Good afternoon trans continental was recommended to me by a friend, I love the service the barrel arrive on time in jamaica and was cleared and delivered to me in 1 week. Great job will definitely use you again, oh I forgot other than them digging up the barrel and throwing back the items all over, I received everything in good condition.

To ship of my items take 10 days and still of to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to reach my destination. Sale Reps are great, pick up person also great 👍. I will still use there service in the future, I know I of to let them pick up my items couple weeks a head of time ⏲.

I never have to worry about my family receiving their barrels!!! Always on time and the service is amazing! Affordable , reliable and trustworthy compared to other companies I have used in the past.

The company will come on as schedule to pickup your packed containers, rarely any mishaps. But when you call to schedule, there is this male who sounds like a robut with an attitude who is annoyed when you ask questions about scheduling pickup etc. There are options in terms of companies to do business with, I hate when businesses act like you are a bother.

Set up a late pick, then they call me in the early afternoon. After i let them know that it was to be put in as a late pick up they say ok it is a time range so the pick time is not exact. I tell them ok, then they call me about two hours after past the time of pick up to tell me they cant pick up the barrels, then the driver assures me he will be here by 8:30 a.m. by the next day. The next day by 9:00 a.m no pick up no call this is no type of professionalism. Horrible service.

Gave me a quote from yonkers,ny to montego bay,jamaica. I booked that and paid, days later i get a phone call saying the company made a mistake and that the price i paid was less than it should of been. Rude manager and rude employees. Horrible customer service. Will not be using this company again.
