attention when they were doing my feet once they started doing my hands I noticed and they changed but to fix the color on my feet they charged $14.00. Customer services horrible. They are rude. DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE!!! Cindy was friendly Mia as ok but the fact that they charged to fix something bad in their business was wrong.
I used to love coming to this place, never had an issue before and my tech does an amazing job every time! Ive been a customer since they opened in 2019 and Ive brought in so many other customers (friends and family) since then but lately the owner Sophia has been having such a nasty attitude towards me its insane! Its gotten to a point that she would not let me book my usual nail tech which is Katie. Literally every single time I call to book an appointment, according to Sophia Katie is booked or not working on the days I ask about but somehow people I know always get to make appointments with Katie on the days shes supposedly off. I would love to know what happen to Sophia and what is her issue with me personally but every time I ask her directly she insists on Katie not being reliable because she goes to school.Its crazy because it all started after one day I booked an appointment directly with Katie for a Friday late afternoon and I guess she didnt write it on their appointment book so they double booked her and once I was informed of the issue, I decided to give up my time and patiently waited for Katie to do the person who was there already, because she also got a pedi done, which it took HOURS! I kid you not I got there at 4:30PM and I was the last customer to leave at 9PM! Youd think that wouldve been the last time I went there but I continued to go because I genuinely love Katies work but enough is enough. Unfortunately this place has become very toxic for me and I dont feel welcomed at all to the point that I even noticed Katie started rushing me out every time Id go. I just cant believe how unprofessional and rude Sophia became!!! Very disappointing.
This place is new and so far they’re really good. The place is clean and they use fresh tools for every new client. They have a wide selection of colors, a lot of new Essie and Opi colors. The pedicures are perfect and communicate well with you to meet your needs.❗️One thing I would tell new clients is that make sure you pay attention while you get your manicure.-The first time I went to this salon, the gentlemen (usually sits on the first desks) did a full set of acrylic nails for me, the 1st pic white color. He rushed the job as you can see by the air bubbles, uneven polish application towards my cuticle, and cut my middle finger.-But today I returned for an SNS full set and a pedicure, the 2nd pic pink color. The manicurist didn’t really seem to be experienced with extensions so I had to watch her. But it turned out amazing!!! She made sure she shaped it right and got my approval for everything before moving on to the next step. Her name was Cindy!! I’ll definitely be sitting with her for the next time I get my nails done 💅🏻
NEVER AGAIN VERY Expensive DOES NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS and they make acrylic very thick not natural and if you tell them to file down a little more they have a very attitude The best nail salon is right by compare food right next-door
Have been going here for quite some time, love how clean this place is, the staff is friendly and they do great nails. I usually go to Tina, but the other girls are good too. The owner seems to care and is always around making sure things are running smoothly. Prices are reasonable, they have a variety of pedicures you can select from, which I often do, but those are pricey, you can definitely go for the standard. COVID safety precautions always taken by staff.

I always come here to do my gel nails but I got powder done. It looked nice for the first few days except it look Abit crooked . These nails only lasted me 4 days.
I went to their salon to get my nails I waited 10 minutes while owner was busy talking on the phone then she was like my girl cant do your nails. Everytime I go there I tip them good but they simply cant do a nice shape. They let their guests walk away its like they dont care at all. If this is the case just close your business because its very unfair how she didn’t do my nails.such a nasty attitude.
Came here because it was close to home, and looked really nice. The staff was nice however I’m not pleased My nails came out all different shapes and are pretty thin, really not happy with them. A few came out bumpy. They also charge 3$ for using you card.
These people are overtly unprofessional. I asked them for Japanese gel polish, the manager lied to me and had me choose a polish that chipped that very same day. When i called them to let them know, they told me to come in at a specific time. When i arrived the manager gave me an offensive amount of attitude. She made me wait, then did a rush and sloppy job on my nails and to put icing on the cake she asked for me to pay an additional fee after i had paid the day before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are terrible!!!!!
Honestly, trying to find a decent nail salon is hard. So when i say this place is it ..ITS IT ! from the moment you walk in youre welcomed and greeted..not only are the prices amazing ..the nails are are done beautifully ..1000% would recommend
Almost 90% of the time I visit this establishment, I schedule an appt. With my name and phone number. And they NEVER take me on time. I wait a minimum of 30minutes. I always ask for a seasoned tech, for a good cleaning and paint job, they always say yes and nails are either sloppy or not cleaned or end up chipping just DAYS later. I continued to go back here to keep giving chances, not always a bad experience. But its looking like I have more negative negative positive experiences. I tip extremely generously and Im very respectful, but today was the last straw. I will never set foot here again, nor will I spend a dollar here again. Learn how to NOT book appointments if youre already booked up. Youre greedy for business, but customer service will make your business thrive. They probably wont even read this anyway.
Went to get my brows done and I’m never going again. My brows are so thin and i asked for just a clean up but i got a reshaped brow
I went to get filling and Tina left the wrap too thin. Within 3 days, 3 of my nails broke without me even feeling them. The first 2, they didnt charge. I tipped Tina still, because she was nice. But then after the 3rd visit, to fix the 3rd nail, I was charged 15 dollars and the woman who take care of me asked for a tip!? At least, allow me to give it, dont ask! So, out of 5 days, I was there 3 times and ultimately paid 55 dollars, for what was supposed to be just a filling. Would not refer at all!
I have been going there since they opened always a nice place and always clean that’s why I go there but the last two visits I had the same text lady she is so rude and told me that my $10 tip was not enough after I paid $78 for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure willing if it was not that expensive I could’ve gave her $20 but again I paid $78 it was never about the price of how much I did my nails it’s about the way she asked me and told me this is it really it’s $10 if I have more I could give you more but I pay $78

I have been coming to this location for some time now. For the most part Im satisfied with my nails. I came in today because I wanted to change my nail color. I just did my nails yesterday but didnt like the color. And they wanted to charge me again to change the color i was dissatisfied with because its gel color. Sorry guys you lost my business. That is not how you conduct business.
This is the first spa I have been too where I was treated so well. They made me feel very comfortable they took care of every need and they took their time never rushed. This is my new go to spot for relaxation! Thank you lily for taking care of me and thank you to the rest of the staff for maintaining a very neat clean friendly and very relaxing environment!!
Girls know how to do their job. However, I’m DON’T THINK IM COMING BACK, I don’t get how prices change that much depending on who takes care of you. Like I’ve been there around 5 times for only regular Mani and pedí and I’ve found that I always end up paying a different amount and not to mention how some of the girls pressure you for tips not always with words but with the attitude but I got that, they may not make that much money but at least. FOLLOW ESTABLISH PRICES.

I got silk extensions done twice. The first time they were done terribly and I returned early the next day to get them redone. I took off my gold ring to have lotion put on and after drying my nails I left the salon. When I realized I forgot my ring I called the salon early the next day and was told they still had it. And when I sent my friend later that day to pick it up she was told they didnt have it. I was so dissapointed that this would happen at this salon. Please be careful with your personal items. I will NEVER go there again. What is even sadder is that I tipped them. Even the woman who did my nails so bad the first time and the gentleman who redid my naiIs the second time. I wanted to be fair. They are lucky I didnt post the photos I took of my terrible nails the first time.
I love this place!! Everyone is very friendly and the nail tech Tina is amazing !! She does such a great job!! I already have been here twice and I dont plan to go no where else. Also the nail salon is very clean and the environment inside is really relaxing.
Very friendly staff. Ive been going since they opened and its the best place Ive had a pediceure. The tech is very attentive and pays attention to detail when cleaning the toes and feet. Theyre also following sanitary guidelines by covering the foot bath with plastic, a feature I appreciate because theres salons that still dont do that. Ive recommended this place and will continue to because of their service.
Poor Customer Service !!! Make sure the CUSTOMER SERVICE Matches the Decor !! I just attempted to get a fill in 10 minutes ago. The older lady was very rude. Immediately Stating We are very busy, you need to have an appointment. She then walked away, not even giving me a chance to say anything. Who said I didnt have an appointment ?? I got a pedicure the evening b4...Elaine did a good job. However, I will not be back to spend another $dollar in there !! If youre gonns have senior citizens working in there,plz train them on how to deal with the public ! Customer Service is Everything !!!
Im giving this place 2 stars because Tina who did my nails did a good job. Now lets begin .... Ive been to this place approximately 4 times and every time I go the price is different even tho they have a price list. The pedicures are not good at al.But lets talk about why Im writing this 3 out of the 4 times Ive been there Ive gotten a gel full in and a nail repair, the 1st time I paid $37 the 2nd $34 and then today I was charged $43 yep $43 when I asked why was it so much she said oh you got uv gel I said ok and it says $30 so you charged me $13 to repair a nail she then says no you got a special type of gel polish I said what is a special gel polish its a regular gel polish. Ive picked from that selection before and was never charged extra....I paid the $43 and I tipped Tina $5 and kindly said I will not be back and Im writing a review.I dont like money hungry businesses that do things. I should call the better business and report them for charging customers $2-$4 for using their credit cards as opposed to cash. Your not supposed to charge a fee for credit card usages for a business!!!

Their sign says CASH & DEBIT CARD but what they dont tell you is that they charge you $2 extra for using a debit card. It does not say this ANYWHERE on any of their signs. On top of them trying to push extra services you dont want so they can make more money. Otherwise, they did a great job with nails and waxing. Very clean place, I will say. Ventilation is very good considering the chemicals being used.
UPDATE: Police have been involved due to admitted framing, defamation, and racial profiling. The owner is making false accusations to cover up her employees actions. They do not have video evidence of anything and are trying to intimidate and strong arm us into silence. We will not tolerate it and will be pressing charges.As we walked to the polish are to look at other colors you had, your employee touched our personal belongings and retrived my mothers polish without her express permission. We saw that each polish that we already had existed on your shelf, picked them up, looked at the name, and put them down. We never approached your polish before then. Below, you admit to your employee framing us and the tapes will show the same thing. We have reciepts of our purchases of the nail polishes we own, which were purchases only a few days ago, including the one your employee kept. We never cursed at your employee, simply confronted him about his poor behavior. And you say its not about race when a white woman came in with her own polish and not a word was said to her.The owner has way more to lose than we do. Thank you. I hope the owner can find peace in her future action so she can learn to be honest and responsible for her misdeeds.We came in and were racially profiled and accused of stealing after the manicurist put their hands into my mother’s personal belongings and took out the nail polish colors she brought on her own while we were looking at nail polish colors across the room.Before this, the manicurist pulled off powered gel color roughly in sheets without soaking them off and causing my mom’s nail beds to bleed. We were not showed to the dryer or given massages when other customers were.Police have been involved. People should be aware that this business behaves this way and give their business to honest people.
This is my first time writing a review and its not positive. Im writing this not to bash or make people not to go but to improve the service they provide with this been said here is my experience... I when to do my nails and toes with my mom and sister and the guy that did the nails to my mom wasnt paying attention to do this job but to everybody else he did not take the time to do the nails he did it very fast and without even looking at them. then when my mom was drying her nails he proceeded to ask who was going to pay as if we werent going to pay like who does that how you gonna press your customers like that .. he is lucky my mom didnt speak the language.you dont harass people with this like that I was definitely going to pay not to run for some nails done. there is a lady there very rude and she keeps on pressing people to give her tip constantly no tip no tip I always give tip when I have gotten a service but I find it so uneducated and hostly someone pressing for a tip. I got diamonds in my nails and they felt off right in the store and she said I move too much and was complexing in her own language about it I even had to tell her if I had to pay again I will same situation with my toes they got messy and they were gibing looks because I ask kindly if she could fix it please I mean there are ways to talk and do things. I would not go back to the this place god bless then and I hope they take this into consideration to better their services and to take their time to to their job right since they demand so much a tip.
I think it was the fastest pedi I ever got! Nail tech rushed with everything. It was a little bussy when I came, so I had to wait. After maybe 10/15 min she was done with doing my nails while other ladies, who were there before me, were still being taken care of. Im not coming back.
I went there today to get a mani pedi. I asked if they had glow in the dark nail polish which whom I suppose is the owner, said yes. When it was my turn he gave me a selection of powder gel that was clearly not so I decided to go for a regular manicure which got him upset for which he rushed and did the most terrible job Ive ever had. I paid for the mani and left. Total waste of money, DO NOT GO!!

Decided to give this place a try since they’re new. I definitely love how big and new this place is. Staff are super friendly. I don’t know the names of the two people who helped me but it was a guy who did one hand while the woman did the other hand. I felt like I was treated like a queen! I definitely loved the service they provided! This is now my to go to spot! They do take credit cards but just keep in mind they will charge you $4.00 for using your credit card and as for tips you will need cash. There is a deli right next door. They have an atm which will charge you $1.75.1/2/2020 UPDATE - I still give this place 5 stars. I wrote my first review 8 months ago above this update. Their atm now charges $0.99 which is good. Also the workers now have name tags. Service there is still as great when I first went. I also recommend bringing cash with you if you plan on doing your mani/pedi here, that’s if you don’t want the extra charge on your debit card and paying the $0.99 for using the atm. I also do feel they’ve been doing a rush job on my nails lately. A customer was waiting for a specific person who was working on my nails and she seemed to rush with my nails and I just didn’t feel comfortable. Of course one of my nails was a bit crook and wasn’t filed neatly. I didn’t come here to pay my moneys worth to be rushed. I came here to have my nails looking pretty. Overall, I didn’t complain about my crooked nail so I decided to just fix it myself when I got home. I do understand this place is super busy and customers have their favorites who to work on their nails. But I do feel that the workers should still take their time and not rush someone’s nails.
I pay for a gift card and the did not get what was written!! I had to pay more! Then I asked for one package. The girl cut my skin deep and it they was hurting. She said want this one only $5. More at the end I pay $150. It was crazy. I will not go back.
The guy that works there is terrible at polishing nails but good at shaping. Although he made my finger bleed twice, and the horrible nail polishing skill, the salon is okay. I would recommend it but I wouldn’t recommend the guy at all to anyone.
New place near by thought Id give it a try it since I was due for a fill-in anyway. The lady that started doing my nails kept getting up to do other things i.e she would check other customers nails, she forgot the nail filer, she went to check up on other workers etc.. After about 20 minutes of filing and prepping my nails she got up and walked away.. For good... It wasnt until the man sitting next to her who was doing someone elses nails finished and then he took over doing my nails. I was fine with all this.. I understand they are new and are still settleling in. After he had finished doing the acrylic fill in the lady took over again...I had French tips before I just needed clear polish on top.. She came back with a peach color.. We went back and forth for about 3 minutes, I told her I wanted clear.. She said it was clear. I decided to let her paint my nails so she could see the difference, after she realized it was peach she took it off and pulled out a bottle of CLEAR POLISH from under her table 😕. Its been 2 days.. One nail popped off already and 3 more look like they are about to go soon. No me gusta 👎
I recently got sns done here and after 1 week allMy nails was crack it is so embarrassing especially when you are on vacation and crazy glue was at hand. I don’t know the nail tech name but she basically rush and did my nail she also did pedicure and cut my toes with her nails not even the clipper.
This place charged me $20 extra for polish they didn’t even tell me they were putting on my nails. Horrible experience. Will never go back. I do not recommend. Wish I could put 0 stars.

This place is okay nothing out of the ordinary they did an okay job on my pedicure the foot massage was like 30 sec and I felt like they didn’t go in on the cuticles maybe it was the girl who did them she’s the one with glasses also there cash only!

This place is horrible, one of my nails always fall out less than a week, when you go back to fix it they’re give you an attitude and starting talking Chinese in from of you which as a customer make you feels uncomfortable. I won’t ever go back again. Don’t waste your time and your money with this place. They are nasty an unprofessional.
Dust nails make them very well last so long that you want to take them off it is worth it in other places for a week and they come out there they dont last long I love investing your money

2022-02-26Ive been coming here three times for acrylic nails. Everytime I come is a new person that does my nails and new sets until this date I havent had someone that I can say it made an excellent job and pleased with my nails.First time I went the nails were to bumpy and didnt last long. Second time another person it was also bumpy and gel polish that same afternoon chips. Third time today I had a guy that was rushing and mostly on his phone. I told him I wanted coffin shape on my nails. I disliked the shape he made it too narrow that mostly looks pointy but other then that he have been the only person that didnt make a mess on the nails I only didnt like the shape. Their prices are too high for the job they do, always rushing, their gel polish are cheap and dont last long their work in general are not professional. Ive been giving them a new opportunity but I wont spend my money like that here anymore!

2021-12-27The wait was a little long but I always have a good experience, in terms of quality. The prices are questionable at times. I went in for acrylics one day and they were $55 the next time it was $73, then back to $55 for the same design…? Anyway Miki did any awesome job this time. I’m satisfied.

2022-04-16Can’t believe I paid $40 for this 😭 I got a manicure pedicure and the whole time felt rushed. Cuticles are messy and unevenly painted. And they used a used sanding band on me. My nails and toes look like I did them myself. This placed used to be good when they first opened up. Never going there again that’s for sure

2022-06-13I love this nail spa! I did the SNS tips ( the purple) with Cindy, and then when i removed the tips I had the lovely Linda do my fall color natural nail with SNS. She also did my wax, which was speedy. I didn’t have to wait forever to get seated. 😭 and they are so sweet to you. They care about your nails and they are cleanly. I also enjoy that they have an ATM in the spa. The pedicure spa treatment is bomb 💣 I’ll be back for my next reg SNS nail appointment soon, just in time for Halloween! 🎃Edit: March 2022 -I had a leg and brazilian wax done and honestly, it was a bad job. I was thoroughly displeased. I expected more in general, spots were left unwaxed cause the specialist was getting tired? I give good tip everytime out of courtesy but dont get waxed here, nails are great though!

2021-07-20I used to love coming here when it just opened, but the past 3 visits my $55 French dip powder did not EVEN LAST A DAY! That is worst than a regular French manicure which is half the price. My last visit I told them about my previous experience, also my nails were done really thick and you can see the powder through the French nails. And she told the person who did them ( Vivi ) and she actually did my nails again! ( I had no choice since she was the only one available ). She did do a Much better job when being told BUT it chipped the next day. I don’t know if vivi is missing steps for it to not last more than a day! Which it should it should last ATLEAST a week or the products they are using are bad, that is why I pay for powder gel! To last more than a week at least ! . I am extremely disappointed and will not come back here again.

2021-08-06My simple pedi took 1 whole hour, and the application of my gel tips were messy and dripping, where the short guy sitting in front doing it yelled at me and said my nail is making it do that… yeah first and last time

2019-10-28Initial visit:Was here in the summer and got a jelly pedicure a great deal and was an amazing experience. The nail tech was thorough and did a very great job. The pedicure chairs are the best, the massages are so relaxing. The tech also gave us mini shoulder massages as we waited for our nails to dry. She was very sweet.Recent visit (on a Thursday evening):Got another jelly pedicure which was not as complete as the initial one. My nail tech was nice but skipped over a few steps. This was apparent as the person next to me was getting the same thing done and I saw what was missing in my service. I also got french tips done on my hands and feet (an additional $20) which looked good when I left the shop. While the design on my feet held up, my hands started chipping the next day and the design did not make it through the weekend. I needed it done for a wedding and most of the nails were chipped by Saturday.I would recommend the pedicure services because they come with the massage chair and last long but the manicure longevity was not the best in my experience.

2020-09-19Just save your money and take it somewhere else. I got SNS and the nail technician did a terrible job my nails look like I attempted to do the nail polish challenge. I spent nearly two hours here just for a mani and pedi. I was frustrated because I told the nail technician I didn’t like how my nails look and she kept trying to fix it but this is how they came out. I had to leave I couldn’t stay here all evening trying to fix my nails she told me to come back but I’m never returning.
