Very modern train station, nice ample space.Extremely easy to board the train and get to our seats.We were traveling in a group, from the sidewalk bus drop spot to the hall it took us only 2 minutes down a ramp, very good distribution.There is a waiting hall for ticketed passengers but it laks services (not even free coffee, but a place to buy one) Fortunately there are some restaurants around the hall and a supermarket with very ample selection of goods.Traveling by train to D.C. was the best option, you save a long trip to any of the 3 airports near Manhattan, you dont have to arrive 2 (or more) hours before your trip and the security checkpoint is nonexistent. Plus you arrive downtown D.C. and there transferring to our private vehicle was a breeze.Plus, the price was a real bargain and the seats are much more ample, plenty of leg room, seats are reclinable with leg rests, you can travel with your big suitcase at hand at all times so you dont have to wait for your luggage to appear half an hour after you arrive at your destination.Definitely, taking the train is a winner.

No where to sit but the floor and their trains are always hours late. Get it together Amtrak. It’s been 8 years between trips and you guys are worse.
