For Cayuga Apartments - It was great living experience with quick responses by maintenance team 24/7 also people at Travis Hyde were always happy to help you out whenever needed.
Bob is a great and responsive property manager, responds quickly, professionally, and kindly! Definitley one of the best rentals in Ithaca!
I lived at edgecliff apartments for a year and it was a good experience. The house was cleaned up just before we arrived and everytime we faced any issue, the maintenance staff was there to help us out.
I have been living here for 11 months. So far everything is alright. The house is spacious and the maintenance service is nice. The landlord seems to be responsible.
Lori and Robert are fantastic. Everyone I met at Travis Hyde is helpful and kind. After driving 20 hours to Ithaca, my husband and I were frantically searching for a place to stay because our original rental from students turned out to be an uninhabitable pig pen. Robert and Lori found us the perfect (clean!) place, and Lori made the lease and the move-in process smooth and free of problems. She is very professional but also very sweet. She’s also multi-talented!
Disappointed. I called the office in June 19 to get a tour of Gateway Commons from the number off the side of the building. They told me I would have to come to the main office, only to turn around and go back to the property. Our agent, Mercedes, tried to talk us out of renting at this location and consider Collegetown. I dont feel that she was very thorough with the tour and later found out several amenities that perhaps would have closed the deal for us. I thought it odd that why would be beSorry....you lost our business to another management company for your failure to dazzle us.
The apartments are falling apart and they randomly turn off the heat during the winter.They fixed the heating after 3 years, but didnt pay for the extra electricity used and now I have been locked out of my bedroom for over a day because the door locked it self and they never gave me a key for it (or the door lock is broken like the front door).
I have been renting through Travis Hyde for many years, and I am very happy with the service. All the people are very nice, and the maintenance response has been great too.
The Manager @ 110 Dryden Road, Ithaca, is outstanding in her responses and very professional.
They were fair in our dealings and I would recommend them to any future customers.
Deducted security deposit without looking at submitted previous photos...
Polite and receptive to all my problems and reasonable.

2021-12-15Good property managers can be hard to find - especially in an area like Ithaca. Ive lived in three properties affiliated with Travis Hyde over the last three years, and have nothing but wonderful things to say!The staff is what makes them stand from other property managers. Karen and Sebastian have been so responsive toward any requests Ive had, and they have incredibly personable maintenance and custodial teams. Jim, Terry, Rich, both of the Brians, and Neil have taken such good care of me and my pet. I hope Im fortunate enough to find another PM team like this when I move out of the area.

2022-01-18Weve been renting a 1bd apartment at Gateway Commons for the past few months, and its great location because of how close we are to the Ithaca Commons. Love that our apartment faces the Six Mile Creek - its a beautiful view and a nice walk along the creek in the summer/fall. The apartment is spacious and has large windows that let in a lot of natural light throughout the day, which is definitely a highlight. Maintenance can be a bit slow but theyve done a great job every time at addressing any issues. The only downside is that there is no parking available as part of the building, but there are multiple parking garages within walking distance. Overall, would recommend living here!

Maintenance service from the landlord is very punctual and responsive to the tenants calls. Overall a perfect location for students to stay in Ithaca.

2021-09-23Great living experience. Im a current tenant and have been living in Travis Hyde buildings for almost 3 years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is great, and respond within a reasonable timeframe. After losing a roommate they went out of their way to help me find a space that I could live in comfortably by myself. Ive seen the bad reviews on here and honestly cant understand why, at least not from my own experiences. Highly recommend.

2021-12-08I have been living here during the year of 2011-2013, I remembered this place and came back to live since 2020. I love this apartment. All the people who visit seems to say that the place is quiet and beautiful. Its away from the road so its super cozy and quiet surrounded by trees and grass. The maintenance is great too. I would really recommend this place!

2021-12-10The Westview Terrace apartments have been a great place to live. The property manager, Bob, is awesome. He gets back to you right away and is very easy to work with.

2021-12-09Renting at Ravenwood Apartments was an excellent experience! Our apartment had a great amount of space for the price and was very clean and tidy when we moved in. The staff are very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns we had, especially with WI-FI outages.

2021-10-09My studio was not cleaned or maintained at all prior to moving in — the floors are greasy, the vents are full of one or two years worth of dust, the tile floors are breaking into pieces, etc. The ceilings are not well constructed, and you can hear thunderous stomping from someone walking upstairs. Landlord is Karen Worden, who is slow to respond, doesn’t give prior notice to unit inspections, and likes to give tenants attitude.

2021-12-09Great property group! High quality lodging, extremely spacious while being within budget, and most importantly a great, responsive landlord that from what I know is the best of them in town. Couldn’t recommend more!
