Charge a monthly fee without letting you know, accessed your credit card info during you sign up and charged there so be careful!!
If you sign up for a credit report BEWARE you will be paying ~$25 MONTHLY. Its incredibly deceiving.
The worst service ever. They charge you just to sign up.
Worst compagny ever.. i dont understand why they allow compagny like this to own my personnal informations.. look more like scam....

2021-12-07Their website is designed to mislead you and go in circles. Then when you call one of their support lines the phones rings and rings with no answer or prompts and automatically hangs up on you. Out of all three credit bureaus this one is by far the worst. Waste of my time to try and correct a simple issue with my credit report. Also based off of other reviews they seem to trick you into paying for accessing your credit report. Don’t waste your money and be wary of their tricks. This is one business that does not deserve to be a major credit bureau.

2022-04-20A free Credit Report?! Then youll see charges coming in on your account! Dont use it!! I thought it was the correct place to get this done and boy was I wrong.

2020-05-08When placing or lifting a security freeze on my account, Transunion doesnt provide a way to print a written confirmation. Experian and Equifax do allow you to print out written confirmations.Also, there are different logins depending on what type of service you are looking for, instead of having just one login. What a hassle. Most people dont want multiple logins for the same website.Transunion seems to be the worst of the three credit bureaus and I wouldnt recommend them.

2021-08-01The Transunion website is set up to mislead you into paying for credit information, but the information provided is no more detailed than in your free annual credit report. Go with Experian.

2021-05-18Im not sure how my review was deleted but i will gladly add it yet again..transunion is still worthless as ever. I wd rather use equifax and experien. It seems as though they have better, much better, technology and up to date credit scores. Transunion can kick rocks!! Mgt you shd be ashamed of yourselves being ok with such low rati gs and reviews. Listen to the customers and get your company together. Ugh!!!!

2019-01-13Please be careful when paying the one-time fee to check your credit. Theres lots of information telling that this is free and that is free, but it is very unclear that you are actually subscribing to pay a monthly fee. I just found out that Ive been paying a monthly fee for the past 3 months from going through my bank statements - no email or notification about it. When I called to cancel my subscription they tried to scam me into staying in by offering a free month, etc. I have found the whole experience with Transunion to be quite deceptive.

2020-10-08Fraud people. They charged me $26 for just creating an account. They never showed me at any point during account creating step that they will charge me. never give credit card info to these people. Find other option for credit report and score.

2020-06-13Deceiving how they have you signup and charge $25 without noting anywhere I will be charged to signup to view my credit report. I get free report in Experian and Equifax

2017-06-01HORRIBLE! My answers, about myself, deemed WRONG every time I try to log on and correct the report. Both Equifax and Experian have deleted nearly 10K off my report, and this place STILL Has it on there. YET, I am locked OUT every time i attempt to fix it, from the system have WRONG information about me to begin with, preventing my access. GOOD LUCK calling! They answer NOT in this county and have ROBOTIC response with ZERO credit skills, and you cant get anyone to talk to you IN THE USA! HOW do you outsource USA credit issues to another country, when no other country operates ON CREDIT? This is peoples LIVES you are messing with, with false information about them that you DO NOT allow disputes to take place! I am still waiting on 3 disputes from months ago. AND THE LAW STATES THAT IF YOU DON/T REPLY IN 30 DAYS, ITS WIPED FROM YOUR REPORT. IM A CREDIT SPECIALIST. AND YOUR COMPANY IS THE REASON HARD WORKING AMERICANS GET FRAUD.

2021-08-14Thieves, this is a scam and continues to steal shamelessly, they take the information to get money from you for something that they never did and also without the consent of one. $ 20.75 in my case I report to my bank and report it to consumer and affairs
