Marie was fantastic! Checked in with me often to make sure the pressure she was using was good. Marie is very knowledgeable about the back area and was very gentle in the area of my herniated disk. She also explained to me how the muscles around that area can contribute to pain. Overall one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
My friends and I had a great experience this past friday. The atmosphere is very inviting, calming and very clean. I was seen by Maria for a massage, and she was very knowledgeable and also listened to what I needed and was able to focus on the points that were of concern, I felt great afterward! Thanks!!
I went to Tranquillo vi Day spa for a facial and it was AMAZING. The lady who did my facial was named Giovanna. Her facial massage was the best I have ever had! She also gave me a wonderful foot massage as well. She was very professional and sweet. I highly recommend asking for Giovanna if you plan on getting a facial.
My first prenatal massage and let’s jus say very mediocre and not very enjoyable. Unfortunately me being to kind and not wanting to offend, i faked the funk and pretended to enjoy it. When i called for the prenatal massage it was easily booked which i liked. However they offer 2 services. A 45minute for $65 and a 60minute for $85. Initially, I was greeted by wonderful people. Very kind, but was not asked which service i wanted. I didn’t say anything, i was given two robes for size to see which accommodated my belly as i am 38 weeks pregnant. One of the tags in the collar of the robes were dirty. The other was clean. I met with Marie who did my massage and although very sweet and personable she literally i mean LITERALLY talked the ENTIRE time of my massage. Not only did she talk, i am a woman of biracial culture and she proceeded to ask me if my hair was “real”, what my ethnicity was and what kind of “Black” i am. Very inappropriate and uncomfortable conversation. Although i wasn’t offended by her curiosity, it was very rude and certainly not the time to ask those kinds of questions. She also told me she could not massage my lower back which is bogus being that other places do so including chiropractic and physical therapist. Waste of time. During check out i still as not asked what service and ended just paying for the hour for 85 leaving unsatisfied and as if i were just lotioned up like a child.
We have now found the best spa in Orange County... My wife was pregnant the first time she went there and absolutely Loved the services they offered her were amazing . Now she is a regular and still loving everything they offer . She had a girl named Lisa who did her job and did it right . I would recommend this place to everyone !!!!
My husband surprised me with a day at Tranquillo Vi Day Spa. I was unsure of what this spa was like since Ive never been there before. It was a clean and relaxing environment. The receptionist was nice. I got a Swedish Massage, a facial and a pedicure. All three did an AMAZING job! I had Amanda for the pedicure, Jennell for the facial and (I know I am spelling his name wrong) Chamase for the massage. I left there relaxed and content. Definitely would go back again.
Tranquillo Vi is a beautiful spa. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is excellent. Kristin gave me a wonderful Swedish massage. She was professional and attentive. I would highly recommend Tranquillo.

Wow, I have to share my experience! I have had great skin my entire life and recently experienced an insane breakout all over my face (cystic, hormonal acne). I walked into this spa panicked & completely over dramatic. I got an AMAZING acne facial and a day later I am already seeing dramatic improvements. I can’t wait to go back.

Very tranquil, beautiful setup. At your greeting you will get a bathrobe and a tour at your first visit. Nice room with tea or water where you wait for your treatment. The only reasons why i didnt give 5 stars... the tranquility of quiet spa music was interupted by giggeling staff in the lobby and also, I must have been the last client that day after a massage. Most lights were turned off and i felt very rushed and kicked out after a relaxing treatment.
Terrible customer service. Told 2 different appointment times (one when making the appointment, one when received the call to confirm appointment). Massage therapist was good. Front desk clerk was unwelcoming and quite rude. Loved this place when it was Serenity. Have been here twice since new ownership, will not be returning.

I am always happy when I come to TVDS. I feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. I always feel relaxed when I am there. Amanda is wonderful...I am always happy with my manicure and pedicure. She does a great job.

My boyfriend bought me a $250 gift certificate less than a year ago when the business was Serenity Day Spa which is now Tranquillo Vi Day Spa. A few months ago, I went into purchase two more gift cards for my sister and mother so that we could all go in together for facials/massages. I noticed the ownership had changed, so I asked the manager if I could still use my $250. She assured me that I absolutely could (since it would be illegal to not accept). So, today my boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage since the gift card expires in a month and a half, and we were told that they would be not honoring the $250 gift card, therefore, my boyfriend had paid $250 that he would not be getting back and no one would be able to use at the spa. Its safe to say that we left there with no massages, $250 lost and absolutely livid. We will be calling the Better Business Bureau, and I recommend the many, many others who purchased gift cards and are having their money stolen from them do the same! I understand that this business claims that they were never given the money from the previous corporation, however, that is not our problem. Tranquillo should be honoring the gift cards and not stealing from their customers. Buying a business is a risk, and this is something that can happen when you buy a business. A good business owner should be fighting the previous corporation for their money that was taken, and not putting the costs on their customers. Any good business owner would do that, which makes me question which business has pocketed our $250. I shouldnt have to worry about this. A $250 spa gift card as a gift for Christmas has turned into an enormous headache and huge disappointment, thanks to both of these businesses. In conclusion, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Great, relaxing atmosphere. I had a prenatal massage and DJ focused on the areas I had indicated were most problematic for me. I felt refreshed afterwards and will definitely be returning for another visit.

I had called Serenity Day Spa to try to get my daughter an appointment, for a facial and Mani/pedi. I was put on hole for 20 minutes, than disconnected, I called back and put on hold for another this time 5 minutes. I was told that there were no appointments available within the 3 week time frame I was looking for. My daughter is very flexible with times. I was told to hold on again. I hung up. So I decided to come to Serenity, I moved right up the road. I walked through the door and I was left standing there for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I heard as voice, I can help you over here. As I approached the desk there were 2 people up there, they were cold and unfriendly. I think I disturbed their lunch. I told them I was new to the area, and was trying to find a nice place where I and my daughter can come. I also told them I was left on hold for 20 minutes and than hung up on, replied, yea the phones get busy. How unprofessional. I said thank you for your time, and left, I will be looking at other spas in the area.
I will not be back. This place is awful and their computer system is outdated. I paid for services and it took too long. I had to leave. Was told my mani/ pedi was noted in the system as being owed to me. It was not. Called to make appointment for the services I already paid for and After a long battle, was told they would honor the pedi. ASked about the mani and circles and circles that they have no record of it. So I paid for services that I wont be recieving. No thanks. In response to response: I DID PAY FOR BOTH THE MANI AND THE PEDI. It was NOT notated in your system. No one should have to fight over services they have already paid for. Your reply is false. These services were paid for.
Massage person was professional, friendly, and had excellent skills. One small complaint- employees in hallway near relaxing room discussing personal problems.
In Sept. I had a facial, message and a pedicure. All of it was great, I would do it again, untiI I woke up the next morning with a swollen infected big toe. No more pedicures for me there.
Wonderful experience for a newbie to getting massages. Roxanne listened to my requests and I felt brand new afterwards.

2022-08-31Overall a very pleasant experience at Tranquillo Medspa. Staff were pleasant, friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The staff who attended to me was approachable, knowledgeable and accommodated all my questions which resulted in relaxation within myself. 2022-02-17Ive had massges in the past at the same place and they were okay. The last two times I went I had kristen and she made me feel at home. I didnt even know I had tight muscles until she told me and worked on them. The one thing I miss is changing into thr robes, drinking water with fruit in it, and putting my feet up while you wait for your turn. Definitely will be back and will try to bring my spouse.

2019-05-13First time here and first time getting a facial. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every moment. They greeted me with a nice robe & sandals to change into. I grabbed my own locker and headed to the Tranquil room until I was greeted by the woman doing my facial. I felt like she took her time and she was very gentle and accommodating to my skin issues. I would recommend this place ! I wanted to get a massage but unfortunately there were no times available. Next time, I will definitely schedule a massage.

2015-11-03I went for a Pre-natal massage today and loved every second. As soon as I walked in I had a great experience. All of the workers were nice and friendly, the spa was very clean and very cozy. I loved the robes! DJ was my massage therapist, she was very friendly and did a great job. At 36 weeks pregnant, I left very relaxed and very happy!

2020-09-01Oh my it was so great to get back to having a massage. I love this place, they have put in place covid-19 health safety above and beyond so you feel perfectly safe. Everyone is wonderful and especially my favorite DJ!!! Of course I will be back in 4 weeks again, and again and again!!!!

2019-03-14I had a great experience, from booking my appointment to enjoying a relaxing spa day. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was tranquil. The only thing that would make this place better is if wine was served but they dont have a liquor license. However, I was informed that you could bring your own wine to have while there.
